I cannot say enough about Kelsey and her team at Simply Enchanted. We had a February wedding at the Conrad Orlando at Evermore. Everything was FLAWLESS from start to finish, plus every vendor Kelsey recommended exceeded my expectations. This was a higher end wedding and Kelsey's team exudes professionalism and hospitality. Her day of team was also excellent. Simply Enchanted partnered perfectly with the Conrad Orlando team and I couldn't fault them for a single thing. Go in with an open mind and listen to Kelsey's suggestions. She knows what she's doing. Do yourself a favor and hire Simply Enchanted Events. Your wedding will be perfect. -

Kelsey and Kayla at Simply Enchanted Events are amazing!! We hired them as our Day Of Coordinator for our May 2025 wedding and they were amazing. From the start, Kelsey would send in check in emails and checklists that were incredibly helpful in the planning process. As we got closer to the date, she connected me with my planner for the day, Kayla. Kayla was a breath of fresh air!! I had a hard time getting responses from my venue coordinator and she stepped in to help immediately. She also reassured me that everything would work out and eased some of the stress in the month leading up to my wedding. She took care of vendor communications which made my life a lot easier! We got married in the church and had a church coordinator, so Kayla didn't have to come there but she did anyways to see us get married!! She was truly such a relief to have on day of and helped to move everything along. I am a very anxious/stressed out person and having Kayla there eased so many of my worries. She has such a positive energy and calming nature to her. I cannot recommend Simply Enchanted Events enough. I am so thankful to have worked with them! -

Kelsey Johnson with Simply Enchanted Events was an absolute dream wedding planner! From the moment we hired her, I knew I was going to feel so supported through the wedding planning process. Wedding planning can of course feel overwhelming at times with so many different decisions that need to be made and so many different steps to take. Kelsey immediately took this overwhelming feeling of wedding planning away and allieved a lot of stress and worry on my end. I felt so lucky to have her on our team and she was so easy to communicate with and work with. She truly helped us feel so supported throughout the whole process, making sure we completed all the necessary steps in a timely manner, giving advice and suggestions on vendors she is connected with, and helped us figure out what was important to us. She helped create our vision for the big day, even created a beautiful vision board for us to see our ideas come together. She helped with communicating and booking all of our vendors. She also attended meetings and phone calls with us, helped us make big and small decisions and even created a VERY detailed timeline for our wedding day, which all the vendors would then use to make sure the wedding day went flawlessly. She has such a wealth of knowledge and experience in the wedding world and is respected by many others in the wedding world. Whenever I told a vendor who our wedding planner was, they would say how much they love her. She is so kind and helps make the wedding planning process go as smooth as possible. On wedding day, herself and two others on her team came to make sure the day went as planned and took care of so many details so that we did not have to worry about anything else other than getting married. Kelsey is the reason our wedding was so incredible and went as amazing as it did. We had many vendors, a large bridal party, and 180 guests and Kelsey made sure everything went as planned! She helped make and create the magic and energy and I don't know what we would have done without her. I am one thankful bride and I cannot say enough good things about Kelsey and Simply Enchanted Events. Her wedding planning support is truly unmatched and you will not regret hiring Kelsey and her Simply Enchanted Events team as your wedding planner! Easiest and best decision we made! And because of Kelsey’s support we now have a beautiful and perfect wedding day to look back on! -

Kelsey is the best of the best when it comes to wedding planning. We could not have done this without her. We were with her for about a year and she was there every step of the way. One of my biggest concerns was not being able to let everything go day of. I can tell you I not once thought about anything because of the trust I have in Kelsey and her team. They took care of everything. It was a flawless day. Our guests are still talking about our wedding a month later and it really is because of Kelsey. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. -

From the day we met the Simply Enchanted team (Kelsey and Ashley), we were guided professionally every step of the way! I cannot recommend them enough, I worked very closely with Ashley B in the coming months before our wedding and I truly could not have done it without her/the team. She was more like a friend, she was honest, fun, professional, and incredibly helpful.
If you're looking for a day of or full wedding planner look no further. I would review them 100/10 if I could! I already miss talking/working with you Ashley :')

The absolute best!
We worked primarily with the owner Kelsey in the months leading up to our wedding and then with our lead planner as we got closer to our wedding day and then of course on our wedding day! Both women were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we started working together they seemed genuinely excited about our wedding and it made it really easy to share my vision with and build a relationship with them. They also were so thorough and patient when going over everything which helped us remain confident that everything was taken care of.
On our wedding day, we were able to truly trust Kayla with everything which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our special day completely! We could not have done it without them. -

Simply Enchanted was amazing. I used the Day of Coordinator services, but the services they provide go so far past just the day of. I worked with Kayla throughout the planning process and she was so easy to talk to and really helped me envision the timeline for our wedding.
Kayla attended our rehearsal and walked us through the whole ceremony which was very helpful and appreciated.
On wedding day, Kayla and her assistant Hallie went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled seamlessly. She communicated with vendors and made sure the timeline stayed on track. I honestly don’t think I could have done it without them. They were a pleasure to work with and made our day so special.
Do yourself a favor and hire them! -

