    Best Wedding Planner

    We are beyond grateful to Paola for turning our wedding dreams into a reality. From the moment we started talking to her we felt the connection right away she was able to quickly align with us on our vision and always assured us throughout the process that everything will turn out the way we want and not to worry. Having her made a huge difference and reduced the pressure of having everything done on time. She has a lot of experience and can navigate easiely through so many details in a short period of time. She was always available weather through email or setting up calls at our convenience. On the day of the wedding she was there through every step and made things so easy for us. Her team is also amazing and very professional. We could not recommend her enough as she deeply cares about her work and the finally outcome. We highly recommend her and her time!

    Incredible experience with Sandra and Paola!

    Paola and Sandra did an incredible job helping plan our wedding. I got married a couple weeks ago at Terranea hotel and it was the best day of my life. We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations.

    From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them.

    I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I’m extremely type A and it’s hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%.

    To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry.

    Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they’re so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make.

    I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they’ve been to. Moreover I’ve received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track.
    There’s a trend on social media about “wedding regrets” and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I’m forever grateful.

    I appreciate that the team asked us what 3 things were important to us on our day.

    1. our guests have an amazing time
    2. the timeline runs smoothly
    3. to have fun

    That’s exactly what happened! I am grateful that I was not stressed the day of and we are so happy we found Sandra and Paola as they helped turn my dream wedding into a reality.

    Dream Wedding

    My husband & I got married in November. When we reached out to Paola to see if anyone could help us, she told us Sandra was available. We were one month out from the wedding & due to issues with our previous planner, we had some food vendors, venue, flowers, a DJ but nothing else. Sandra pulled off an absolute miracle to give us our dream wedding in such a short time. She helped keep us calm when we were so overwhelmed by everything. Wedding planners don’t get enough credit for the long lasting memories they give their clients. Sandra quietly dealt with so many issues leading up the wedding & on the day & because of this my husband & I had a stress free wedding day. She bared the burden so we could do nothing but have the best time at our wedding. Because of her, we can honestly look back at our day & say we wouldn’t change a single thing even if we could. I can’t stress enough what a beautiful gift that is. Now that our wedding has passed, we miss talking with Sandra. She’s reached out a couple of times since & it makes us so happy to hear from her. She’s someone who we are going to keep in contact with for the rest of our lives. Whenever something big happens, we’ll want to reach out because she helped us through such a pivotal time. There’s no other planner I’d ever consider using for any event. Thank you Sandra, we love you!

    Awesome weddinf planner!

    We went with Paola and Say I Do to Details for our full service wedding planning. We worked with Paola for about a year and couldn't have asked for a better planner. She was so on top of everything and took care of even the smallest details (name doesn't lie!) like the napkins and name cards. She has great taste as well and helped us pick our a venue/vendors that would compliment our style. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a wedding.

    The most perfect day!

    Sandra and the Say I Do To Details team were absolutely amazing!! With just over a month until the wedding date, they brought the entire day together. A month out and no photographer, videographer, tables, silverware, layout, and the day turned out absolutely perfect. I can say with great confidence that if we had not found the Say I Do To Details team, we most likely would have had to postpone the wedding date.

    Organized and thoughtful!

    Paola and her team did a the tremendous job! Michael and I got engaged in 2019 and we were going to get married in 2020. However with the pandemic—everything got postponed. It was a bride‘s nightmare! We postponed our wedding three times! However, with Paola and her team she made everything super easy and carefree. I did not have to worry about any of my contracts because she took care of all of that and ensured that everything was going to be ok. Paola stayed by our side and helped us have a beautiful wedding in 2022. She is very organized and made sure our wedding ran smoothly. I loved that I didn’t have to worry about any of my vendors during the day of my wedding, she had all their contact information and again, ensured everything was on schedule. If you are planning a wedding—big or small—take the stress out and hire Paola!

    Couldn’t ask for a better planner. Paola and team are amazing

    My husband and I came across Paola and Say I do to Details on the Knot after weeks of unsuccessful venue searches and visits on our own. We liked the aesthetic of her work from her website and Instagram account, and hoped she would be able to help us plan and coordinate the wedding of our dreams. To say she delivered is an understatement.

    From venue selection, to coordinating hotels, to providing suggestions and insight into photographers, videographers, entertainment, rentals, etc. Paola was knowledgeable, had everything under control and knew what to prioritize and when. My husband and I have pretty demanding jobs, so I appreciated that Paola handled vendor communication and only looped us into emails when our attention was needed. Curious, I would often read entire email chains, and was impressed with Paola’s professionalism and her communication approach.

    It was clear that Paola has an amazing network of vendors that already love working with her. I was able to interact with several of them before the wedding itself, and every one of them was a pleasure to meet and chat with.

    When discussing the design and vision for the wedding, Paola was very attentive and understood exactly what my husband and I were looking for. As someone who typically likes to be in control of everything and be a part of any and all decisions, I was able to feel at ease having Paola drive everything, as I knew she would act in our best interest.

    Paola had asked my husband and I our top 3 priorities for our wedding, to which we responded: 1) our guests have a great time, 2) the whole event runs smoothly and 3) the event would have a “wow” factor. She hit it out of the ballpark on all 3, even when we had some unforeseen last minute changes. Never did she seem flustered or stressed.

    It has been almost a week since our wedding and my husband and I are still riding that wedding high. It’s crazy to think that we almost threw out the idea of having a wedding when we were getting overwhelmed trying to plan things ourselves. We are so happy we found Paola as she and her team truly created an unforgettable event that felt true to us and that we will forever look back on with fond memories.

    Destination Wedding gurus!

