I ended up meeting Jackie from Table 6 Productions through my job and couldn't be happier that I did. I was so lucky to have met her and sought her help when I began planning my November wedding. She helped with everything to vendor suggestions, handling unforeseen questions and issues, and contacting vendors. She was AMAZING on the day of our wedding making sure my husband and I had nothing to worry about. When we entered our reception everything was perfect and just how we pictured. She helped us stay within our budget while also getting us the best of the best in Tampa. We feel so fortunate that we had Jackie in our corner during our wedding planning and are now able to call her a friend!

Heather was amazing from beginning to end. My husband and I gave her complete creative control and everything looked stunning. She was very easy to talk to and very attentive. Jackie Ross is an amazing wedding coordinator. I might be one of the most controlling brides and thought I had to have my hands in everything until I met Jackie. I gave Jackie my budget, we talked about my vision, I showed her a few pictures on Pinterest and she came through above and beyond. Jackie was referred to me by another amazing person, Andi Diamond who I consider the best photographer I've ever in the Tampa Bay Area. Andi and Jackie worked so well together which made my life easy because of the natural stresses you go through planning a wedding and getting married. There is no challenge, issue, problem or obstacle Jackie cannot overcome. I had Mother of the Bride Issues, I had family issues, I had panic attacks and Jackie was there to my rescue. As a result of the life event we experienced, we are now long life friends. It's beautiful when you can find an AMAZING WEDDING COORDINATOR, but it's poetic that she now is a close friend who will be in my life forever. I love you Jackie Ross. Without question, she is your Wedding Coordinator!!

There are no words to express how amazing Shannon and her team at Table 6 Productions are. We worked with Shannon throughout our entire wedding planning process and she made the experience beyond enjoyable. It was so nice to have the peace of mind knowing that you have a team behind you to make sure you are on track and getting the best of the wedding world in terms of other vendors and the overall experience. WOW!!! Our wedding was this past weekend and everything came out amazing. We couldn't be more happier with Table 6 Productions and JACKIE ROSS. She was patient, always there when we needed her, and most importantly helped me with SO much of our decision making. At meetings with vendors there were times I was in a slump to what I wanted and her opinion was great valued. We loved everything about our wedding and could not have done with without her. We are so thankful for all her hard work and having her as our wedding planner made the day stress free because I knew she would take care of everything.

Jackie was absolutely amazing. There is no way the wedding would have been what it was without her. She was there any time of day I needed to ask her something. She was incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and had awesome ideas. She never tried to change my vision, instead she took all of the ideas I had and pulled them together into more than I could have imagined. I highly recommend her for any upcoming events. Kenny and I got married in May... almost 5 months now, some may say a lifetime ago, or not :) and for all that time I have been drafting my review on my wedding planner, Table 6 Productions... but none of the drafts seem to capture what I really wanted to say... what Shannon did for us... how she created my perfect day... how she became part of my family... I just couldn't seem to capture the magnitude of what Table 6 did and how amazing they were, and very special they are to both Kenny and myself. From our first meeting, with Shannon Wilson, it was like love at first sight (I didn't have that with Kenny haha)- but she seemed to automatically understand what I was seeing in my head and I couldn't translate in words... but she got it, she spoke my language and became my interpreter to the outside world.
During this whole process Shannon was great, professional and made it so much fun. But I like to talk about during our BIG DAY... how she was there, not only helping me and making sure every detail was amazing and perfect... but she was there, she was happy for Kenny and myself... she enjoyed every second with us, and that was evident to everyone.
I am happy to say that now I consider Shannon a good friend... I know I can still reach out to her with questions or concerns, or to have someone to have a glass of wine with ;) and I know this bc I have, and she has never given me the feeling that since the wedding is done, our friendship is too.
Table 6 Productions... Shannon, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! You will always be a very special person in our lives and in our love story.

Jackie was amazing! The year before our wedding consisted of us moving to a new city and job changes. Please take all of Jackie's advice!!! She understood the crazy details I wanted and spoke to my husband most of the time because of my crazy work hours. When all of South Tampa was flooding I knew our backup plan was going to be beautiful. I could not stop smiling the whole night. My sister cannot wait when she starts planning her wedding to have Jackie by her side to create her dream wedding!!!

