Hiring Runway Events was literally the best decision my husband and I made besides deciding to marry each other. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of them. Our planner was Lexie Diez and she was a godsend. She made the entire year-long process of planning our wedding so easy and worry free that it was really fun for us. She is a joy to work with and was full of amazing recommendations for vendors, ideas, and so much more. She is so organized and handled everything and made sure that the vision for the day was seamlessly fulfilled from planning to on-the-day coordination. Every concern or hiccup that could have happened was quickly dealt with without us having to worry about anything. She and the entire Runway team made the day a breeze. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy. It was absolutely beautiful and streamlined and all of our guests had the most amazing time and kept commenting on how beautiful and well planned everything was. We could not have been happier with the service that we received from Lexie and the entire Runway team and we are so very grateful to her and Runway for giving us the most incredible wedding day! Shay is the best!
Shay and the Runway team were THE BEST for our weding at the New York Botanical Garden on September 30th 2022.
I cannot speak more highly of Shay and the entire runway team. They keep you on track with everything and think of every last detail.
I have never seen a team work so hard at making a vision turn into reality. Shay is so sweet and easy to talk to.

The Wedding Godmother that everyone needs!!!
Emily Rohrer at Runway Events Orlando was the magical wedding godmother that we never knew we needed. She went above and beyond to work with us (and our families) to design and plan a dream wedding! She even helped us plan the rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch. ALL of this while she was pregnant and she still didn't miss a beat! She was always available for quick text messages or quick calls to ease a very anxious and stressed out (from work) bride-to-be. Unlike most ladies, i didn't really have a specific or detailed idea of what i wanted the big day to look like, neither did my husband. All we knew was what we didn't like, how we wanted to feel, how we wanted our guests and family to feel. Emily and the rest of the design team was able to use this information and carefully craft the wedding day, perfectly!
Emily and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing the day of! The whole day was a dream! They worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was on point and everyone was having a great time.
Even months after the wedding, we're still getting compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony was, how breathtaking the reception was, and how much fun they had the whole day.

I cannot say enough good things about Runways Events! They were there for us for everything we needed and they kept our planning on track! Our planner, Lexie, is a genuinely kind, energetic, and loving individual. She listened patiently, understood our dreams and goals, and delivered more than we could have possibly imagined! It was truly the best day of our lives and we could not have done it with our Runway and Lexie! All of my bridesmaids and family could not stop commenting on how wonderful Lexie and the whole Runway team was. I have already recommended them to several of my friends getting married. Runway is Amazing!!
Our wedding day would have been nothing without the Runway team!! We hired Runway for day of planning services as well as florals. Our planner Amy was absolutely amazing to work with and far exceeded my expectations. She helped us reschedule our wedding not once but twice due to COVID. She thought of everything, was so organized, and took away all my stress. She even fixed my hair and kept my glass full all night! I leaned on her so much before and during our wedding and could not have done it without her and her amazing team. On top of this, Runway’s floral team absolutely blew us away. We chose them due to their modern, creative designs and they did not disappoint. Florals were on the top of my priority list and they brought my vision to life! Everything from the infinity arch to the centerpieces to the bouquets were absolutely perfect. They truly went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Runway for both planning and floral!!!

I don't even know where to begin describing how amazing the Runway Events team was, specifically our planner Sophia. Our wedding would absolutely not have been as incredible as it was without Sophia there! She literally never missed a beat from our first conversation in the planning process, to the end of our wedding night. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we didn't have to worry about a thing - all we had to do was enjoy our day! Sophia is so talented, organized, knows exactly what is best and has great advice when we needed it, and she is so friendly and fun! She was so patient with our friends and family, especially our little niece and nephew, making sure they make it down the aisle. We spent so much time laughing and enjoying our day with Sophia, it was like having another friend celebrating with us, while she also took care of every last detail. Crying all over again just writing this review... 10/10
I just want to start by saying that the second best decision I have ever made after marrying my husband Husni was choosing Runway Events to help me plan my DREAM wedding. The team is unbelievable and went above and beyond on wedding day to make sure everything was perfect. Sophia was our wedding planner and my first thought the day after the wedding was I am going to miss her so much. I texted her every day from the moment we met till weeks after our wedding and she was ALWAYS there to respond. The bond we created was truly unique and I felt like was I was talking to one of my closest friends every time. I am so lucky to have had her by my side throughout this entire process and I'm not sure what I would have done without her. She is so professional and so damn good at what she does, she had everyone in awe and I would just respond THATS MY GIRL! Love her and will forever be thankful for her and the entire Runway Events team.

Amazing! Love them!
Wow! Words can’t describe how amazing Sophia and her team were. With Covid, we had to change our date a few times and they worked with us throughout the entire time. They made sure our special day was perfect from beginning to end. Hiring Sofia from Runway was the best thing we could have ever done & worth every penny! Having Lexie on the day of the wedding to assist me was such a blessing. She was amazing and couldn’t imagine my day without her. Sophia and Lexie were the perfect team for us. I would highly recommend any couple to hire them to eliminate any stress or anxiety you might have with your wedding. We were able to enjoy our wedding without having to worry about a single thing! Working with Runway Events was possibly the easiest and best decision we could have made for our wedding! Without them the day would not have been smooth and we would not have been able to enjoy ourselves as much as we did.
Shay, our day of coordinator was thorough and beyond helpful as well as extremely organized. We had planning meetings, which were always productive & fun. She made sure to get to know us & really understand what we wanted for the day of the wedding.
She was great at communicating and keeping us updated with everything.
The day of the wedding was so great, they were punctual, organized and again helpful. It was not only Shay but two others (Sophia & Daphne) who were so personable and kind. They had everything mapped out to the last tiniest detail & time. I can whole heartedly say they were the reason our wedding went so well. They are awesome if I could do it all over again I’d hire them sooner.

The best of the best!!!
After several wedding date changes-to which Runway never once batted an eye when we had to tell them the date needed to change (thanks COVID😒), we were assigned Sophia. Let me just say that many times throughout this wedding we felt we were truly blessed in that it was as if God was saying you guys have been through a bit, let me send you a guardian angel to see you through it...well, that angel was Sophia! 😌. We instantly bonded with her and she understood us immediately and took such great care of us at all times, not just at the wedding, be it for virtual meetings (since neither myself nor my mom were local to Orlando), for the decor drop off, or the rehearsal. Sophia was always available to us and that is so important to a bride. Sophia demonstrated such calmness and patience, especially during the rehearsal, trying to wrangle in a wedding party of 17 plus two sets of parents...it was impressive! I, without a doubt, feel as though we were in the best possible hands with Runway Events as part of our dream team and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My brother and his fiancé have also decided to go with them for their wedding next year.

