Alicia and Brandon’s Wedding
Choosing Tiffany and the Sunhorse team was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding process. From the very beginning, Tiffany brought every vision, detail, and idea we had to life and somehow made it even more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. Every single detail was thoughtfully executed, and the entire day felt like a dream come true.
Their organization, professionalism, and attention to detail made everything run so smoothly from start to finish. They talked us through every detail of the day, made sure we were always comfortable, and kept everything on track so we could simply enjoy every moment. We were able to fully relax knowing we were in the best hands. Tiffany and Gabby both have such a calm and reassuring presence, which kept us at ease throughout the day and the entire weekend. That meant more to us than we can express.
They also accommodated a last-minute change we wanted to make with absolutely no hesitation, which is just one example of how kind, flexible, and dedicated they are to making your day perfect.
The golf cart scavenger hunt and welcome dinner were also such amazing experiences for all of our guests. Everything was planned so perfectly, so organized, and so much fun. Everyone had the absolute best time, and it was the perfect way to kick off the wedding celebrations.
The flowers were absolutely stunning, the food was incredible, the DJ was fantastic, and every member of the staff was wonderful. Everything was seamless, beautiful, and exceeded every expectation we had.
We truly have zero complaints—only gratitude. We are still in awe of how magical and beautiful our wedding was, and we never wanted it to end. We received so many compliments from our guests saying it was the most beautiful, magical, and amazing wedding they had ever attended.
We cannot recommend Tiffany and the Sunhorse team enough. If you are considering having your wedding planned by them, do it—you will be so thankful you did. They are outstanding in every way, and we will forever be grateful for the unforgettable day they gave us. -

Sunhorse Weddings and all of the people we worked with (Tiffany, Kai, and Gabriella) made the whole experience wonderful. I am not a huge planner, and I don't think about all of the details that go into planning a big even for a wedding. It did not matter; they thought of it all. The day was like a fairytale; they helped all of our guests feel welcome, made the venue look absolutely beautiful, and we both enjoyed every second of it without worry. All of our guests, and family said it was the best wedding they had ever been too, and my new husband and I couldn't agree more! We want to do it all over again!! -

Tiffany & the team at Sunhorse Weddings gave me the wedding of my dreams. Planning a destination was a little bit nerve racking - not being able to see much in person made the Type A part of my brain go a little bit crazy, but Sunhorse Weddings blew it out of the park! No detail was missed by their team and they were able to make my Pinterest dreams come to life. From the golf cart scavenger hunt, to the taco bar my guests still won't stop raving about, and even a COVID scare, Tiffany and her team were AMAZING every step of the way! -

We cannot put into words how grateful we are for SunHorse. From the very beginning, when our dream wedding was just an idea, Tiffany and her amazing team helped us not only feel at ease, but welcomed and celebrated. She and her team were always available for questions, met with us several times in preparation for our special day (we really appreciated meeting on Zoom since we were so far away), and helped us stay on track with planning in the most relaxed and comfortable way. We can honestly say, because of SunHorse and their team, we could truly sit back and relax and soak in every meaningful moment of our wedding and the process leading up to it. SunHorse was involved in every part of our wedding trip with 55+ friends and family. They planned an amazing weekend full of so many wonderful activities and memories and made sure everything went smoothly. By the end of the trip, Tiffany and her team were household names and everyone in our party could not stop talking about how amazing SunHorse was and how great everyone on the team’s energy was. Our actual wedding day was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Everything was taken care of, even with some less-than-ideal weather conditions at first, and we were able to enjoy every single moment. After our wedding, we could not imagine ever pulling off anything even 1% close to what SunHorse did and are eternally grateful for all their work. As a side note, being an LGBTQ+ couple, we just wanted to elevate that every. single. person. SunHorse brought in to be a part of our day also celebrated us and made us feel so special. Through SunHorse’s team directly or people they brought in (vendors, events, activities) everyone had amazing energy and was so excited for us. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Tiffany and Alex were for our wedding. Not only did they nail everything we asked for, they made it so incredibly easy for us. We gave them our ideas and they ran with it. They know the island incredibly well, they had great staff and great ideas. They perfectly executed our vision for decor, the food was AMAZING, the DJ and photographer were excellent and all came as recommendations from them. If you’re getting married on Isla Mujeres it’s a no brainer to hire them. -