    We got engaged a little over a year ago with not realizing the complexity of organizing our wedding. We thought we could manage everything on our own (ha, silly us) but soon realized we needed help and guidance from an experienced planner for our destination wedding. We knew we were in good hands when we contacted Paola and her team! Our wedding turned out exactly like we had hoped it would, and it was all thanks to the incredible work of Paola, Sandra, and the team at Say I Do to Details. They were on top of everything from the moment we started working with them, and it was indeed a relief to have their expertise at our disposal. From being the primary contact and creating the best style guide that communicated our vision clearly to vendors, it was clear that the team was invested in making our day very special. The deeper we got into planning our wedding in Cancun, the more questions and roadblocks we came across, but Paola helped navigate us through all the craziness. She and Sandra knew all the right questions to ask and were assertive with the resort and vendors when we needed things done. They were able to move our wedding start time to accommodate exceptional sunset wedding photos without any issues! Talk about going above and beyond. Having them there with us on our big day was a definite must as everything was beautiful and problem free. They were also a blast to hang out with during all the pre-wedding activities. Our families absolutely loved the team. The only issue we had was not finding them as soon as we got engaged! We cannot thank Say I Do to Details enough for making our destination wedding a tropical glamorous dream. Thanks to Paola and Sandra for being our wedding gurus and keeping us on track.     Professionalism and grace



    Being a wedding planner for over 30 years, I have been part of an insurmountable number of weddings. So when the day came to plan and design the most important wedding ever — my daughter’s — I knew that as mother of the bride, I would need a planner for day of coordination.

    Being a perfectionist with a somewhat commanding personality, it was going to be a challenge — that many planners would have shied away from — to carry out a wedding that my daughter and I had planned for months and months.

    That is when I hired Say I Do to Details and never looked back. Paola and her team jumped in as if they had been a part of the planning since day one. They assured me that my daughter’s dream wedding would go off without a hitch — and it did thanks to Paola, Sierra and Sandra. Nothing was overlooked…even the smallest detail of sewing the father of the bride’s button on his tuxedo jacket moments before walking down the aisle!

    Taking on a wedding where the mother of the bride is a wedding planner is not an easy feat but Paola and her team accomplished it with grace and professionalism down to the last detail.

    The Perfect Day!

    We hired Paola and her team at Say I Do to Details to run our big day for us, and we can't stop raving at how PERFECT the day actually was. Not a thing was forgotten, any little issue was resolved instantly, AND on top of that, Paola and her team re-purposed our arch flowers for beautiful additional decor inside the ballroom and which to me, was just above and beyond. Really couldn't have been happier with Say I Do to Details. Thanks for everything!!

    Professional and Experienced

    Say I Do to Details was a great wedding coordinator - professional, experienced, and great with decor. As our day-of coordinators, Paola and Sandra were “yes people” - it didn’t feel like they were drawing lines in the sand of what they would and wouldn’t help with (like a lot of other coordinators we interviewed.) Prior to the wedding, they helped think through all the small details and took the many last minute covid changes in stride. One thing I was really looking for in a coordinator was help with setting up my decor (I made the florals, backdrop, signs so it was a big project.) Paola and Sandra and their assistant Sierra shined in this area and staged everything perfectly. They handled problems with a calm professionalism that comes with being in the business for a while. Ie when several candles melted in the sun, they cleaned it up and moved the remaining candles in between the night's events so we’d still have candles in both areas. They also went above and beyond, like packing up our entire van at the end of the event so we were able to go off to our after party without lifting a thing, and we really appreciated that. Say I Do to Details were the perfect combination of seen yet unseen at the event. They made sure everything moved along, but left us alone to enjoy our friends/family and that led to a really stress-free and fun wedding.     Fantastic wedding planner!

    I hired Paola/Say I Do To Details for my June 2019 wedding in Pacific Palisades and she was fantastic! I live in Washington DC so it can be hard to remotely plan a wedding in LA, but with Paola's help it wasn't even a problem. Paola recommended fantastic local vendors, knew everything I could do remotely and identified essential tasks to complete while I was in town, and was incredibly helpful in all aspects leading up to my big day. Paola was direct, prepared, organized, and always responsive. I would highly recommend her for your event.

    The best planner I could ever asked for !

    We are so, so happy to have worked with Say I do To Details team! Paola is professional and keeps you on track throughout the planning process, making sure you will have wedding of your dreams! Planing a New Year’s Eve wedding with balloon drop and champagne towers isn’t easy. She definitely handled the stress of it, went above and beyond to deliver the most beautiful wedding ! I’ll never forget walking into the reception room and loosing my breath. It was gorgeous, perfect , and unforgettable!

    When it comes to vendors, many questions come up during wedding planning, and I could count on Paola to give us the best advice and opinion. She also can handle all situations and builds great relationship with them. At the end, she wants you to make final decisions based on your own style and wants, and helps you bring it all together for a beautiful and seamless event. We could also trust her design instincts when we didn't trust our own, and she helped us reduce costs where we wanted to! She worked her magic and we were able to have everything we needed and want with our budget!

    The wedding day was easy and flawless because Say I do to Details.! Paola, Sandra, and everyone in her team worked so hard for US. I will never forget their generosity and professionalism. I get emotional just thinking about my wedding night, and my heart gets filled with gratitude.

    Amazing, responsive, and supportive!

    Paola and her team at Say I Do to Details were amazing for our wedding, and even the months leading up to it. I am so glad we had them because our wedding ran so smoothly. We had a really large wedding and everything about that day was perfect. Paola created a detailed timeline and made sure our vendors were accounted for. She and her team made our wedding vision come to life. It was everything we wanted and more. I can’t say enough good things about them. At our reception, her team made sure my husband and I were fed before the reception even started. It was nice to have a moment to ourselves before the actual party started. Throughout the night, they were so responsive to us and made sure we were okay. We had so much fun because of them, and I would highly recommend them to any bride and groom looking for an outstanding wedding planning team.     Best wedding coordinator

    I planned my wedding in just 2 months.
    I married at Redbird and they required a day coordinator for the event. At the beginning I couldn’t understand as in my country we have a different way to plan weddings but once I talked to Paola I understood why it was so important. When you get to feel as a guest in your own wedding and realized you are 100% stress free you appreciate all the work that her and her assistant do for you. Thank you Paola for making my dream come true. We were even running out of time and she managed to extend our times with all our vendors like it was planned like that from the very beginning. I even forgot my garter and she brought a super cute one that my husband loved! Also I did my own flowers and decoration and the way she placed them at the venue was better that the vision I even had.

