Summer was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. After my initial meeting with Summer I knew she was my planner. Summer was our partial planner and florist, but she helped me plan almost every aspect of our wedding and her recommendations were always so amazing. I can honestly say that I did not stress during the planning process because I had Summer on my side. Summer assembled a great team of vendors, and as always mindful of our budget. Summer was extremely responsive from start to finish and even days after the wedding. She would always respond to every text or call (and I would text her a lot..lol). Summer is the nicest person you will ever meet. On wedding day she had us on a timeline and we were able to stick to it. Summer made sure we were eating, and staying hydrated while taking our photos. I cannot express how grateful we are to have found Summer to help us plan our wedding. She went above and beyond to make our day so special. I will recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or special event. I will definitely miss talking to her everyday. She is the Best! -

Summer was beyond exceptional!! She added so much more to the wedding experience than can even be accounted for. I would recommended Summer and her team to EVERYONE and in fact have already to multiple close friends. Her professionalism, attention detail, thoughtfulness, accessibility and organization is unparalleled. I felt so relaxed throughout the entire process and truly enjoyed every step! Even when last minute rainy weather forced us to adjust our plans, she truly kept us grounded and focused on the important things (like marrying each other with our friends and family present💕). Also, somewhat incredibly so, the changes she made with the florist and venue last minute were MORE stunning than the original, I was speechless!! Summer and her team were the greatest addition to our wedding experience and I cannot thank them all enough for creating pure magic for us in Miami. XOXO -

First thing: stop here and hire Summer Nicole Events!
Summer is worth her weight in gold. Going into wedding planning, we knew that we needed someone to guide us. After booking our venue, Villa Woodbine, we asked who they recommended and Summer was at the top of their list. She had done so many beautiful weddings there already, and we knew her experience of the ins and outs would be so helpful. We booked Summer as our planner a year and a half out and from the very beginning, she understood our vision perfectly and was able to make design and vendor recommendations that made our vision come to life! She was super helpful in negotiating with and choosing vendors we vibed with! She is so knowledgeable about all the things, and even helped us get a great deal on upgrading some of our rentals. Through all of our walkthroughs, our tasting and all of the zoom calls in between, Summer made the planning process so seamless!! She was always just a text or call away, and never made us feel like what we wanted was out of reach.
And then came wedding weekend. Summer and her team were INCREDIBLE and kept everything on track. We didn’t have to think about anything, or make a single decision, because Summer had thought of everything prior. We truly felt like guests at our wedding. When a family situation arose, Summer handled it with grace and discretion. Our ceremony started on time to the minute, and from there, the night just flowed perfectly! We truly cannot thank and recommend Summer Nicole Events enough!!
P.S. one of our favorite memories of the night was our entire shuttle bus chanting Summer’s name as she sent us off at the end of the night!!! She is truly the BEST!!! We love her so much!!! -

Summer was an incredible month of wedding coordinator for us! She was exceptional in the service she provided us from start to finish. Her calm demeanor and tremendous experience with high-caliber weddings at top Miami venues made us feel like we were in great hands throughout. She was constantly accessible to us in the lead-up to our wedding, making us feel like we were the only couple she was working with. She was deeply knowledgable, and helped give us crucial advice on improving our planned floral arrangements and decorations, on the menu and table setting, on where best to do our cake-cutting and first dance, and on a million other details which added up to a significantly improved wedding overall. During the wedding itself, we felt like we had no cares in the world thanks to Summer and her team being all over every detail and ensuring any issue that popped up with a guest or vendor alike was fully resolved. One example was when one of our tuxedo jacket buttons fell off during the wedding. Summer immediately sprung into action, pulling out a sewing kit and personally sewing the button back in place in a matter of minutes; bringing us from panic to ease yet again. Summer made our wedding a perfect fairytale and we couldn't be more grateful to her. I highly recommend hiring Summer as your wedding coordinator! -

