  After searching high and low for wedding planners who I thought would be ideal for my wedding budget and my vision for my wedding, I came across Simply Sophisticated Events and little did I know that it would be the best decision I ever made. Simply Sophisticated Events...what can I say....they are AWESOME!!! Erica, the owner of Simply Sophisticated Events, was very flexible, organized, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about her work and helping turn my visions into a reality. She was always there to advise, guide and be a listening ear for us (my husband and I) during the planning process and ultimately, she took a lot off of our hands and went above and beyond the call of duty and went above and beyond the services that would be provided in her contract. She really made us feel loved and while we knew she had many other clients besides us, she really gave us the feeling that we were her main focus and top priority.

  After searching high and low for wedding planners who I thought would be ideal for my wedding budget and my vision for my wedding, I came across Simply Sophisticated Events and little did I know that it would be the best decision I ever made. Simply Sophisticated Events...what can I say....they are AWESOME!!! Erica, the owner of Simply Sophisticated Events, was very flexible, organized, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate about her work and helping turn my visions into a reality.   Mrs. Erica Smothers-Franklin is the most attentive, professional wedding coordinator and I am/was beyond thankful that we hired her company to put on our wedding together. I am a very particular and my high standards that I have, well Mrs. Erica "Simply Sophicated" was "Simply Sophicated". She was one of our family members, and she made our special day beyond special. We made sure to include her in our wedding pictures. We can promise anyone that hires Mrs. Erica Smothers-Franklin that you "will not" be disappointed. Thank you Erica for making our day "Simply Sophicated". You're the best, and God bless you and your family always and forever.

  Simply Sophisticated Events were awesome. Erica Smothers-Franklin provided a 5-star service to our daughter and ensured she captured the wedding of her dreams. Erica's professionalism and work ethic clearly spoke to her genuine character. She dedicated countless hours to ensure that we were happy and our of out of town guests were accommodated as well. We will definitely inquire her services in the future.

  Erica was amazing! We were so late to the rehearsal but she still made it work! Her professionalism and kindness was incomparable. My wedding was definitely THE single happiest day of my entire life!

  I wish I could give Erica at Simply Sophisticated Events an even higher score than 5 stars! Although I was a DIY bride, I knew I would need some help on both the days leading up to and the day of the actual wedding events. After finding Erica/Simply Sophisticated online and speaking with Erica, I knew she was the right planner for me. Our personalities matched well together and from our first conversation her professionalism shined through even on the phone.
  
  I booked Erica very early on in my planning process but she let me know that she was there to answer any questions for me even if those questions arose before the week of my event. The week of my wedding, her responsiveness to my questions and concerns was phenomenal and she never made me feel that I was bothering her if I called her or asked her questions. During my wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception, she was able to keep everyone on task without sounding like a drill sergeant. Again this points to her great personality and professionalism.
  
  I would wholeheartedly recommend Erica. The quality of service she provided went above and beyond what I was expecting. One example of her going above and beyond was when she made sure our hotel suite the night of the wedding was stocked full of food from our reception and champagne. Those little extras and details make her an excellent value. She is simply awesome!

  Working with Simply Sophisticated Events was a decision I will never regret. The prices were affordable and the care and service was impeccable. This could have easily been a stressful and uncoordinated event however, it was a dream come true. Everything was taken care off and I only assistanced in letting them know what I needed and wanted. Will definitely use for future events! The owner Erica was more than just a professional she became a great person to turn to past this event and it is hard to come by people that are genuine. Definitely use if you are looking for an event planner. :)

  I planned my wedding in 5 weeks. With nothing done and my fiancé working out of town, I needed help. Erica was very reliable, trustworthy, and professional. My wedding looked like it took a year to plan, was so beautiful, elegant, and well-organized. A+++++++

She always listened to everything I wanted and gave me lots of options and ideas. She always had my best interest at heart. When dealing with other vendors she let me know when I was making wise decisions budgetwise. To top it all off, I was able to get my invitations, floral, and even my honeymoon with one company. They definitely helped to ease the stress of my wedding day. If you want a planner that will listen to your every desire and help you make your special day one-of-a-kind, go with Simply Sophisticated Events.
