Seriously stop your search and book Summer immediately. She was, hands down, the best vendor of our entire wedding and I don't know what we would've done without her. Even my husband keeps bragging to everyone about how incredible she was. She is the reason that we (me and him, bridesmaids, mom, everyone) were truly able to just enjoy the day. She was available for a rehearsal, she met up with us the week-of to get all of the decor so we just had to show up to The Cordelle with my dress and some coffee :) When our wedding day looked like it was going to be raining and freezing, she swooped in with plans AB and B and I knew it was in the best hands. When we had some issues with other vendors, she handled it and I didn't even know until after the fact. She has a take-charge personality and is unbelievably dedicated to you and your vision/day and making that a reality. I truly cannot say enough great things about Summer. If you are getting married in the Nashville are, this is your person, no questions. I could go on for days. Thank you for making our day so incredibly perfect, Summer. -

Wow!! I was the mother of the bride and since my daughter and future son in law live out of state, I was in charge of the details for their outdoor ceremony and reception. Summer saved my life! She is the most organized person you could ever have the privilege of knowing. I really appreciated how she listened, was quick to respond to emails, and got to know the the bride and her wishes. She listened to my concerns about the specifics and was great to correspond with our chosen vendors. My only regret is that I didn’t initially hire her for the full wedding planning instead of the day of coordinator. I believe with her excellent relationship with the best vendors, I could have saved myself some of the hassle and even saved money. Summer is a MUST for your wedding! -

Summer was PHENOMENAL! We would hire her again and again and again. She is so helpful, kind, and maintains a professional demeanor. She assisted us in full planning which allowed us to enjoy our engagement while she contacted vendors and did most of the legwork for us! She handled all the details on our wedding day; I didn't even think about decor or programs or music once while I was getting ready! She packed us a go-bag of food and cake which was great and so appreciated. Seriously, Summer Sheldon is the best and worth your trust! She will make your wedding day everything you dreamed it would be! Five stars! -

Summer is great! We met several times to make sure she knew what we wanted out of the ceremony and reception. Everything went smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding. She even packed a to-go box of food for my new husband and I to enjoy later that night - which was a blessing because we barely got to eat. -

Summer and I went to high school together, so when she was on my list of preferred vendors, I had to go with her. From the moment we met to start the planning process, she made it effortless. She was willing to meet anywhere to get the job done! Every little piece of the process from start to finish was so easy because she made it easy. Truly knows what she is doing and you can tell she loves what she does! Having her as my wedding planner was the best decision! Planning a wedding shouldn't be hard and tiresome and with her she makes it so easy! -

We could not have chosen a better wedding planner than Summer. She is AMAZING!!! We still have guests telling us it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to and we could not have pulled it off without her! My husband and I live in Florida so we had the added layer of planning the wedding from out of town. Summer was willing to meet with us around our schedule when we were in town and she did a fantastic job of working with/managing our vendors (and family...and me :-)). She really walked us through every step of the planning and worked tirelessly on our wedding day to make sure that all of the details were perfect. And they were!
I wholeheartedly recommend Summer to anyone who is lucky enough to book her for an event! -

Summer could not have done a better job for us. She was willing to meet with us when we asked leading up to the wedding, created an amazing layout and setup with our tables and place settings, and made sure EVERYTHING was done and done correctly on our wedding day. She left no stone unturned and made sure to get everything we mistakenly left behind for us. She will handle all of your vendors on the day of and knows so much (understatement) about how you can handle each and every aspect of your wedding. You will not find a better day of coordinator in Nashville. My sister is getting married next year and has already booked her. -

I would consider myself a rather naive bride. I would also consider myself incredibly lucky to have found Summer! With each and every meeting, Summer was on the ball. She made wedding planning a truly enjoyable experience. Her knowledge of local vendors was incredibly helpful. On the day of my wedding, there isn't anyone else I'd rather have running the show! The day ran so smoothly, and I didn't have to worry about a single detail. Summer helped us create the most beautiful ceremony and reception space. It was a pleasure to work with Summer! -

As a caterer, I have worked professionally with Summer many times and knew that she would be the perfect person to have on our team when I became the Mother of the Bride! Both my daughter and I found her to be warm and friendly, highly professional, knowledgeable and completely accommodating. Her level of communication was superior and her demeanor gave us the utmost confidence that she had everything under control and we could relax and enjoy our day, which is exactly what happened! The wedding rehearsal was professionally coordinated and the wedding day was magical and exactly as we had pictured and hoped for. We could not have made a better choice. -

Go ahead and do yourself a favor and hire Summer Sheldon to plan your wedding. I cannot express in words how grateful we were to have Summer as our Day of Coordinator. She went above and beyond on our wedding day. First, we had an issue with the linen being to large for the tables (our fault we had them personally delivered). She sprung into action and got us even better quality linen and linen that actually fit the tables. Then mother nature decided to have a thunderstorm during our ceremony and reception. During the ceremony she literally saved our lives by getting us back inside before we were struck by lighting. She stayed so calm during the chaos. She quickly coordinated with catering and the DJ and moved the reception to the house within minutes. Our guests were so impressed with her professionalism and ability to work so efficiently. She has excellent work ethic and is such a joy to work with. We were so thankful for Summer. Thanks to Summer we were able to have a wonderful wedding that everyone enjoyed. :) -

She is so professional, beyond helpful, and went above and beyond the call of duty for our wedding. Words cannot describe how stress-free our wedding was, and it was all because of her organization, experience, and preparedness. We loved her as our coordinator!! -

Summer picked up where I left off when I was overwhelmed helping to coordinate the things I already had done and suggest things I had not yet gotten to. She not only contributed expertise but physically as well with set up and tear down. We used her skills before and then extensively day of our event. Easy to work with and had some great ideas plus just adapted so easily to me and my way of doing things that a lot of the stressful aspects were effortless. A welcome surprise is her skill at flower arranging! -