    A Stress-free Wedding Day

    While planning for our wedding, my husband and I knew that we were going to hire a wedding coordinator. The venue we chose required one and I read a bunch of articles that recommended having one. We got married at Smoky Hollow Studios and I looked at their preferred vendors and found Say I Do to Details. I emailed them and Paola reached out to me right away. We met with her in person and I felt confident that on the day of the wedding everything would go smoothly since she and Sandra had worked many times at our venue. We opted for the day-of-coordination package after speaking with Paola. I really appreciated her honesty with the packages they offered and not trying to upsell us - since weddings are already so expensive. She was upfront about what we would benefit from with just the day-of-coordination. A few months before our wedding, I upgraded to the month-of-coordination because I felt like I needed extra help with our last minute things. Paola gave us vendor recommendations for florals, staffing, bar services, and rentals. We ended up using all but one of her recommendations - which were very helpful. We had an issue with the bar service, but Paola reached out to other bar services and we were able to book a bartender last minute.

    On the day of our wedding, I can truly say everything went so smoothly. If anything went wrong, I had no idea. Paola, Sandra and Brianna took care of everything and made sure that we were where we needed to be. They even made sure we ate which was amazing. Paola even kept our wedding party in line when a few were not listening before the grand entrance.

    Overall, we had a great wedding day. Paola was very accessible leading up to the wedding day. I was worried about the day of timeline and make sure all the vendors knew where they needed to be, but Paola and Sandra took care of it all and on the day of, I (as the bride) thought everything ran smoothly. We were very happy with Paola and her team on our big day.

    Paola and Sandra are in your corner

    Paola and Sandra are in your corner! We did an exhaustive search for planners for our wedding at Terranea and what immediately drew us to Paola was her resourcefulness and her hands-on approach. While many of the planners we interviewed had strict limits on communication or budgets, Paola was willing to work with our needs and vision for our wedding in a way that felt personal and invested in achieving all of our goals.

    The vendors that she put us in contact with were, across the board, excellent, competitively priced and - most important to us - in line with the personalities we wanted surrounding us on the weekend. We ended up having Paola and her team work with us for 3 events on our wedding weekend - a Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Drinks, the Wedding itself, and a Beach Brunch the day after. The team worked hard to ensure that each event was unique and exactly what we had envisioned. Whenever we had a concern about a vendor's budget or execution, she tackled the issue head on and was never afraid to ask for what we needed. We've made new favorite restaurants, bakeries, and rental companies that we'll almost certainly use again and those were all Paola finds.

    We are full of wonderful, positive memories of the entire weekend and so many of the best touches are thanks entirely to Paola, Sandra, and the rest of the team at Say I Do to Details.

    I didn't worry at all the day of my wedding!

    I recently got married and we hired Paola and Sandra for their partial planning services for our wedding. Paola is extremely organized and was great at communicating with me on what needed to get done and making sure I was staying on task. I would say without a doubt that her connections to various vendors and referrals from her are a priceless asset when hiring her. I had a relatively short engagement (8 months) so I didn't have the time to thoroughly research and vet vendors on my own so I trusted Paola's expertise when it came to sourcing vendors for my wedding. She coordinated all of their contracts and insurance requirements for the wedding venue as well.

    Everything came together so beautifully on our special day! It didn't go without a hitch - my fiancee got a bloody nose while we were taking pictures and of course I look down and there's a bright red spot on my bright, white dress. But Paola's emergency kit came to the rescue! She had this stain remover wipe that was PURE MAGIC. You couldn't even tell that I had blood on my dress moments before. She made sure we stayed on time during the wedding, but always made sure that I was enjoying myself as well. I'm already thinking of future events I might need to hire Paola for! Maybe a baby shower in the next year?!?

    Stress-Free Dream Wedding Made Easy

    I hired Paola for month-of coordination. Paola SAVED my ceremony when she found out a few weeks before the wedding that I had booked the wrong space 12 months before. I was planning a California wedding from Texas and having never been to the venue in person, I unknowingly booked the wrong spot for the ceremony (same venue, but different spots at venue for ceremonies). All that 12 months I was planning around a ceremony space I didn't have. Luckily we were able to change it to the space I initially wanted, thank goodness. Without Paola, I wouldn't have even known about this mistake, and I probably would have found out day-of, and my wedding would have been a mess. She was professional, on top of documentation and logistics and timeline. She was also a great resource to have for extra advice on planning logistics that came up in planning our wedding day - which helped me TONS. During the wedding day she always approached me calmly, which definitely took away stress, and she took care of every single detail which made the whole day easy on me so I can focus on my wedding day with my husband and family. Every detail was taken care of. Thank you Paola!

    Absolute Perfection

    Upon reflecting on our wedding, my husband says quite frankly that Sandra was the best decision we made for that day (and we had the most incredible vendors). It was clear from our very first meetings to the end of the wedding night, that she constantly had us in mind and nothing else. I firmly believe she is the reason everything at our wedding went so perfectly. Sandra was never affected by stress when problems arose. (Even time-sensitive ones!) She always remained calm and approached every problem with understanding. She was always happy and willing to help and find solutions to even the most minor of problems. We STRONGLY recommend to other couples getting married that they hire Paola, Sandra and the team from Say I Do to Details. As the bride, I have to say that my wedding day felt like a perfect, beautiful dream because I did not have a single thing to worry or feel anxious about. (And for an anxious person, that is a feat!) Words cannot express how grateful we are to Sandra and the team for making our day absolute perfection.

    Wonderful Experience

    Sandra is an angel. I cannot say enough good things about her and Paola. I was in last minute panic mode needing to find a day of coordinator and they swooped in and saved the day. From the second I met Sandra we clicked and I knew she would make our special day run smoothly. She came for our rehearsal and calmed my jitters. The day of was a dream because of her. If you are looking for a wedding planner or just a day of coordinator you will not be disappointed for going with Say I Do to Details.

