Magical Wedding Experience
Choosing Daniela as our wedding planner was undoubtedly the best decision we made. Our dream venue, though gorgeous, was a bit of a puzzle to work with due to its many requirements. But when we stumbled upon Daniela's website and chatted with her, we just had this feeling she'd be able to handle it. She got us right away – from our big picture wedding theme down to the tiniest details and our budget constraints. She never overpromised, yet she had this knack for understanding exactly what we wanted. Communicating with her was a breeze; she was always on the ball, super resourceful, and incredibly thoughtful, always looking at things from our perspective as the couple. Having her as our planner was a real blessing. And let me tell you, our wedding? It left everyone speechless, all thanks to Daniela's magic touch!SugarEvents's reply:

My husband and I planned our entire wedding over email, a wedding in Italy... we live in Los Angeles. We never visited the venue, we never did the tasting, and I did my hair + makeup trial the day before the wedding. I would not recommend anyone do this, UNLESS, you are working with Sugar Events.
Our wedding was perfect.
The food, the vendors, the location, the music, the flowers... everything was flawless. Daniela and Francesca have impeccable taste and being that we couldn't be in Italy to see everything firsthand, we trusted their recommendations every step of the way. Everything was warm, sophisticated, and timeless. The amount of guests who told us this was the best wedding they've ever been to was countless. Fantastic Wedding Planners!
Daniela & Francesca are amazing wedding planners! They are very professional, attentive, super responsive and are enjoyable to work with. Daniela & Francesca are very good at helping you manage your budget, which is important. Also - if you need to make a change / addition to your wedding on short notice, they are extremely well connected with all the vendors you could imagine and are very good at making things happen quickly. If you are planning on getting married in Italy, Sugar Events is the way to go!

Although we had very clear in mind what we wanted for that very important day, we realized almost immediately that Francesco’s job occupancy in Turin and the little time I could dedicate to organize it would have postponed the wedding date and above all generated unnecessary stress. This is how the acquaintance with Daniela was born, she struck me from the first meeting. I wanted a straightforward, organized, competent, practical person and although she advised me to hear other opinions as well in order to make an informed choice, as soon as I left the interview I just wanted her. Two months have passed since the big day, we can only say THANK YOU again.
Thanks Daniela, without your precious help, your advice, your ability to solve the hitches immediately, your promptness in responding to us at any time and day, the organization of our wedding would not have been possible! But above all thank you because I have always imagined the bride close to the wedding as a crazy exhausted and instead I arrived at that day calm and just curious to enjoy what we had planned in all those months !! (Francesco is really grateful for this)
Thanks to the catering that bewitched me and Francesco right away for the kindness, availability, attention to every detail, but I can say that that day they exceeded our expectations, everyone's expectations. It was all not only delicious but FABULOUS and then that wooden table, those plates, that furniture.. well they made us dream!
Thanks to the florist who with his flowers and his talent made the difference! He and Daniela with just a few photos and a few words have grasped what we dreamed of right from the first try and something incredible has been achieved! Those flowers in the church, the wildflowers on the table with those bottles that drove me crazy, my bouquet ... all, all too beautiful.
Thanks to the photographers who really cared for us and entertained us. Always been present in every moment without ever being intrusive and you were also fundamental to guide us in some moments of that day. We saw how you love your job and how making something special is one of your priorities! Thanks above all for having so much patience both with us but above all with the requests of all guests. We can't wait to see all the photos!!
Thanks to all the audio and lighting service! They were the part that we feared the most because they were mainly managed by e-mail, instead they created a "green room" of our own with a magic of lights that left us speechless. Music entertainment needless to say.. a real BOMB!
Thanks to the make-up artist, I wanted to be “Elena” that day and I knew that being natural is the hardest thing for any makeup artist to achieve.. well that day I was 100% myself and all this thanks to her professionalism and skill (I also thank her car that has decided to abandon it right where I had to prepare myself and not before!)
Thanks to the location, which was a guarantee for us but was then a surprise for all our guests.. the perfect setting for that day!
Thank you for having the patience to keep up with all my requests and thousands of tests.. it was perhaps the part that made you damn the most but the final result was amazing!
That day during our last dance Francesco told me “I would like to do it again every year” and I can only confirm this sentence. We loved every moment of that day, everything was perfect thanks above all to this wonderful team! Thank you!!

We are super happy with how Daniela and her team helped us in organizing our wedding, and we would definitely recommend SugarEvents to everyone who wants to have a great wedding! We wanted to get married in Italy, on beautiful lake Como, but we do not live in Italy: Daniela was the perfect choice to help us coordinating everything from abroad; the communication with her and the suppliers worked well, also in English language; and she helped us when we had to postpone everything because of the lockdown. Organizing a big wedding from far away and during a global pandemic is not an easy task, but thanks to SugarEvents we were able to do it in the best possible way. Daniela and her team have been a great support in every aspect of the organization, attentive to our taste and desires, and providing a lot of helpful recommendations and taking care of all negotiations with the suppliers. We decided to rely on Daniela after having been to a wedding organized by her, where everything had been impeccable. At the first meeting there was immediate harmony between us: Daniela is a nice, kind, professional, helpful and reliable person. Daniela has not only reached our expectations, but has far surpassed them. We have chosen an enchanting but at the same time difficult location in terms of logistics: the Rocca di Angera. She relied on top quality suppliers who guaranteed an exceptional result. In particular, the imperial tables at sunset were pure magic. Daniela's presence during the wedding day is essential, because thanks to her you will have nothing to think about and the result will be absolute perfection. Daniela, I can’t thank you enough but I will try.. you literally blew me away. It was more than we could dream of and more than we expected. Everything was perfect including the storm! I know how scary it must have been for you and I really thank you for making your very best efforts. I also want to say you handled it very well and I’m so glad I didn’t know about plan B. Better to have me calm and relaxed upstairs! It was amazing. The flowers, the candles, the lighting. The marquee was like a fairy tale and I couldn’t have dreamt of anything better. The atmosphere was sensational. The food was unbelievable. Please send me the band and also the caterer number. I want to personally thank them.
