Hiring Casey was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She came in at the absolute 11th hour — just two weeks before the big day — and immediately took everything on with such confidence, organization, and care that I felt an instant sense of relief.
I planned most of my wedding on my own, and when I was truly at my wit’s end, Casey stepped in and completely changed everything. Honestly, my only regret is not hiring her sooner.
From the moment she stepped in, every detail was handled seamlessly — even the things I hadn’t thought about yet. She jumped right in with all of our vendors, kept everything running smoothly, and when a few inevitable wedding-day snafus popped up, she handled them so quickly and calmly that I never even had the chance to feel stressed. I was able to be fully present and enjoy the day knowing everything was under control.

An Absolute Dream
I absolutely loved working with Save the Date! Casey, the owner, and Bri, our day-of coordinator, were an incredible team. They were extremely communicative, true go-getters, and an absolute blast to work with throughout the process. We are a same-sex couple and our wedding consisted of approximately 110 guests. We purchased a "partial planning" package (approximately 4-5 months before our date), and we could not be any happier!
Save the Date is fantastic - small business, women-owned, and easily reasonably priced! She provided vendor coordination, decor rentals (mirrors/signage/candles, etc), timeline/schedule creation for day-of our wedding, and so much calm yet positive energy! We were impressed with her flexibility to schedule meetings as a double heathcare professional household and overall adaptability as unknown/unpredictable variables arose. She kept our sanity intact and truly curated an exceptional wedding from start to finish. Highly recommend! -

Our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was so much more than "just" a day-of coordinator; she was an invaluable partner from the moment we hired her.
In the months leading up to the wedding, she attended vendor meetings with us and asked incredibly strategic and insightful questions that we would not have thought of. This proactive approach and her deep industry knowledge not only created a flawless day-of timeline but also saved us significant money by connecting us with high-quality, affordable vendors. She went above and beyond her role, and so much of her work was done long before the wedding day even began.
On the day of the wedding, she handled everything with grace and ease. When a power outage hit our church, she seamlessly pivoted and kept us calm resulting in a beautiful, memorable candlelit ceremony that felt intimate and intentional. Later, she navigated a payment shortage that was entirely our mistake with incredible grace and professionalism, resolving it without any stress to us. She also found small, individual moments to make us feel cared for and comfortable throughout the day. From the perfectly timed dress change and surprise entrance to "Pink Pony Club" to helping us make quick and confident decisions, she was a true lifesaver.
We can't recommend her enough. She handled every unexpected challenge with calm and expertise, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding. We not only had a perfect wedding day because of her, but we also gained a cherished friend.

I cannot express how amazing Casey made our day. With so much going on, she ensured my only concern was enjoying the day. My entire bridal party (my mom especially) expressed how wonderful she was. I was looking for a coordinator who could handle all of the details of the day from making sure vendors were where on time to getting decor back to us the next day. As a Type A Bride who had things heavily planned out in a spreadsheet for months, Casey was the perfect fit to make sure I didn't have to worry. I could not recommend Casey more highly for a day of planner! She was detail oriented, professional, and fun! She kept track of every detail (from keeping us on our timeline, to working with our vendors on setup to bring our vision to life, to packing everything up at the end of the night) so we didn't have to worry about a thing. It was also hugely helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding to have working with our vendors to coordinate set up and drop off details. It made our wedding day infinitely more enjoyable for me, my husband, and our families because we could enjoy every second of the day without having to worry about a thing. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her! -

OMG!! WOW...What can I say...Casey you are the best! you made the most important day of my life run so smoothly and I don't know how I could of done it with out you. I am so grateful for you. Casey not only took care of all my vendors on my wedding day but she did so much more, she reassured me and calmed my nerves. She dealt with my crazy family and even took the kids home so we could keep celebrating the night. BOOK HER! She is much more than a wedding planner she will be someone you can lean on through out the whole day.

Best DOC out there!
Casey was such a treat to work with and made my wedding week as relaxing as it could get and so enjoyable! I gave her all of my decorations and she transformed our reception into an extra gorgeous venue. A day I’ve only dreamt about! She was so calming to me durning our day when things went off schedule or awry and I was stressing. She resolved everything and some things without me even knowing. She is so flexible and will offer to help you with anything you need. Absolutely amazing! -

Hire Casey!
Casey was hands down the best choice for our wedding! She went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect and make our vision a reality. She was so well prepared and anticipated every/any possible hiccup! Her day of bag was Mary Poppins-esque, anytime we needed something she had it! Beyond that, her expertise and knowledge helped guide our conversations with vendors and helped us make informed decisions throughout our planning process. Truly, it made our vendor selection and pre-wedding meetings so smooth especially since we were not living in town! We highly recommend selecting Casey as your wedding planner! -

