    Selena is a fireball of amazingness and pure wedding planning perfection!! She has THE most amazing eye for design, and was able to not only put together the most beautiful details for our wedding, but also was able to do so in a mere three days-we really put her talent to the test and she SHOWED UP!! Her team is an incredibly well oiled machine, ensuring that nothing is left undone and everything is perfectly taken care of. She is so hard working, professional and organized and detail oriented and she listened to what our vision was and ended up putting together something so spectacularly beautiful and beyond our wildest dreams. My now husband and I both work in luxury hospitality so we have seen some of the most decadent weddings of all time, and our minds were still beyond blown with how gorgeous every detail of our wedding was. It was pure magic!! Selena has so much experience and knowledge, we were incredibly impressed with the depth of her creativity. She is punctual, professional, fun, smart, and incredibly caring. We loved working with her and loved spending time with her, and cannot recommend her services enough!! Highly highly highly recommended!

    Highly recommend! Selena did such a wonderful job and became such a sweet friend during the process. She's a real go-getter, but at the same time totally picks up on the bride's vision and helps see it to fruition. She became such a big part of our wedding day and we would definitely recommend her to anybody looking for a highly-competent event coordinator!

    Selena is amazing at what she does!! I had my wedding at Santa Barbara Women's Club (Rockwood) last year. Selena was so familiar with the venue since she had her wedding there as well! She recommended excellent vendors and helped with putting together all of the decor and final touches. My family and I did our own flowers and Selena even took the extra flowers to add more to our decor. We met with Selena a few times before the wedding and did a walk through with vendors. She oversaw all of the deliveries and was in constant communication with the vendors and with my family. I can not say enough about how Selena went above and beyond to bring our ideas to life and create a beautiful wedding day. I have recommended Selena to all of my friends and family and she is actually planning my sister's wedding in Lake Tahoe later this year. Thanks Selena!

    Selena, Selena, Selena! Best decision my husband and I made throughout the whole planning process. We decided late in the game to hire a DOC for the wedding day, and found Selena on Yelp. She was able to work in our budget and did so much more for us then just the setup that we original were looking for a planner for. She took us by surprise with all of the help and behind the scenes work, even finding a florist for us last minute, a backup hair stylist in case my family member couldn't do my hair the way I wanted, and provided us with additional votives and runners for the reception. Everything looked way better than I could have pictured in my head, and the day went magically smooth. She was super sweet and understanding, and made sure everything we provided and were gifted made it back to us at the end of the night. Absolutely loved/love her; she's worth more than three times her weight in gold!

    I got married in Santa Barbara last April at the El Encanto and thanks to Selena it was a perfect day! She came highly recommended by a family friend, and hiring her was the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. Selena coordinated all of our vendors and day of timeline so our families and wedding party didn't have to worry about a thing. We all got to enjoy the day together!

    Selena is so creative and can make any Pinterest idea come to life. She had great ideas for the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception. I look back at our wedding day and I know it wouldn't have been so relaxing and wonderful had it not been for Selena and her team!

    Where to begin? Selena and her team did an INCREDIBLE job coordinating our October wedding! Everybody kept telling us that the one thing they'd recommend is hiring a planner/coordinator so that we could enjoy the day, and I firmly believe that hiring Selena was the best decision we made. We picked a gorgeous, perfect, and extremely difficult state beach venue; we were responsible for bringing in just about everything, including the electricity and bathrooms. With Selena at the helm I was able to focus on my new husband and our family and friends, not worry about the clogged toilet or whether the DJ and electrical guys cleared out before they were supposed to. Not only did she manage all of that, which was HUGE, she worked with us for months beforehand, striving to understand our style (she devoured my Pinterest boards as much as I did) and what was important to us. My husband and I worked hard to DIY a lot of little elements of our wedding, but there were a few things that I just didn't have time to get to. Little did I know, Selena figured out exactly what I wanted (orchids and driftwood lining the isle? Vintage furniture / photo opps on the beach?) and made it happen. We really lucked out with her, and would recommend her wedding planning / coordinating services to anyone who is looked for a responsible and thoughtful professional. Thank you Selena!

    We found Selena through her website while searching for a wedding coordinator for my little sister’s destination wedding. We had a huge focus on DIY details, 240 guests coming and a very, very short timeframe for set-up at the venue before the wedding and then to flip the ballroom from ceremony to reception…. A tricky combination! Selena worked with us for a few months prior to the wedding, helping us find vendors and working hard to understand our vision and plans for the day. She had wonderful recommendations and yet I really appreciated her attitude that whatever we decided each time was just fine with her. Since we were planning long distance, Selena was very willing to do odd jobs for us like apply for parking permits for the caterer’s truck and mail us linen swatches for review. She was very available to quickly and cheerfully answer any question that came up. As the wedding drew closer, she took over all communication with our vendors and worked closely with each person to make sure that every detail was thought through and planned out. It was incredible to us the amount of time she devoted to talking through each detail with us and then working behind the scenes to keep everything organized. The week of the wedding, we literally handed her table runners, candle holders, table numbers, trays of sand to display escort cards in, roughly 150 potted succulents, decorations for multiple photobooths, rugs to line the aisle with, decorations for the cake table and coffee table, and the list goes on and on…. She, her husband Daniel, and her team did such an incredible job working their magic to produce the day that we had dreamed of and worked hard to create for my sister. We had absolutely overwhelming compliments from our guests and we know there is no way we could have done it without Selena!!!!     Note to brides, HIRE A COORDINATOR & HIRE SELENA!

    From the very start working with Selena was very refreshing and enjoyable. Santa Barbara wedding planners and coordinators I contacted made me feel that they did not have the time for me and were not willing to work with my budget. Selena was not that way at all. She was very excited to work with me and helped me figure out creative ways to make my budget work.

    Leading up to the wedding she was very helpful in coordinating the vendors and resolving any issues. She went above and beyond what I hired her to do to make our wedding weekend as care free. She put together the cutest decor for our rehearsal dinner at the park when it was too much for me to worry about. She picked up and dropped off all my DIY items. She checked in with me the morning of and helped with styling of the details. The wedding happened without a glitch (that I knew of/or had to worry about). And most importantly my husband and I had the best day ever and it was more than we could ask for!!!
