Hannah is an absolute rockstar, point, blank, period. By profession, I am an experiential marketer, so my day-to-day is not unlike wedding coordination. I catch the smallest details and hold vendors to high standards, and I wanted the same for my wedding. I told Hannah from the get-go that I was "more type A than any other type A bride", and she readily accepted the challenge. Joke's on me because she absolutely blew us away with how easy she made our lives leading up to our wedding and on wedding day! She was so organized, and took a really long list of wedding to do's and broke it out for us month by month so we weren't so overwhelmed. She had a laundry list of vendors and resources that were so helpful to us. She was SUPER communicative and answered any and all of our silly questions. Where she really shined was rehearsal and wedding day, of course. Not once did anyone have to question when and where they needed to be; if anything went awry, I had no knowledge of it whatsoever and assume it was handled promptly and without issue. She was so accommodating to us and her attitude was positive and direct, which I really appreciated. I simply cannot recommend her enough! -

Hiring Hannah was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a very DIY, non-traditional wedding at a summer camp, with a lot of moving pieces, and she somehow made the entire weekend feel seamless—even when there was plenty of chaos happening behind the scenes!
From the moment our guests started arriving Friday, she was there. She stayed overnight at camp, helped with our rehearsal, welcomed and coordinated arriving guests, and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be. Before the wedding, she communicated with all of our vendors, connected everyone with the timeline and important details, and made sure everyone was on the same page before the weekend even began.
On the wedding day, she was absolutely invaluable. She helped bring together all of the DIY pieces we had planned, from getting the dining hall set up and keeping the event flowing to coordinating vendors and making sure the timeline stayed on track. She was organized, flexible, incredibly calm under pressure, and always seemed to have a solution before we even realized there was a problem.
And there were definitely problems! We had a significant catering issue that could have easily disrupted the evening, but she handled it completely behind the scenes. We had no idea the extent of what she was dealing with until later because she protected us from the stress and let us keep enjoying our wedding. That alone was worth its weight in gold.
She was also just fun to have around. She brought great ideas, communicated clearly, adapted to whatever we threw her way, and had the kind of wedding expertise that immediately puts you at ease. Her ability to keep everyone calm, even when things were moving quickly, was incredibly impressive.
Our wedding looked like a beautiful, effortless celebration—but there was a LOT happening behind the scenes to make it that way, and she was the person holding it all together.
Hannah was worth every penny—and honestly, probably worth even more. We would 100% recommend her to any couple, especially anyone planning a DIY, unconventional, or complicated wedding. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding instead of worrying about logistics, hire her. You will not regret it! -

Hannah was an absolute pro and a joy to work with. We hired her as a Day-of Coordinator, but that title doesn't tell the whole story of just how much she brings to the table.
Hannah really helped our planning stay on track and made sure that we had all the pieces in place. It was so fun having her tour the venue with us, ask the venue host questions we never would have thought of, build a SUPER helpful vendor website, and check in with us as the day approached. By the end of the process, she felt almost like part of the family.
She came to the wedding day totally prepared. She and her assistant were both absolutely professional - she even captured some special moments on video/photo.
If you are considering whether you need a Day-of coordinator, you probably do. And if you need a coordinator, do yourself a favor and hire Hannah! -

I truly can’t recommend Hannah enough! From start to finish, she made sure every detail of our wedding day was handled seamlessly. I planned the wedding myself and originally debated whether a day of coordinator was necessary—but looking back, I genuinely can’t imagine doing it without one… especially Hannah.
What stood out most was how she never made us feel like just another client. She treated our wedding day with so much care and intention, as if it mattered just as much to her as it did to us. She also thoughtfully included our key family members throughout the process (while always respecting our preferences and boundaries), which made everything feel even more personal and special.
One of the sweetest surprises was receiving a gallery of candid photos she captured throughout the day—little moments we otherwise would have missed. If you’re considering booking Hannah, do it. You’ll be in the absolute best hands.

We hired Hannah & Stonas Wedding and Events as our day-of coordinator, and she was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. In the months leading up to the big day, she was incredibly communicative, organized, and proactive. I was trying to think of that one word to wrap up how amazing Hannah is, and I just can't find one that is good enough. Hannah is not only professional, but she adds sparkle and charm to the planning. She had a way of keeping us all on track and her personal monthly check in calls were exactly what we all needed. The day of our event she ran the venue flawlessly. We were short on help at the end of the night, and she and her crew jumped in where they were needed even when they didn't have too. I have a new respect for coordinators, and all that is involved with a wedding. Choosing a coordinator is probably one of if not the most important choices you will make and you would be lucky to have her. 💒❤️

