  Sarah and her assistant were amazing! They were incredibly fun to work with, which is good because I was pretty close to freaking out for a lot of the day. They stayed right on top of the schedule and kept things moving - made sure to get pictures of everything we asked for too!
  
  The pictures themselves were incredible. We got a digital delivery in under a month and everything looked amazing. The colors were great and consistent throughout the day - even in many different lighting situations. Lots of great candid shots of guests having fun, smiling, and laughing. The detail shots were great and should help us remember a lot of the day that we'd probably forget otherwise. Looking through the album was basically like re-living the day.
  
  There were so many small things that made Sarah great to work with. My (now wife!) and I met with her about two weeks before the wedding and we were under a lot of stress. She sent us a gift card a few days later to a local food place and told us to go have a relaxing date night and not talk about the wedding! Despite being based in Winston-Salem, she showed up to our Raleigh wedding at 7am (11am ceremony) and was ready to go.

  Sarah was the perfect photographer for our engagement and wedding photos! Before signing our contract, I spoke with Sarah on the phone and she completely put me at ease. She asked very thoughtful questions about how we envisioned our day, suggested ideas I hadn’t thought of, and was the epitome of calm cool and relaxed. A few months later, we finally met for our engagement shoot! My then-fiancé and I were very nervous and a little awkward, but Sarah helped us relax, laugh, and have a great time. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the engagement photos turned out! The photos looked very natural and “us” – which was perfect, as I had been worried about having to do cliched poses.
  
  On our wedding day, Sarah and her second photographer (her wonderful husband, Nate) arrived right on time. Though the hours leading up to our wedding were a bit of a nightmare logistically due to problems with other vendors, Sarah was incredibly calm and thoughtful, offering to do anything she could to make our day go smoothly. We were able to knock out all of our pre-ceremony shots very quickly, leaving only a small set to do after our ceremony. Throughout the ceremony and reception, Sarah and Nate snapped pictures of us, our guests, and the decorations, but they were never intrusive.
  
  What I love about Sarah’s style is that she captures candid, real moments, in addition to beautiful, more formal shots. She is wonderful at making you and your wedding party feel at ease, while also staying on schedule. I am so happy that Sarah did us the honor of photographing our engagement pictures and wedding day. She shared a few preview pictures with us recently and they were even lovelier than I could have hoped for. I simply cannot wait to see all the rest. Thank you Sarah for all your hard work and for capturing these memories for us!

  Sarah was wonderful! From the initial meeting to the sweet hand written notes we received from her before and after our wedding, she was nothing short of professional with lots of personal touches! Her attention to detail reflected in her photography and she did a great job capturing the feeling of our wedding day. We know we will appreciate these shots for years to come. Thank you so much!

  Sarah was recommended to us by a friend of my mother and I am thankful for the recommendation. Sarah is so nice and genuine. You can tell that she is a great person all around. If her kindness was not sincere, she is in the wrong business and should be in acting :). As a bride from out of town and who travels a lot for work, Sarah was so accommodating. We met face to face once prior to the wedding and all other correspondence was via phone and email yet I felt as if she was always close by. She answered every question that I had and knew which questions to ask of me about things that I would have never thought of without her bringing them up. The day of the wedding, she and her 2nd shooter were prompt and professional, yet so easy going that everyone was at ease working with them. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with their work. Not taking anything away from the quality of the formal pictures, I would assume most photographers can take a decent formal picture. But what I absolutely LOVE are the numerous candid shots that they were able to capture to perfection. The tears of joy, the laughter, the dance moves, the jokes, the silly faces, everything. I feel like through the pictures you can literally feel what the atmosphere was like on that day. They were able to capture each person's personality and all of the details that I never would have seen without their services. For that we will forever be grateful. I can't say thank you enough.

  My husband and I searched for quiet a while for a wedding photographer that was within our budget that would be able to provide us with the things that we wanted. When I came across Sarah I was interested and sent her a message for a quote. After that when my husband and I met with Sarah we were blown away with her professionalism and with her friendly attitude. When we left that meeting we knew that we had found our photographer. From that day until the day of the wedding Sarah helped by answer any and all questions that we had, and helped up make sure that we could get the day to run smoothly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her work. When the day of the wedding came we ran into a snag and were behind our schedule since we were taking pictures before the wedding ceremony, since we were getting married right before sunset. Sarah didn't let that bother her and we ended up getting all of the pictures that we wanted and then some with only having to take a few after our ceremony.
  
  Sarah captured all the wonderful and sweet moments about our wedding, and looking at the pictures now we are basically reliving the best day of our life. I'm so happy that we went with Sarah, I don't think that we would have gotten the wonderful service, two shooters, and such beautiful pictures without them.

  My husband and I used Sarah Warden Photography for all of our wedding needs: engagement pictures, bridal pictures, and wedding pictures. It was one of the best and easiest decisions we made for our wedding.
  We had sought out photographers in our area, but they were not a good fit. They seemed impersonal, overpriced, and too overwhelmed to give us the attention we felt was necessary to make our vision become reality. The first time we met Sarah we knew she was right for us – she was personable, engaged in getting to know us as a couple, and very organized. All traits we value and were looking for in those helping us to prepare for our big day.
  Sarah was amazing. Whether I emailed her once a day or 10 times a week I could count on her getting back to me. Any question I had she was willing and prepared to answer. She helped me ensure that the locations and times we picked out for all our photo shoots would be optimal. She was also ready with alternatives or suggestions to make sure the shoots went as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. She was so personable, she instantly put my husband and I, as well as the wedding party at ease. Sarah’s attention to detail resulted in our pictures turning out beautifully.
  I guarantee you will not find a photographer of better value, or that is more conscientious than Sarah. I recommend her for any job whether bridal, maternity, or just capturing your family photos. I have recommended her to all my family and friends and plan on using her for all my future family events.