Heather is absolutely FABULOUS!! If you are getting married and do not hire her, you will truly be missing out on a stress free and amazing experience. Words can't describe how amazing Table 6 Production is. Jackie Ross did such an amazing job that our families are still talking about our wedding. Shannon Wilson was nothing short of amazing. She was always there to answer questions, provide support, and make sure I stuck to my timeline. On the wedding day she was my go to person and made sure everything was perfect. She's also really sweet and funny and someone I now think of as a friend. Wow. There is so much to say about working with Table 6 Productions and Shannon Wilson. Having the pleasure to work with such a talented, selfless, determined, over-achiever wedding planner, was something that I was always cherish. Shannon dealt with my bride melt downs, my emails at all hours of the day, and other odds and ends. Not only did she make me feel comfortable every step of the way, but she went above and beyond to work with budgets, and crazy bridal demands to make sure that I was always happy and got everything that my little bridal heart desired. When I first got engaged I knew that I was a bride who needed help. I found Table 6 Productions on Pinterest of all places. They had coordinated a wedding at the Sandpearl Resort, which was my dream venue, so I started to do my research. Table 6 Productions has excellent reviews and a strong social media presence. I also reviewed their blog on a weekly basis to see all the different weddings they coordinated. I chose Jackie Ross to be our wedding coordinator because she was a fellow Florida State Alumni. I knew my future husband would like that! Jackie was great. She was very helpful with vendors and negotiating rates. I recommended her to my friend, who also worked with her. Jackie coordinated everything! I did not have to worry about one thing. If anyone had a question I could direct them to Jackie and she would handle it. She made my wedding stress free, which is what every bride dreams of. No matter how difficult the situation, Jackie kept her composure and was very professional. Many guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. It was the best day of my life and I have Jackie and all the amazing vendors she recommended to thank for that. Thank you Jackie!!!

Stephanie Crona was our "day-of" planner for our recent wedding, but she went well beyond that role!! She kept us organized and on track in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and on the big day she was a life saver!! As a bride, I never worried once on the big day about any of the details or logistics, I knew it would all be taken care of with Stephanie in charge :) I was able to relax and focus on enjoying and remembering the whole day, and being with all my friends and family! Shannon Wilson was our wedding planner for our April 5, 2014 wedding and it was the best vendor decision I made! She was so helpful and guided me through the whole process from start to the very last minute. I was clueless and I literally could not have done it without her guidance. She helped me find vendors that were within my budget but who fit the concept I was looking for. She gave me a plan and made sure everything was executed. All of my friends asked how I was so calm leading up to the wedding and on the day of, and it was simply because I knew Shannon had everything under control. She developed a relationship with the venue we used and made sure that she was involved in every step of the way so that she made sure we had the best outcome possible. Shannon is the best! :)

Choosing to work with Stephanie Crona of Table 6 Productions was hands down the best decision I made when it came to planning my wedding. I felt I had the general direction and idea of what I wanted, but no clue how to pull it all together. Stephanie made my dream wedding come to life! I worked with Stephanie Crona in St. Petersburg, FL on my wedding and it was the truly the best decision I made. I’m an out of town bride and she worked with me for a full year planning every single detail, budget concern, and vendor issue to make sure the day was perfect. Stephanie Crona : Table 6 Productions

When I first got engaged, my mom and I decided to find a planner. I emailed over 15 planners in the area, but Stephanie Crona responded right away, which to me, was a HUGE PLUS. We met with her and signed up immediately. She literally helped us every step of the way, from vendor selections, making that decision when there were just too many options on the plate, and calming me on those stressful situations. A true talent for the job, Stephanie deserves all the praise in the world.

My now *husband* and I could have not had the wedding of our dreams without her by our side. She's personable and friendly, but remains 100% professional and will not allow anyone to walk over HER BRIDE.

She knows what classy, elegance and beauty is - and is not afraid to tell you that your idea is "eh maybe not the best selection for the overall look"... which to be honest is what you'll NEED while planning a wedding. She's truthful and pleasant.

She responds to all emails and correspondence promptly. She texts, calls, and emails so you're sure to have all the bases covered.