What can I say!!! Summer was truly incredible from start to finish. She guided us through the entire process with so much care and thoughtfulness, and we always felt supported, understood, and genuinely looked after, even when we didn't know what exactly we were looking for. Summer felt like a friend through the entire process. She handled questions, challenges and everything we needed to feel supported with so much ease and calmness. We had so much FUN working with her -- those late night calls and last minute changes, she was the best in navigating.
She brought our vision to life in a way that felt effortless and beautifully intentional. On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without stress. The level of organization and calm behind the scenes was remarkable... even my brother, who has been to countless weddings, commented on how exceptional Summer and her team were.
Our wedding day was everything we didn't even know we could dream of, and more. We are endlessly grateful and couldn’t recommend Summer more highly. Honestly we'd do it again if Summer is planning. :)

Where do I even begin? As a wedding planner myself, I knew how particular I would be when it came time to choose my own planner. Not only did she exceed every expectation, I genuinely felt she advocated for us.
Throughout the process, Summer was excited to explore new ideas, tackle design changes, and work with vendors in a way that always had our vision at the forefront. What first drew me to Summer Nicole Events was Summer’s breathtaking design work and impeccable aesthetic. We had already selected our venue—The Barn 305—when we began working with her for partial planning, but from the very start, I knew she would understand our vision. She completely knocked it out of the park. Her guidance, creative eye, and attention to detail helped elevate every element of our wedding day.
Summer wasn’t just our planner—she was also our florist, and her talent in both roles is truly unmatched. Every floral arrangement, from the bouquets to the ceremony arch to the reception tables, was stunning and so thoughtfully designed. She brought cohesion and magic to every space she touched.
As part of our planning process, Summer helped us finalize key vendor selections and connected us with an incredible team—Kristina Karina Photography for photo and video, Earth and Sugar for our vegan wedding cake, and MiamiWritesCo for signage and lettering. She also worked seamlessly with all of our venue’s vendors and staff at The Barn 305, ensuring that everyone was on the same page and everything came together without a hitch.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how smooth and well-run the entire day was—and that’s thanks to Summer. She kept us perfectly on schedule without ever making things feel rushed, and she handled everything behind the scenes so we could be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Can't recommend Summer enough if you're in the market for a wedding planner! We were incredible impressed with Summer's work on our Miami wedding. Summer helped us translate our vision into reality--all while keeping our budget top of mind. Most importantly, she helped keep us focused on what WE wanted for our big day. Based on our conversations, she recommended nearly all of the the amazing vendors we worked with, and we couldn't be happier with the team she pulled together. They were all professional, incredibly talented, and aligned with the feel we wanted for our big day.
Nearly all our guests were from out of town and Summer went over and above to help us think through room blocks and venues for our welcome and after parties. It meant a lot to us to deliver an amazing Miami experience, and our family and friends haven't stopped talking about the weekend since!
Summer was always readily available to address our questions and concerns, which gave us sense of calm and confidence going into our big day. She is highly organized and pays close attention to detail. I'm a " type A" person and was worried about finding a planner I could trust, but once we met Summer I knew I could be fully present during our wedding day because she had everything under control. I cannot recommend Summer enough! From start to finish, she made my wedding planning process feel effortless and completely stress-free. Her attention to detail was incredible! Summer was a dream to work with. I found her through Wedding Wire and after reading all of her 5 star reviews, I decided to inquire with her services for a month of coordinator. Summer was the third and final planner I spoke to and after that initial phone call I knew she was the one for us. What stood out to me was the level of trust and comfort I felt after one phone call. Vibes don’t lie!
Our wedding would not have been so successful had it not been for Summer. She was very knowledgeable of our reception venue (East Miami) as she is a preferred vendor. I was wary of having our day time ceremony at Vizcaya but like a true professional, Summer made the experience seamless. She listened and acknowledged all my worries and concerns which was mainly the unpredictable Miami weather. If she could control the weather she would! She told me “There’s no point in worrying about something twice.”
Summer’s attention to detail is impeccable. She was always a step ahead but never overstepped. She always asked my husband and I first and made sure our needs and wants were met. My husband is not one to talk but even he felt comfortable reaching out to her. Summer also worked so well with my other vendors and orchestrated our day perfectly. She exceeded all of our expectations and my only regret is not having her as my full wedding planner. Brides, you won’t be disappointed in choosing Summer as your wedding planner! Hiring Summer as my 90 day coordinator was the best thing I did while planning my wedding. No exaggeration. She probably heard me say it 100 times but I am so so grateful for her. I am the first of my sisters and the first of my friend group to plan their wedding. I was working full-time, and going to school full-time. I was under an incredible amount of stress but all of that melted away when I started working with Summer. She is so kind, responsive and reassuring. She helped me find my last few vendors and took care of the communications that I literally had no more capacity to have. She allowed me the ability to fully enjoy my wedding without having to worry about anything.