Amazing Team!
Runway Events made our wedding day a breeze for us, and helped us really be able able to take in all of the moments on our big day. Our wedding was initially planned for March 2020, but we ended up postponing. We hired Runway Events for our new date in March 2021, and from the very beginning, Sophia was absolutely incredible. She was so responsive and helpful with suggestions, and made everything so much less stressful for us. It definitely helped put me at ease after a long year of trying to ensure all of our details were in place after having to postpone. On the day of the wedding, Sophia and Lexi were everywhere we needed them to be, and were so willing to help with absolutely anything we needed. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. We would definitely recommend Runway Events to anyone planning a wedding!

Runway Events quite literally made my wedding day a FLAWLESS one. It all started with Rebekkah Rose, who is quite literally an angel. She helped us create the best wedding budget, walked us through a style meeting, and paired us with the most amazing day of coordinator Amy! Runway Events was there for us when COVID hit and we had to postpone our wedding. They helped answer every bride concern, question, doubt, and fear throughout the entire process of postponing and planning a wedding mid-pandemic. Amy was truly the best person I could have ever picked to lead a strong team of women to handle our wedding too! Repeat Customer- Team Shay!
We had the pleasure of working with Runway Events and Shay Castro for my daughter’s engagement party two years ago and knew then we wanted to get the team back together for her recent wedding at Bella Collina. As expected, Shay made the planning process seamless (even during Covid!) with her strong organizational skills, attention to detail and always positive and upbeat attitude. The best choice we could have made!
Runway was absolutely AMAZING. I cannot recommend them enough. Our venue required us to have a day-of-coordinator to ensure everything ran smoothly and I was a little hesitant at first because of our budget, but it was honestly worth every penny! The organization, helpfulness, communication, etc. was a DREAM. Our coordinator, Sophia, was a life saver. She had everything covered at all times and made sure every little detail was in place. She really left my husband and I in awe. They were so thorough to make sure everything was taken care of and accounted for. She helped keep us on track with things we had to do. She was a major line of communication between our vendors to ensure everything was how it should be, which really took the weight off of our shoulders. She helped handle any problems that arose, gave endless advice and recommendations, and made everything fun and exciting! She was always accessible and so responsive. It really made you feel like a priority. Wedding planning is obviously stressful, but Runway/Sophia took so much pressure off us and helped make it all more enjoyable at the same time. It was the best choice we could have made for our wedding. They provided us and our vendors with clear schedules on the day of, to make sure everything played out perfectly, but without feeling so structured and stressful. It was so helpful and enabled us to sit back and really be able to enjoy the flow of the day and the truly important moments because we knew Runway was taking care of us. This team really knows what they are doing. It felt so amazing to be able to let go of some of the control, which can be really difficult to do, and be able to trust such an amazing team to have our backs. It really made such a huge difference in our entire wedding planning experience and our wedding day. The entire Runway Team is amazing, and Sophia is an absolute angel. I really feel like we made some amazing memories during a very special time in our lives and such a sweet friend at the end of it all :)

After our experience with Emily R. at Runway Events, I’m not quite sure how anyone coordinates and enjoys their wedding day without her! Emily was on top of constant communication with all of our vendors to make sure that everyone knew where they had to be and when, and every last detail was exactly how we wanted it to be. Her Agenda allowed us to know what was going to happen at every minute of our wedding day, and add details to collaborate with her when we wanted. Emily was ALWAYS responsive and pleasant. In addition, she made sure that every important piece of our wedding went home with us at the end of the night! We were able to put our trust in Emily fully and know that everything would happen exactly how we wanted it to. I do not have enough positive things to say about my entire experience with Runway! If I could give a thousand stars here I would!! I had runway for the day of planning and oh my gosh it it so much more than “day of”! Runway started working with me months before my wedding!!
I was matched with Emily as my Runway event planner and she was the perfect match!! Emily was absolutely amazing the entire time and she is probably the only reason we got through the entire wedding planning process. She made everything as easy as possible and always had great suggestions for me. Even when we had a few hiccups along the way with my venue she went out of her way to call me and meet me to ensure I was okay and that we found solutions that I was comfortable with!
Emily and I had a few different meetings prior to the wedding week and we went through everything imaginable! I truly had no idea how much went into the day until these meetings! Emily organized everything for me and coordinated with all my vendors so I didn’t not have to! She got answers to questions I had and truly made sure everything was how I wanted it! The day before our wedding she came and organized our rehearsal and made sure everyone was comfortable with what to do on the day of!
On the day of our wedding everything ran so smoothly! Emily and Courtney showed up at our house and made sure everything was going well and on time for us! Courtney stayed with us the entire day and she was absolutely amazing. Anything we needed she had with her!! Courtney was the perfect fit for all of us and we got along so well! Emily and Courtney thank you SO MUCH for making our day so amazing, we truly owe 99% of it to you!!

Two Day Wedding Day of Coordination
I hired Runway Events for my day(s)of coordination needs, day one was our Indian wedding and day two was our formal reception. I had my initial conversation with Shay and explained my needs and we hit it off from the beginning. Next, we met with our lead planner, Amy who worked with us for two months before the wedding. She is such an angel. From assisting me to locking in last minute details to creating our itineraries she was there for anything I asked. She coordinated all of my vendors for our two day wedding, scheduled everything you could imagine, created lists of everything I needed for the days, and all around was always a text/call away. When the team arrived at my home the morning of they treated my family and I with such love. They kept us on track with the schedule (brown people are always late lol) helped my dad pick between his two suits, attended to my Nanie, packing up all of belongings at the end of day, and always made sure my husband and I were taken care of. Amy and Christina went above and beyond my expectations and ensured our days went off without a hitch. These ladies executed my wedding seamlessly and I couldn’t of asked for better. Runway Events is a fierce tribe of the most organized, efficient, friendly, loveable, detail-oriented queens in the WORLD. They have the insane ability to take the 2-months-out-from-your-wedding weight off of your shoulders and reassure you that your big day is going to be perfect no matter what. I can't imagine my wedding day without Runway. They made an amazingly detailed 9-page timeline with every possible bit of information for me to review, as well as each of my vendors. They took all my vendor info and handled the communication leading up to my wedding so that I didn't have to worry one bit about everything coming together. There are no unknowns when Runway is running the show. I don't know where they found all these talented ladies, but I am SO thankful they did. Rachel, Amy & Emily made my day so perfect and kept me laughing/smiling the whole time. Future brides, every wedding day is going to have things go astray from the plan, but with the Runway girls in your squad, you don't have to worry about a single thing. As someone who works in events, I always knew I'd plan my entire wedding, but I wanted to have a great team to provide day-of services - which is why I'm so glad we found Runway Events. From the initial conversation with Rebekkah, I knew we'd be in great hands. Planning our wedding from out-of-state was challenging at times, but it was so helpful that Runway provided a list of preferred vendors (some of which provided discounts!) to make the process a little bit easier. Two months prior to our wedding, Rachel was assigned to us as our day-of coordinator, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I appreciated her attention to detail from the moment we handed over the reins. She was super patient and receptive to our feedback the entire process. Our wedding day ran smoothly thanks to Rachel and her assistants Emily and Sophia. They truly took care of us from beginning to end, and we couldn't have done it without them. My wife and I consider ourselves people who like to plan, and are usually very detailed in all our preparations for events and traveling - but wedding planning is an entirely different beast! Seriously, this wedding would've been so stressful without Amy and the team at Runway. Amy and the Runway team are beyond perfection!! Couldn’t have gotten through the wedding planning process without Amy. It didn’t matter what time it was, she would always text or call back. I’m the most indecisive person so I was able to tell Amy my vision and she totally “got me”. Day of the wedding she made sure everything was going smoothly and was able to deal with some of my stressed family members LOL. Amy was a huge part in making my day everything I dreamed of and more.