Amazing Wedding Planning!
Could not be happier with Simply enchanted events. My husband and I worked with Kelsey for about a year and our wedding turned out absolutely perfect. From start to finish every little details she assisted us in a very timely manner. She was there for us whenever we needed her and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Would recommend here to anyone getting married, she is the best! ❤️ Not to mention our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly due to her and her assistants help! -

Stress Free Day
I wasn’t sure how I was going to be on the morning of my wedding, but I felt no stress whatsoever! Even my bridesmaids made comments about how they did not expect me to be this calm the morning of. I have to credit my calmness to Kelsey with Simply Enchanted Events and her entire team! I had full confidence that Kelsey and her team were going to execute the plan we had reviewed so many times together. My ceremony was at a Catholic Church, and while the ceremony was happening, Kelsey and her team were setting up the reception space. They handled everything including setting up the decor, managing day of vendor deliveries, our bubble exit, coordinating with all vendors beforehand so they each had a copy of the most recent wedding timeline, and so much more. Kelsey even reached out to the maid of honor and best man the morning of to make sure we were on track. Hiring Kelsey at Simply Enchanted Events is a necessity if you want a stress-free day! -

When we booked our wedding venue, the package we purchased came with a “month of” wedding panner. Let me just say, Kelsey with Simply Enchanted Events was such an unexpected gift. We clicked with her from our first conversation! She took the time to get to know us and how our relationship came to be, and what our wedding vision was. Kelsey checked in with us EVERY MONTH from that moment forward, providing us with checklists to help guide us through the dreaded wedding planning process. She made planning so easy, and allowed us to actually enjoy wedding planning, which is so unheard of! She was the messenger between all vendors, allowing us to focus on other things for our special day. She walks you through every single step, and ensures that every thing goes exactly how it should. After all was said and done, we were in awe of how our wedding came together. It was better than anything we could have ever imagined, a day we want to relive over and over again, a day so beautiful that we will cherish it for a lifetime. I highly recommend Kelsey with Simply Enchanted Events for all of your wedding planning needs.
Her communication is AMAZING. She was always available whether by text, email, or phone and every few months she would send out a different checklist with what needed to be done.
About 3 months before our wedding, we had a major setback with our caterer and had to decide to go a different way. Kelsey stepped up to the plate and helped us find a new caterer immediately (all during the holidays too!)
She was there every step of the way and I knew my wedding day wouldn’t have gone as smooth as it did without her. -

Amazing, professional, helpful
Kelsey was right beside me thorough the entire process! She answered all of my questions and aided me and my husband tremendously when picking and communicating with all of our vendors. Due the the fact that my venue was out of town (Charleston, SC) I felt so lost when the progress began of selecting all of the vendors. But Kelsey stepped right up and was quick to help us narrow down our choices. From the get go I felt a connection to Kelsey and new that she was our perfect match! She was thorough during the entire planning progress and I always felt comfortable reaching out. 100% would recommend Kelsey to anyone planning a wedding! Amazing!! -

There are so many things I could say about Kelsey & Simply Enchanted Events, but I’ll try to keep it short, sweet, and to the point. I truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day! Kelsey was a key asset to keeping my husband and I on track for the almost 18 months we were engaged, keeping our timeline in order, answering questions I had about pretty much ANYTHING wedding related, and overall being a great support - especially on our wedding day! Everything was set up how I envisioned it would be, Kelsey took over and ensured things went according to plan, and if anything came up, she was there to resolve it so I wouldn’t have to worry or stress over anything. I don't even know where to start. Hiring Kelsey for my wedding planning process was the best choice I could have made for my big day!! From her monthly checklists to her being there day-of made this overwhelming process not so bad. She was always just a text away and answered in a snap! Kelsey is so organized and everything you want your wedding planner to be! I got married at Margaritaville, a venue she has been to multiple times, and knowing she knew the space so well and the sales manager there, helped ease the thousands of questions in my head. I cannot recommend and thank Kelsey enough for all of the work she has put into my wedding!!! -

Amazing and Stress free
I cannot say enough about Kelsey and her assistant Kayla. They were beyond amazing and made all of my dreams come true. From the moment I first spoke with her until the end of my wedding, everything was perfect and seamless. She took away all of the work for my husband and I and everything turned out perfect. From set up to take down her and her team handled it all. Having a destination wedding was stressful enough but she made everything just perfect and stress-free. Our wedding felt like a dream and we owe that in large part to Kelsey. If there were hiccups throughout the day, I was blissfully unaware of them because of how organized she was from start to finish. Before the big day, Kelsey checked in with us and gave honest opinions on anything and everything we were questioning. She always responded quickly and made us feel so understood. Day of, she kept us perfectly on schedule with every little detail. Her calm demeanor kept me calm when I thought I would be stressed more than ever. At the end of the night, Kelsey made sure everything was in order and brought it to our room on property so we could just enjoy the night. She was professional at all times and when people had concerns, she made everyone feel heard. I can’t say enough amazing things about her talent as a wedding planner and just overall as a person. 1 weekend, 2 weddings, double reception
I had the pleasure of planning my son’s wedding and my daughter’s wedding the next day. Sounds stressful? You bet! But getting Kelsey, from Simply Enchanted as our Wedding Day Of Coordinator, took a lot of the stress away from us. From the moment we signed her, she has been very professional, and on point. She checked in constantly , and was always quick to respond to any concerns or question we have. She coordinated with all our other vendors the details that could have easily been overlooked so we did not have to worry about that. She offered valuable resources and suggestions that was very helpful. Having her, made us truly enjoy the process of planning the 2 weddings one day after another and the double reception!!! And on the day, everything was flawless. Will I do it again, only if I have Kelsey on board ! -

