Shay was wonderful! Honestly, she helped me have a flawless wedding where everyone had fun and every detail was taken care of. For me, I could not have done my wedding without her.

Shay was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made every aspect of my wedding that she helped with professional, fun and personal. I cant say enough good things about her! I recommend her to everyone who wants a wedding planner!

We hired Shay after my son and his fiancé had made some decisions about their wedding (which was to be at our second home, so sort of a destination). Shay came onboard and supported their decisions, helped them make all the final selections that made the event absolutely perfect and she was there to make sure that everything came together seamlessly. We were in awe of the way she organized the rehearsal and she was just getting going . . . everything was perfect and she made sure that all vendors did their part. I could not recommend anyone more!

Shay was amazing from the beginning. From our first conversation, I had a great feeling from her that she was going to really help make my vision and reality and make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. She was always responsive to emails (even the crazy one off emails I sent daily leading up to our wedding!) and helped me with selecting good quality vendors with reasonable prices. She coordinated with my other vendors ahead of time and make sure the day went off without a hitch! I don't think our wedding would have been as amazing as it was without her hard work, support, and dedication and I am sad to let her go as our wedding planner, but happy to have gained an amazing friend through the process. She is truly someone who has your back 100% and makes you feel like she is listening and taking in what you are saying. I cannot say enough wonderful things....so if you are looking, stop here because you have found the best person for the job! Thank you again Shay!

I can't begin to say enough about Shay and her team. I don't know how I would have survived this wedding process without them. Shay and Alyssa were so patient with me and went above and beyond and out of their way to make my day literally the best ever. Shay knows this business inside and out and her professionalism shows it. From knowing where to get the best linens, to answering my phone calls at all hours of the morning (and sometimes night) just to answer a simple question she made me feel that my wedding was her number one priority and I don't think I could ever thank her enough.

Shay was amazing!!! After she saw my story in the paper she went above and beyond to help ensure that me and my husband have the wedding of our dreams! Thats what I can appreciate most, not only was she the utmost professional wedding planner, she was able to network with photographers and was incredibly supportive on my big day. There really was nothing else that I could ask. Her willingness to help made this experience so delightful.

Shay is the best! My sister had Shay and her team as her wedding planner for her wedding in 2013. I knew there was no other choice for my 2015 wedding. My husband and I got married in Virginia Beach, VA. Shay and her team were absolutely perfect with every aspect of helping me plan my dream wedding. I could text/call/email her with any questions I had, and her and her team were amazing about getting back to me fast! The day of the wedding went better than I could have hoped for. The day was so smooth because everything was so organized and Shay and her team are the best of the best! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner, because Shay is it! Thank you Shay for helping make my wedding a dream come true!

Shay and her team are AMAZING and made our wedding all we could ever dream of! She answered all of our questions, no matter how silly some of them were, and incorporated all of the little things we wanted that made our day so special. Don't even think about having a wedding without Pinch of Charm!! Shay and her team were brilliant as day-of-event wedding coordinators! In addition to orchestrating the rehearsal, they looked after every single wedding day detail from coordinating flower deliveries, setting up the cake/cupcake display, decorating the sweetheart table, setting out DIY escort cards and card boxes and many other touches to ensure the chapel and reception venue looked magical. They even picked up lunch for the bridal party after a long morning at the salon! They seemed to be everywhere but were never intrusive. Shay is a treasure chest of wedding traditions and trends. After the reception, wedding gifts were discreetly delivered to the bridal suite and the suite was decorated for the newlyweds. Shay takes great care of her couples! Thank you, Pinch of Charm! You are amazing!

Shay and her team at Pinch of Charm were hands down the best investment for our wedding. Our wedding day was a dream, thanks to her. We were planning our wedding from out of state, and Shay went above and beyond her scope of duty helping me contact vendors and plan a smooth timeline before the big day. On our wedding day, Shay and her team handled EVERYTHING - delivered lunch to our hotel before the wedding, bus transportation, flower delivery and distribution, ceremony orchestration, photos, reception set up and decoration, reception timeline, bustling my dress, reception clean up, etc. The day was so smooth and perfect, and I was never aware of anything that went wrong. She even kept my parents calm :) I would recommend Pinch of Charm Weddings to anyone. This was BY FAR the most important vendor that we hired, and I appreciate all of the hard work that Shay did more than I can ever explain.

