We can't say enough good about Rush Creek and their team for making our wedding reception one that was beautiful, delicious, a great time, and EASY for us as a couple. Aimee and her staff allowed us to enjoy our wedding week as we simply dropped decorations off Tuesday and didn't do any other work at the venue until we showed up Saturday night. The service was great, food was delicious and we would most definitely recommend for others to make their day incredible at Rush Creek!

We just got married at Rush Creek Golf Club and it was my dream wedding. It was the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor venue, beautiful bridal suite, and amazing staff. I did not worry about a single thing on my wedding day because of the amazing staff at Rush Creek. I planned my wedding long distance and they were so easy and flexible to work with. I want to get married again next year so I can work with the staff all over again!

I cannot give Rush Creek Golf Club enough credit for out wedding day. Every thing was perfect and beautiful. Kendra was fantastic to work with for our wedding day and took care of everything from decorating to food. The staff there was also wonderful and were so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend to any one having a wedding. You could not go wrong with this choice!

Oh my gosh, this team is amazing. Even before the wedding day, Kendra was so responsive to our questions and accommodating any request we had.
We hosted our wedding here on the April blizzard of 2018, and the entire staff worked overtime to make sure we had a blast! When my husband and I arrived at the site, Kendra was standing at the entrance with each of our favorite drinks in hand. When the bridal party arrived, we all went downstairs where servers brought us tray-fulls of wine, beer, and appetizers to munch on while we game-planned what to do and take photos. When guests started leaving, the staff began shoveling cars out of spots so we didn’t have to. When my grandma left, they covered her with table linens so she wouldn’t get soaked from all of the snow. I could go on and on about this site and how amazing and accommodating they were. Every answer to my questions were “anything for you”, “whatever you need”. The food was incredible - guests raved about it all night and still to this day when we talk about the wedding! They accommodated every allergy and dietary restriction my guests had without any issue. I’m so grateful I chose to go with Rush Creek, and I would recommend them to anybody!!

We had our wedding at Rush Creek Golf Club in December, and we highly recommend this venue! Kendra was very helpful during the entire process and answered our many questions! Great property and grounds, many of our guests commented on what a great venue it was, and thought the food was good. The staff at Rush Creek were very accommodating and friendly!

I had an amazing experience with Rush Creek for my wedding this June. It was beautiful, the food was very good and the staff were all wonderful. I worked with Aimee throughout my wedding planning and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make my day perfect! So happy I chose this as my venue!

I would highly recommend Rush Creek!!! We had our reception there in the middle of the summer and it was absolutely beautiful! From the beautiful flowers at the entrance to the amazing reception room with the stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings to the perfect outdoor patio we absolutely loved all of it. We worked with Kendra and she amazing! She was very responsive and helpful and definitely made our wedding day so special! She got our vision and helped make the venue look more stunning than we could have imagined. The staff were wonderful as well and helped make our day perfect. We received many comments from guests on the beautiful scenery and delicious food. Thank you Rush Creek and Kendra!!

This venue was the PERFECT place to get married. We decided to do both the ceremony and reception at Rush Creek and we could not have been happier with our decision. Our wedding coordinator, Aimee, was absolutely fabulous. With countless emails and meetings, she made sure my day was perfect! She was with us the whole day making sure everyone was where they needed to be and kept things running smooth and on time. The Rush creek scenery was also ideal for photographs. Many different unique options for backgrounds made taking pictures easy and fun. Ours guests feedback was non stop after the wedding. Comments of how beautiful the venue was, how great everything flowed from one thing to the next, and not to mention how wonderful the food was! I highly recommend Rush Creek. It was the best day of my life!

We held our reception dinner at Rush Creek Golf Club and could not have been happier. Aimee Michaelson and the staff went above and beyond to make our reception seamless, effortless, and fun. They were able to accommodate a variety of diet restrictions among our guests with ease and all of the food was amazing! We were hearing compliments about the food for days after the event! The staff were attentive and kind, paying attention to even the smallest detail. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Everything so far with Rush Creek has been awesome! Highly recommend. Kendra is extremely helpful, responds in a very timely manner and has been a pleasure to work with!

We held both the ceremony and reception at Rush Creek. It is the most beautiful venue! And they are always updating/upgrading the location with the most beautiful finishes and landscaping (that even prompted our photographer to do a majority of our shots outside!) The staff is SO NICE and professional! They think of everything two steps ahead of you; I never really had to ask for anything, because by the time I thought of it whatever it was was already being taken care of! The food was amazing, they were so flexible with our meal options, and our guests really had the best time and raved about the location, the food, and staff, etc. Really, very impressive!

The coordinator, Aimee, helped us a great deal with wedding planning and she is incredible! She is so nice and personable, it felt like we were friends at the end! She really thought of everything and and made me, our families and friends feel so welcome and comfortable. She really allowed my day to go very smoothly and without a hitch. I did not have one 'freak out' moment the entire day! To be given such piece of mind on such a busy and important day is really priceless. I am so thankful for Aimee and her staff.