    Paola and her team are amazing. Working with the Say I Do to Details team literally saved my wedding. My husband and I are from two very different cultures and Paola did an amazing job showcasing both on our day. Paola and her team were amazing to work with from choosing vendors to day of coordination. She was always available, always organized and always a pleasure to talk to and was amazing with all members of the family. I’d also like to mention the lady in waiting service was a must. Breanna was amazing, made sure I ate, touched up my makeup and hair and even helped with final touches on party favors. She was simply FANTASTIC. Overall if you are looking for THE BEST event coordinator and planner, these ladies are it. Look no further!!!!

    Paola and the Say I Do to Details team did a wonderful job providing partial planning services leading up to our wedding and providing full coordination of our wedding on the day of. While Paola's expertise was invaluable during the planning process, especially with suggesting tried-and-true vendors who fit within our target price range, her and her team's speed, efficiency, and flexibility on wedding day were what made them a true asset. They helped us deal with multiple unexpected hiccups on our wedding day, including a mix-up with one of our vendors, and the fact that I forgot to wear my garter (she and her team somehow made a makeshift garter for the toss). Overall, the fact that we were able to relax, enjoy our special day, and soak in all the details while spending quality time with family and friends was an amazing thing that ultimately made them a vendor worth hiring.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paola, Sandra and the entire Say I Do to Details team. I hired Paola for day-of planning for what was supposed to be a small wedding, that ultimately turned into a very large one (260+ guests).
    Our contract opened with a very clear delineation of her roles, and what help/service I could expect from her and her team. This open communication is a platform for Paola's practice. I always felt comforted by her calmness, her organization, and her complete understanding of the great stress that comes with a big wedding. While she was to be my day of planner, our work together started long before my big day. She brought up SO MANY THINGS that I had not even considered in the planning of my wedding.
    Paola offers competitive pricing and she was willing to work we me to keep me within my budget. Honestly, having her in my corner ultimately saved me a lot of money. She knows what to anticipate and knows how to work well in a dynamic environment. I only wish that I had hired her for more than just day of planning.
    On the day of my wedding, Paola worked hard to really make my vision really come to life all while taking all of the stress off of my shoulders so that I could really enjoy my wedding. She was also phenomenal at managing my way too big bridal party (15 groomsmen!!). Paola and her team had walkie-talkies and electronic copies to reference our time line at all times. They communicated with each other constantly and worked SO hard to keep us on schedule!!
    I am so grateful for her expertise, happy and helpful demeanor and for her astonishing attention to detail.
    My wedding was an absolute dream come true. Paola was instrumental in the smooth execution of a phenomenal night with SO many moving parts!!! You really need this woman, she is truly wonderful at her job!!

    I found Paola Franco and Say I Do to Details via a referral from one of the wedding venues I was looking at. Although I ultimately didn't choose to go with that venue, I was so glad that they had introduced me to Paola and her company. I called her on my way home from work and we had a great chat, after that first call I immediately felt in a good place. After that, we set up a time to meet at a coffee shop near our homes. Bonus: we lived in the same area so that was awesome! After my very first meeting with Paola she had me thinking about details I hadn't thought of before and logistical aspects I didn't even know to ask! That's what I love about her- she thinks of everything. We hired her for partial planning and the months leading up to my wedding she was always there to answer my texts, emails and phone calls. On the day of I was so glad she, Sandra, and her team were there! I cannot say enough good things about how kind and sweet these ladies are. They took such good care of me on the day of my wedding, especially considering I wore the heaviest dress of my life!     I cannot recommend "Say I do to Details" enough. I had the pleasure of working with Jaclyn for my October 2017 wedding. She was incredible. She and I worked together the month before the wedding ironing out all the details and the little things I never would have thought of. She was incredibly organized, knowledgable and available whenever I needed to ask her to ask a question. As amazing as she was leading up to the wedding she was even greater at my wedding. From coordinating the wedding day schedule with all our bridesmaids, groomsmen, family members, and vendors - to ensuring that the wedding kept on schedule. Anything we needed that day she had - from kleenex to getting the groomsmen pre-wedding snacks. We had multiple family members and guests come up to us at the wedding to tell us how impressed they were with her. As someone who gets easily overwhelmed - I can't stress enough how thankful I am to have had her there. We are so happy we found Jaclyn and "I Say I do to Details"! I STRONGLY recommend her to anyone looking for a planner. You will not be regret it. :)

    Paola, Sandra, and the whole Say I Do to Details team were fantastic! We couldn’t have done it without them. We hired SIDD for our rehearsal dinner, wedding planning, and farewell brunch. Their rates are very fair and competitive. Paola was always very considerate of our budget and never pushed us to spend more. She has a wealth of good venues and vendors at her disposal that were all better than we could have imagined. The dinner and ceremony venues she found for us were a dream come true. The SIDD team and their army of vendors always listened to what we wanted and worked hard to make our own unique vision come to life. Paola always let us know what to expect and when, and made our lives simpler by always prioritizing things for us so we knew what to be working on and when. Paola can be a pitbull when you need her to be and it always felt like she was fighting for our team. By the end she felt like family and we were so thankful for her.     We are so happy that we decided to use Say I Do To Details to coordinate our wedding. They have several packages to fit the needs of any bride and groom. As our wedding day got closer, I got more and more nervous about all the little details. However, when I walked into our venue, everything was perfect. It was better than I ever could have imagined! Throughout the wedding, I felt at ease and everything went so smoothly. I know I have Paola and the whole Say I Do To details team to thank for that.     We never truly believed that Wedding Ninjas were real…UNTIL my wife and I saw Paola and her team in action. We hired ‘Say I Do’ about four weeks before our big day after plans with our original planners very unfortunately fell through. Though we went into a bit of panic-mode, we weren’t extremely worried because we had ended up doing most of the planning ourselves up until that point, or so we thought. Now looking back, we are SO grateful for Paola, Sandra, Maryan and Vanessa -- we couldn’t have pulled our amazing day off so smoothly without them. Prompt, stealth, and in control the entire time. They were the first ones there and the last ones to leave, and the whole time maintained an amazing attitude and work ethic, and so effortlessly adapted and adjusted to the flow of our wedding/reception!