Runway Events vs. The Courthouse + Chick-Fil-A
The Runway Events team is the reason we even got married. Otherwise, we would have been at the courthouse and celebrated without our family and friends at Chick-Fil-A. Let's just say we're really happy that we went the Runway Events route instead.
We booked their full-service wedding package and had step-by-step help during the year leading up to our big day. We had both face-to-face and conference calls on a monthly basis. As a busy professional, I appreciated the flexible times that we could work with Rebekkah and absolutely loved that we were able to work together though email and Google Drive. When working with Rebekkah and her team, you will be walked through all the small decisions you have to make to prepare for your big day. They truly think of everything and are so, so, so organized and communicative. They helped us choose the most phenomenal vendors while also understanding our budget and talked us through each and every decisions no matter how big or small. They create an actual dossier of your big day that includes a detailed timeline of who should be where and at what time. On our big day, Rebekkah, Hannah and Rachel went above and beyond to make sure our venue was beautiful, that we and our guests were well-taken care of, and that all of our items made it back home.
Beyond being incredible professionals, this team was also personable, passionate, kind, and humble. They are invested in you having an amazing wedding, but also an amazing marriage.

The BEST way to a carefree day
Runway Events was the perfect addition to our wedding for a day-of coordinator and for my bouquet! We worked specifically Hannah Cole and her team of assistants. Leading up to our wedding, Hannah was on top of it! With regular check-ins to make sure we had everything, Hannah made sure everything was done and set. She contacted all of the vendors to make sure everything was the way we wanted it to be. The day of the wedding came and her team was a blessing! One assistant was with me while getting ready, and she helped with multiple wardrobe malfunctions and handled them like a pro! They were always there when we needed them and made sure everything was set up just the way we wanted them! Hannah and her team made the day go by without a hitch and made it so my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing (including getting our own drinks)! I could not have hoped for a better team by my side to make my wedding day even more special and carefree!

Awesome and Worth it
Booking runway events was the best thing we could have done. With so many moving pieces and vendors out there, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them! Rebekkah started us out but then we were assigned to Melissa who was amazing in keeping us on schedule during planning periods and the day of our wedding. I also appreciated Christina who was with Melissa on the day of. From being honest about pros and cons of certain things and also reassuring us, I felt that Melissa had our best interest at heart. It’s one thing to do something as business, but it makes a difference when people genuinely care. We appreciate Runway so much! Our day was smooth and because we had them we only had a few minor things to prepare for the week of instead of scrambling around last minute. Book them and save yourself a lot of headache! There are so many things you’d never think of, but they have you covered!

Excellent Team!
We had the pleasure of using Runway Events for our daughter's wedding in Orlando at Quantum Leap Winery on November 2, 2019. We chose the "day of" wedding planner. We were assigned Hannah as our lead planner 2 months prior to the wedding date. From the get go, Hannah was so very helpful and very detail oriented. She was always so available to answer any of our questions, (and, we had plenty)! She even helped us to find someone to bring in a huge AC unit when the Florida temps were not letting up and we were in fear of our guests being uncomfortable. She honestly didn't miss a beat. We actually used Runway for decor and floral as well and they transformed the venue into something so amazingly beautiful! I couldn't believe it when I walked in! Trish did an awesome job with the decor and florals. Rebekkah was at the hotel to help out with the bride and bridesmaids during their getting ready time and also helped to stage the details for the photographer. She was so awesome! We we so happy to be able to meet Rebekkah and have her expertise for a few hours. She was so helpful for answering questions, steaming out dresses and helping to gather everything that we needed to take to the venue. She always had a solution for everything. Once at the venue, Hannah was a rockstar! She kept everyone calm and everything completely on time. She is a real sweetheart. We didn't have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend using Runway Events. You will not be disappointed!

They do it ALL!
My experience with Runway Events, Runway Botanical and The Runway Collection was more than I could have asked. Not only were they a one stop shop for planning, floral and rentals, they executed my day to a tee! When I turned the corner and saw the decor and my HUSBAND, I was in awe. Everyone imagines in their head what their wedding day will look like, but no one ever knows if it'll be the same in real life. Runway made it happen! I still get emotional at how perfectly my mental image was brought to life. Can I get married again???

We could not have done it without Hannah!
Saying that we could not have gotten married without Hannah C. from Runway Events is an understatement. I first spoke to Rebekkah (the amazing owner and CEO) a few days after we booked our venue. I was anxious about planning the wedding and she gave me the encouragement I needed to hit the ground running knowing that I would always have them to reach out to for help, even before they took over two months prior to the wedding. Their vendor recommendations guide was very helpful and I was able to use this included tool to confidently choose many of my amazing vendors. We even hired Rebekkah to help us style our wedding and help our vision come to life. Runway Events also sends out a questionnaire to match the couple to one of their talented planners. We were matched with Hannah and it was PERFECT. My husband and I both got along with her so well and we felt super pumped after our big planning meeting. I felt like a weight had lifted off my shoulders and we both felt at peace about the big day running smoothly because Hannah was so on top of things from the beginning. She kept up with every change we sent her way, even the day before the wedding! All of our vendors enjoyed interacting with her and our family saw the value in hiring a day-of coordinator during the wedding day when she kept everything running on (or ahead of) schedule. I know the reason we were able to enjoy the wedding day so much was because Hannah, along with assistants Olivia and Sophia, was there. We would hire Runway Events and Hannah over and over and over again. It was one of the best wedding decisions we made. If you want a planning/coordinating company that's going to support you and cheer you on, not only on the big day, but from the day you hire them, choose Runway Events. This company takes pride in their work and only hires the best talent to make your day possible. We will be recommending them to every couple we know getting married in Runway's service areas.