Probably the BEST investment that we made in terms of our wedding.

Stephanie Crona is hands down the best wedding planner there is! She became so much more than a planner- she was there for me emotionally and gave me advice throughout every challenge wedding planning throws at you. She was a lifesaver. Without Stephanie I would not have been able to achieve my dream wedding. She was always quick to respond to my e-mails, which is so important when you are planning a wedding from another state. She put out so many fires throughout the process, but mainly on my wedding day. My caterer was a disaster to work with, and I never knew anything went wrong until we talked after the wedding. I can't give her enough praises, she is simply amazing and I recommend her to ANY bride!

Brooke Wright wedding planner at table 6 productions in boca raton---- Let me say if you don't have her involved with your wedding you should! She is the sweetest most loyal individual with so much creativity to offer for your wedding! Brooke saved my wedding from complete disaster. She came in last minute unexpectedly and made my day absolutely perfect from my messed up cake to perfecting decorating my venues. When you hire a top of the line professional wedding planner there are
so many benefits.
To include but not limited to:
They will get to know your style so that when the time comes they can
answer to hotel/vendors on your behalf on your wedding day.
Taking your vision and making it a reality- within your budget.
They make every vendor perform at their optimum ability. (VERY
IMPORTANT)
They make sure they can handle everything on the BIG day-2 wedding
planners were at my wedding (Jackie Hart Ross was wonderful!)
The best part of your wedding will be your memories. Brooke handled
EVERYTHING so that I could spend time with the people I love. There was
no stressing about something not being perfect. She did all the
stressing!
Once your married you can plan all the party's you want. On your wedding
day the biggest luxury is being able to relax and enjoy each moment.
It is going to fly by!
I couldn't have chosen a more talented/incredible person to plan my
wedding. If I can give you any advice it would be to hire her from day
1!

Jackie is hands down the BEST wedding planner! She not only made our dream wedding become a reality but she also took the time to really get to know me, my fiancé (now husband), and my mom on a personal level. Our wedding was a destination wedding, so we only met Jackie one time during the wedding planning process. Everything else we literally planned via email, text, pinterest, and telephone. Even though I wasn’t able to work with Jackie in person, it was like working with a lifelong best friend. She always listened to our ideas and requests, but also kept us in check with our budget. She really helped put everything into perspective about where we should splurge and where we should save. Jackie also paid attention to all the little details that can make or break a WOW wedding! Jackie without a doubt gave us the WOW wedding we dreamed of!!

WOW...........what can I say..........??? Jackie Ross, at Table 6 Productions was AMAZING!!! My daughter got married on the beach in Sarasota, Florida on October 19, 2012.....We (the bride, groom, and parents) live in Minnesota........so this was a destination wedding....We definitely needed help to plan and execute this "event"...........At first I was a bit reluctant to spend $ on a wedding planner.....but SHE saved us SO much more than she cost us....and made the whole event much easier on us.....

From the beginning, Jackie was very attentive to our "every question", and there were LOTS of questions.......it was also good to have her expertise, so when my daughter and I disagreed, Jackie would give us her honest opinion....So it made it much easier for my daughter and I to "agree".....(So, other mothers of the bride........really....use a wedding planner...) Jackie knows the vendors and ws able to negotiate lower prices on everything....which helped us stay very close to our budget...........

AND, after the wedding we have been having problems getting the final bill figured out......Jackie has been there, working for us, every step of the way!! SHE is AMAZING!!! I can't emphasize enough, how helpful she was......We truly appreciate ALL she has done.......and even continues to do!!!

I was even sad after the wedding was over.......semed that we (Jackie, my daughter, and I) had really built a friendship during this "time together", planning my daughter's wedding....we will miss Jackie..........almost wish I had another daughter to plan a wedding with.... Oh well...........we will cherish all the beautiful memories! So, Thanks to Jackie..................................

I worked with Stephanie Crona for my wedding at the Vinoy in St. Pete. I decided 3 months out that I needed a wedding planner. My only regret is that I did not reserve her services sooner! Stephanie immediately made me feel comfortable and worry-free. I was planning my wedding from Texas and was anxious about how it would all come together. Stephanie was always quick to respond to my emails or calls and she always had ideas or suggestions for anything I was stuck on! She stepped right into everything I had planned up to the 3 month mark and took care of everything. I wish I could get married again to work with her, she was truly amazing and a pleasure to work with!