    Oh, and did I mention Paola had literally just had a baby when we reached out to hire her? Juggling a newborn, weddings every weekend leading up to ours, and taking us on as a last-minute client, she deserves all the praise we can give.

    I felt it best that I write this review because I got to witness all of it while my wife was off being pampered the day of the wedding. We would both recommend “Say I Do” to any and all couples looking to plan the best day of their lives.

    Hiring Say I do to Details for our wedding was the single best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. We hired Say I do to Details as our event coordinators and design artists and couldn't be more satisfied with their work.

    Design Service - I gave Paola scattered pictures, ideas, and Pinterest boards, and she gave me a cohesive wedding theme. I planned my entire wedding from Pittsburgh and never got to see my venue before the wedding day. My venue was rustic and raw with a lot of potential, which also means it had potential for ending up like a diy project gone wrong. It was comforting to know that Paola knew the space and was designing my theme with that in mind. Say I do to Details transformed the space into the perfect blend of rustic and whimsical. I received so many compliments about the decor/theme of my wedding and mostly found myself admitting that all the originality was Paola's doing.

    Coordinator Service- Say I do to Details made the wedding day go on without a hitch. They took care of every detail and made sure that I got to enjoy my day. Our parents were so thrilled that Paola and Sandra were there to take care of the wedding logistics so they could enjoy themselves. The day-of-coordinator package also included coordinating with vendors in the days leading up to the wedding and this aspect of the package freed up a lot of my time in the final days.

    My husband and I met Paola while attending an open house night at our wedding venue. Our first impression of her was that she was friendly, organized and very professional... boy did she live up to this and then some! We hired her as our day-of coordinator since we were on a budget and planning in only four short months. She did so much more than just the day-of coordinating. We received a wealth of information from her in timelines and checklists for the entire month leading up to our big day, as well as frequent reminders via email which greatly helped in keeping me on track.

    At the start of our wedding day, Paula and her assistant, Sandra did a great job of setting up our multiple signs, guest book, cake stand, dining tables, floral arrangements and many candles. They received and kept track of all wedding presents as guests arrived. In the middle of this detailed setup, she even noticed that the cake needed a finishing touch and she knew just how to fix what had been overseen. The result was stunning. Paola also had a way of allaying my worries the day of the wedding. Her updates on my timeline came at perfect intervals so I didn't feel overwhelmed but was also very aware of the schedule. This was very comforting. I was able to focus on just being a bride and soaking in each moment of the day.

    Of course, having always heard of friends' wedding glitches, I wondered which hiccups would become part of my wedding story. But Paola and Sandra were so thorough, focused and organized that every aspect of the evening ran smoothly. They were great at communicating with our other vendors: the wedding officiant, DJ, cake delivery, caterers, photographer, videographer and venue manager/staff. The feedback from our guests has been incredible. Some of them have even said it was like something out of a movie, a perfectly executed production.

    Needless to say, we highly recommend Paola, Sandra, and Say I Do To Details!

    We interviewed many DOCs and after our last one with Paola and Sandra, we were happy to hire Say I Do to Details. There was so much to do in the weeks leading up to the wedding; I'm so happy that these ladies were only a text message or an email away.     After deciding to have a shorter than normal engagement (7 months), Paola and her team were my saving grace for making everything seem so perfect and effortless! Paola had great vendor recommendations in a variety of budgets, helped to keep my Pinterest dreams realistic, and was a great sounding board. Paola also kept me on task when I needed it (which I definitely did) in order to stay on schedule and book all important vendors timely. My venue had a lot of rules and required every vendor and detail to be brought in (yes down to the toilet paper), so Paola made sure we covered every single detail, kept me from getting overwhelmed, and most importantly made me feel so confident that everything was under control so that I was very relaxed and enjoyed every moment of my wedding day. At cocktail hour on my wedding day, someone spilled a full glass of red wine on the front of my wedding dress and Paola saved the day with her magic emergency kit – I truly couldn’t have made it all come together without the help of Say I Do to Details!!!

    We wish we could give them more than 5 stars! My Husband and I got married a month ago and we had their "month of coordination plan". Paola and Sam are awesome! They were always Organized and responsive.They even referred us to couple of vendors which we got super good deals from them. Everything was executed the way we wanted. You cannot believe how much detail oriented they are!!

    On the day of Wedding everything went smooth and Sam and Paola were all on point and it looked like that they were always present everywhere and coordinating everything. We really felt like we had extra friends by our side on our wedding day!

    I was referred to Paola by a good friend of mine, who knew of her company, "Say I do to the details" and after interviewing several Wedding Planners we decided to go with her. Our wedding was a fairytale come true. Every detail was perfect, including a minute by minute timeline Paola provided for the day of the wedding which made the entire event run smoothly. She even had songs for each portion of the reception down to the minute it seemed. Paola and her staff are not only professional, but they care and it shows in how they handle all the details on your very special day with confidence and a sense of calm.     I was recommended Paola from a friend who was working with her and heard rave reviews! We decided to hire Say I do to Details for the month of service. What I really appreciated about Paola and her service was that even though I was planning everything myself, she still offered her expertise and assistance about 8 months before my wedding. I was able to call or text her if I had any questions regarding my vendors, contracts, and costs. She was very responsive and thought of resolutions I wouldn't have. I felt she went above and beyond to help me get to a great place with everything I wanted to have for our wedding and keeping me on track on when tasks needed to be completed. She gave me multiple check lists to help with the planning and used great software to stay organized. I am a project manager by trade, so these tools were awesome and I took full advantage of them! I had my decoration vendor fall through a few weeks before the wedding and she found a great replacement that matched my needs and budget without any hassle. She and her team are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a real pleasure to work with. The day of my wedding, it was extremely windy and I didn't stress one bit because I knew Paola and her team would figure it out and make it all work out!     Paola Franco impressed us from the start. During our first meeting, she discussed the different wedding planning packages that Say I Do to Details offers. After looking over the different packages, we realized there were so many details that we never would have thought of if we had tried to plan it on our own. The most important part of the conversation to my husband was budget. For me, it was aesthetic. I wanted to have a classy and elegant wedding. We had a very tight budget but she ensured us that she could make our dream wedding happen within our budget and with my aesthetic in mind. When she learned about our budget, she helped us determine how much we should spend for each part. She even gave us an excel sheet to help us keep track of all of our expenses.