Shay and her team at Pinch of Charm we're great. Our wedding was beyond what my wife and I ever expected, throughout our wedding weekend we didn't have to worry about a thing, and that was the result of having a team on our side to make sure our wedding was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. We hired a wedding coordinator, but I never expected a friendship as a park of the package. I highly recommend that you contact Pinch of Charm for any of your event services.

I honesty don't know where to start. I will begin by saying my experience with Shay and Pinch of Charm was simply amazing! I have put off writing this review for three months because I honesty don't think I have enough words to describe my wonderful experience. My husband and I live in the DC area and wanted to get married in Hampton Roads. From the initial phone conversation, Shay immediately clicked with us. Shay has such a welcoming personality and is easy to get along with. It was hard not to love her. She really wanted to get to know about us as a couple and our story. We hadn't even met her in person and we signed the contract, after one conversation. Over the course of year and a half Shay helped us handle every single detail for our wedding. Through this time she really got to know us and our likes and dislikes. She is amazing at what she does. She even found a way to get my husband involved throughout the planning process. In one of our long meetings she gave him a nice blanket and pillow to take a nap:) She also has an amazing staff that helps her out. Shay was always organized and flexible with changes. I could always get in touch with her. We had plenty of Skype meetings for the times we didn't come to the area. The wedding day was perfect!! The day went so smoothly and thats thanks to Shay and Pinch of Charm. We didn't have one problem that day. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. There where so many family and friends that complimented on how great she was. The wedding is over and I miss Shay. I definitely recommend Shay and Pinch of Charm. I wish there were 10 stars!

Shay was hired as the Wedding Coordinator for the day of my daughter's wedding. However, she also assisted us in some areas where we had not finalized vendor selection. She was knowledgeable regarding questions we had pertaining to etiquette, vendor recommendations, etc. Shay was very accommodating, extremely professional and patient during the entire process. Since this was an interfaith ceremony and multicultural wedding, there were a number of challenges involved and Shay tried her best to make everything go smoothly. On the day of the wedding, she came equipped with her emergency kit, even sewing the ring bearer's pillow which had come undone the day before during the rehearsal.

Shay and the POC team made all my dreams come true on my wedding day. I gave her a vision and she and the POC team executed it. Shay eased all my fears, concerns and anxiety beginning with day one. She set up a budget for me,gave me great venue ideas, handled calls I didn't have time to make, gave me advice on vendors, helped my mother design centerpieces and made sure that my wedding day went off without a hitch. Anything that went wrong that day,I had no idea about it because they handled it without me even knowing. She went above and beyond the call of duty whether it was picking boutineers, setting up centerpieces, coordinating my wedding party or carrying home and storing all my wedding decor, she did it all plus some. My only regret from my wedding day was that I did not listen to her on all her vendor selections, she knows who is professional and will do a great job and who would not. I would hands down recommend POC to any bride

My wife and I loved working with Shay. Her communication skills made us feel at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. She is great at working with difficult vendors and can solve problems quickly. To top everything, Shay is simply a great person.

As an out of town bride a wedding coordinator was a must and Shay with Pinch of Charm was amazing. I don't think I could have done it with out her! From helping me find vendors to the day of coordination everything turned out beautifully and everyone in my family even told me how awesome she was for helping me put everything together. We decided to hire Shay a few weeks before our wedding and she jumped in super excited and took over! She was a HUGE help to us the weeks before the wedding weekend! My mom and I didn't worry about anything the day of the wedding and were able to relax and enjoy the day because Shay and her team had it all taken care of. Working with Shay Rybin was a joy! She was always willing to communicate through face to face meetings, email, or phone. Any question we had or suggestion we asked for, she always had or found the answer. As the date of our wedding came closer, it was so nice to have her expertise to help with decorating, planning the seating chart, and planning the timeline of the event. She even picked up the napkins we had rented and folded them on her own time to help us.

