SFEW were a big help every step of the way! When I had questions, they made sure to answer them. They helped make decisions when my fiance and I were too ambivalent. Natalie made sure the both of us were taken care of throughout the day. I have guests who commented "wow! I've never seen the bride and groom get to eat at their own wedding before!" They were kind, understanding, and super accommodating of the things we didn't have opinions on vs things we were extra about. I'm super glad we booked them. I don't think the day would have gone as smoothly without Natalie! -

Lisa and Kayla were amazing, professional, so competent and knowledgeable, but most importantly seemed to have that helpful attitude and heart of truly caring. They also helped with vendor recommendations that were all so great and also reasonably priced. They went so much above and beyond what we expected. -

They promise you get to be a guest at your own wedding, and they deliver on that promise. I primarily worked with Lisa during the planning process and Natalie was on site the day of the wedding, both are fantastic and know their stuff! I’m pretty sure they saved me THOUSANDS of dollars by helping me find vendors under my budget and also saved my sanity by doing all the vendor due diligence. Whether you have a bunch of questions and want to be super involved, or just want to sit back and let them do the work, they can make it happen for you. Highly recommend! -

We were supposed to be getting married last month in Captiva, FL, but two weeks before our wedding day, Hurricane Ian ended up destroying our venue and the island. We wanted to keep the same wedding date, considering all our friends and family had already designated that weekend to our wedding. This left me with two weeks to re-plan an entire wedding here in McKinney that took me months to plan before. I called up Lisa at the Cotton Mill (this was a venue we had really liked when we were contemplating having a local wedding) and she had me come in the very next day to meet with her.
Obviously, I was a little frantic and emotional, but Lisa was so good at letting me know "she had this" and everything was going to be perfect. Within hours, she had gone down her list of vendors and we had already picked out so many things. Cake was done, rentals/lighting done, she had set up a meeting the following day between myself and the florist & caterer. She basically helped me plan an entire wedding within hours.
Lisa was always on top of communication between myself and the vendors and seriously took all my wedding stress away. I got to enjoy the process and my wedding day was the best day of my life (aside from the day our son was born). I call Lisa my "guardian angel" because she really was just that to me. I seriously could not have pulled this off without her. Could not recommend her and her team more. They were all so fun, enjoyable to be around, and I knew that they truly did care so much that my big day was perfect. -

Absolute 5 stars. The sweetest souls to ever work with and they truly do care so much about you, your vision and your big day. Man did they save me money!!!!!! They’re the best!!!!! Lisa was a great wedding planner and an incredible asset throughout our entire planning process. We postponed for a year out from our original date due to the pandemic and Lisa supported us the whole time! It was so valuable to have someone that is so connected in the wedding industry in DFW and she made finding our vendors fairly easy. Our wedding day ran smoothly and her assistant was SO incredible and helped bring my vision to life. SFEW is the way to go! -

The name really says it all, Stress free!!! The moment I first talked to Lisa, she made me feel like she was going to take care of everything and she did. I couldn’t imagine my wedding without her support. We got married on Thanksgiving weekend so at times it was difficult to get setup with vendors since it was a holiday weekend. Lisa was able to pick up, set up all our decor and rentals and drop off and everything looked gorgeous! On our wedding day she made us feel like guests at our own wedding with no stress just the most perfect support. Everything flowed smoothly, the most perfect day! I couldn’t recommend Stress free enough they are so fun and organized. If you are debating whether or not to get a planner or looking for a planner, look no more because Stress Free is where it’s at! Thank you to Lisa and her daughter for making our wedding day straight out of a fairytale without any of the stress! -

Hiring Lisa was the best decision I ever made when it came to planning my wedding. She was absolutely incredible. Her attention detail and overall caring personality made me feel like I was working with my mom the whole time. My wedding got moved 3 times due to COVID and Lisa was there every step of the way to help ease my anxiety and remind me that my day will be perfect no matter what. During all the rescheduling, I had a couple vendors that couldn’t accommodate my new date. Lisa helped me get even better vendors to replace those all within my budget. I was extremely grateful. On our wedding day, everything went so smoothly! Truly zero stress the entire day. Her team is amazing too! With the business of the day, they made sure my husband and I were fed and were constantly checking on us and bringing us drinks. I highly recommend Stress Free Events & Weddings! -

Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing and talented Lisa is! Due to COVID, I had to move my wedding from California to Texas with only three months to spare before our wedding date. Needless to say, I was stressed! After only a few minutes of speaking with Lisa, all my worries began to fade. Lisa brought the vision of my wedding to life -- in fact, she made it better than I imagined! She carefully selected the best vendors for me and never stopped working until she knew I had exactly what I wanted. With the amount of care and attention she gave me you'd think I was her only client at the time (spoiler: I wasn't, she had many!) but I never felt that. Every call, email, and need was answered promptly. What should have been a stressful three months of planning ended up an absolute breeze thanks to Lisa.
As for day-of wedding coordinators, I could not have hoped for a better team and support system than Lisa and Tiffany. As to be expected with all weddings, problems arise, however, I had zero clue about any of it all thanks to my Stress-Free team! They handled every problem -- sometimes even before they became a problem! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Including the surprise firework show that I had planned for my husband and our guests during our first dance. No one else knew about the fireworks except myself and Lisa. This surprise took expert level coordinating as I wanted the show to begin at a precise moment and time. Lisa coordinated with the DJ, photographer, and pyrotechnic team flawlessly. It was a perfect moment we will never forget!
I cannot thank Lisa enough for her hard work and dedication to making my dream wedding possible. If you truly want to feel like a guest at your own wedding, look no further than Lisa and her Stress-Free team! The moment you do you can rest knowing your big day is in the best hands. -