Amazing - life saver, game changer, peace maker
(mother of the groom) From someone who argued we didnt need a wedding coordinator, I am here to fully confess that Hannah from Runway events was the single best service we received. Hannah was an incredible resource, organizing time schedules, helping us think through the order of events and keeping all of our vendors, friends, party favors, color choices and dreams neatly organized. Hannah kept up with every change, new idea and 180-change of direction. Without Hannah, I'm not sure we could have had the amazing, wonderfully choreographed wedding our son and his wife had. I recommend unequivocally - life saver, game changer, peace maker.

10/10/19 Wedding Celebration Florida
Myself and my husband were quite apprehensive organising a wedding over in Florida from the UK. Runway assigned Hannah Cole to be our wedding co ordinator and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to in trust our big day with. She immediately made us feel comfortable and we felt we had known her for years. She is extremely passionate about her job and makes every bride feel special. All you can ask for from your wedding coordinator is support and hard work. Hannah C. provides both and has you feel at ease. Rain or Shine They Were Sublime!
Hannah and the whole runway team were amazing!
So many of my friends who have gotten married tell me they never ate at their own weddings, and Hannah and her team were constantly on me to eat well and keeping me calm - I ate so much I thought my dress was going to pop a seam. Even when the weather did not cooperate AT ALL the whole team was already ready to change everything and make it perfect for us. We could not have done anything without Hannah. She kept me calm and kept everything running so smooth that even when we were having to change things, I didn't have to worry! It was barely noticeable to anyone not directly involved that we didn't plan for things to happen that way! Everyone loved it and her! My new husband and I even dragged her to the photobooth we loved her so much!
If you want the best for your wedding day of coordinator, hire Runway! She was in constant contact with me for two month prior to the event and was always super timely responding to emails and texts. Seriously the whole team is amazing! Shout out to her assistant Yami (sorry if I spelt it wrong) as well who also kept me hydrated/fed and was always available with tissues. We love you guys so much and couldn't thank you enough. If you don't hire Runway, you are truly missing out.

The Best Decision Ever
If we were to start again, we would have chosen Runway without the blink of an eye. Thanks Rebekkah, Shay, Heather and Jonathan for your professionalism and you have made our wedding day truly the best day of our lives!! As mentioned in all other reviews, do not hesitate, hire Runway Events, it would be one of the BEST decisions you've made. You won't regret. I couldn’t imagine what our wedding day would look like without the team.
We knew from the beginning of the planning process that we needed a day-of coordinator and we found Runway through referral. It was one of the quickest decisions we've made. We were impressed by the enthusiasm of Rebekkah and knew that we would be in the best hands after the first conversation. We've finalized most of the decisions one month prior to the wedding but we weren't aware that we missed so many details after having the first face-to-face conversation. A detailed to-do list was created, which helped us tremendously to keep everything on track. There were conversations with all vendors happening back of the house by Rebekkah so that we didn't need to worry about all the logistics. All vendors loved the team and spoke highly of Rebekkah. We exchanged millions of emails in the last month and both Rebekkah and Heather were so responsive. A timeline were created as well, which prepared us as well as all the wedding parties with what we would expect.
On the day prior to the wedding and on the day-of we were taken great care of. Everything ran so smoothly that the only thing we needed to worry about is how great we looked. Shay, Heather and Jonathan are our angels. Shay's pocket is magical, she would hand out scissors whenever needed, she would have fans for us under the sun, and she stored my phone almost all day in that pocket so that I could have it whenever I needed it. Just magical. We never needed to worry about where was our photographer or videographer or who was guiding the band because everything was taken care of. We had a tight timeline with tea ceremony during cocktail hour and tons of details. I couldn't imagine how many disasters would have happened if we didn't have the help from the team.

Heaven Sent ❤️
It is incredibly difficult to put into words how fundamental Rebekkah Rosado and her remarkable “Runway Events” was to the success and pure joy of our wedding on 26th May 2019 at The Stone Mill in the New York Botanical Garden.
We hired Rebekkah for her full planning option and let me just say, THANK GOODNESS we did; Rebekkah left no stone unturned and became a dear friend throughout the eight month process of creating our dream wedding.
Rebekkah would take each idea I had and find the most practical, affordable and creative way to make it come to fruition. Her connections, knowledge, swift response time and always joyfully consistent contact with me made me feel safe.
Rebekkah would give me weekly lists of tasks to accomplish on a very specific schedule so I would never become overwhelmed. She created super user-friendly spreadsheets for budget etc. that we would use together on our weekly planning phone calls (however I would also text her numerous times a day and she was always there for me no matter the time). She was able to deal with our vendors and handle all contracts and necessities on our behalf.
When we first began working with Runway Events, Christopher and I were asked to list what mattered most to us with regard to the ceremony, music, dinner etc.; Rebekkah, Shay and Jonathan kept every one of those things in mind during our wedding. They even knew our guests’ allergies, physical limitations etc. and tended to them individually which made everyone feel special, a big goal of ours, for everyone to feel welcome, comfortable and part of our family.
There were so many truly important things I would have never even thought of had it not been for our angel Rebekkah. Also, because our guests needed to enter The Botanical Garden via a private event gate and because our ceremony was to be outside along the river and our dinner inside the stunning nineteenth century Mill, there were many moving parts to be kept in line.
Without Rebekkah we simply would not have had the time nor enough knowledge of this huge wedding marketplace to do so.
About thirty minutes before my Christopher and I were to marry outside, I was told there would be a heavy passing storm and was asked by Rebekkah if I’d like to have the ceremony after the cocktail hour rather than before so as to circumvent the rain.
Rebekkah, Shay and Jonathan jumped into action making sure all things outside that could be ruined by the water were quickly saved, our violinists and DJ were relocated indoors and they got cocktail hour up and running all within a handful of minutes. They rescued our precious Persian carpet on which we would stand to take our vows, and ran it to safety and collected personalized tissues off of every seat as well. They are truly remarkable human beings. They knew how very important it was to Christopher and myself that we marry outside surrounded by nature and they did everything possible to make that happen.
Half an hour later Rebekkah, Shay and Jonathan made sure the outdoor area looked as pristine as it had before the sudden downpour and our ceremony took place outside as planned without even one original design element missing and everything continued on just perfectly. Had the Runway team not been there I do not know what would have happened.
Runway took care of each of our guests as if they were their own family and friends; everyone had all that they needed and wanted at every given moment.
Rebekkah is kindness, strength and generosity personified; she truly took care of me from start to finish even making sure I remembered to eat a bite or two here and there and leaving me an incredible gift bag filled with “new bride” goodies in my bridal suite.
Both Chris and I so highly recommend Rebekkah Rosado and her team at “Runway Events” for your wedding. The ability to enjoy one’s own event is often not an easy thing to do and Rebekkah made it possible for Chris, myself and our families to do without a single worry. We adore her for giving us the day of our dreams. The fiscal investment is SO much more worth it than you can ever possibly realize.
Christopher and I will look back on our marvelous wedding day for the rest of our lives with full and grateful hearts that we had such remarkable support from Rebekkah and Runway Events.