    My wife and I completely procrastinated and with less than 3 months until our wedding, we sought Paola, who ended up being a life saver. Paola planned our wedding in record time and throughout the whole process, she was super communicative, patient, and professional.
    After our first meeting which was when we developed a timeline, we could tell that Paola had a wealth of experience. She asked us questions about things that we didn't even think about. As we got close to the actual date, we honestly felt relieved knowing that Paola and her team were going to guide us through our special day.

    To my wife and me, Paola felt like she was not only our wedding planner but also our advocate. For example, the vendor who rented us some tables wanted to charge an exorbitant delivery fee that was higher than the actual rental fee. Paola did not hesitate to let us know that this quote was ridiculously high and she managed to find a way to deliver the items without us having to incur this delivery charge.

    Paola and her team were awesome and we are super grateful that she was able to plan our wedding!

    My now wife and I had our wedding reception at Carondelet House in February and we used Say I Do To Details as our day-of-coordinator. We never thought we needed this kind of service, but since our venue required it, we started searching for someone. We met Paola at the venue’s open house, and before we hired her, we had met with three other day-of-coordinators. The things that set Paola apart from the other coordinators were her knowledge of the venue, her personable demeanor, and, her competitive pricing. As we got closer to the day of the wedding, and on the day of the wedding, we realized she and her team bring so much more to the table.
    During the entire planning process, Paola was able to provide us with recommendations for the various vendors we needed for our wedding. She provided us with recommendations for florists, DJs, photographers, videographers, rental companies, hair and make-up companies, transportation, and I’m sure I’m forgetting a few. A city as big as Los Angeles has so many options when it comes to each of these that it was helpful beyond words to be provided with recommendations that you could trust. We trusted Paola, and she came through!
    It goes without saying that there are a lot of details that go into planning a wedding. For those of us who have never done so before (or aren’t professionals!) it is hard for us to keep all of them organized and accounted for. There were many details that we would have overlooked, had it not been for Paola reminding us and keeping us on track.

    WOW...Paola was definitely my lifesaver for my wedding! I was looking for a wedding planner for the "day of" but turned out that I actually needed more help than I thought! Our wedding venue was at the Carondelet House which was even better for all of us because she has worked there many times and knows the staff very well. Our top priority for us was to have a Jameson shot instead of a champagne toast and a U-shape design at our reception (since our wedding was on St. Patrick's Day, this is pretty important to us).. the venue was a little reluctant because of a shot rule with guests but Paola made it happen! The U-Shape worked out perfect and definitely tied our whole Irish wedding together. We will never forget this...it made our toast more personal and fun! She helped us out with picking out a couple vendors (florist and DJ), which I was stressing out about. Nothing but cool and calm, she made everything for us so much easier. Say I Do to Details is nothing but short of their name and Paola was very detailed and professional! Things that I thought I could do on my own was only something she could see and manage.     We are so incredibly fortunate to have found Say I Do To Details and have Paola and Sandra coordinate our wedding (Nov 2016)! Where do we start? Paola is nothing short of amazing. Her dedication, thoroughness and kindness showed in every step of the way, going above and beyond the call of duty. It is undeniably clear that she cared so much for us and for our wedding day. We of course had a ton of moving parts for the wedding, from vendors, to traveling families/bridal parties, to our large amount of DIY projects for which we had very specific visions, as well as some pretty unique requests for our "first dance", ceremony, and reception. Paola made sure to meet up with us, jump on phone calls, and keep up with texts/emails to ensure she had everything straight and to really understand what we wanted. She reached out to all of our vendors, made a timeline that everyone was aware of and consistently kept it up-to-date with any changes we had. She had all sorts of suggestions and advice for basically everything we had questions about such as linens, photographers, DJs, our venue, schedule of events, and even our marriage license process! She even pointed out things that we would've left out and gave us tons of options of how we might want to do things based on her experience and expertise. Her seamless work made those weeks, days and moments of the wedding a lot easier. And on the day of, we were so happy to see her. It was like seeing a trusted friend who had helped us get there; she was someone we knew we could depend on for the rest of the day. And boy was she a savior that day. There was a moment where one of the guests was bringing me down, and Paola took the time to not only console me, but really speak to me and remind me of who I was, where I was, and what I wanted. I am so thankful she was there -- She said exactly the right things at the right time with the most genuine of hearts. So, believe us when we say you are in good hands with Paola and Sandra!

    I met Paola and Sandra from Say I Do to Details while working at a local venue. I had seen their work a handful of times and knew that we couldn't have anyone else coordinate our wedding day. Although we brought them on as “day of” coordinators, they jumped right in while we were in the process of our planning. Both Paola and Sandra were always quick to respond to an email or text. Whether it was for advice or confirmation we were going in the right direction, they supported us through it all and made us feel at ease. Our wedding was in an airplane hangar which meant EVERYTHING had to be brought in. We were quite overwhelmed with this concept as a lot of coordinating had to go into this. A few weeks prior to our day, they took over communication with all of our vendors. We had over 10 different vendors delivering and setting up the day of our wedding, all which needed to be escorted into the airport, managed, and given direction. They handled everything without a hitch! They took a big blank canvas (hangar) and turned it into our dream wedding. From the way the food trucks flowed outside, to the beautiful bistro lighting, and the way the inside tables were set up around the dance floor… it was everything we wanted it to be! They also created the most magical donut table ever! Our guests were raving about it all night. Throughout the wedding they kept everything flowing, communicated with all of our vendors and the hangar representative, and were beyond attentive to our needs. Having them there with us throughout the night allowed us to relax and actually enjoy our wedding without having to think about anything. When it came time for the night to end they went above and beyond with returning the hangar to its original form. They stayed on top of what the vendors were doing while they were breaking down and leaving and made sure the place was spotless. We don’t know what we would have done without them.     Paola is absolutely amazing--and I don't say that very often. She is professional, talented, and unbelievably detail-oriented.

