We couldn’t be happier with Sogno for our wedding giveaway! From the first tasting to the big day, they were professional, accommodating, and incredibly passionate about their food. There was even a discrepancy in the contract and they granted it to us which we greatly appreciated.
The tasting experience was delightful. On the wedding day, everything was executed flawlessly. The staff was friendly and attentive. The presentation of the food was stunning with the touch of the flower and the gold flakes which tied in perfectly with our theme, and it tasted even better than we had hoped!
We received countless compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, from the appetizers to the main course. The bride's friend mentioned she "didn't lick the plate because God is good." Sogno truly helped make our day unforgettable.
In addition to the delicious food they also work with providing tables, linen, cutlery, plates, ice for the bar, etc. Thank you for making our wedding feast so memorable! -

Exceeded my expectations, great value!
Gourmet quality food, served hot, by a professional staff of servers! Great value with an all inclusive approach. Linens, tables, chairs, glassware and utensils of your choice are all included. Rosie aims to please and is at your service leading up to the event. We chose 2 entrees: Chicken and Risotto/ Churrasco and Mash Potatoes both were delicious!!! Appetizers were Coconut Shrimp, Tacos, Ceviche, Chicken and Waffles, Stuffed Tostones all creatively presented on beautiful platters. Sogno D’Elite exceeded my expectations.

Perfection down to the detail. Words cannot describe how thankful we are to Rosely and her amazing team! We cannot imagine planning our wedding without having such a wise, kind and thoughtful person like Rosely there to ensure everything we dreamed of came to be. For one year she was with me through out the process guiding me and helping me make the right decisions. Thank You once again for making my dream wedding come true.

I don’t think there are words to express how AMAZING the entire SOGNO team was, specially Rosely! They made our wedding day the most PERFECT day in every way possible.
I hired Sogno as my catering company and month of planning services. I think any bride/couple has high expectations for their catering and any other service/vendor they book. So, to no surprise, my expectations were high and at times there was a lot of back and forth (from my part) but Rosely was so good and patient throughout the entire process and very accommodating to our requests.
Let me start with the food - personally most weddings I've been to, the food is not always the best, or at least, it's not consistent....but this was not the case for our wedding. We had a choice of Salmon or Filet Mignons with truffle risotto and asparagus -- HOLY COW!!!! the food was 10/10 and it all came out hot and on time! honestly, there are zero complains. All of our guests were so happy and spoke highly of the quality of the steak and the salmon and risotto were cooked to perfection.
Now, don't get me wrong, the Hors d'oevres were also 10/10 and the food did not stop coming all throughout cocktail hour & the bartenders provided a wonderful service all throughout the party... In particularly, Bartender Rafa.. I think he was everyone's favorite, not only because of his bartending skills, but also because he was having fun with all the guests! there's nothing better than getting greeted and serviced by someone with a smile on their!
Now, I was one of those brides that said "I can handle it", "I'll plan the wedding" -- After getting married, my level of respect ad appreciation for wedding planners is at another level! The level of stress they manage, specially the days leading up to the wedding is no joke! But, those planners that are able to carry everything with so much grace and commitment is the ones that I admire the most... and my planner ROSELY took it out of the park. WOW, she is GOOD!!!! I am so grateful for all of her dedication and support! she truly added personal touches that made a big difference for me... she made my dream wedding come true!
Rosely, thank you for allowing us to enjoy our wedding day and taking care of all the big and little details. We appreciate you so much!!!!!
PS: if you're still reading this (lol) and you're on the hunt, do yourself a favor and book Sogno D'Elite! you won't regret it! -

Originally we were in contact with Rosely, who was very attentive and answered all of our questions, but her father oversaw the catering at the event, a gentleman and very professional. The catering was a bit pricey, coming out to something like $75 a plate, but it was more than worth it! Everything was delicious, our families are still talking about the hors d'oeuvres and their dinners a week later, and the staff was courteous and professional, especially the bartender who was charming and took the time to learn our signature drinks and joke with our guests. This is the best food I've had at any big event! -

