Outstanding service
From beginning to end, it has been an absolute pleasure to have Sincerely Jane plan and execute our wedding. Timely, accurate and personal service throughout. Our first contact was with Amanda Schwenke and Alexandra Stephens and the first impression was very positive, so it was easy to decide to go with Sincerely Jane. Amanda has been our main planner and she is great. She connected us with great vendors and followed up everything perfectly, thus removing all stress expected on our part.
On the wedding day, Amanda and Kimberly did an outstanding job. In a discreet and professional way, they made sure that everything was flowing according to plan.
Coming from foreign countries it was a necessity to engage wedding planners. Immensely happy that we choose Sincerely Jane and Amanda, you are the best!

Incredible Planner!!!!
Amanda and her team Sincerely Jane were the absolute best! They were there with us through each step of planning from day one, offering ideas based on what we thought, needed, etc. They are very professional and touch base with you on any topic. They have so much experience and can provide advice on just about everything related to the wedding planning process. We loved them so much. -

Can't say enough about our experience with this company's services and especially with Alexandra Stephens and her team!! Alex went above and beyond from the day we first hired her, through our unexpected changes due to COVID, and on our big day. Her and her team worked so incredibly hard to fix issues that came up throughout the day (and they were not little things!) and did them so perfectly and allowed my husband and I and our families to keep focus on the beauty of that day with a clearer mind and a sense of peace and confidence knowing that they had everything under control. If you need a planner, I highly highly recommend that you use them! -

Alexandra was awesome! I felt like I had my own security guard, personal assistant, and cheerleader. Alexandra and team took away all the stress of the day by keeping everything running smoothly and on time. They really did an amazing job! -

I am very much a “take on the world by myself” type person. I love to plan and take on everything. Amanda helped me by being essentially a “me.” On the wedding day anyone who had any questions etc, she had all the answers. She really took lead the month before the wedding with email my vendors and finalized everything while I focused on decor and last minute touches. She was amazing!! Our wedding was beautifully executed and Amanda and her team was great! -

Amanda made our day so special
Amanda, from Sincerely Jane Events, was an amazing wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to give us the most special day, and did this in less than 3 months! I had no idea what I wanted but I knew I wanted a small destination wedding with family in Virginia Beach. When I found her everything fell in place. Decided on the venue, photographer, baker and officiant within a week of meeting with Amanda. She gave great suggestions on flourals, hotels, and everything in between all while keeping us within our budget. On the day of the wedding she made me feel like a princess. I didn't have to lift a finger. All I had to do was show up! I would highly recommend Amanda to plan your wedding. She will make it unforgettable. -

Sincerely Jane was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with for our wedding in May 2021. My husband & I worked with Amanda for our wedding but we also loved Alexandra too! They are both so professional & personable at the same time. Throughout the whole planning process, Amanda was 10 steps ahead and thought through everything we might need or want for our special day. People asked if we were nervous or stressed on the day of our wedding, but we were so confident in the Sincerely Jane team, that both my husband & I felt so at ease and relaxed during the entire weekend.
I can’t say enough incredible things about this team! If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable and FUN wedding planner/coordinator, you’ll definitely want to hire them. So reasonably priced and worth EVERY penny. -

At first, my now husband and I hesitated getting someone else to help us with the wedding thinking that we could do everything on our own but as the time started going by we realized that it is not all that simple. The tasks started piling up, stress levels increased, plus having full-time jobs and other responsibilities...everything made our wedding planning move nowhere near where we were supposed at 4 months away mark. That's where we decided to hire Sincerely Jane Events.
Working with Amanda Schwenke had been truly amazing!! She created a list of tasks, sorted and organized them by their priority, so we could complete everything in a very short period of time (only 4 months!!! usually people start planning around 12 or more months prior the wedding date...), having check points now and then evaluating progress, making decisions, budgeting, etc.
Amanda provided help with the design ideas and then created a full detailed design plan that was successfully implemented. She took care of all communication with the vendors, managed to solve all unexpected issues on a very timely manner (even during the wedding day when our shuttle busses drove to a wrong city, she resolved the issue and ensured we had transportation) with a great level of professionalism.
Due to COVID restrictions and being in different cities all the wedding preparations were done online through video and phone calls, but it didn't affect the quality of Amanda's work. The wedding was ran very smoothly and as expected, we are still truly happy with our investment to hire the wedding planner as it made our lives muuuuch easier.
I would definitely recommend hiring Sincerely Jane Events to take care of your event as they are trustworthy, professional, fun, detailed, organized, super responsive, creative people with excellent time management and problem-solving skills. The only thing that I would make you aware of is potentially the incremental additional cost of having a vendor from out of state, but then for us, personally, it was well worth it.

Working with Sincerly Jane Events was an absolute dream. Amanda made the entire wedding process so easy and seamless. I do not know how we would have done it without her. 10 out of 10 service and 5 stars across the board. So happy with how the wedding turned out. We would 100% recommend Amanda and her team to any couple planning a wedding. We will likely renew our vows in the future and we will totally work with Amanda again then as well. Amanda from Sincerely Jane is absolutely exceptional! She agreed to be the month of coordinator for our wedding on 6-4-2022 at the Cavalier on her own birthday without even batting an eyelash. All the lead up to the wedding ran so smoothly because of Amanda, and she went above and beyond to be at every planning meeting. Her correspondence was so timely, and everything she did for us was organized and done professionally with positivity. You can tell Amanda has excellent work ethic, and she is truly good at what she does. You can see her passion to build and grow her business, and she is going to do just that with her incredible talents and abilities in the field. This is without a doubt THE company to hire for your wedding planning and coordination needs. You will not be disappointed, and it will be money WELL spent. Kudos to you, Amanda!