I need to start this by saying that I am a picky person - very type A, and I don’t trust people to take control of situations often. However, Hannah is someone I felt comfortable putting my trust in - from the start, she was transparent, knowledgeable, and one of the most competent coordinators I talked to - and I say this because we had booked another coordinator prior to booking Hannah, and the prior coordinator was not good at her job. So when it came to working with Hannah, it was such a refreshing and relieving experience.
Take my word for it - this is the person to book if you’re wanting quality and competence in a coordinator - I will vouch for her 100%, she is truly worth the praise.
She was extremely professional and personable - basically she took the weight off our minds the whole time - from rehearsal to wedding day. Everything we were stressing about before, we were able to let go of - she took over, which meant decisions were being made and things were getting done. We got sooooo many compliments, even from my really hard to please family and friends - seriously, a huge part of the success of the wedding was Hannah’s planning.
The biggest and constant compliments we got was that the wedding had many thoughtful touches, was an actual fun time, and was well scheduled - “everything was seamless” is a compliment we heard a lot - and I agree. She kept the whole day moving forward while delegating and coordinating - I didn’t have a single thing to worry about, which is a rare feeling.
She even took videos and photos for us, which I had no idea was happening and was such a thoughtful surprise - it was so beautiful to have an album of memories to look at once the night ended - beautiful memories which was so nice since we knew our photographer would take a while to send us our pictures.
In summation, if I had to do it all again, I would go with Hannah every time. All my wedding party and close family that interacted with her was impressed with her skills and the way she directed vendors and handled crowds.
We were truly lucky that she was available for our wedding day.

The Best Wedding Decision We Made!
Hiring Hannah as our day-of-coordinator was hands down the best vendor decision we made and the top piece of advice we’ll be giving any friends planning a wedding. We were honestly on the fence about whether we even needed a coordinator, but after our first call with Hannah, we felt totally affirmed in our decision to hire her. She’s so easy to talk to- friendly, quick, responsive, and just on top of it.
She helped us iron out our timeline, calmed any logistical worries, and gave us the space to actually enjoy the week leading up to the wedding (and the day of!). I loved that she came to the rehearsal so our friends and family could put a face to her name too.
She had thoughtful suggestions, executed everything perfectly, and kept our reception running on time seamlessly. And the little things made such a big difference- she brought food from our cocktail hour while we were taking photos, made sure we got our dinner served first, and even kept drinks coming to us.
10/10 recommend- Hannah is a total pro and we’re so thankful we had her! -

Working with Hannah was the best decision I made for my wedding! She allowed me to hand over the reigns and completely relax and enjoy my day. Hannah is so kind, loving, has great attention to every detail, is calm under pressure, communicates so well, and executed my vision perfectly. As my day of coordinator, she took all the questions from people, led out in set up and take down, communicated with all the vendors, made sure my wedding timeline moved along, made sure my husband and I had everything we needed, and SO much more. She hyped us up and kept us calm. To anyone about to tackle a wedding, hiring Hannah will truly let you have the best day ever. -

Hannah was incredible!
Choosing Hannah as the day-of coordinator for our backyard wedding ended up being the best choice we made for the whole day! Leading up to the event she was organized, responsive, and so thoughtful. She had plenty of fun ideas to offer and was willing to make our vision work from the start, from the initial quote conversation to the final decor run-through.
Hannah worked with all of our other vendors to basically pick up all the work we had done in planning and take it off our plates for the wedding day. She helped with troubleshooting, event layout, and other key functions that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own!
As the day drew closer, it was clear that there was going to be some rain in the forecast, which turned into more rain, and finally, a 100% chance of rain and "feels like" temperature of 45 degrees. Hannah showed up, undeterred, with a big smile on her face and a warm "it's your wedding day!!" greeting, and got to work setting up. The weather created the need for lots of pivots, but we had no trouble trusting Hannah to take care of those without needing to bug us while we got ready. What could have been a disaster turned into a wedding day that, while wetter than we initially intended, everyone loved and we will remember forever.
Hannah's attention to detail made us feel confident that we were taken care of. We are very type-A, detail-oriented people, and were nervous about little things falling through the cracks on the day when we were too busy to oversee them. This turned out to be totally unfounded, as Hannah thought of literally everything! For example, at the end of the night, she put together an envelope of keepsakes from the head table. We were devastated when we thought some of them had been lost (since guests had been passing them around), but then we found Hannah's envelope with all of our treasures and were so relieved!
Definitely book with Hannah if you are looking for someone who will make you feel amazing on your wedding day and isn't afraid to take action when things don't go perfectly according to your vision! She was easily the biggest return on investment of any of our vendors, and our day would not have gone anywhere near as well as it did without her. -