I cannot say enough how glad I am that I hired Rosely and her team for our catering, rentals and day of coordination. She truly made the process SO easy. The food was amazing and our guests all agreed! Originally we were just doing catering and rentals and later decided to add on the month of coordination service. I have to say this was the best decision I made in the whole planning process. Rosely was always available to answer questions and provide suggestions. She worked flawlessly with my other vendors and most importantly the actual wedding days was SO smooth and everything looked amazing. And to top it off she always made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hand! Our venue's communication was a big issue throughout planning and even after the event and without Rosely I don't know what we would have done. She truly went above and beyond even after the wedding day. If you are looking for a professional and reliable vendor you don't need to look any further! -

Absolutly Amazing!
Lets start off by saying that we contacted Sogna d"Elites a little over 30 days before our wedding date. We happened to get in contact with Rosely, and she took charge and made everything happen exactly the way we wanted it done and then some! At first we were skeptical that this wedding would get done the way we wanted it in such little time but our doubts were put to rest the closer we got to the date. Rosely made our vision come to life better than expected. Everything came out perfect! From the hors d'oeuvres, to the main course the food was amazing! From what we've heard many couples do not get to enjoy cocktail hour but with Rosely and her team, they made it a priority to attend us while taking photos making sure we had a drink in hand and enjoy the hors d'oeuvres. We couldn't have asked for a better team to oversee our wedding. -

Rosely and her team are AMAZING!!!
Hands down would recommend to every person I know getting married or for any event! She made everything so easy having it all in one package with plenty of options to choose from in food, tables, chairs, chargers, napkins... you name it. I saw they even have a food truck option now which is unbelievably cute!
The staff was also great! A lot of people don’t expect wedding food to be that memorable, but every 👏🏼 single 👏🏼 person 👏🏼 was raving about the food.
To top things off, our venue got shut down 48 hours before our wedding - not even covid related. Talk about stress. Rosely immediately jumped in to help, proposed the new venue and showed up within the hour to get an updated floor plan/timesheet setup so the rest of the vendors could be notified all in that same day. No one would’ve known the chaos with how the wedding turned out.. it looked beautiful and everything came out perfect!
We’re so thankful for everything Rosely and her team did for us. Her energy, organization and personality overall are what set her apart from the rest, with the best service and price out there! -

We immediately felt an amazing connection with Rosely and her father. This father and daughter duo was extremely professional, creative and committed to turning the wedding of our dreams into reality. They have so many food options, and people kept complimenting how delicious and tasteful the meals were. We chose for the salmon and sirloin steak options with risotto and asparagus! We had four h'ordeuvres options for cocktail hours, and everything was just delightful. We also hired Rosely as my wedding planner for the month of the wedding. She is extremely organized, creative and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. We love Sogno D'Elite Events, and we highly recommend them for your wedding or any other event. They deserve more than five stars! -

We did not want to spend a fortune in our wedding;however, we wanted to have a beautiful wedding. Sogno D’Elite offered us great wedding packages that included almost everything from the chairs to the yummy cake. Rosely will give you great advice and will work with you to have a beautiful wedding, your dream wedding. All her team is highly prepared. My guests told me the service was great on the day of the wedding. Thanks Rosely for everything! You are awesome! Keep up the great work. -

Rosely from Day 1 has been such a pleasure to work with. We first met Rosely, her father, and her team at a venue tasting, and immediately left a great first impression on us. At that point we hadn't even hired her yet and recommended her to by best friend, who also was getting married. As soon as we found out she was to take over our planning and catering, I was immediately jumping for joy. Rosely throughout this whole wedding planning process has been friendly, patient, honest, flexible to our needs and questions. She provided a helpful guidance and a means of comfort during times where I wanted to pull my hair out. We had wanted a non typical meal for our wedding guests and let me tell you, our guests are still PRAISING AND RAVING about the food served at the wedding. I can't even begin to thank Rosely and her team for creating our vision and making it come to life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND any and every couple to have Rosely assist them in their special day. -