Casey is the absolute BEST.
I met Casey in the very early stages of planning. I had close to nothing planned; I just knew I wanted a day-of coordinator. I also didn't know what that job entailed! Let me tell you, even if you are planning everything yourself, YOU NEED HER!
Along the way she helped me find vendors and gave suggestions when asked. She frequently checked in on me as the planning went on to make sure I was doing okay (how sweet!). As the big day approached we worked together to figure out what her role would be and what tasks she would handle. There was no task to little or too large! The day before rehearsal we met to exchange all of the decor, place settings, signage, you name it. She assured me she understood my vision and would execute accordingly.
-She attended our rehearsal at church. It was comforting to know someone else (other than the church coordinators) knew the flow of things.. because I definitely forgot.
-She was there with the wedding party getting ready early in the morning! I was nervous about the guys getting ready on time - she was there to keep them in check. There were also a lot of last minute things that came up and she was right there to take care of it! She made sure everyone got to the ceremony with everything they needed. I DO NOT REGRET THIS DECISION.
-Once we all made it down the aisle, she jetted over to the reception venue to setup. Everything was perfect! And just how I imagined. She greeted us at the venue after photos and lined us all up for the Grand March (with champagne!).
A few highlights: my bustle broke, thanks to my groom for stepping on it. Casey was right there to sew it back up! Also, I didnt pack backup shoes - Casey ran out to buy me a pair of flip flops.. and TWICE for one of my bridesmaids. Lastly, Casey was there til the very end - she packed up all of the cards, gifts, extra decor, signage, etc and dropped it off the next day. AND with an iced coffee! Wow. Huge relief to have someone take care of that for you at the end of a long day!
She is a gem. That is all. -

She was informative, attentive, and so helpful. She was in touch with me prior to the wedding and helped answer any questions I had. On the day of the wedding, she set up all my decor and sent me pictures along the way. She made sure I always had a drink in my hand and checked in frequently throughout the night. Even my mother was impressed and went on about how great Casey was! I would highly recommend hiring Casey for your wedding day!

Julianne Sent on 11/30/2017I can't say enough about Casey and what an impact she had on making our wedding day a success -- it's cliche to say, but in this case it's true -- our wedding would not have been nearly the incredible day it was without her.
Casey's passion for weddings and for her job shone through in every interaction I had with her. I only wished I would've pulled her in sooner to help with all of my decisions! Once I did hire her, she went above and beyond again and again to ensure that our day was special and easy for us. The biggest example of this is the lead she took on making our 'out of the box' late night food idea happen. I mentioned the idea, and from that point on, I didn't need to give it a second thought, because she researched and communicated options and made it happen. We've had so many guests comment on how memorable the late night food was, and we 100% have Casey to thank.
There were so many details I didn't have figured out, even up to the day of the event, and Casey stepped in at every turn to make sure that things were smooth -- and, most importantly -- that I didn't need to worry about or handle out anything that she could handle herself. She was there to calm me down before I walked down the aisle, and when my dress got dirty, and when it ripped (!), and she was there in the morning to deliver everything we had handed off to her and to make sure we had everything we needed. Our wedding party and guests had overwhelmingly positive things to say about her, and commented that our wedding was seamless -- that was due to Casey, not us!
If you're considering hiring someone to help you with your big day, she is your best option by far and every penny you spend with her will be more than worth it. She's honestly the best money we spent on our event -- Casey was born to do this. -

Christina Sent on 10/31/2017Words cannot express how AMAZING Casey is. She worked with us through the entire process and she really went above and beyond. She really helped us with the little details (that I would have never thought of) and the big items as well.
Two days before our wedding date our Venue flooded and our caterer and hotel lost power. It seemed like she dropped what she was doing and met me to re-plan and re-locate my entire wedding as well as keeping me grounded when I was a complete wreck.
She was able to get a new hotel block at a great rate, find new linens, chairs for the ceremony and she even contacted all of my other vendors to tell them the changes and where to be and when. Because of the crazy circumstance reporters were really interested in the story and she was able to fend them and even wrote a media statement for the venue and for myself and my now husband.
I would Highly recommend Casey to anyone and everyone! She is the best. :) -

I live out of state, and really trusted Casey to help plan the majority of our wedding. I don't have time to search the never ending list of vendors, set up calls/meetings, and then actually decide on one. Casey did all the leg work and basically gave us her top 2 or 3, which were all great, and we picked from there. She researched all of our options for venues, caterers, bakeries, photographers, florists... you name it! When we walked into our reception, we were speechless. It was absolutely amazing! She completely nailed our style and our taste, and added so many personal touches that we never expected. Casey went above and beyond! Everything stayed on schedule and we didn't have to worry about a thing! My husband and I, along with our families, were truly able to enjoy the day! Our guests could not stop talking about how perfect everything was, and how great she was! -

The Best Wedding Coordinator a Bride Could Ask For!
Worried about how you're wedding will come together? Look no further! Casey is phenomenal! She was responsive and helped us every step of the way. She had great suggestions and also helped us save money any way she could. Casey really listened to our needs and concerns, and brought our wedding vision to life. On the big day her coordination skills were impeccable! From start to end, she was on top of everything and made me, my family, and guests feel very comfortable.
If you're considering whether or not to hire a wedding planner, do it! Casey helped us in so many ways and had answers to questions we didn't even think of. Our day could not have been possible without her!
I would highly recommend Casey to any new bride or couple! -