We LOVED Shay & Team!
Runway Events was amazing! We were beyond blessed to have had Shay Castro as our lead planner who helped us from beginning to end. From the start, Shay dove into all of the little details with us. She made sure all of our meetings were productive, gave us guidance and helped us stay on track with all of the planning. She continued to help revise our timeline, sent me reminders and to-dos, and helped me think about so many things that I would have completely missed. Planning can get stressful, but every time I met or spoke with Shay she made it fun and took the stress away!
Thank goodness we had her at our rehearsal! She was so patient with our families and made sure everyone knew what they were supposed to do. Any concerns that I had that night, she addressed with our venue point of contact to make sure our ceremony looked exactly how I wanted it to. I am sooo thankful she was there because without her stepping up for me, the ceremony would not have been set up the way that I was trying to convey to our venue.
On our wedding day, Shay & her team took everything to the next level! They made everything run so smoothly and there’s no way we could have pulled it off so successfully without them. Shay is a superwoman! At one point she was even helping out by carrying one of our baby nephews all while making sure everyone was in the right place, at the right time! The day was sooo hot, which made pictures outside less than desirable, but Shay was there every step of the way. While walking for pictures, she made sure my husband and I had champagne, a bite to eat, helped carry my dress that was dragging, and helped me freshen up in between pictures because the sun was scorching! I can’t even truly express how appreciative and grateful I am that we had Shay. She truly is so amazing and the nicest person I’ve ever met!
Shay’s team, Yami & Nicole deserve so much credit as well. They were so sweet and even made me feel like a celebrity they were protecting from paparazzi since it was SO important to me that no one saw my dress until my bridesmaid reveal and that no one else saw me until I walked down the aisle. I know they were all running around making sure all the details were set up just right!
Everything was so perfect thanks to Shay and team and we can’t thank them enough!

Trusting runway events with our wedding day was the best decision we made during our whole wedding process! Truly the best money spent. They brought us such peace of mind and we felt truly cared for. Shay was amazing!! Very detailed, calming, caring, organized, personable, and fun! The whole team did amazing with the crazy amount family and friends. We seriously had more than 15 different family and friends ask about the runway events team and comment on how great they did! We couldn’t have done it without them! They thought about details that I would have never thought off. There were mishaps that occurred during the wedding and we never found out until the next day! They took care of it without a flinch. If I had to do it again, I have no doubt on who I would count on for a wedding coordinator!

My favorite vendor
I’m sure you see a lot of reviews that say “Look no further, hire this planner!” But it really is true for Runway Events. When it came to wedding planning, I learned it’s not about who’s cheapest, but who’s going to give me the best service for what I’m paying. I hired Runway for Day of Coordination, but their services start well before the big day. First, you join a group where you can ask other couples wedding questions, then they send you a checklist of things you need to do. You really start working with your planner 2 months out. Some planners I interviewed charged way more than Runway, and barely did anything. We really needed someone who would put together a timeline and make sure to put out some of our decor. Runway did that and everything else that goes on behind the scenes that we don’t know about! I worked with Rebekkah and Yami (2 LEAD planners) and then before my wedding day, they told me I would get another lead planner helping out, Hannah!! I felt like a celebrity. While Rebekkah and Yami set everything up, Hannah was always around me to answer any questions and to help with my dress. I should also mention my florist wasn’t the best. She almost skipped out on providing two boutonnières we paid for, but Rebekkah got on her and made sure she made them! We also unfortunately had an issue with our candle lighting during our ceremony, but Rebekkah made sure to make it happen during the reception and honestly it felt more personal and was probably better for the wedding video anyways. My family was also extremely impressed (and they have not been so impressed with coordinators at past weddings). At any wedding, mistakes will probably happen. But Runway is there to help solve them! I actually love that they’re a big company, but not too big. They’re just the right size to make sure every bride feels like she’s the only bride they’re working with. Thank you, Runway, for making my day go so smoothly!

Hire a Coordinator/Planner and Make it Runway!
What can you say about one of the best days of your life?! That Runway Events made it even better, yes that’s exactly what I can say! If you are wondering if a day of coordinator is necessary, the answer is an absolute YES and you should hire Runway Events! My husband and I had absolutely nothing to worry about while Olivia and her ladies handled everything from vendor confirmations, decor and making sure the day flowed perfectly! Olivia was wonderful as our lead planner, she is so attentive to every detail and kept on top of me for my to do list leading up to the wedding. If anything went wrong the day of we were none the wiser. Runway’s team is trained so well that they anticipate your needs before you know you need them. Without Runway, our day would still have been great but with Runway our wedding day was the MOST AMAZING DAY EVER!!! We are forever grateful to their amazing team!!

Ahhh where do I start?! Hiring Runway was the best decision I made during my wedding planning process. Rebeka, Olivia, Yami & entire Runway team we’re honestly absolutely AMAZING!!!! Olivia was sure to keep me track & stay on on top of my wedding duties, reminded us of things that we could’ve easily forgotten. For the day of, My wedding day was just absolutely perfect! They were on point with everything & anything I needed. They made sure I was having a great time & actually ate (as a bride things can get hectic). I was able to have a great time while I was getting ready because i knew the runway girls were taking care of everything. They are beyond amazing!!!! Hiring Runway Events for our wedding day was the BEST decision we did for our wedding. Olivia and her team were truly incredible, we cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us in helping us create the most perfect wedding day.
We used the day of co-ordinator package but this starts 2 months before. From the first meeting Olivia just got my vision for what we wanted on our wedding day. She did an amazing job at making sure everything and everyone were organized and dealt with all the little things that you don’t want to have to worry about on the day. We received so many compliments on how professional and amazing they were both at the rehearsal and on the day. She was truly my guardian angel on the day!!! Runway do a great job at making sure you are looked after, from sorting my dress as I walked down the aisle, feeding us during photos and passing champagne to us whenever we were on the move, it was so perfect. They also dealt with any problems that arose so professionally and was great at communicating between the brides party, grooms party and vendors to make sure everything went off without a hitch.
I could go on and on about all the things she did for us both on the day and weeks leading up to it, it was truly the best decision we made and I can never have enough good things to say about the Rebekah and the Runway team. If you are considering if you need them, don’t think anymore, it’ll be the best investment you make! I’ll never forget how Olivia made our wedding day so special and made it the most perfect day, thank you so much!