What can I say about the most amazing service we had ever hoped for and received! Rosaly and her entire team were amazing on our wedding day. All of our guests were thrilled about the food, specially the appetizers!! My God, if I could have some of them right now. It was the absolute best choice to go with them for our catering and also the wedding planning with Rosaly. Chef Betancourt is a genius. The main entree was delicious and the service was really efficient. Thank you so much, I would choose you guys all over again! -

Rosely was an amazing wedding planner. She was always available when I was unsure of something. She went to every appointment I had and asked all the right questions that I didn't even think to ask. I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of she took care of everything for me. I also booked her and her catering service for bridal shower. Not only was everything delicious but very beautiful. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. -
Chongchong Sent on 04/11/2018I can't imagine how to have such beautiful wedding without Rosely and her team. She is very experienced, organized, and responsive to my questions and ideas. I live in Ohio and I had my wedding in Miami with 60 guests from all over the US and China. With her help, I secure the vendors in long distance with the best price. She gave me a timeline tell me what I need to buy and prepare. I feel the whole pre wedding process was not stressed at all. During the wedding day, her coordinator Ani also did a great job. All of the decors items and table arrangement were in the way that I wanted, so my families and I enjoyed the whole wedding. I'm so happy that I hired Rosely and her team as my wedding planner.

guests did not get a dinner if they happened to be at the bar as their table was being served and some of the people got the wrong meal. We had sent a seating chart before hand with who was sitting where and which meals would be needed at what table. So at the very least they knew how many chicken options, fish options and vegan options were at each table. The other bad part was that some guests were served raw chicken that they were unable to eat.
The appetizers were as delicious when we tasted them before hand and the bartenders were very attentive and sweet.
I hope we were just a fluke wedding but it was a disappointment to have almost 20 guest complaints in a wedding of 140 guests.
Also, warn them before hand not to throw away favors. They threw away our personalized cups and candles at pick up at the end of the night. -

I hired Rosely and her team because she was recommended by a friend who was having a smaller wedding than ours and raved about the food. I then saw she also had a full planning and hired her for that as well since I was crazy busy with work. I will say if I can rate the planning it would be a 6 out of 10, I believe I am a type A bride and I know exactly what I want and gave all my decor/flowers& vision on a platter but I truly did not see the experience for a planning service. Everything from budget (we were $24,000 over budget) because minimal things like lighting and bathrooms etc become an expense that she did not account for, I loved my venue it was truly a venue that spoke to me but every other venue was “out of our budget” and in the end came out to the same cost. The month of things I found myself doing things that her as a planner should have been doing, like putting table numbers together, seating chart - I truly believe if I didn’t take it in my own hands they wouldn’t have been done. If I could go back I would’ve hired a month of honestly a full planning service maybe from this business was not worth the money (which is not cheap for not having that many weddings under your belt) and don’t get me started about her assistants that literally look like they are dragging their feet and one of them ruined all my invitations and we had to SCRAMBLE . Now to the food, the food tasting was SPECTACULAR, the chef came to our house and gave us rounds and rounds of things to choose from. The day of was also amazing, people got served champagne while entering the venue and the bartenders were ON POINT. Cocktail hour everyone was raving about the food because it is truly a 10/10! During reception (food time!!) I was a little bit disappointed, the waiters seemed lost and we got our food LAST from our table…they definitely needed someone directing the food because tables would receive their food and would be missing a plate for over 15-20min so it was a little uncomfortable. I don’t know if this company can handle a 130 person caliber but my dad who was a head waiter in the past took over and directed the waiters and I was very embarrassed but it was the only way we were going to be able to move along from dinner to party! Overall it ended up being a beautiful day and everyone raves about the food till this day but many do mention how the waiters were soooo lost and how the assistants were just a mess with a bad face about doing anything! I’m hoping this review will help future business and help brides