    My husband and I hired her as a wedding coordinator, with the Fiore package. It was a very DIY wedding: we'd rented a mansion in Temecula wine country, we made or purchased most of the decorations ourselves, and we didn't even have a DJ. We made the playlist ourselves and asked my uncle to be an MC. Paola was a little worried about it, but she immediately began learning how to operate our audio system so that she could oversee and operate it when my uncle was unavailable. She did a fantastic job!

    In our contract, it originally said that we would begin working together in detail beginning about 8 weeks before the wedding. Paola began working with us, even going so far as to drive all the way to the venue to check it out beforehand and help us plan item locations, WAY before those last 8 weeks. She made it very clear that she cared about our wedding and wanted it to go smoothly just as much as we did. Though she was a little worried about just how DIY it really was, she put in all the more effort to make sure that it didn't look DIY.

    In summary, hire Say I Do to Details! They are amazing and go way above and beyond the call of duty. I would DEFINITELY hire them again.

    Paola and Sandra coordinated my July 2016 wedding at Smoky Hollow Studios in El Segundo. While my wedding was very non-traditional, they both understood our vision completely and were not only able to execute on it, but also provided really amazing advice based on their experience to make everything flow and make sense. Here are a couple things they did that were above and beyond what was asked of them:

    1. Florist: I was stressed about not being able to find a florist within price range that could execute exactly what I wanted. Paola scheduled us a sit down with a florist she had a relationship with and their design was even more perfect than the little creative direction I gave her. She just somehow knew what I wanted. Oh, and the quote was UNDER budget.

    2. Lay-out: We wanted the look of one long table for our reception dinner but visualizing everything and securing a layout was a bit of a challenge. Paola and Sandra met us at the venue and helped us talk out all the potential concepts. We must have gone through 6-8 before finalizing. They were incredibly patient, wanted it to be right and did not pressure us whatsoever. In the end we got our long table and the communal vibe was a huge hit.

    3. Day-of coordination: There were a ton of things Paola and Sandra did day-of, probably more than I'm even giving them credit for, but one thing that was distinctly noticeable was with regards to our rentals. We rented basic furniture like couches and coffee tables, but the venue had a bunch of props and other things on-site we could utilize. We didn't plan how these items would be incorporated but when we showed up it seriously looked professionally styled! The lounges were comfortable and cute.

    We hired Paola after meeting her at Carondelet House, a beautiful venue my husband and I were vetting for our Fall 2016 wedding. From the moment we met her, we were impressed by her vast knowledge and her ability to get us deals through her negotiating skills. She provided us with guidance and answered questions plus she connected us to affordable wedding vendors especially the photographer and florist. Paola also helped me save a few hundred dollars on my wedding dress. She told me to decide on a dress and tell her the brand and style number and that she would shop it around for the best deal. I wanted the Pronovias Plisa wedding dress so she shopped around and found it for $300 less than any other bridal salon.

    We purchased the middle package known as the partial planning package which included the day of coordination plus several months of Paola and Sandra making phone calls, getting quotes, negotiating, planning and arranging appointments for us. They are truly dedicated to making the bride and groom happy and were always quick to respond by text, email and phone. They were absolutely remarkable at working diligently with our venue The Fig House and all our vendors—keeping everyone organized and accountable for their duties and responsibilities.

    On the day of our wedding Paola and Sandra worked tirelessly for 12 hours to ensure that the wedding went off without a hitch. We are still impressed by how dedicated, knowledgable, affable, reliable and organized these two lovely ladies are. Whats more—Paola also has amazing diplomatic abilities and was our intermediary with the venue and vendors. She ensured we received what we wanted at the price we wanted and came to our defense whenever necessary. We are so grateful for having met them and for having hired them—not only did we save money because they shopped around for the best deals but they also unburdened us from the overwhelming anxiety that comes with planning a wedding.

    My husband and I hired Say I do to Details team to coordinate our wedding July 2016, and they did a truly incredible job. We had a big outdoor space by the beach in Malibu to get married, with only a few power outlets and that was it ! No bathrooms, no tables or chairs just the venue. They organized everything from luxury mobile bathrooms to the smallest items, yet very important details such party favors, guest book and etc, they did it all. Sandra and Paola did a wonderful job on delivering seamlessly all the visions we had for that very special day. Up to this day, all of my guests are still talking about how perfect and amazing my wedding was. We had so many compliments. I am so glad we decided to hire Say I Do To Details, without them guiding and helping us, I'm not sure we could have had such an amazing wedding.

    Paola and Sandra planned my wedding in Carmel California on October 15th at the Bernardus Spa and Lodge. I went back and fourth trying to decide if I should hire a planner from Carmel or closer to where I live (Los Angeles). Meeting with multiple planners in both areas, I knew after I was recommended by a friend to meet with Paola and she explained all the benefits and the wedding planning process that I needed someone near me to keep me on track, and Say I Do to Details here in Los Angeles was the company for me. 

    Paola and Sandra researched vendors, traveled for appointments, and provided quality insight into narrowing down the best options for all of my wedding day decisions. Their frequently used vendors in LA also gave me quotes & traveled up to Carmel (the cost difference & high quality I ended up saving me a bunch of $). 

    Wedding Day: The best part about hiring Say I Do to Details was I didn't have to worry about anything the day of my wedding. My friends and family kept telling me "you are oddly calm for a bride that is about to be married." I was able to take a step back & REALLY enjoy my special day with my husband. I never wondered what was next in the timeline & got to spend quality time with all of my favorite people whether it was on the dance floor, in the photo booth, or chatting next to the bar.  
    Smaller details that really made a difference: Sending down a tray of the passed hors d'oeuvres & champagne for us to enjoy during cocktail hour when we were still taking photos, organized a surprise bagpiper for my husband during my thank you speech at the reception (he is first generation Scottish), helped me put ribbons & "thank you" notes on my Voluspa Candles. Paola surprised us by putting some of the late night snacks, slices of cake, & bottle of champagne in our room at the end of the night. 
    It was THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!! I couldn't have asked for more. I am so happy I went with Say I Do to Details. Thank you Paola and Sandra!!!!