Words cannot describe how amazing Kelsey was throughout our whole wedding planning! Right from the start she was super organized and helped us remain on schedule. Kelsey would check in on us every month to make sure we were following her check list (super helpful) and if we needed her she was always available.
She left my husband and I absolutely speechless on the day of our wedding! Very professional! She exceeded our expectations. During the wedding, she was so attentive and made everything run by SOOO smoothly! If an issue came up, she would handle it like such a champ!! The day that I was the least stressed during wedding planning was my actual wedding day because of Kelsey at Simply Enchanted Events! I trusted that she would execute the plan we reviewed together, so my family and I got to actually enjoy every second of the big day. She handled everything from setting up all of the decor, timing the ceremony around an approaching rain shower, and fluffing my veil as my dad walked me down the aisle. We hired Kelsey when we realized that pulling off a wedding on a paddle boat was going to be difficult. The communication with her before the wedding was amazing. We had such a great experience working Kelsey Balmer at Simply Enchanted last month. Our daughter’s wedding was at the Trump National in Doral in April and Kelsey made sure that everything was in motion and covered at all times. The venue had a great wedding coordinator but Kelsey added a huge extra layer of calm and competence to the whole event.
From the rehearsal to the day of, we never had to worry about anyone knowing where to stand, what to do, when to move. This gave us as the parents of the bride the ability to really enjoy every moment and not be running or coordinating everything.
Throughout the weeks and months running up to the wedding, Kelsey checked in consistently to make sure we were hitting all of the to do items with all of the vendors. She met with us several times to get a sanity check on whether we would have everything ready from all of the dresses, the vows, the signs, the favors. On the day of, she and her assistant were incredible. Although there were 100 moving parts, she just took everything that we handed her (literally) and made sure it ended up in the right hands at the right time. She stayed with us through the entire event right through the final sweep of the venue late Friday night.
Kelsey was so calm and reassuring throughout the process and that made it possible for us to really relax, knowing she had all of the details covered. Thanks to her, we were able to fully breathe and enjoy the day that we had planned for so long. We highly recommend her services.

After becoming so overwhelmed with wedding preparations at the age of 60, I hired Kelsey (by way of a Wedding Wire referral) approximately 6 weeks prior to my wedding date of May 15, 2021. I worked full time and I completely underestimated all that goes into the preparing for a wedding, no matter how big or small it is. While our wedding was small (34 including my husband & I), we knew we wanted it to be classic, beautiful & memorable.
I knew as soon as I spoke to Kelsey on the phone, that I wanted to hire her as my wedding planner. Her experience shines through when you are speaking to her; yet she listens to what your thoughts and concerns are, as well. Kelsey & I first met at my venue to discuss wedding details. She came with her laptop and typed in as we discussed everything from color palettes to my vision to a proposed budget. After the meeting, she sent me a summary of what she was going to get started working on and kept in constant communication with me.
I would advise any couple who gets married to filter in a Wedding Planner to their budget. So often in today’s world, we think we can handle “it.all.” Then, you set forth to plan your wedding and you realize, the process is bigger than you. For me, Kelsey brought experience, organization & structure to my life in planning this wedding. I also found her to be such a calming and positive influence through this process. She was an excellent communicator, not only with me, but with the vendors; she has clearly fostered solid relationships over the years with the vendors in the industry.
On a final note, my wedding was beautiful, amazing… because I hired someone that clearly cared about making my day as special for me, as I did myself. I would say that if you have the opportunity to hire Simple Enchanted Events/Kelsey Balmer, I would highly recommend you do so. You will be so happy that you did.

I booked Kelsey as a month of coordinator, but was fortunate enough to have her guidance all throughout the process of wedding planning. When I felt overwhelmed, Kelsey was so reassuring and made me feel at ease about all the details that go into wedding planning. I would send her the most random questions, all in one lengthy email, completely all over the place, and at the most random time of the night/morning LOL but Kelsey always responded in a timely manner with all questions answered, and always so nice and understanding! It was so nice to be able to fully trust without a doubt that she had everything under control. Her taking over the month of the wedding allowed me to be able to actually enjoy that time vs running around all stressed out, trying to iron out the remaining little details. The day of the wedding, Kelsey was attentive but also so discrete and absolutely running the show behind the scenes. She never interfered but was always right there if needed. She kept things going as scheduled to make it the most fun and enjoyable day and night. My wedding was absolutely perfect and by far the best day of my life. It would not have been the same without Kelsey! For someone (me) who can be OCD and very detail oriented, Kelsey made it an easy process to let go and have FUN! I cannot recommend her enough!