On the day of the wedding, she brought two assistants to help. They all went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. We did not have a worry in the world on our special day because of them and it was such a relief. I would highly recommend Pinch of Charm Weddings to any couple!

I can not say enough about how wonderful Shay Rybin and her assistants treated us before and during my daughters rehearsal and wedding. She was very attentive, professional and cordial the entire day and evening. We had met on numerous occasions before our event and she provided her suggestions and talents helping us with table decorations, seating charts, etc. The use of her photo wall was a big hit and so much fun for our wedding guests. I would highly recommend anyone using Pinch of Charm for their upcoming nuptials or event.

Working with Shay and the POC team for our wedding was an absolute dream! She helped us to plan and coordinate from the beginning, which was awesome because I felt at ease knowing that she was handling all the details. She answered all my questions, made sure everything was coordinated with all our vendors, handled the decor, coordinated our rehearsal and ended up saving us time and money by recommending top-notch vendors, including our DJ and rental company.

Knowing that Shay was handling everything the day-of was amazing and allowed me and my husband to sit-back, spend time with our friends and family and most importantly ENJOY our day.

Overall, Shay and her team went above and beyond to made our wedding and reception more beautiful and more amazing than we could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend working with her.

Shay and her team helped us pull off the best wedding ever! Everyone that was at the wedding is still talking about it. Even though we had a little unluckiness with the weather, Shay was able to make sure we got everything in and kept the party rocking. We hired Shay Rybin as our wedding coordinator and we could not be happier with the end result. Shay was professional, personable, and she completely put us at ease from the moment we met her. We had Shay help us choose our coordinatiors ( All A+) and coordinate and direct our wedding day from start to finish. Because of Shay and her amazing Pinch of Charm team my family, husband, and I were able to enjoy our day and not worry about a thing. The POC girls even got on the dance floor :) Thank you Shay and POC team for helping us make our wedding day a dream come true.

Shay and her team did a fantastic job the day of the wedding!!! Although I had a million things running through my head there was not a thing I needed to worry about. From the wedding ceremony, to the cocktail hour and the reception Shay was on top of everything. Shay and her team were professional, on-time and easily accessible. With over 250 guests, 3 different means of transportation (stretch expedition, convertible ceremony exit car and white limo at the end of the night for the sparkler send off), a wedding party of 20, 3 hostesses and 2 ushers... this can be quite the task. Shay provided ideas along the way that fit perfect with the overall classy, beach theme vision I was trying to portray (starfish with accents of bling and pearls). I would definitely recommend Shay Rybin and her wedding planning team. Shay completely took control of the day and allowed the bride, groom and guests to sit back and enjoy the experience.

Shay assisted my husband and I with wedding planning. I think we had the lowest stress wedding day ever in the history of mankind due to Shay's services! :) We truly did not have to do anything but be in the moment that day, which was awesome. I live almost 3 hours away from our wedding venue so Shay helped to relieve a lot of uneasiness and was always just an email, phone call or text away with a positive and reassuring attitude. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Hampton Roads area because she is well connected in her industry and is very knowledgeable. She also helps to make your wedding day a low-stress day of celebration filled with joy and positive memories--which is so priceless. THANK YOU SHAY!!!!

Shay and her team was absolutely amazing!! From preparation to execution of the whole event, she was always there assisting and guiding all who was involved in our wedding. She was a key to our successful event. I have never been more impressed by Shay's coordination and planning. She was super organized and always taking notes at every meeting she attended. That was very impressive- she always had an answer for me and was able to provide me with direction on what to do next every time I asked. Shay and her staff were on their feet the whole night making our even perfect. Not to mention cleaning up our wedding suite making it look like we JUST checked in and putting rose petals on the bed!!! Nice touch :) I would absolutely recommend Shay and her team!!! A Bride would be LUCKY to have her!!! Great job Shay!

