I simply can’t imagine how our wedding day would have gone without Katie. Katie was attentive, and was by our side through everything. She was so prepared, communicated with every single vendor, and made our day go so smoothly. I’m kind of a control freak, but Katie truly put me at ease and was a perfect beacon on that whirlwind day. So grateful we had Katie by our side to make our wedding the perfect day! -

I remember the first time I talked to Katie on the phone I had this calming sensation come over me after feeling the stress of planning a wedding. I knew after speaking with her this would be the easiest decision I was going to make besides saying “I do”. Katie listened to my thoughts and turned them into reality. She was available by text, call, or email any time of day when I needed her. I hired Katie for her Coordination Services, and I could not have imagined the day without her. My husband and I got married at his family home; we had to turn a yard into a venue. Katie jumped right in and began helping me with every little detail, she didn’t skip a thing! I am so thankful for her help and support to make our special day the most beautiful day. Any couple would be lucky to have Katie and her team a part of their day! -

We hired Katie as our day of coordinator (her "Service Matters" package) and could not have been more pleased with the amazing support she provided leading up to and during our wedding!
While my wife and I were responsible for planning the wedding (which we wanted as we are both "Type A" planners), Katie was always one call/text away to weigh in on any key planning decisions, with her expertise extremely valuable in making sure our vision came together. She also went above and beyond by touring with us our wedding ceremony/reception sites early in the process (~2 hours away from her), both blank canvases transformed for the big day, which helped bring our vision into reality. Finally, she helped keep us on track with our vendor/scheduling planning and even supplied hurricanes for our candles - a key detail we realized to complete our vision for our wedding table.
During the wedding week of we dealt with challenges including an unexpected music festival which forced us to relocate our ceremony to our reception site, rain which forced our ceremony to be indoors, cool temperatures which forced us to rent propane heaters and the typical family wedding weekend drama. Katie was instrumental in keeping us in good spirits and helping us manage through the challenges, both over the phone and in person during our rehearsal and wedding day.
In the end, our wedding day turned out perfect for us - a day that we'll remember for the rest of our lives. We cannot overstate how grateful we are for Katie's support in making everything happen!

Katie was my day of planner, and she was such a pleasure to work with! I met with her several times leading up to my big day and she made me feel comfortable and confident about the process, addressing my many questions and concerns, and doing it with a such a positive attitude. In addition to being my planner, Katie also provided florals for me wedding.
Because of her and her team's hard work, we did not have to worry about all the puzzle pieces coming together- everything fell into place. She coordinated with the many vendors and created the tablescape and overall aesthetic of our dreams. She brought our vision to life, and we are so grateful for it. Our guests could not stop giving us compliments!
Aside from her work, Katie is such an upbeat and kind human, handling hectic moments with a sense of calm and composure that is so important on such a big day. Her assistant Isabella was also incredibly sweet and lovely. They were there to check in with us throughout the day and made us feel as relaxed as possible. I would quickly recommend Katie to anyone!

Katie and her team were incredible throughout my day. Not only did they set up everything to perfection, it needed to be moved because of crazy rain on my wedding day! Not only did I have no idea anything was wrong, it was perfect and beautiful thanks to her team! Could not imagine having my day without her! -

I hired Katie and her team a month before my big day to be our day of wedding coordination team, and I cannot express enough how essential they were to help make my day run smoothly. Not only were they professional, but they were so sweet and also had great energy and positivity that is so crucial. Her team went above and beyond and even took pitcures for us so that we could have them the next day. Working with Katie was such a smooth process too! She was so responsive and always made herself available for calls and meetings with our vendors. My only mistake was not hiring them to plan the whole wedding! I would work with this team again in a heartbeat!!!