We were so happy with Summer's professionalism and quality of service. We picked her day of coordinator services but she connected with us a month before our wedding and helped us tie up loose ends. We were coming from out of town, having to deal with destination wedding details, a venue that was far away and plus on top of it, a possible hurricane which could have ruined our day. Summer listened to all our questions/issues and always came back with a solution, and never told us to do it her way. She would always insist us on choosing whatever we felt was best but would offer valuable advice from what she's seen at other weddings. On the day, she was attentive, always around when we needed her, fun and we appreciated how she cared for our needs before we even asked. She was very familiar with our venue (Villa Woodbine). She constantly checked in with us, would remind us to drink water and even got us a plate of the passed appetizers to ensure we ate enough. She thought of everything like having bug spray & anti-itch cream on hand for the pesky mosquitoes and she even went out of her way to capture some clips of the special moments of our day for us. Thank you Summer, we will definitely hire you for our next wedding!! :) -

I began my wedding planning process well over a year before our big day, but I knew I would need professional help because, at the end of the day, the wedding industry is just that...an industry! After speaking with many overpriced planners who said I would need to triple my budget, I immediately stopped searching after speaking with Summer. She was calm, reassuring, and reasonable. Her professional and aesthetic styles matched what I was looking for. Of course, throughout my planning process, my guest count doubled to almost 300 guests, but our entire wedding budget still did not surpass the tripled amount other planners suggested I would need for under 200 guests. She connected me to incredible vendors who not only met my budget but were also incredible people that I feel so lucky to have met and worked with. It didn't matter how far away my wedding day was; Summer answered every email, every text, every phone call. When I was stressed, she was calm and organized, which reassured me that I was in good hands. She kept me on track, and our day was SEAMLESS! She also did our flowers, which came out exactly as we envisioned. It was a huge bonus to have the person who helped create the vision of that day work on such a big part of the aesthetic detail. Summer truly knows what she is doing in the wedding industry, and she caters to her couple's needs rather than her business needs. It was an honor to work with her, and now call her a friend. -

I worked with summer for month-of coordination and she exceeded all of expectations. She is incredibly detail oriented and efficient. Her assistance in the final weeks of planning helped relieve so much stress - having her as a contact point for vendor emails and confirmations was awesome. On wedding day, she made sure everything was on time and moving smoothly. She made sure to check in with us throughout the day and night to make sure we were doing well. Also, her knowledge of our venue was a huge plus - she recommended changes that improved our day so much. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! -

Hiring Summer as my wedding planner was the absolute best decision I made while planning my wedding. My husband and I got married on 7/16/2022. Best florist and coordinator!
Summer is hands down THE BEST wedding coordinator and florist I could’ve asked for… and exceeded my expectations by a mile!! She and her team were so professional, attentive, on time with everything, and just the most caring person to work with. Everything was perfect for our wedding… even more perfect than I could’ve imagined thanks to Summer.
As for the florals… just WOW. I didn’t give summer too much direction and allowed her to really dream up something creative for the day and just gave her the colors and somewhat mood of the day… and she made the most beautiful and creative designs EVER. And I love flowers and these were the most outstanding and unique flowers ever. I cried happy tears all day just looking at these gorgeous flowers Summer made and how much she knew exactly what would fit our wedding.
I will DEFINITELY be recommending Summer to all my friends who are getting married/having grand events and if I ever need help with an upcoming event… I know who my first call will be!! -