Hiring Lisa and Tiffany was by far the best decision I made when planning this wedding (aside from the choice in groom of coarse!). Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure her brides have the perfect wedding day and planning experience. She is a wonderful bargain shopper when trying to find the right vendor, she is honest about what you can afford, and she is always a text or call away when needed. If you need a wedding planner, I HIGHLY suggest giving Lisa a call. Because of her, my wedding day was better than I could have ever dreamed. -

Lisa was awesome to work with. My fiance and I planned a wedding in Dallas in the midst of a move from Boston to LA and it would not have been possible without Lisa. She was always SO accommodating about working with the time differences in planning calls and check-ins (at one point I was traveling for work and my fiance, Lisa and I were all in different time zones for a big planning call and Lisa was so flexible in finding a time to chat). She kept track of all of the big and small details. She backed me up on email chains with vendors when I felt like certain vendors were not giving me what I needed. She and her team did an incredible job setting up our decor just as we wanted it - I had a specific vision in mind of what I wanted and she executed it flawlessly. Most importantly, she kept the day running smoothly. I've been to weddings where the timeline gets off and then you look up and you only have 30 minutes on the dance floor before its time to leave, so that was a big fear of mine. But not with Lisa. She ran a tight ship, which I appreciated because we were able to just enjoy the day without worrying about anything. As two working professionals with very busy careers, Lisa was a perfect fit . Thank you, Lisa, for everything! -

Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing Lisa & her team are. I would have not been able to fully enjoy myself at my own wedding if not for her. She is hands down the most caring, thoughtful, and genuine person you can ever meet. She anticipated my needs and thought of every detail that I didn’t. You can tell she has a gift and passion for making brides dreams a true reality. I cannot imagine our wedding without Lisa from Stress Free. She went above and beyond our expectations for "Day-of-coordination". She was with us from the moment we hired her in June all the way to our wedding in April. We weren't sure what we were doing when it came to which vendors to hire and when, what was a good deal and what wasn't, and more, but Lisa was there to help keep us on track when it came to planning the wedding we had invisioned. Everything we had in our head she helped bring to life, and even worked with other vendors before we booked to make sure we got the best deal for our money. She's always super flexible when it comes to meeting, always on time, and throughout this whole process we gained a close friend who shared in our joy on our wedding day. If you are looking for day of coordination and help planning your wedding you can go ahead and stop looking, because you won't find anyone better than Lisa and her team. -

I genuinely don't have enough words to describe how amazing Natalie from Stress Free Weddings and Events was to me. She was so kind and helpful, always on the ball and making sure stuff got DONE (and done well). My incessant emails and billions of questions didn't even scare her off! It was such a relief to know that someone was handling my wedding day from start to finish and I could simply enjoy being a bride. She even helped me figure out how to approach a vendor after the wedding that I was displeased with... and her tips helped us come to an agreeable solution! All in all, Natalie is awesome and she saved my wedding day (and the months leading up to it) from any disasters that may have challenged us! -

My husband and I had our wedding in Sept 2018. When researching wedding coordinators, I thought to myself I think I only need help for the day of. After meeting with Lisa, I realized a day of coordinator was more like a month of coordinator. And with Lisa, she was a coordinator that helped when and if you needed it, no matter when it was. When Lisa and I first met we talked for hours. She asked all the right questions about the wedding and jotted all her notes down. What really made me feel comfortable with choosing Lisa was her expertise in planning weddings. She knew when to do what and where. It was very apparent even during our first meeting. She was more than willing to meet me at any time that was convenient for me. She was very responsive to emails (day and/or night). Before the wedding, I knew she had all the details we needed and knew exactly what we wanted. She even helped me contact vendors to negotiate costs and communicate wedding details. During the wedding, she kept me updated and checked on me while also attending to the vendors, the wedding party, guests, and keeping a close eye on the timeline. Our wedding had some added elements that aren’t typical in all weddings (e.g. my family performed music, grooms cake surprise, bride surprised by groom and groomsmen). Oh, and let’s not forget it rained on our wedding day. Even though there were so many different elements, Lisa helped it all come together with ease. Our family and guests continue to compliment on our wedding and how organized and smooth it went. We thank Lisa for helping us orchestrate such a magical day. If you are looking for a day of coordinator or a full wedding planner Lisa is bar none. I would recommend her to all couples looking for help with their wedding. Not only does she do excellent work, she’s easy to work with! Thanks Lisa!!! -

Lacey Sent on 04/10/2018Lisa was the first vendor that I hired for our wedding. Day of coordinator services at the very least is a MUST for your wedding. Do not attempt to plan and execute a wedding without this. If you want to enjoy your day, you need one!! Lisa was someone I got to know throughout our year long engagement and appreciated her help very much. She connected me to our wonderful florist who did a great job, and helped me work with several other vendors along the way and even helped me negotiate with one or two. Lisa went above and beyond what I contracted her for, she paid attention and caught on to how I operate. I'm very type A and was very particular about how my wedding planning was going, I ultimately felt like I could talk to her about anything, even if I wanted something done a different way. Her husband came along on the wedding day to help set up and decorate and he was awesome too!!! He got so much done for us and was so nice. Thank you Lisa for being such a big part of our day, we appreciate you! -

Lisa was super helpful throughout our whole planning process. She worked with me long before the month of my wedding even though that was the package I paid for. She has a lot of contacts around the dallas area and can make great recommendations. We rented our linen from her which was very nice! I loved that she did all the finalization with our vendors the week of. She has done many weddings and because of that I feel that she is somewhat set in her ways. She is a bit forceful in her recommendations and wants you to do things her way. If you want something don't be afraid to stand up for yourself so that you are happy with the final result. Overall she did a great job the day of. It was nice to have her and her assistant there to handle everything. A couple little things went under her nose but no one is perfect. We were very happy to have Lisa as part of our day.