Overall - you will not be sorry to have any event at Rush Creek. The ambiance, the decor, the amazing staff - everything is right on par (no pun intended)!

Rush Creek provided above and beyond service for us planning our wedding from the moment we walked in the door to tour the venue. Out of all of our vendors we worked with, Rush Creek provided the most genuine and prompt answers and service! They truly cover everything you need and are willing to make sure every guest has a great experience. From the service, to food, to set up/clean up and alcohol. Rush Creek covers it all! We are so pleased we chose an amazing venue all around for our special day and love that we can go back to enjoy an amazing meal at the great restaurant often to relive and celebrate our marriage!

I don't think I will be the first or the last to say that Rush Creek has to be THE best place to have your wedding. The room was gorgeous, Aimee the wedding coordinator organized all my vendors and everything for me, and the food was awesome. We also came in under budget. HIGHLY recommend!

We were blessed to have Kendra as our wedding coordinator , she was the absolute best! The entire staff was professional and accommodating. We had our ceremony and reception on site and during the ceremony a big gust of wind came and caught the fabric on our awning it started to tumble, staff came running from every direction to hold it up for the rest of the ceremony! We were so grateful and loved our experience at Rush Creek!

Rush Creek is an elegant choice for any event. The staff are professional and flexible. They were open to all of our ideas and helped us "make it happen".

I have nothing but nice things to say about Rush Creek! Aimee was our wedding coordinator there and words cannot describe how easy going and knowledgable she is. The food was fantastic the night of our wedding, and the staff was very polite! I would go back to plan another event there in heart beat. On top of wonderful service, it is by far the most well-kept golf club in the twin cities with absolutely stunning features...it is a must see!

This venue is incredibly beautiful! Aimee and the other staff at Rush Creek made our day special and stress free! They provided a lot of services such as set up of our candy buffet, name cards and table numbers for free where most venues charge. They also coordinate all of the day of plans, including coordinating vendors and guests. Aimee was always around and making sure everything was on time and organized.

The food was amazing, everyone commented how it was the best wedding food they had ever had! The venue even made changes to sauces on the steak with no charge when we wanted something different. This made me feel like they really cared about our big day!

They answered questions from me on a weekly basis for 18 months without getting annoyed! I could not have pulled off the beautiful and successful wedding that I had without using this amazing venue! Thank you for everything, I would suggest this venue to all of my friends!

Rush Creek was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! We loved everything from the helpful staff, the venue itself, the beautiful pictures we got there, all the way to the extras they give. They set up all of our decorations for us which was a big plus. The club house and golf course is so well maintained it made for beautiful pictures! The food was amazing and we got a lot of compliments on how it tasted like something you would order in a restaurant instead of something you typically get at a wedding. ALL of the staff was so helpful from the time we looked at the site all the way until the wedding was complete. They even came out to the limo when it was raining with umbrellas so our wedding party didn't have to get wet going into the reception! That is service! It was nice having such a big patio with a bonfire for our guests as the evening went on too. Price was very competitive and for all the little extras we got it was a great deal. They even coordinated all of our vendors for us! It was like having a wedding planner with out the added expense! I recommend Rush Creek to everyone!

Rush Creek is the reason the my wedding had no glitches!! The staff is all extremely helpful and they assisted in the most critical time which was the execution of the day!! They assembled the centerpieces, setup the guestbook, put out escort cards, and helped with anything else that involved the venue. We got married inside the ballroom and then they flipped the room for our reception. The venue is beautiful with high ceilings, fireplaces, huge windows overlooking the golf course, a fantastic patio for a cocktail hour with gas fire pits (or a wedding ceremony if weather is nice), locker rooms for the bridal/groom party to get ready in, and BEAUTIFUL locations around the venue for pictures. Rush Creek did a great job of providing the perfect venue and service that we were looking for while helping us sit back and enjoy the day!!

Rush Creek was AMAZING! The space was perfect for my guests & the staff was so helpful. From planning through to the end of the evening, everyone was so willing to help and really went the extra mile to make sure my day went smoothly. The location is the perfect mix of indoor & outdoor which suits the spring weather in MN which can get iffy. I would strongly recommend this venue & the staff for anyone's upcoming event.

We loved Rush Creek Golf Club and are so glad we chose them for our wedding ceremony and reception. Our small (40 people) wedding was planned in less than 6 weeks and Lisa was there for us the whole way. Everything was taken care of for us and the small glitches we ran into on the day of were quickly taken care of by the staff that was very attentive to our needs. The food was GREAT- we offered the raspberry chicken, broiled salmon, or NY strip to our guests and everyone loved them. I would highly recommend Rush Creek!