    Say I Do to the Details came highly recommended to my now husband and I back in April of 2014, this was recently after we had gotten engaged. We hired Paola in May of 2014 almost 2 years prior to our wedding in Temecula CA. We did not know what to expect when hiring a wedding planner but we are so glad we did! Paola has been a lifesaver and stress reliever over the past 2 years. She worked with me every step of the way. She was a sounding board for creative ideas, she helped me to refine my vision and of course Pintrest page, she helped me stay on schedule with all my planning, select the perfect vendors, come to any pre-planning meeting I asked her to attend, and was always there for me during any bridal freak out moment. She was like the perfect bridesmaid that just happened to know how to plan a wedding. Not only was she there for all my texts, emails and calls during our 2 year engagement, she was there for my husband, our crazy families and of course me throughout the entire weekend of our wedding. Our wedding was perfect in every way because of Say I Do to the Details. I did not stress once the day of because I knew Paola and her team would take care of anything needed. We also hired her service, Lady In Waiting, which was the best decision! Vicki, our Lady in Waiting was spectacular, she not only, helped us clean up our hotel room for the photographer and order food for our wedding party of over 30 people she even took care of our dog all day (picking him up from doggy daycare and dropping him back off after the wedding) she even handmade me a new “something blue” garter when I couldn’t find mine.     It’s really all in the name, the details were planned and executed perfectly. From day 1, Paola and Sandra focused on what the bride wants through detailed questions and discussions. Paola was open minded and listened to our ideas, and provided good ideas to help fill in the gaps when needed. Paola, Sandra and their team were hired do help with the wedding day minus 1 month planning, plus the day of coordinating. Paola booked the last few vendors that needed to be booked, and then really impressed us on the day of! Her and Sandra were on top of every minute of the day and kept thing moving smoothly (thanks to the great timeline put together earlier). The wedding ceremony and reception where at two different locations, but that didn’t make a difference to Say I Do to the Details team. They had everything ready at the reception on time and accurately setup to the plan. It’s important to note that the wedding was a little unusual with a pre-ceremony gathering, ceremony, post-ceremony happy hour, a cocktail hour, then the reception...it was like 4 parties in one day, yet Paola and Sandra handled it with a smile and calmness. Even when the bride and groom were confused on some details, they calmly and respectful played along until the groom realized the mistake. Above all, Paola and Sandra handled the overbearing father of the bride with an amazing level of professionalism. All guests mentioned the details, details, and details...saying how it was the most unique and fun wedding they’ve ever attended...this is the type of reaction Say I Do to the Details create!

    My now husband and I hired Say I do to Details for our wedding in September 2016. I am so extremely happy that we chose them for our day of coordinator. We chose to have our wedding at the Center for the Arts Eagle Rock (check it out if you love DIY weddings). I was worried that we would not be able to find people to help flip the room after the ceremony, but Sandra stepped in and made it happen. Actually, she made everything happen, even with heels on!!!! Sandra and Jackie made sure the whole day ran smoothly and I could not thank them enough. My husband and I heard so many positive things from our guests about how professional Sandra and Jackie were. They are top notch!

    Sandra and Paola are so sweet and skilled! We hired Say I Do to Details as the month-of coordinator for our wedding and worked primarily with Sandra. From the beginning, we felt confident in her expertise and their vendor recommendations were perfect. As the day approached, we were able to step back and let Sandra take care of pulling everything together. Knowing that she was taking care of everything allowed us to relax on our wedding day (and actually sit down and eat!) and not worry about a thing.     Our Wedding Day was Stress-free!

    Paola and the Say I Do to Details team did a wonderful job ensuring our wedding day ran smoothly. She was our Day of Coordinator, but she made sure to schedule plenty of phone calls and meet with us prior to our wedding weekend. Paola gave us great advice regarding seating placement and how to present our seating chart to guests. She created our wedding day timeline and welcomed all our suggestions and answered all our emails! Paola and her team arrived at our venue early on our wedding day to ensure the proper arrival and set-up of our florals, decorations, escort cards, cake, and entire floor plan. There was a slight mixup with the placement of a flower wall, but Paola quickly resolved the situation with her team. Paola was attentive to our needs throughout the night and checked in with us every so often to see if we ever needed anything. She stayed until the end of the night and made sure all our personal belongings and decorations were kept in a safe spot and returned to us.     Great Day of Coordinator Experience

    Right off the bat, Sandra was an incredible day of coordinator. We had a schedule that we discussed about a week prior to the wedding and she ensured every event happened down to the minute. We were very impressed with her professionalism and proficiency and she made our big day go very smoothly.

    The one complaint we had was some miscommunication prior to the wedding. We did hire Say I Do as a day of coordinator so we knew that we would have to do all the heavy lifting prior to the wedding ourselves. One of the issues we had was when emailing Paola we felt that some of our input wasn't taken into account or slipped through the cracks. Also, we were not informed that Sandra would be our point of contact until a couple days before the wedding.

    In the end, Say I Do did a phenomenal job as a day of coordinator and we had no complaints on our big day.

    We were happy to have the peace of mind of having Paola, Sandra, and the Say I Do To Details team oversee all of the little details on our wedding day! Their vendor recommendations were top notch. We ended up choosing a florist and stationer based on those recommendations, and their work was AMAZING - and just as importantly, within budget! Every wedding day has its share of surprises, and ours was rain! The week leading up to our day, we had to completely change the layout and flow of our venue because we needed a last-minute tent, and Sandra and the Say I Do To Details team really helped with coordinating last minute decisions and working with our venue. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and the execution and coordination of all of the little details by Sandra and the team really helped us make the day even more special and memorable!