My husband and I met Shay on our wedding venue tour. Even though we didn't go with that site, we contacted Shay for her event planning services later in the year. We went into the meeting still lacking in some areas of our wedding, but Shay connected all the dots. We left our meeting feeling so optimistic about Shay being our planner. During the whole event planning process, Shay was professional, dedicated and passionate about her work. My husband and I truly love Shay and enjoyed her being in our lives. Shay with A Pinch of Charm was AMAZING to work with! She helped us get right on track with where we needed to be, set up our timeline, and pretty much took a tremendous amount of stress off of our shoulders. Our wedding day could not have gone any more smoothly! She literally had everything laid out, in order, and on time (which was a big deal to me!). If she asked me to make a decision and I just didn't know what to do, I asked her to handle it...and she must have read my mind because she knew exactly what I wanted even if I didn't. She is a wonderful, sweet, and caring person and made our wedding day even better than what we could have ever imagined! She truly puts her heart and soul into her work and it shows. I had numerous guests ask me who coordinated our wedding because she had done such an awesome job! We woke up the next morning and talked about everything that we loved and realized there was nothing we would ever change and that was because Shay had been there to make it perfect for us. We will never be able to thank her enough for all the hard work she did on our special day!

My husband and I ran into Shay while touring our venue, and I am so glad that we did. Shay was a miracle, our wedding would never have gone as smoothly as it did without her. My husband and I live out of town so we needed someone we could depend on to help us, and Shay fit that bill and then some. Late night Skype dates, dealing with delayed/canceled flights, she dealt with all the hassles of having an out of town bride. She recommended all of our vendors and I couldn't have asked for a better team. She also worked with our budget. We actually came in under budget and got more than we were planning on, like a pianist for the ceremony and a jazz band for the cocktail hour. Our wedding was perfect and it was all thanks to Shay, she took care of everything. I would recommend her to any bride, she is a true professional and a great wedding planner.

I can't say enough about Shay! She is the absolute BEST! Not only is she super friendly and just an all around awesome girl, but she made my wedding day PERFECT! Not gonna lie, I was worried and stressing the day before the wedding, thinking "How on earth is she gonna pull all this stuff together and make it work?" But she did it! Our reception was under a big tent in our backyard, and our ceremony was in the front yard. Before the wedding I peeked out the window and saw all of our decorations, centerpieces, place settings, and everything we had been planning and DIYing for months, and it took my breath away. Our theme was shabby/chic and rustic. We used a lot of burlap, mason jars, paper lanterns, etc. Shay can work wonders with some burlap, let me tell you! She made everything look so fun and cute. It was exactly what we wanted it to look like.

She also coordinated everything from the rehearsal to the very last dance. She was on top of things the entire night making sure everything ran smoothly. And it did! I know she and I will remain friends even after the wedding. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any bride! <3

These girls are awesome! I don't know what my mom and I would have done without their guidance and support!!! I was busy moving and working during the planning and they were there WHENEVER we needed them to help with ALL/ALL of our needs! There were times that I was really stressed and they were there to help and even just listen! Their vendor recommendations were great too!!! Honestly...great women and a great business!!!

Pinch of charm is wonderful! I planned my Virginia wedding by myself from fl and needed lots of help! POC was there for me every step of the way :) From helping me find vendors to taking over on my special day...I couldn't have done it without them! My favorite part is that Ashley took time to have me sit, relax, and eat on my special day (something you WILL forget). They were so flexible with my tight and hectic schedule, and could always contact them at any time. Highly recommend!

Initially when I found out that I would be getting married the thought of getting a wedding planner was a little intimidating but I knew would be essential. I called around to a few people but Shay was the one that I chose because she was so attentive and able to fit me in for a meeting ASAP. I loved the fact that she was so available if I needed to speak with her and how she saw my vision and actually helped me improve upon it. We had a small wedding in our back yard and it was lovely. Shay was there to help coordinate for the DJ and with the rentals. She was there to help me decorate and set up as well. She is a great asset to any bride who needs a helping hand and to any bride that has no clue what is needed at a wedding. I could not have asked for a better person to help me pull off my quaint little shindig.