Amazing! I just got married a few weeks ago and Rush Creek was wonderful. They gave us a great price and the food was amazing. The staff is also so great. Kendra, the coordinator, is so easy to work with and does a fantastic job. They set all centerpieces and decor up for us and they also have a sweet patio with a fire pit so guests can do smores. The view is amazing and the site holds a large wedding, but still feels intimate. I LOVED the wedding and felt so lucky to have it there. We have also heard from many guests who raved about the staff and site. Check it out!!

We couldn't have chosen a better reception site - Rush Creek was perfect! The grounds and building are beautiful and classy. I heard wonderful comments from our guests about the food, the service, and overall just how impressed they were with the venue. The patio is a nice addition and the majority of our guests found their way out there for the evening after dinner and dessert had been served. Our coordinator was terrific and everything was placed and decorated exactly as we had described. They were very accomodating! Cost wise, I think they were actually our cheapest option - but by far worth every penny!

Kendra was an absolute treat to work with. She was always quick to respond to questions, always professional, and always patient. Our event was held in January and we still had guests comment on how beautiful the venue was!

Rush Creek is a very beautiful place to have a wedding reception. We had a beautiful, sunny day and the pictures we took in front of the Golf Course were amazing! The staff is highly qualified and professional; they are great to work with and the room is gorgeous with two fireplaces and a balcony to throw the bouquet!

Our coordinator Kendra was exceptional. Very responsive and very helpful and we were able to plan our wedding there in under 3 months.

The only problem we had was that a substitute coordinator had to be used the day of the wedding and she was terrible. She was late and didn't help with the wedding and it was left up to the bride. She was also rude to guests.

Luckily we pulled it off anyway and Rush Creek was good enough to give us a discount.

We are glad we had our wedding there and the guests LOVED the venue and the food.

Our daughter's wedding was held at Rush Creek in May. This is a wonderful venue and the staff overall was very great and responsive. The only issue we had was the quality of the sirloin steak entree. Many guests reported very gristly steaks - in some cases not edible. We reported this feedback right after the wedding, and our wedding coordinator was very surprised and promised to look into this with the chef and get back to us. After repeated phone calls and emails to follow up after getting no call back, we never got any type of response at all, which is very disappointing and very different from the pre-wedding responsiveness. Overall, I would recommend this venue - just be careful of the steak entrees. That is the only reason for my 3 star vs 4 star on value. We still don't know if we got a "bad batch" or if this is typical. I just wish we would have received SOME type of follow up on this - with all the attempts we made to get a response. Very disappointing.

Awesome venue! Kendra was fantastic to work with and Rush Creek overall was a great a venue! I had both ceremony and reception at Rush Creek at it was perfect!

Rush Creek is a great option for those who don't want to mess around with multiple vendors. We had our ceremony and reception there, and they also arranged chair rental for the ceremony, food, minor setup, and dessert. The planners really know their stuff—they were able to help with timeline, food selections, liquor estimates, and on and on. The food was excellent! Go for a late-night pizza or two, as those were super good around 9pm. All our guests left full and happy, as did we. Half our budget was spent on Rush Creek, and we felt it was a good price and value. Only thing I'd change is that we had to pay for the tasting dinner ($35 each) in order to try the catering food before setting our menu.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our reception. The room is beautiful on it's own and the details of the fireplaces and large windows really make it one of a kind. We had to book for our December wedding more than 13 months in advance so you have to plan ahead if you want this venue but it's definitely worth it.

Beautiful venue and food was great. However, four weeks prior to our wedding, another wedding booked the room upstairs. We were assured we would not be interrupted and the wedding would not interfere with our day. However our first look was rudely interrupted by the other wedding party and the photographer walking in right when I was going to tap my husband on the shoulder, which unfortunately set the mood for the rest of the day. Our food was also behind due to the venue preparing food for the other wedding.
Also, we were instructed to return the day after our wedding to pick up wedding decorations. When we returned, none of the decorations were packed up (which we were told they would be) and staff was very rude to us, not helping and scowling at the fact we had not cleared up the night prior. The venue was beautiful but was very disappointed in how the day went and how we were treated.

I really wish I could have had a great experience with Rush Creek, unfortunately that was not the case like other reviewers. I was actually not the bride, but a member of the wedding party and was helping the bride plan her wedding every step of the way. During the planning process, Kendra was excellent. Very responsive, helpful, and flexible. She really seemed to know her stuff! However, the day of the wedding she was completely opposite. That may sound harsh, but I have never been so appalled by a persons behavior under stress. I was there to witness her treatment of other vendors and cannot say enough how disappointed I was in her dismissal of the florist. Kendra and her staff had issues with following directions on how to set up the centerpieces. This led them to THROWING AWAY fresh flowers that were to be placed on the tables not to mention that the bride and groom had spent money on these flowers and they ended up in the dumpster! When the florist came by to check things out she noticed the flowers missing, asked Kendra only to be yelled at and told to leave. Other than Kendra, the waitstaff at the reception was fantastic and the bartenders were excellent!