I worked with Shannon Wilson at Table 6 on my recent wedding and she was a godsend!!! I met with a couple planners in advance of my wedding to figure out who I wanted to work with. From the minute I met Shannon we totally clicked and I knew that she was going to be an amazing planner (and fun friend and wine buddy!) so I told her I wanted to work with her on the spot.

From day one she worked hard on the wedding. She unfortunately had to work even harder six months into planning when we decided to move venues. The change could have been stressful to some but Shannon never missed a beat and made the transition easy (even though our design totally changed).

Throughout the year she helped me with all of the little and big decisions I had to make. It helps that she has great style and can help you find what works for you or will just help you make your ideas come to life. In addition she will get in touch with the best vendors who love her and love working with her. On the wedding day she and her team made our wedding a dream!!!! While I am going to miss our wedding planning, I am super excited for the other girls who get to work with Shannon and her girls at Table 6!

There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Shannon Wilson. She went above and beyond to make our special day much more than I had ever dreamed of. Our wedding coordinator was Stephanie Crona from Table 6 Productions. Stephanie was on top of everything from the first day we met with her. She put us at ease through the entire 11 months of planning. Both our ceremony and reception were held at the Davis Island Garden Club in Tampa. This location is a blank slate and for that reason we were hesitant to choose this as our venue. After discussing it with Stephanie we left knowing that we would be able to make this venue our own! We had a vintage Valentines wedding and Stephanie had so many amazing ideas and additions to our ideas that fit perfectly with our theme. From helping us choose the perfect theme for our wedding, to staying in contact with all of our vendors up until the day of, we couldn't have asked for more! I could go on and on about Stephanie Crona and Table 6 productions but I have to end somewhere! I highly recommend them to anyone either beginning the wedding planning process or after realizing you may need some help :)

Table 6 sucked....hahahahahahahah (gotcha Jackie) Just kidding I love Jackie Ross.... It was a learning process for me because I was a hands on bride and I'm not use to having something done for me or having opinions given to me but I had a blast!!! Not only was she my coordinator but she was my counselor, my BFF and my Bew (insider)!! Jackie was pretty much my only friend in this process... There were times where I was just like "Jackie.....don't let me walk down that isle" lol! But she got me thru it!
She was totally honest on everything we talked about and I loved that bout her, I'm a graphic design artist and a crafter so I made many things for my wedding and I would show her and it was either "girl that's awesome" or "I think you should try it again...lol" she made me comfortable! Thnx to her...I'm a Starbucks junkie lol which is ok in my book!!
All in all I must be honest and say a planner is not for me, I'm too opinionated and OCD on things being exact ... even tho she was firm on "girl it's your wedding, it's what you want" I know I drove that poor lady crazy LoL!!! BUT I would definitely recommend Table 6 Productions they are everything you see on their site and more!! Request for Jackie if you are in the Florida area....hell just request for her period!! She knows her stuff and she's an awesome person all in 1!!

Wedding coordinator, Shannon Wilson of Table 6 Productions, won my husband and my vote to coordinate our high profile wedding. She recommended vendors who we trusted immediately and after she did some initial question asking, we narrowed them down and always loved the ones we decided to meet in person. Shannon was very helpful during vendor appointments and charmed them into getting me everything I wanted plus extras! My husband travels out of the country often and all my bridesmaids lived out of town, so having easy access via email or phone to Shannon was very important. While a lot of the creative elements came initially from me, she helped encourage my creativity and built on my ideas. My wedding looked like my personality, not a cookie cutter wedding. It was so beautiful and romantic. Shannon was assertive when you needed her to be and and let me and my husband take the lead appropriately when we wanted. We both have demanding jobs and demanded plenty of Shannon on the big day. She even handled the questionable weather and pulled off my beach ceremony with a last minute tent covering just 'in case'. I won't let her take credit for the rainbow at the end of my ceremony though;) She also took in stride my trip to the emergency room the morning of the wedding due to a sudden injury! I had no choice but to concentrate on me and let Shannon run the show. No one had any idea I was injured until I told them later. The wedding ran smoothly and I only worried about saying 'I Do' during my dream wedding that was filmed for TV. Shannon is pure energy and knows her stuff. You won't be disappointed.