Most amazing wedding planner
There are not enough words to express how grateful we are with Summer. From the first moment we spoke she had such a beautiful calming energy that we just absolutely fell in love with her. We are so grateful she was our wedding planner. She made our rustic chic backyard wedding 10 times better that what we had pictured in our heads . Summer was so organized , calm and always available to answer any questions. She also made our flowers arrangements and they were all so beautiful . Jeez, I wouldn’t know where to start but Summer was my sound mind and good judgement during my wedding. She was our month of coordinator but really took on more roles than I anticipated which I was so grateful to her for. She’s very professional but a side of fun which a nervous bride like me needed. This might be the longest review for any of my vendors as I don’t even know where to begin! Hiring summer was the best decision I made when planning a wedding. She helped put the finishing touches to make our special day a Pinterest board dream come true. We hired Summer for day of coordination, which began 30 days prior. From the moment we started working together, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. Summer is client centered; she made sure she knew my vision and did her best to accommodate every detail of what I wanted. She would always looking my way before making decisions and constantly reminding me that it was my day and there are no “rules” for how I could do things. Summer was able to navigate several mini crises while still maintaining such a positive and optimistic attitude. When our cold sparklers cancelled due to incomplete vendor permits, she was able to secure a refund from the vendor for us. She was flexible on the day of, able to repurpose personal decor items that the venue did not allow us to place where we intended and able to adjust when my dad was late and caused a delay in the timeline. She was so positive and reassuring throughout everything and she really helped keep me at peace and stress free in the weeks leading up to the wedding. To top it off, not only is she professional and extremely knowledgeable, she is also the sweetest person! Summer, I miss you and can’t wait to call you when we start expanding our family or are ready to renew our vows down the line! -

I hired Summer as my florist, month of and day of coordinator and wow did she come through. From the start we clicked, she understood my vision and brought it to life. The final product was something I honestly did not even think was possible. Still in awe of the flowers, alter and candles. It was just perfect! All the guests would stop me to say just how beautiful the arrangements were. She also spared me many breakdowns because anytime something went wrong she’d always provide an easy solution which saved me many hours of researching etc. My only regret is I didn’t hire her for the whole process, she would have saved me many hours of spinning/researching ideas. She not only an amazing coordinator and florist but an amazing person. My family loved her because she made everyone feel so comfortable. There’s not enough nice things I can say about her.y wedding would not have turned out the way it did without her! Hire her I promise you won’t regret it!! -

Summer is such a kind and helpful person! She was our day of coordinator and florist and we couldn’t be happier that we found her!! Summer is amazing with everything she does and as a person. She truly puts her heart into everything. She did way more than she had to without us even asking her. She was on top of everything with patience and kindness. We sadly had to reschedule the wedding due to covid and I was terrified about it and Summer took over and told me not to worry. She made the most stressful part seemed so easy, she contacted all the vendors, and would only "bother" me with final decisions to not put any more stress on me and my fiance.
We also hired her to do our flowers and she was extremely helpful and creative with our budget and all the decorations we needed. We trusted her fully with little details with the flowers and at the venue and everything for the wedding came out perfect.
She even helped us plan our gender reveal (picked up the balloons and all without us having to ask her).
This experience would have never being a fairytale if we didn't hire her. Best decision we made for our wedding. -

She negotiated with our venue on our behalf, was always available to help us and really made our day run smoothly. I found Summer's company searching through Wedding Wire. Her response time was quick. We met on Zoom and I knew Summer was the person I needed to help me a month leading up to the wedding. In our conversation, I learned she also handled floral arrangements/decor. One stop shop! Planning a wedding during Covid had it's challenges...my venue canceled, guests canceled at the last minute, we needed someone to pick up our wedding cake and deliver it to the restaurant, etc. But every time I communicated with Summer, she reassured me everything would work out. She was incredibly helpful and flexible when we changed the reception location and altered our floral arrangements to better fit our budget needs. During the wedding, Summer had everything under control. At no point did I worry or had to address a problem. She was on it! Even my guests commented how organized, professional, and pleasant she was. As for her floral arrangements, I sent her a few ideas and she made my idea become a reality. I loved my bouquet so much I started looking for a company to preserve it. I couldn't find one and reached out to Summer for help. Less than 24 hours, she sent me 3 different options. If you are looking for a coordinator and/or florist, I highly recommend Summer. My husband and I even joked about hiring her again in the future for a baby shower. -