Excellence at Its Best
I am not sure where to start in writing this review about Shay, Rebekkah and the entire Your Runway team. Partly because I’m not sure if there are enough positive adjectives to describe my experience with them and partly because once I start writing, I may not stop!
I knew from within the first few moments of conversation with Rebekkah that going with Your Runway team would be the right choice for our day-of coordination. Not only was she professional but she was friendly and honest regarding what wedding decisions I had made up to that point, something that is so key in the planning process. Furthermore, their day-of coordination package actually starts 2 months prior to your big day, something no other company had offered.
We were paired with Shay as our lead coordinator. Beyond obsessed with this woman! We had two meetings prior to our wedding day, each time she was organized, asked questions that clearly you wouldn’t think about but are necessary to your wedding timeline, and I left each meeting knowing that we were in the best of hands. These thoughts came more concrete as I soon realized the depth of logistics behind coordinating all your vendors on your day of.
Two-weeks prior to our wedding, we had to make a decision regarding one of our most important wedding vendors. Shay was easily accessible, gave her thoughtful, professional opinion on the matter, and dealt with my crazy emotions through it all whilst gracefully coordinating a replacement vendor like it was no issue at all.
The day of, Shay and her two assistants were literal angels. They had their headsets on and literally handled everything. It was seriously like a dream. Everything was set up the way it was supposed to, everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there. If there were any issues going on (beyond my ripped wedding dress, which by the way they were able to fix for that day!!), I had no idea it was happening.
I seriously do NOT know what I would have done without Shay. Everyone to this day (we were married April 13th) continue to speak so highly of her and her team.
I had so many of my previously married girlfriends speak to their own stress and lack of enjoyment on their wedding day. That was my one goal, to enjoy my own wedding day. I was able to thanks to Your Runway.

You need Runway Events for your wedding. If you are debating, don't. There is no question, they are worth every penny. Shae Castro! She was absolutely the perfect fit and Runway did such a great job selecting her for us. I was beyond amazed at everything Shae did months before up until wedding day. She thought of everything that we didn't and also came up with great ideas that we were able to implement on our wedding day. Shae was the sweetest person and I truly feel like we've made a lifelong friend. Now, to talk about the actual wedding day... it was perfect, absolutely everything was perfect and I truly owe part of that to Shae and Hannah. So many friends and family complimented how amazing our wedding was and one of the reasons they gave us was: "it was so organized and put together and ran so smoothly." My dad, who didn't even understand the purpose of the wedding coordinator was extremely impressed by everything that Shae and Hannah did. They literally helped with EVERYTHING and anything you could imagine you'd need on your wedding day- they were there! I felt like such a princess and am so blessed to have had these 2 ladies by my side. I wish I could truly express how much I appreciate them but there's no words. AGAIN, DO NOT HESITATE IN BOOKING RUNWAY and I would suggest requesting Shae and Hannah as they were beyond words extraordinary! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

I cannot say enough incredible things about this group!
From hiring them, to chatting with Gianna, to meeting my planner Amy (all over FaceTime because I didnt live in my venue area) it was an amazing experience! They had every single thing handled. Amy and her team of beautiful girls 100% made my wedding day happen from start to finish. We ran into a few speed bumps the day of (none of which I was aware of until the end, which was the best) and Amy handled them all SO efficiently and gracefully. She is made for her job. She treated my bridesmaids as her own best friends, and took charge of the boys as if they were her own family. It was the best decision I ever made, aside from my husband :) I will be raving and thanking them for the rest of my life. I look at Amy as a cherished best friend at this point for everything she did for us, I can’t thank them enough. PLEASE PLEASE hire them! You will NEVER regret it!

The best ever
First and foremost- stop considering if you should book a wedding planner/coordinator (you 100% should) as well as your search for the right company and HIRE RUNWAY. I will forever be grateful and truly in awe of how hardworking and dedicated these girls are to making sure every aspect of your day runs smoothly. I had Amy as my lead and she had two awesome assistants, Hannah and Bri. Prior to the actual wedding day, Amy was always super easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. Runway very clearly laid out what was included in the package I chose so there was no confusion as to if they do something or not (which there isn't much they don't do). On my wedding day, they made sure I did not lift a finger. I was last to get hair and makeup done so I was initially trying to help set things up and they kept telling me to just relax and enjoy the day, that they were there to do all of that. There were some unforeseen things that happened which Amy made sure I was unaware of so that I did not become stressed. One of those things was my cake was very late. I had no clue until the day after. Amy completely handled the situation and even got me a full refund on my cake! At the reception, the girls made sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hand, and made sure we were served our food first. I could go on and on about every amazing thing that happened because of Runway but that would make my review even longer than it already is. If you are nervous about all of the details of your day coming together and the stress of handling everything yourself, Runway is your best option! It was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding :)

What's better than amazingly spectacular?
When I say my wedding day was perfect, I mean it was perfect perfect. Rebekkah was my lead planner with the help of Melissa and Yami, and let me tell you they were a dream team. My fiance (now hubby!) and I were blown away by their professionalism and energy.
I can't even begin to tell you what an incredible gift it was to be able to relax and enjoy the entire day knowing that every detail would be taken care of by the Runway team. Of all of the vendors, Runway Events is the one I would hire again and again and again.
There aren't enough wonderful words to say and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Seriously they are the best!
I literally talked to a dozen planner before I hired Rebekkah and Runway Events for my special day. I was looking for someone that would be on top of things to help me plan my day while I was living outside of Florida and I knew I would have to lean on a planner quite I bit.
I hired Runway for full planning and they really made the whole process so much easier. They suggested vendors and kept me on track each month leading up to the wedding. The day of went flawlessly as far as I know (which is great!). One of Runway girls was always around and took care of all the little details. They even made sure I got my change of shoes midway through the reception and always had a drink in my hand. After the wedding for weeks, we had so many guests commenting that the day was perfect and they had such a good time.

Words fall short!!! The Best Ever
The best thing we invested money on for our wedding!!! Hiring a wedding planner (Runway) is the best decision a bride/groom can make. From the moment we met with Rebekkah we knew we needed her team to make our vision come to life. We hired Runway for the "day of coordination" but they definitely did more than just be there the day of. Year to months before our big day I was in communication with Rebekkah, whether it was for running ideas through her or requesting vendor recommendations. We were assigned Brooke as our lead planner and my husband and I fell in love with her. She is the sweetest most organized person I've ever met. I tend to be very "out there and speak my mind" and Brooke is my complete opposite, but we hit it off so well. One of the things that I absolutely loved about having runway is the super super super detailed itinerary that we make during our final meetings. If I didn't have a wedding planner I would have never thought to do this. One of the major reasons for having a planner was because we didn't want to worry about decorating or having to delegate these tasks to any of our family members. We wanted to enjoy our day and have our family enjoy it as well. Our wedding rehearsal and wedding day was so smooth because of Runway. They set everything up for us the day of our wedding, coordinated our wedding rehearsal, reached out to our vendors and made sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted. Brooke and her assistance made sure I had everything I needed the day of the wedding, constantly checked up to make sure I didn't need water, tissues for crying, even holding my dress up so that I can walk. To finalize my thoughts about runway. It was so perfect, to the point that we didn't hire a videographer and after the wedding we didn't regret it because since Runway handled everything, we were able to take in every minute/second of our wedding and remember it all.