Where to start….we had Jackie Ross as our wedding planner and she was AWESOME!! We were doing a destination wedding – coming from San Francisco and getting married at the Don CeSar in St. Pete Beach – so had to get someone we could trust that would be on the ground in FL for us and pull together our dream wedding. We interviewed a couple candidates via phone but after talking to Jackie, both of felt that she was the right one. Although she talks a hundred miles an hour and keeps really strange hours (frequently responded to our emails at 12am SF time!), she was FANTASTIC!!! She was responsive to our thousands of questions, set us up with the best vendors and made sure we got the best deals. It was great to get Jackie’s honest opinions on things and her personality was wonderful to work with. Being 3,000 miles away from our wedding was a little stressful but we knew we were in great hands with Jackie – leaving many of the critical decisions up to her or asking her to come up with the best options so we could choose. Our wedding would not have come together so perfectly if it weren’t for her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND – we can’t thank Jackie enough for the great job she did!!

I couldn't have made it through my wedding without Jackie from Table 6 Productions. She was amazing!!! Jackie wowed my mom and I from the start! We didn't even interview anyone else she was our first and our last after we met I emailed her 5 minutes later and hired her,, we loved her from the start. She definitely knows how to run a smooth event while allowing us to enjoy our day. She gave valuable insight and recommendations throughout the entire process. She was the first to arrive at the venue and the last person to leave, making sure that everything was completely taken care of. She did everything that needed to be done from confirming vendors, budgeting, pinning on boutonnieres, to paying all vendors, to setting up the venue to look exactly like we envisioned. She definitely knows her stuff. She is supportive, professional, talented, enthusiastic, and has a great sense of humor. She truly listened to us and gave as much or as little guidance as was needed. My husband and I had the honor of hosting my son's wedding to his beautiful and sweet fiance'. Being the mother of boys, I had no idea of the complexity of planning and executing a wedding! We started planning the big day about 10 months prior to the wedding, picking out the venue, church, catrer and vendors. We thought we had it all under control. Then about three months before the day, reality and panic set in!! The details and co-ordination of aspects of the wedding became overwhelming. That is when an angel came to our rescue. Stephnaie Crona is an amazingly talented, organized, and warm-hearted person. She knows every aspect of planning a wedding, what needs to be done and when. From the first meeting with Stephanie, we knew we were in the hands of a true professional. She brought organizaton to the choices we had already made. She contacted all of our vendors and worked on our wedding timeline. Stephanie also offered us many creative ideas to make the wedding special. Stephanie could spot a potential problem, and would handle it with ease. Tthrough Stephanie's unique talents all the parts of the wedding came together like a fine-tuned symphony orchestra!! On a personal note, Stephanie Crona is not only an exceptionally talented wedding planner, but also a caring, warm-hearted, and fun person. We all enjoyed working with her very much. She has a special calming way about her that makes even the largest issues solveable. Stephanie"s wedding planning services were absolutely invaluable. It was because of her guidance and help, that my son and daughter-in-law had and absolutely beautiful wedding that we all were able to enjoy. We knew that Stephanie was there for us- to oversee all aspects of the big day.
There are really not enough superlatives to express what a wonderful job Stephanie did, what a great person she is, and how much we appreciated her efforts.

I was watching an episode of Platinum Weddings and was taking away with the beautiful wedding featured. So, when I got engaged I knew exactly which wedding company I wanted, Table 6 Productions! My fabulous wedding planner was Stephanie Crona. Any questions I had Stephanie had numerous solutions. Stephanie was full of amazing and creative ideas. She made the planning effortless, not once did I go into panic mode! Stephanie always worked around my schedule, she was willing to meet with me weekends and evenings. I want to have another event just to hire Stephanie again!

