Sonal and her team were incredible to work with. From the first call, I picked up how attentive she was and how organized the whole experience would be. She brings over 2 decades worth of experience curating luxury, yet personalized weddings for clients. What was the most important to me and my husband was to enjoy the weekend as if we are guests at our own wedding and not having to worry about any of the little details the day of. Not only did her team spend every week with us planning and coordinating with vendors, but they also took away any last minute stress or coordination off our plate, so we were able to enjoy the best day of our lives and truly live in the moment. It's usually unheard of that a bride and groom is able to eat at their own wedding, but we got to sample every meal across each of our events and they brought out our drinks in a schedule so we didn't have to run to the bar. The two days were impeccable, from the event flow, the guest experience, the schedules, logistics, and more. I highly recommend the SJS team for wedding planning and coordination if you want a stress-free and seamless wedding experience. -

What can we say about SJS - we are truly short of words for how thankful we are. Sonal and her team made our dream wedding a reality by taking care of everything. From the big details to the small - her team looked after everything with such care and focus. They were so kind to us and our families during the whole planning process. I remember everyone telling how relaxed we were during our wedding weekend and i think that was only possible because of the SJS team. The ultimate complement was everyone was telling our parents how well run, organized and beautiful everything was...and that is because of SJS...they took the stress out of wedding planning for our whole family and delivered in a BIG way! It really made both of us super happy to see our parents have an amazing time and not worry about anything. In short..SJS is the BEST personally and professionally and we could not be more thankful to have them plan our wedding. She was the first vendor we hired and i'm so thankful for it - we are forever grateful to Sonal and Ginny!! LOVE YOU BOTH!!! -

When we first decided to have a destination wedding, I knew I wanted no one else but Sonal and her team. I had heard from countless brides how amazing the SJS team is and they weren't wrong! Throughout the entire planning process Sonal & Ginny made us feel at ease; whether it was recommending the right vendors, giving advice on decor, budget planning sheets, wedding weekend timelines, they were so thorough, we knew we were in good hands. We had a decor issue right before our wedding reception but Sonal, Ginny, and the rest of the team were right there hustling to make sure everything looked perfect. All of our wedding guests came up to us at the end telling us what an amazing, organized, and memorable wedding we had. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning team to guide us through such an important time in our lives!

Our journey with Sonal, Ginny and the SJS team started right at the start of COVID when we were planning a multi-cultural, multi-day, DESTINATION wedding! We had ambitious goals and lots of visions, which I never thought would be able to come to life. Sonal and her team were with my family and I every step of the way to ensure a flawless execution. Her punctuality, responsiveness, accessibility, weekly and daily calls/emails, and detailed timelines blew the stress of wedding planning out the window. I always knew someone from the SJS team was working hard to make our dream wedding come true. She helped us choose INCREDIBLE vendors including (but not limited to) the decor team from Mexico, photo/video team from Boston and our chef who came from NYC to make our Persian, Indian fusion culinary dreams come true! We had the most professional, hard-working and passionate vendors by our side to help make our wedding weekend nothing short of perfect. While in Mexico, one of her assistants, Isabella, was by my side the entire weekend; she was one of the sweetest people I have ever met and the weekend would not have felt the same without her. She felt like a friend I have known for years! Sonal's execution was breathtaking and this would not have been possible without her drive and insane attention to detail. My family and I had the best weekend of our life and we would NOT have been able to do it without the SJS team! -

"Perfectly executed," "wedding of the century," and "it was flawless" were just few of the phrases used over and over again by our guests, and we owe a lot of this feedback to Sonal and her team. We held a jam-packed destination wedding weekend in the Caribbean for 250 guests from around the world, and Sonal's team went above and beyond to make our ambitious vision come to life. Each of our guests were well taken care of from the time they received the invitation, to landing on the island, to boarding their flights home. Most importantly, Sonal and her team were "on it" the day-of, handling any of my last minute requests and concerns seamlessly, so as I bride, I could enjoy the weekend, without worry of any of the logistics. Sonal's team is extremely organized, efficient, responsive, detail oriented, positive, comforting, great at negotiating on your behalf, and simply a delight to work with. She's the best of the best. -

My husband and I are generally procrastinators, and we honestly had no idea how to approach this wedding planning. Sonal and her team were beyond godsend, they made sure we were on task throughout the process without being pushy. Sonal always listened to our ideas, we were able to incorporate everything we wanted, and she was a very big reason why everything was able to come to fruition. Our wedding day was an absolute dream, my parents cannot stop raving about how everything went without a hitch, and we cannot thank Sonal and her team enough for everything they did. It's hard to remember everything that the SJS team contributed to our special weekend. They were understanding and sensitive to our families' needs, they shared their wedding wisdom and advice freely, even if it wasn't always exactly what we wanted to hear - and thank goodness they were honest, because they were always right.
I wish I had been keeping notes on everything they did for us, but I was busy enjoying the party! It was completely stress-free. Every vendor they recommended was a superstar; and every other vendor, they brought up to their level.
I have never seen my entire family on-time, much less early, for anything, but the SJS team made it happen with solid planning and great communication. They were laser-focused - no detail was too small or too large for them to handle.
There are a hundred things more that I am forgetting and probably a hundred things more that we will never know they took care of. I have never heard of a wedding where literally nothing goes wrong, until I was part of this one. If you are considering Sonal and her team, reach out to them! They will be the best decision you ever make (and they'll make sure every decision after that is a good one too).

We knew we wanted a wedding planner to help us coordinate everything from contract negotiations with vendors to flower arrangements for our wedding reception and are so glad that we went with SJS. The whole team really delivered and helped make our wedding weekend incredible. Sonal and Ginny were always available whenever we had any questions and were there to offer their expertise when we needed advice. They helped plan out every detail of our wedding weekend before arriving in Aruba – so when we actually arrived, everything went flawlessly and we were stress-free. Of course, every bride & groom is stressed the weekend of their wedding, but we were actually able to enjoy all of our events because we had the SJS team looking out for us and handling any issues / concerns on our behalf.