Where to begin! These girls are AMAZING at what they do. I got the coaching plan plus day of coordinator. For my coaching plan I had Olivia and Giana, they were on top pf everything. I liked that I got monthly checklists to make sure I was on point. I can definitely say this eased my nerves and the planning went smooth. Olivia was my lead planner, oh boy she was WONDERFUL. Since day one Olivia was there to help me with any questions or concerns. She always replied quickly to my emails and always had answers for me. I am super organized so I loved that Olivia was also organized. The detailed time line was my life saver.
On wedding day, Olivia was there and I also had Shay and Paola. Olivia made sure that everything was where it needed to be and that everything was beautiful. These girls did an outstanding job on wedding day the were professional and efficient. Paola was awesome she was making sure that all my guest who arrived early stayed in one area. Shay was designated to me on wedding day, I love this girl! She was with me 24/7 holding my bouquet for pictures or my drink. She even ran to the locker room to get my lipstick and I don’t know how many times she fixed my bustle. All I can say is that I felt like a princess that day. I had nothing to worry about on wedding day because these three ladies made sure that it was all taken care of. They even stayed for cleanup and made sure that everything was handed to my mom to take home.
Hiring Runway was the best decision I have made. My wedding was perfect, they exceeded all my expectations! I will forever be grateful 😊

I sooo recommend them for any wedding or event. I worked with Olivia and she was absolutely outstanding! From the beginning stages, I knew she was on point with organizing everything. Any question or concern I had, she was extremely quick to provide me with an answer. I work in the event Industry so I could tell right away Runway Events was the perfect wedding planning company to work with.
I decided to add some assistance for my Rehearsal Dinner, which I was so happy I did. Olivia was there to make sure everything was done and looked amazing. I was able to just show up and enjoy!
Day of the wedding I had both Olivia and Hannah helping me. They were both outstanding. I was shocked at how hard working they both were. I never saw them not working and observing what was going on. Olivia brought my vision to life at the venue, on top of making sure we stick to the timeline and get my family where they needed to be. Hannah was there by my side for all the pre-wedding time. She was always helping everyone in my family with what they needed plus helped get all my family photos. I truly wouldn’t have had a successful wedding without them. Olivia was able to handle it all and still be available to assist me and calm me down from being stressed... and Hannah even whipped out a sewing kit to fix my dress strap as it broke 3 times!
With out a doubt I would use Runway Events... especially request Olivia to be your coordinator!

An amazing experience!
I could have never imagined how helpful having a planner for our wedding would be - especially one from Runway! Shay was our lead planner and she was so fantastic. She was constantly on the ball, quick to respond to emails, and gave helpful advice to all the random questions I asked. But where she really shined was on wedding day - I didn’t have to do anything and it all came together better than I could have ever imagined. If anything went wrong, I didn’t even know about it :) She was there 24/7 to make sure everything was running perfectly, or just handing you a glass of champagne when you needed it! For the venue set up, I was blown away with how many thoughtful things they were able to throw together - the space looked flawless and better than I could have ever imagined or planned on my own. Working with Shay was effortless. Her, and our other planner Amy, were so friendly and easy to get along with and we felt like friends from the very first meeting. They also do appointments late in the evening or even over Skype which was sooo nice to help fit into our busy schedules. Throughout the entire process they were very detail oriented, even when I wasn’t, to make sure that we had the most amazing day. Originally I thought that my bridesmaids and I could do everything on our own but you truly cannot appreciate how much had to be done, and looking back there is no way we could have had the perfect wedding day without Shay and Amy :)

Hiring Runway for our day of planning was the best decision we made. From our first meeting with Brooke about a month out we just knew she was going to be a great addition. As we were planning people keep telling us "Little things will go wrong, but you two will be the only ones who know". Fast forward 3 weeks post wedding and my husband and I are still raving about the wondering job Brooke and her assistant did. NOTHING went wrong...at least that we knew of. Everything was seamless throughout the entire night and the guest had such an amazing time, as did we. The ceremony decor and reception room were just beautiful. When people ask how everything went we say that it was 100% times better than we expected. It was the best day EVER, and we owe that to Brooke and her team.

I recently got married on September 15th. My now husband and I opted for day of planning and we were assigned to Olivia. I was extremely nervous to get a coordinator that didn't mesh with my personality but Olivia was hands down the best thing that happened to us throughout our whole planning process. Runway starts working with you about two months before your wedding if you choose day of planning. We were surprised for the value, because Olivia was extremely responsive to our e-mails and took care of all the details, even the smallest ones. I could go on and on about Olivia, I am extremely grateful for her. She was super organized, calmed all my nerves, gave us reminders and much more. I was also grateful that she was able to be a little sassy when needed to reign in the wedding party considering that we had a big one. On the wedding day she texted me to make sure everything was going good, and once I got to the venue she made sure I had a drink in my hand and tended to whatever I needed, which goes a LONG way on your wedding day. Paola was her assistant day of, and she was also very helpful especially with the getting ready process and communicating with our vendors that were in our hotel room. I could go on and on but honestly, all I have to say is how impressed I am, if I got married again I would definitely hire Runway Events all over again, in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

My daughter just worked with Amarylis Ramos ("Amy") as her day of planner ... don't let the "day of" mislead you. Because we are in Naples and Amy was in Orlando they chatted numerous times prior to the big day on FaceTime. Amy provided a questionnaire of things we needed to consider, plan for, etc. She was full of useful insight into the actual process and was incredibly patient. Amy contacted all of our vendors to touch base with them and to coordinate the details. At the rehearsal Amy handed out a schedule for everyone in the wedding so we all knew where we needed to be and at what time. The day of the wedding Amy and her two assistants were invaluable. They helped in ever facet of the event ... put out too many fires to count (these were totally our fault), and made everything run so smoothly. I think the fact that Amy was so calm made us keep our calm. She kept us all on track and made sure we didn't have to worry about anything so that we could enjoy the wedding. I cannot praise Amy and her assistants enough ... they were incredible.

