  Karen was my wedding planner and she was phenomenal! During the planning process she was willing to meet with me and work on whatever I needed when I asked. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were so helpful to me in my planning process. She helped me with vendor selection and meetings, with creating invitations, and with the design of my ceremony and reception venues. Before the ceremony she walked me through each step of the day and eased any of my worries with her friendly, energetic persona. I could not have been happier with Karen and her staff! She was there if I had a question or a problem and no matter what it was she came up with a solution. Picking Karen Kaforey as my wedding planner was the best decision I could have made for my wedding! I will definitely be calling her for any future events I plan on having.

  Karen and the whole Signature Events staff are incredible. We planned a 3-day destination wedding weekend with the bride's family in Nashville, the grooms family in Maryland, and the bride and groom in Los Angeles. Karen had to deal with a lot of big personalities and opinions and did so with professionalism, enthusiasm, and grace. She helped us execute a vision, tying everyone's thoughts and opinions together to make it a truly perfect wedding weekend. The whole planning process was so easy and fun, and that was because of Karen. The wedding weekend went off without a hitch- or if there was a hitch, none of us knew about it or cared, because Karen just took care of things. I can truly say NO ONE was stressed at all the day of the wedding, because Karen had us so well prepared! Everything was flawless and I can't wait to work with Karen again!

  Karen and everyone at Signature Events is absolutely amazing! She was always very enthusiastic, prompt, and organized and most importantly willing to help make my crazy ideas become a reality! My wedding went flawlessly all because of Karen's help. It was just what I had always dreamed off! I have recommended her to all my girlfriends..she is the best!

  Karen is such an energetic wedding planner, and we couldn't have done it without her! She definitely handled some behind the scenes "almost" horror stories, but knowing she could handle all of it was such a blessing on our wedding day!

  Karen Kaforey was the best wedding planner ever! It's been almost a year since our big day and people still call me to tell me what a great time they had at our wedding. Every detail was perfect! Karen gave us her undivided attention from the first day we met. She did a great job of turning our vision into something spectacular. I will definitely call Karen when planning any special event. :)

  I highly recommend Signature Events! My favorite thing about Karen was that she stayed in constant communication. While I knew she was working with other brides as well, I never felt like it for even a moment. She called on a consistent basis with updates and always returned my calls in a timely manner. She had such good relations with so many of Nashville’s top vendors that the planning process was truly enjoyable. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Karen and her team at Signature Events.

  Karen Kaforey and her team at Signature Events went above and beyond ensuring my wife and I had the perfect wedding. Our original venue was flooded during the Nashville flood, and before we even knew we had to change venues, Karen had 3 more lined up.   Karen was a joy to work with - she had very creative ideas for both wedding and reception themes, and we were able to trust that things would be done to our satisfaction...and they were.
  She was able to find venues for both Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception and assisted with negotiations on both dates, times and prices.

  Karen is a fantastic planner. She has wonderful ideas and tons of vendor contacts. I have never met someone with so much energy in my entire life! She was the perfect compliment to me as a bride, and I couldn't have been happier with how our wedding turned out. I recommend both her services and her bridal store without hesitation!

  Karen was great! She really pulled everything together to make our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. She is inventive and creative to create something unique to you. We had trouble getting in touch with her on occassion but she pulled it all together.

Some of the best pictures we have were taken by Karen. She began taking pictures early in the planning stages and continued through the wedding. Now we have memories of the whole process.
