Best Decision We Made!
Working with Sari as our wedding planner was hands-down one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process.
From day one, Sari brought professionalism, organization, creativity, and calm confidence that immediately made us feel supported. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but she guided us through every step with patience, expertise, and incredible attention to detail. She always made sure our vision stayed at the center of every decision while offering thoughtful recommendations and solutions we never would have considered on our own.
On the day of the wedding, she was calm, attentive, and completely in control of every moving piece. If any challenges came up, we never knew — because she and her team handled everything before it ever reached us. We felt taken care of from start to finish, and that peace of mind was priceless.
Beyond her professionalism, Sari is simply a wonderful person to work with — kind, responsive, and supportive. Our wedding exceeded every expectation, and so much of that is thanks to her dedication and expertise.
If you are looking for a planner who will advocate for you, execute your vision beautifully, and make the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, we cannot recommend her enough!

Let’s start with TRUST. It’s important beyond when planning a wedding. From the first conversation, I connected with Sari. I am the mother of the bride and truly enjoyed planning my daughter’s wedding with Sari. My husband and I looked forward to our conversations with her. We trusted her one thousand percent.
Next, let’s talk about DEDICATION, LOYALTY, DOING WHAT YOU SAY and not just saying what you are going to do! I can honestly tell you that you are in great hands with Sari. She was our partner in planning our daughter’s wedding. She’s a mother, a wife, a friend to many and is connected throughout Miami for whatever you desire for your event. To us, Sari was always upbeat and I just loved talking to her! She would end our calls saying “don’t worry sweetheart I’ll take care of it” —and she did!
Planning a wedding is no easy task. When you don’t have a relationship with the vendors you need, it’s difficult to do on your own. I felt Sari “weeded out” the not so good contacts for us and put us in front of the right people. I have to mention a major issue we had at two tastings.
Not only did Sari agree with us regarding a chef our venue wanted to use but she went to bat BIG TIME behind the scenes to make sure we were heard. Then she put us in front of a few choices on a tight timeframe and helped us secure a wonderful caterer. I love to cook and food was very important to me. Sari understood that early on and made me feel like we’d known each other for decades when she described my needs and why. Honestly, I can go on and on and this is a very real review!! We bonded beautifully and I miss her already!
Before I end this review, I think the topic of “cost” and spending money wisely should be mentioned. Often, Sari would say, “I want you to spend your money wisely and I want to save you money wherever I can” —AND she did!
I feel blessed to have found her…Sari is a sweetheart and our whole family will miss her until we get together again! Thank you Sari Sosa for being you all the way through!! We love you!

My Perfect Day
If I could give Sari more than 5 stars, I would! She was part of the planning process from start to finish. Whatever questions you have along the way, she will have the answers and more! Sari is extremely detail oriented and thought of everything I didn’t. She made me feel comfortable and most importantly kept things very organized throughout the entire process. The day of my wedding I was so calm and at ease because I knew she had It all handled. -

Right from the beginning I new that Sari was the perfect wedding planner for us. Her positive attitude and comforting spirit, professionalism and accessibility are just a few of the reason I choose her. In reality I never expected what she did for us in order to make our dream wedding come true. She is the most caring, hardworking person I have ever met. After everything was planned and already panned out , four days before the wedding our venue cancelled us due to flooding. Needless to say we were devastated but thanks to Sari who found us an incredible venue that far exceeded our dreams and then went on to contact all our vendors to make it happen. She worked tirelessly and I never saw her stressed or frustrated with any of the multiple things we had to reconfigure. I have no words that can really express what I feel towards Sari, she truly feels like family. I recommend her 100 percent!!! She allowed my daughter and son-in-law to have the most unforgettable wedding that will never be forgotten. Eternally grateful to Sari. -

The BEST Wedding Planner!!
We began the wedding planning process by interviewing different wedding planners. Sari came highly recommended by someone we knew. We met with one or two before meeting with Sari, but I was not convinced. We set up a meeting with Sari, and the moment she sat down, I knew she was the one. Sari instantly hit it off with my family. The bond I shared with her was one of a mother and daughter. She was always there when I needed her and never failed me. She understood exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to make our dream become a reality. Sari is such a genuine, loving, warm, passionate and patient person, you really can’t ask for anything more when choosing a wedding planner. She has all the right connections and will do anything to make sure you are happy. I don’t think many brides can say they didn’t have much stress during the entire planning process and the day of the wedding, and this is all because of my amazing wedding planner. Everything with her was so smooth and easy. Sari is someone who will remain a part of my family for the rest of our lives. She holds a special place in my heart, and I will forever be grateful for her. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, Sari will exceed all your expectations, not only on as a planner but on a personal level! We love Sari so much!! -

I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my wedding. Sari was there during the entire process from food tasting to finding the right venue! The day of my wedding I found out a few days after that there were a few issues like the cake was damaged and Sari fixed it herself with flowers! You couldn’t tell anything went wrong. She made sure that my food was perfect since I have a severe allergy to gluten which was one of my biggest worries. Her professionalism is amazing and she is the best at what she does! Don’t hesitate to hire her!! -

OK, so, we were first basically told by our venue that we had to have a "day of" planner but little did we know that'd be the greatest blessing. Since we knew we had to have one, which I am so glad we did, we just went ahead and booked Sari for the 6 months (do it....it's worth it) leading up to our big day. And let me tell you...best decision ever. Sari is FABULOUS!
She not only knew of ALL the best vendors around town, she led us to where we got our gorgeous invitations (AND got him to open up his shop for us on a day he was closed!) and also recommended an amazing photographer, our incredible baker, a car service, flowers, DJ, and more. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and will do it with a smile and so much heart, Sari is your girl. She's not only beautiful inside and out --but kind, smart, organized, hardworking, great at what she does, and she just has this way about her that makes you feel like you're old friends. A wedding planner truly is SUCH an important part of your journey and we are thrilled Sari was a huge part of ours. We are beyond pleased that we went with her and the outcome of our wedding, that we are so happy to recommend her to anyone and everyone. Side note: I am a perfectionist that generally stresses about every little thing but knowing that I had Sari by my side, I was in great hands! She honestly delivered us the wedding of our dreams and we now can't even imagine having had to have worked with anyone else. I can wholeheartedly say I would hire her all over again.

Over all Sari was cooperative, available and flexible. She tried to make our daughter’s dream a reality including a few last minute issues we had with her wedding dress which she helped resolved and we are VERY appreciative. However, we were a bit disappointed with her performance at the reception. We had planned a beautiful grand finale with Black & White Events and she missed to informed the DJ to announce it making our guest very confused. She was notified by email & text that the venue had given us an additional 15 minutes to make the Grand Finale happen but she also missed to let the security know so he had all of our guest return back to their table and miss the farewell of the bride & groom to their limo. This was very upsetting to husband and I since we paid vendors overtime to capture this beautiful moment! Needless to say, the venue felt compelled to refund the extra money paid for the vendors overtime. it would had been a perfect wedding had it not been for the lack of guidance and supervision from the wedding planner at the end. So sad! 😞