It's all in the details and I hope I can remember every single one from our special day for many years to come. It's not easy to plan a wedding in another country but Tiffany & Alex made it seamless. From our very first call they put me at ease. Their communication, follow-up and follow-through is impeccable. We even had to re-schedule once due to Covid shutdowns and they took care of everything with our vendors so we didn't have to stress and worry. We had several calls and video chats discussing details and my vision and they made my dream wedding a reality. It was absolutely stunning! Our guests were in complete awe too. I wouldn't have changed one thing about my wedding process, location, vendors and most of all these amazing wedding planners!! -

The SunHorse Weddings team is absolutely incredible! Not only did they plan a once in a lifetime wedding day that our guests are STILL raving about, but they also organized a breathtaking Welcome Dinner and a super fun Golf Cart Scavenger Hunt (would highly recommend both!). Honestly, we did not have to worry about a single thing that SunHorse was involved in. They are thorough, professional, and very well organized. Tiffany and Alex were flexible when working within our budget and we were able to achieve the wedding of our dreams. If you are having a wedding on Isla Mujeres using SunHorse Weddings is a must! -

Tiffany, Alex & the whole team at Sunhorse Weddings are top-notch. We got engaged on Isla the year before and decided to return with our closest family and friends and share Isla's magic for our wedding day. We were so lucky to come across Sunhorse and have them plan our day. They are super organized, professional, FUN and just fantastic people all around. Everything regarding pricing is super straightforward, honest, and clear. These are people who live on the island and know all the "in's & out's". They will not steer you wrong!
We had some of the worst wedding weather one could imagine - it absolutely poured most of the day. It led to a lot of changes that Sunhorse handled incredibly and no one involved in the wedding had to worry or stress on the day. Not one guest complained about the weather, because everyone just had an amazing time! For context we had 50 guests, traveling in from all over UK, West Coast US, East Coast US and most people stayed 3-4 days. Sunhorse organized an amazing rehearsal dinner for us the night before as well. You will not be disappointed if you check them out!! -

We set up an introduction phone call and they won us over from the very fist conversation. The customer service offered by Tiffany and her crew is beyond incredible. Our wedding was so far above and beyond what we even expected. All of our guests have been telling us that our wedding was one of if not the best wedding they have ever been to.
The communication was amazing. We had a lot of questions and they made it very easy and pain free to plan a wedding from a different Country. They took all the worry out of not being near the venue during planning.
I will be recommending SunHorse to all of our friends and family that are looking for an incredible destination wedding planner! -

Peiwen Sent on 03/14/2018We got married on 2/20/2018 @Isla Mujeres. Sunhorse Weddings is the BEST! The wedding would never be so fun and so successful without the team. At first, I was so worried about destination wedding because both my husband and I were not able to fly to the island to check anything before the big day, but Sunhorse Weddings did a fabulous job as everyone mentioned in their comments. They had a very clear timeline and list of details. They sent me pictures and videos of venues and details to help me create a vision of my wedding on the beautiful island. The communication was efficient and fast. They know everything about weddings on the island. They gave me advice and suggestions that I would never think about and saved me from a lot of troubles and last-minute worries. Everything was so well-organized that my husband and I enjoyed every moment of the big day without worrying about a thing. The wedding exceeds our expectation. I appreciate all the efforts that Sunhorse Weddings have made for the wonderful wedding.

Amanda Sent on 02/12/2018For anyone looking to get married on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres, I cannot recommend Sunhorse Wedding Services enough. SHW popped up on multiple internet searches when looking up weddings on the island, and so we were thrilled when the venue we wanted worked exclusively with SHW. From the beginning and up through the wedding communication is their strength! The team was upfront with costs and helping us to estimate what would work within our budget. As cheesy as it sounds, they made our dream wedding a reality! We were blown away with how well coordinated and organized our wedding was. We started planning our wedding about a year out and had multiple phone calls over the first half of the year to go over larger items. When it came to less than 3 months we had a few more phone calls to go over some of the smaller details. If ever we had a question or concern, they were available for a phone call. SHW made the whole process EASY and stress-free. All you have to do is make decisions and they take care of everything else. We had the most incredible wedding, that was within our budget, and exactly the way we wanted it. We weren't able to visit the island prior to our wedding, so when we arrived the week of our wedding, Tiffany and her team were ready for us. We brought several suitcases of items for the wedding down with us, and they not only took care of it all, they had everything packed and ready to go back with us at the end of our wedding night. They also helped with coordinating a snorkel cruise for our guests (SO MUCH FUN!) and our rehearsal dinner, which was a beautifully-lit dinner on the beach. We have so many cherished memories from our wedding week, and it all wouldn't have been possible without the help of SHW. We can't thank Tiffany, Kate, & Alex enough for their hard work and dedication to making our wedding day absolutely perfect.