Shay and her assistants Jasmine & Jasmine were the best I could have ever asked for! Shay will go above and beyond for her brides. She will do anything in her power to help you get the best deals. I first met her when viewing the Chamberlain for a possible venue. Although we did not choose the Chamberlain, we kept meeting at bridal shows and the next thing I knew, we were making plans for Shay to coordinate our wedding! My extire esperience working with Shay was wonderful. I have and will recommend Shay to anyone in need of wedding services/advice, she is the absolute best!

A Pinch of Charm stepped in and saved our wedding planning! We began planning our wedding last July and thought we could do everthing ourselves. We quickly realized that planning a wedding from a far was very difficult and we were way in over our heads. We touched base with A Pinch of Charm in December and it was smooth sailing from our first meeting. They completely understood our vision and helped us achieve our dream wedding. We can honestly say that we didnt feel one ounce of stress the day of the wedding; everything went off without a hitch (and if something didnt go the way it was supposed to, we never knew!)

I was so impressed with Shay Rybin's never say never attitude about her work. She truly loves what she does and believes it is your day and she is going to get it exactly right. I had only met her once one month prior to my renewal and she totally got me. I was having issues giving up control as far as decorating went because i knew my vision but she mixed my things with her things and it was so beautiful and perfect, I was amazed how well she seemed to know me just from one visit to my home, one meeting and a lil Pinterest. Also I have to mention our 10year vow renewal dubbed Revow Wow certainly was as it was supposed to be outside but due to a tornado that came through as close as you can get without hitting my street pretty much right when we were saying our vows Shay never stopped! She was outside with me all day decorating, setting tables, hanging lanterns, making lanterns...and just as we were "done" the rain began. She broke down the table settings I think twice, continuing to say 'Its going to stop any minute' bless her heart. When we finally knew it was not going to happen outside despite all of our hard work she spun into next gear as I had no real back up plan but going inside my home with our fifty guests. I can only imagine how much work went into the quick revamp she did inside to get my cake table set up, figured it was all to happen in our living room rather than front porch and set up food and decor in dining room and living room. I was ordered to go get ready and let her do it. :) As much as I wanted her to have fun and enjoy our reception she stayed with much nudging to at least eat and enjoy her hard work even though she was still in her clothes from the day. I have to say not only was i most impressed and happy to call her friend but so was my Mother who is not easliy moved as she has always been the MOC and often the decorator and coordinator of many a wedding. She could not sing enough praises for Shay. So if you need someone who will go above and beyond for you on your special day, make you feel so beautiful and like no matter what it is all going to work out and through her tireless efforts it sure will Pinch of Charm and Shay Rybin is the girl for you! Grace under pressure is such the understatement as I have said to her before. Our renewal would never have gotten done as beautifully as it did despite all the bad weather with out her and her team. She truly loves her work and her brides and it shows. Thank you Shay!! <3

If you want someone who will demand the best for you then it is Shay Lynne Weddings. Positive, engaging and someone who will be sure to get your dream wedding set. Flexible but strong with vendors and accommodating and understanding with the Bride and Groom. Ourselves and our guests had a great time because of everything they did leading up to, before and during the wedding!

I would not hesitate to work with Shay again! She helped us with day-of coordination for a wedding, but she was very positive and helpful throughout the end of the process. She looks out for her clients and works to fulfill their expectations. I would highly recommend her and the people she chooses to work with her! Shay and her crew are definitely awesome! She is so professional and definitely is willing to go the extra mile to help her brides! I just got my wedding pictures back and the only complaint that I have is that she wore a sleeveless dress and her tattoos are in the pictures. I had picked long dresses for my girls to help cover up some of their tattoos so they wouldn't be in my pictures. Other than that! She's amazing!!! :)
