Simply the best!
Jordyn was our lead planner and had the pleasure of Nicole and Carly as our day of coordinators. Everyone we worked with, at every step of the way, was simply the best experience. I had a very specific vision for both the design and feel for our wedding and interviewed several planners. Even during our initial phone call, Jordyn was respectful and made me feel confident to lead and that her expertise could execute it.
Obviously this team can design a stunning event (let's be honest, we've stalked their instagram.) My husband and I only cared about having a guest centric, FUN wedding that we could actually enjoy!! Every vendor we reached out to told us we were in great hands with Jordyn, and they are great to work with as both a couple and a vendor. They were not exaggerating! We did not have to deal with one thing during the day!! We had guests tell us it was the best wedding they've been to, and we are still in the afterglow months later. The day flowed smoothly, and their schedule accounted for anything and everything. I cannot recommend them enough! -

Working with Simply XO was the best part of wedding planning. I hired them while living out of state and they connected me with the best vendors, and walked me through every step of this process. They went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered, every concern was dealt with, and they truly helped bring my vision to life in such a beautiful way. Alexis is the most organized and efficient person I've ever worked with and is an industry expert. On wedding day, she brought so much ease because I knew every aspect of the day was under her control and everything went off without a hitch. The Simply XO team was worth every single penny, I can't recommend them enough. -

Jordyn and Alexis are the dynamic duo that will make your wedding dreams come true. They are direct and efficient as wedding planners should be. They handled my stressful moments with patient and empathy and were always available to answer any questions or thoughts I had leading up to the big day. The day itself ran so smoothly, I had NO stress or hiccups during the big day and that's thanks to these girls. Everything was taken care of and I was able to completely be present the day of. I could not recommend these two more! -

These ladies are the real deal. I would have completely lost my mind without them, especially with some last minute changes and freakouts re covid/delta variant that had me SUPER worried and stressed. From all of the planning/prep to every logistical detail on the day of, everything went so smoothly. They made me feel at ease and that everything was handled. They carried out the timeline of the day flawlessly. If there were any problems, I sure did not know about them (and still don't). My parents are still raving about how impressed they were (my dad has lovingly called them "Franck" throughout this whole process). All of our vendors were fantastic, but SimplyXO has gotten the most compliments from everyone who was more intimately involved in the wedding. During the prep and planning, they were able to easily advise which vendors would be good based on our aesthetic, and the design of the day was executed so perfectly, and exactly how I envisioned it. If you're looking for planners in the Austin area, just stop here and look no further (and go ahead and go for the full planning package, it is well worth it!). Thank you Alexis and Jordyn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a Type A personality, but 2020/2021 were busy years for me and my husband that I really had to let go of the reins. SimplyXoEvents made that process incredibly easy. During the event planning, they were prompt and responsive, consistently answering all of our texts and emails within minutes to hours. Their follow-ups, check-ins, and availability for calls and meetings relieved a lot of my stress and over-thinking. Not only that, Alexis & Jordyn were extremely knowledgeable and truly attentive to our needs. They always considered our budget, recommended amazing vendors, and were flexible, PATIENT, and eager to help when we wanted to change details (many times). They managed all vendor communication and our contracts. I wasn’t surprised when many of our vendors raved about SimplyXo, even one who hadn’t work with them until our wedding. Day of - calm and collected rockstars. If there were any problems, I was spared and didn’t know about them. Everything came together seamlessly! And the details…absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations! My wedding party and family mentioned the lightening speed of the set up and tear-down. I also received several compliments about Jordyn’s kind and joyous attitude. Truly, it was a wonderful and stress-free day. My husband and I will never have enough kind words to say about Alexis and Jordyn. Our day was perfect and we thank SimplyXo for the opportunity to enjoy every moment. -

I'll start off by saying that I'm very Type A and extremely organized. But - a wedding coordinator is ESSENTIAL no matter how organized you are, and we knew we wanted someone that we truly got along with on a personal level. We easily chose Simply XO after our first meeting because we felt as if we had known Jordyn and Alexis for years! The entire Simply XO Team was prompt, attentive, smart, and kind. They never made me feel as if I was a bother or had a stupid question. They have fantastic relationships with so many vendors across the entire state and are experienced as all get out. Just do yourself a favor and let the Simply XO girls have your back - you will not regret it. Having the confidence that the Simply XO girls were in our corner throughout the process, and especially on our big day, allowed my (now) husband and I truly soak in this super special season of engagement. I've gotten so many compliments from family and friends that our wedding seemed to just flow so beautifully and was an absolute blast and I attribute 100% of
that to Alexis, Jordyn, and Caroline. They gave us the best gift in the fact that we could ALL just be present on our wedding day - because it does truly fly by too fast. The Simply XO girls are much much more than just "day-of" coordinators, they are now people we consider friends. I recommend them a million times! -

Alexis and her team know their stuff!! I booked Simply XO for day-of coordination because I wanted to take the lead on vendor selection and design, but I definitely utilized their services and knowledge beyond just the day-of. They did several Zoom meetings with me and my husband, attended phone meetings with other vendors, coordinated our 30-day walk thru, provided guidance via email, and always answered my one-off texts when I had quick questions. I valued their opinions for creative decisions and appreciated their expertise when it came to logistics and vendor relations. Simply XO truly shined when the wedding day arrived!!! Carly and Ryleigh directed vendors, wrangled family members/wedding party, rearranged florals and decor between ceremony and reception, kept us on schedule, and I’m sure countless other things that I’m not even aware of. They checked in with me and my husband constantly, got us drinks, and even bustled my dress. If there was any stress or mayhem, I was spared and kept in the dark which is exactly how I wanted my wedding day feel - seamless! I cannot thank these ladies enough for their joyful energy, professionalism, and the peace of mind they gave me. Absolutely trust that Simply XO will go above and beyond for you and your SO and book them before they realize that they should be charging more!!! -

We loved working with Simply XO. On the wedding day, Jordyn really took on extra responsibilities and made sure that what needed to get done was done even though we did had not discussed it prior to the wedding day. She even walked around with my sweater while me and my husband took pictures just in case I got cold. She was so sweet and helpful on our day. It was amazing not having to worry about anything on that day. The two other coordinators, Carly and Sydney, were soso sweet and did a lot of things behind the scenes that I was not even aware of until the next day. I felt so cared for by this group of ladies and I highly recommend them to help coordinate your special day. -

Alexis and Jordyn were such a joy to work with! They reached out to James and I soon after we got engaged after a short phone call we were certain that they would be the best for us on our big day! They are extremely organized, punctual, professional, helpful, encouraging, and they truly care about the people they are working with. They reached out to us after one of our best friends passed away and helped us brainstorm ways to honor her at our wedding. They were quick to answer last minute questions and brainstorm ways to make our wedding as successful as possible. They helped with our rehearsal (very last minute because I forgot to ask) and made me feel at ease as we walked into our wedding weekend! The day of the wedding they made sure every little thing was in place and perfect and did so with a smile and joyful heart. The evening went off without a hitch because of their attention to detail and organization! After James and I left, my family shared how HELPFUL they were with cleaning and packing cars with decor we brought! They are a wealth of knowledge about vendors and timelines! They are kind, compassionate, loving, and just a joy to be around! I am truly thankful for everything they did for James and me during our engagement! We love Simply XO!
