SIR Concepts came to the rescue when the original planner I had hired ghosted me. Jakeema was so organized. Each meeting included a checklist of things for me to get done. I couldn't be more thankful for her help. Luckily SIR Concepts and our venue, Cottontail Weddings and Events, are owned by the same person so the transition from planning to wedding day was seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! -

We enthusiastically and whole heartedly endorse SIR Concepts! We used them as our wedding day coordinators, and feel like they were worth every penny.
Jakeema and her team were organized, proactive, supportive, and creative in how they approached their work.
Prior to the wedding, they were very flexible with scheduling our pre wedding planning sessions, which was helpful because we were only available in the evenings and we lived in a different state so we needed to use Zoom. They also ensured we had an opportunity to tour the venue with them before the big day, which helped us make sure everyone was on the same page going into the wedding.
Day of, they were so helpful at keeping us in the loop with enough info so we could make decisions about the night (without too much info to overwhelm us), and they helped keep us on our schedule while also adapting to inevitable changes as the day evolved. Despite a major snafu from our caterer, SIR Concepts kept us calm and collected, and made sure we had a fantastic time.
Prior to our wedding, we weren't sure if we wanted to hire a wedding coordinator, given how expensive weddings can already be. However, SIR Concepts was truly worth every penny! If we were to have another big event, they would be the first people we would hire. We cannot recommend them highly enough. -

Sir Concepts was the second vendor that we booked and was with us during our long wedding planning journey. Sharif was always courteous, professional, and flexible. Was there for all of my random questions and was a great resource for me. When our day finally was coming closer, Jakeema Dawkins was the lead for our event. She too was courteous, professional, and flexible. She helped me keep my composure those days leading up to wedding day lol. As a DIY bride, I needed the day to be facilitated and assistance in bringing my vision together. Jakeema and the team did just that! The communication received was top tier, professionalism was top tier, ensuring things went accordingly was achieved, and not only did we feel seen, we felt heard. They were truly a pleasure to work with.

Best money I spent on my daughter’s wedding!!
When my daughter got engaged, she gave me little guidance about what her dream wedding was, so I planned all of the decor. I had it planned out but needed help “executing” it all on the wedding day. She got married at Cottontail Wedding in Danville, VA. The owner Sharif suggested that I contact his partner, Jakeema Dawkins, with Sir Concepts. We discussed my needs and she gave me an awesome custom quote for exactly the help that I needed. She picked up all of my planned decor 2 weeks before the wedding. On wedding day, I thought she and her team would be setting up as we arrived. We walked in the door and it was all done! I could not have been more pleased. She executed the plan perfectly!!! It made my day stress free! I got to enjoy the time with my daughter without having to decorate! I enjoyed the day more than I ever imagined I would be able to!! I cannot say enough nice things about Cottontail AND Sir Concepts! Jakeema was my hero!! With little guidance from my daughter, I was worried the day wouldn’t match her dream. At the end of the night she said, “It was perfect, everything about it was perfect. It was the best night of my life!” That is the best compliment I could ask for. I want to thank Jakeema for helping me make this happen!! -

We planned our wedding in a very short time-just 5 months and everything was lovely in spite of this. Jakeema was a joy to work with. Even though I'm sure I drove her crazy, she helped streamline the process, answered all of my questions and more importantly made sure I answered all of hers. I don't like being the center of attention and she helped to make sure the day was a reflection of us in spite of that. We were able to enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything. The whole process was amazing. -

We cannot express enough appreciation for SIR Concepts! My husband and I are very simple, laid-back people who are not much into "peopleing" and fancy social events so we knew that planning a wedding would be a challenge. Jakeema was incredibly understanding and attentive and helped my husband and I create a day that truly represented who we are. SIR Concepts brought to life our vision of focusing on our love and the love of our family and friends. They could not have done a more beautiful job. Jakeema was invaluable in helping me make difficult decisions and was empathic to some of the challenges we encountered. I did not want to stress about the details of this day and I can honestly say that I did not have to. Jakeema was organized and timely so we knew exactly where we were in the process and what our parts were each step of the way. She made things so easy and we cannot be more thankful. Also, Sharif was so professional and amazing at handling a few hiccups with our guests. All around, our day was beautiful, our love shined, and we have awesome memories to cherish for years to come. None of this could have been possible without SIR Concepts. Thank you so much for making our day more special than we could have even imagined! -

My wife and I got married in October. We chose a small wedding with a very intimate setup. Sharif was simply amazing. He's so down to earth and easy to talk to. It was always a pleasure meeting with him. My wife and I had zero stress throughout the whole process. Him and his team are fantastic. I would highly recommend. -

Sharif was very responsive, accommodating, professional. I had such a good time planning with Sharif, and his great attitude and demeanor really helped to remove stress as a factor. Set up was great, and he kept everyone moving and where they needed to be. I would definitely recommend Sharif and the Sir Concepts team if you need a great planner for your wedding or any event for that matter. -

And, I received so many compliments on their professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a planner or coordinator for their big event. The Sir Concepts Team took the utmost care to make sure every detail of my wedding was perfect and to make sure my family and I enjoyed every second of the big day. I cannot thank them enough for their calm and organized manner of handling every manner that arose. I was also incredibly impressed with their patience and flexibility when it came to my ideas and additional requests as the wedding drew near. They are a dream team!
