I recently had the pleasure of working with Sara, and I cannot express how impressed I was with their exceptional service. From our very first meeting, she demonstrated unmatched professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Every aspect of the event was flawlessly executed—from the of set/break down of the floral décor I put together at the venue to the seamless timeline management. Ensuring my husband and I got to where we were supposed to be at the right time.
Sara anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and handled every challenge with grace and efficiency. Her ability to bring our vision to life exceeded all expectations. I tend to be an anxious person and working with Sara brought me such ease on my wedding day because I knew that everything would be ok and she would handle any issues that arose.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sara Mack Events, and especially about Kayla, who was my wedding coordinator! From the very first consultation to the final moments of our wedding day, Kayla made the entire experience stress-free and truly magical.
Kayla's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does are unmatched. She has an incredible ability to listen to your vision and bring it to life in ways that exceed expectations. I had a million ideas swirling around in my head, but Kayla helped me focus, prioritize, and execute everything flawlessly. She was always available for questions, offered excellent suggestions when needed, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
On the day of our wedding, Kayla truly shined. She coordinated the entire event with grace and poise, handling any hiccups behind the scenes so that we, as the couple, could fully enjoy our day. Where do I even begin with Sara?! From the first introduction call, numerous meetings and all the way to the day of the wedding, she made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We put our full trust in her and she truly did not disappoint!! Her attention to detail is *chefs kiss* amazing! Sara thought of every possible scenario and was fully prepared for anything to come. On the day of our wedding, the weather was questionable. My nerves were all over the place because of this but Sara and her team were the greatest support. Sara made the decision to move up our ceremony time by a little and it was the best choice!! Her team brought light, fun and ease to our wedding day and we are forever grateful to have a life long connection with Sara now. I could not recommend her more. Sara Mack Events was included in our wedding venue at Sylvan Ridge Farm. Without Sara and her team our wedding wouldn’t have been nearly as memorable and stress-free. We started working with Sara almost 10 months before our wedding with a 1-1 session as we were struggling with some early planning decisions. Immediately, Sara made us feel at ease. As our month of coordinator, Sara and her team went above and beyond throughout the process. We could list a million small things that Sara did to make our wedding weekend go so smoothly. As we walked down to the ceremony before the night began, we turned to Sara and asked, “So I guess everything is good to go?” and she said “We’re all good, don’t worry about a thing.” Sara and her team have a special ability to remove all stress from the day so we could enjoy every minute with our friends and family. Plus, it didn’t take long until she became a part of the party out on the dance floor too. We would recommend her to everyone getting married ten times over. -

Sara Mack Events (SME) provided exceptional support and assistance throughout our wedding. Our planner, David, was a true standout—his positive energy made the entire process enjoyable. At the start, SME provided a detailed checklist to guide us. Once our vendors were secured, they took over all communications about six weeks before the wedding. David arranged a few meetings to establish a comprehensive timeline for us and the vendors. He was also on-site the day before the wedding, coordinating with the vendors and addressing any issues that arose.
Our wedding day was packed with activities—two ceremonies, a lunch, and a reception with dinner. Sara Mack was also there to help out along with David. Despite a very rainy day, the team seamlessly transitioned our outdoor event indoors. Their professionalism and ability to stick to the schedule impressed our guests. The SME team kept everyone informed and made sure the day ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on enjoying the moment. I could write a book about Sara's prowess at wedding coordination. My sister got married two years before me and didn't have a planner or wedding coordinator. So when we booked our venue, with whom Sara works directly with, we were excited to have a point-person.
I chose to do some guidance sessions before the main event and cannot recommend it more - especially when you're drowning in decision fatigue. In the month leading up to the wedding, Sara communicated with all of our vendors and checked in regularly with my husband and I. When the day came, she was always by our side as our number one cheerleader. I had been preparing myself for chaos - everyone tells you that things will go wrong. But amazingly, everything worked out perfectly! And I know that Sara's work behind the scenes played a huge role in that. She even helped us figure out how to do late-night a fast food snack, which was a huge highlight for our guests. Oh, and without us even asking, she took so many photos and videos and uploaded them immediately to our shared album.
She's just a wonderful person to work with and is so positive and energetic. You absolutely won't regret working with Sara Mack Events! -

We hired Sarah Mack Events as our Month/Day of Coordinator and I truly believe that our Wedding would not have turned out to be everything we had hoped for if we had gone with anybody else!
About 1/2 way through our wedding planning process, we found ourselves completely overwhelmed and overstimulated with all of the little details and decisions for our wedding day. We were feeling like our Venue wasn’t focusing enough on the small things that were important to us and we were confused about how the actual day itself would flow.
We decided to schedule a consultation with Sarah after finding her on Wedding Wire. INSTANT RELIEF. From our very first conversation, Sarah was SO empathetic, knowledgeable, passionate, down to earth, and fun. She was there to answer any questions my husband and I had no matter how silly I thought they were and just put our minds at ease.
About a month out, when the pressure was on, Sarah was our literal advocate and go to girl. She took the lead on absolutely everything and anything that made us feel stressed and was only a text away for any question or concern. She took communication with all of our vendors by the reigns, kept everything organized, and made sure every little detail was in perfect order.
On our actual Wedding Day, Sarah and her team were beyond 100%. They were there every step of the way to guide us through the day from literal start to finish. Not one thing went wrong and if it did, we had no idea because Sarah and her team handled it - My husband and I truly did not have to worry about one thing aside from enjoying our big day with our friends and family. Our day was absolutely everything we hoped for and more and I can honestly say that I don’t think it would have been the same without Sarah Mack Events! -

Sara's services were included in our venue (Sylvan Ridge Farm) and... SARA IS AMAZING! We couldn’t imagine our day without her. For the month leading up to the wedding, we had multiple zooms with her and not only was she extremely organized but you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. No detail was overlooked and no question was too small. From our first conversation with her, we had absolute confidence in her abilities and she made us feel super comfortable and taken care of! Not only was she a rockstar in the weeks leading up to our wedding, but on the big day, she was our biggest cheerleader, she made sure everything ran on time, and she handled a vendor mishap with authority and grace. She also somehow managed to get so many great photos and videos on our phones that we were able to enjoy the next morning :) We can’t say enough great things about Sara - she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day unforgettable! -

Sara Mack events was the month of coordinator provided by my venue and they were amazing. Sara was quick to respond to all my questions about the process and the venue leading up to the wedding. She also reached out to see if I had received the email from our coordinator David Torres when I had not responded, which somehow ended up in spam. Due to the delay David took our first meeting while on vacation, demonstrating his level of commitment to his clients. He took the lead drafting a timeline for the day and reaching out to our vendors to schedule their arrivals. All the things day of that I would have tied myself in knots stressing about, David managed so we could just enjoy our day. Words cannot describe how instrumental he was to ensuring our day was everything we wanted it to be, and we could not have done it as well without all his assistance. He surpassed every expectation I had, we loved working with him, and I cannot thank David and Sara Mack events enough for their hard work. -

Best planner/can we be best friends?
Sara worked with us for over A YEAR to create the best day of our lives. She made all of our dreams come true from the bounce house to the soft pretzels. Oh and did I mention she was NINE MONTHS PREGNANT on our wedding day?! She still somehow had the energy to get down with us on the dance floor and celebrate a year’s worth of work and planning. She is a genuine soul, organized beyond belief and has the best attitude. Do yourself a favor and hire her. You will not regret it. -