We hired Jackie Ross to be our full service wedding coordinator and couldn't be more thankful that we did! We were a long distance couple from Los Angeles getting married in Sarasota. We didn't have a clue about Florida or where to go to find the best vendors. Thanks to Jackie, we got the best of the best while staying within our budget. She must work around the clock because she answered hundreds (maybe even thousands!) of our emails at all times of day, night, weekend or holiday. She truly went above and beyond in all aspects of our wedding. Thanks to her awesome connections, we had the best music and food in town! Initially, I felt overwhelmed with planning a large wedding and thought having a planner might be nice. Little did I know that how much we TRULEY ended up needing her experience and planning. We had the great pleasure of working with Jackie Ross, one of the wedding planners with Table 6. She was truly such a joy to work with. She was able to get a sense of how involved or uninvolved I wanted to be with certain aspects of the process. I let her know my availability and the availability of my groom. She always made it work out whether it was a meeting for just us or with a vendor. We never felt inconvenienced in any way.
Another thing I really appreciated about working with her is that she always knew what questions to ask for the big picture. And she always took on the role of asking the questions so that the relationships I had with my vendors were always good.
She had a great sense of our style and we were absolutely thrilled with the whole experience. During the process, I referred her to my friend who had just gotten engaged. I'm so happy she decided to hire Jackie too. I just know Jackie will deliver a fabulous wedding suited to their style.

Shannon was pregnant and due in two weeks by the time my wedding rolled around. Despite what I'm sure was an uncomfortable weekend for her, she was there for every step. She took care of every detail and I never even heard if a problem arose. I was able to really sit back and enjoy my day, something I think is priceless! In addition we had all sorts of problems with our location and made a big switch of venue and caterer only three months before the big day. Shannon took it all in stride, she never panicked, answered all of my questions and we ended up with everything more perfect than I could have asked for!

Amazing services for a Indian wedding!

We were referred to Jackie by our venue (the Vinoy) for a 300 person three-day Indian wedding. Right away, we were so impressed by Jackie's easy communication style, knowledge/industry contacts and her calm but confident "you can do this!" attitude. Throughout the process, Jackie made herself available at all hours (we live on the west coast so we’re on different time zones) and helped us to navigate decisions with many involved family members. She was always up to help us with special requests (i.e., where can we find a pedicab for the groom to enter on) and gave us her honest/blunt take when we needed to hear it. It was clear from our other vendors that Jackie is a force to be reckoned with in the Tampa Bay wedding industry and will always go to bat for her clients. She helped keep me, my fiancé and my mom calm throughout and was a critical part of our wedding planning team. Our big fat Indian wedding went off without a hitch and we have Jackie to thank for it. We love you, Jackie and thank you for everything!!

We weren't positive that we were going to hire a wedding planner, and then we met Stephanie at Table 6 and knew we wanted and needed her to be a part of our special day. We couldn't have made a better decision. We knew nothing about the process and needed someone that could give us options and help us be decisive at the same time. With her help we are able to have the memories of a flawless wedding day. She was able to take our ideas and execute them to create a wedding that was more beautiful than we could have imagined. She truly did a great job and I would recommend her in a heart beat!

Very disappointed

Our wedding planner's name was Jackie Ross from table 6 productions. I want to first start off by saying do not let anyone else book your vendors for you. This vendor was recommended to us by a close friend in the business and the mother of the bride initially booked them. Still to this day, we do not know what we were supposed to receive for the cost agreed upon. Apparently there was a discounted rate, but in hindsight, we would have gladly paid full price to ensure full motivation. The job got done, but many of the planning basics fell on us. Other vendors rose to the occasion, where we thought our wedding planner would have taken charge. She was late on a few occasions, difficult to get a hold of and we feel as though we did not get her full participation. We would not recommend this vendor.

We were very disappointed with the service that we received from Shannon with Table 6. She was the biggest waste of money that I spent on the wedding. The day of the wedding was a disaster. She left early from the wedding-if fact immediately after the ceromony and left her " business partner" who we never meet to do her job. This person was not informed of what was to be done either. She did not inform us that she was leaving early. In fact, we did not know that she had left until we went looking for her because the cake did not have the topper on it. She was nowhere to be found. She was not attentive to the details. We had programs that the ushers were to hand out and they never got handed out. This is just a few of the items-- I could go on--I would NOT RECOMMEND her at all. Save your money and do it yourself.