Runway Events is a MUST for your wedding day! I was lucky enough to work with Olivia and I truly credit the entire execution of my wedding day to her! She is ON POINT! I do NOT know what I would have done without her and I am not just saying that! She was so easy to talk to and get in touch with and 100% had my back from day ONE. She always made me feel heard and understood and I felt confident in relying on her for every detail. Where to begin? Rebekkah and her team at Runway were the glue that made our beautiful dreams turn into reality. Between conquering distance, international guests, varied religious elements, and a special emphasis placed on food and wine, Rebekkah guided our family and produced a perfect wedding for my husband and I at the New York Botanical Gardens. Her team is an absolute joy to work with and they particularly helped with navigating the first 6 months of “Where do we start? What vendor should we book first? How much of our budget should we prepare to spend on flowers?” and all those questions that newly engaged couples have. Rebekkah always made sure to share the options (at different price ranges) and then my husband and I would make the decision from there. Next, we dove into design elements and the stunning details that made our wedding OURS. We loved every minute of our monthly check-in calls and the planning process thanks to Rebekkah and her effervescent personality. She’s the best!

The ladies who work for Runway Events are AMAZING. My husband Benjamin and I had the most incredible experience with them. We worked with Brooke and Amy and they are the absolute sweetest people you will ever meet. Brooke was literally my right hand thoughtout the whole wedding planning. She kept me sane. So, not only did she help me plan every possible detail, she and Amy executed their jobs better than I could ever imagine. Our wedding was held at Club Lake Plantation in Apopka, FL (beautiful venue). Our ceremony was going to be outside but due to inclement weather it had to be held inside, but thanks to the amazing Brooke and Amy along with the wonderful people with Runway Botanicals (Andraya and her team... girl...don’t even get me started...incredible) they made our indoor owedding so beautiful, it was everything we wanted and more. It is like they were all in our head and made calls that we never would’ve thought of. Throughout the whole day Brooke kept us on schedule as well as being our personal umbrella holder during our photos!!! Without them our wedding would’ve not gone so perfectly! I booked 16 months out from my big day because I knew after my initial conversation with Rebekkah that I had to have Runway for my day of/month of planning. About two months out from the big day, Rebekkah was there for me...every. single. moment. Rebekkah went through the whole day of, asked me questions I hadn’t thought of, offered solutions, and even gave me a todo list to work through! On the big day, Rebekkah & Shay, they were my fairy godmothers for my wedding! Their emergency kit came in clutch! My sister had an issue with her dress, we needed a comb for my brother in law, stain remover, breath mints, extra bobby pins, you name it they have it & sprung into action every time! Rebekkah ran around keeping everyone on time, helped set up all of my decor, & coordinated with all the other vendors to make sure the day was smooth sailing! Shay even helped me get something out of my teeth & touched up my lipstick before I walked down the isle! The best part was I didn’t have to think about a single thing! They were everywhere and no where at the same time! Rebekkah supported me, fixed my dress/veil/bustle a million times, made me laugh & kept me calm, fed me food & drinks, and busted a** to have such a beautiful set up! Rebekkah & Runway were everything I needed and more! & played such a HUGE role in making that day perfect for us! At first, my husband Max was skeptical about why we needed a day of coordinator, but the day after he must have said a couple hundred times how it was so nice to not have to "think" on the day of the wedding! Booking with Runway Events was by far the best decision I made, I know everyone says that, but seriously it is so true! They made my wedding day dreams come to life! I owe it all to Runway! We hired runway for their "day of" service (which actually starts two months before the wedding day). Rebekkah and her team were an INDISPENSABLE part of our wedding day. I know that it can seem like an "extra" in an already extravagant day, but Runway was worth every penny and more (note: I realize that it is literally impossible for every bride on earth to have Runway a their wedding, but wouldn't that be great?! ??). Real talk: your wedding day will be a major event with a lot of moving parts and something will almost certainly go wrong. Having a coordinator there means you don't have to know about it. Runway took care of a million little things that I knew about: hot gluing my husband's cufflink at the last moment, hand washing my dress when it got a little muddy during pictures, giving me a mint right before I walked down the aisle, magically fixing my under arm chafing (I danced hard and was v. sweaty not afraid to admit it), and just generally materializing whenever I looked like I needed something. And then, a million things that frankly I'm sure I will never know about because they just simply took care of it. Seriously, they are experts at what they do in a way that I don't think I was able to fully appreciate until seeing them in action.

Hiring Rebekkah and the Runway team for day of planning & event styling was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. I had met with a few different coordinators prior to speaking with Runway, and I knew the search was over in the first few minutes of my conversation with Rebekkah. We were referred to Runway by our amazing photographers (The Hons, also one of the best decisions we made). - If I could give only one piece of advice to anyone planning a wedding, ASK YOUR VENDORS FOR REFERRALS. They live, eat and breathe this industry, trust them. -
Rebekkah’s assistant Savannah spent all morning running around our hotel and helping with anything we needed (and by we I mean our entire 14 person wedding party and all our parents), she was amazing. The venue we chose was a huge empty theater that the Runway team transformed into the exact wedding vision we had described. Not only did they set up our ceremony beautifully, but they completely flipped the same room to use for our reception.
Rebekkah may be one of the most logistically talented people I have ever met. With all of the moving pieces (and a thunderstorm) of our wedding she was able to make everything run extremely smoothly, and has a very calm and comforting demeanor. She is also a wedding dress expert... she did everything from hold my dress in the bathroom, to bustling me after the ceremony and eventually sewing me into my skirt that was falling off during the reception. I adore you and can never thank you enough for making our day perfect.

We hired Runway Events using their "Day Of" (really two month) service. Several of our friends recommended them. Our planner, Amy Ramos, was outstanding! Aside from being an absolute pleasure to be around, Amy took care of creating the entire timeline (and distributed to everyone), ALL vendor confirmations and reminded my fiance and I of all the small details two months ahead of time so we weren't scrambling to get things done right before the wedding. She respectfully took charge at our rehearsal and told all family and bridal party to call her, not the bride and groom, if they needed anything on our wedding day. She. Was. Awesome. Amy is the sweetest and we cannot imagine working with anyone but her! Highly recommend Runway Events!

It's hard to understand what a day-of/month-of coordinator really does until your wedding day. If you're working with Rebekkah and her amazing team the answer is they do EVERYTHING to make your day run smoothly! Everything you thought of in the months leading up to your big day and more importantly everything you didn't even know to think about.
We started working with Rebekkah the summer before our January wedding. She started the process with a very simple (but extensive) checklist which proved to be an incredibly helpful point of reference when the stress of wedidng planning started to take over.
On our actual wedding day there was never a moment of stress or wondering if everything was going to turn out how we wanted. Rebekkah handled the set up of our venue while Melissa spend the morning with me getting ready and keeping me on track. When we got the the venue everything was perfect! Whatever madness it took to get things as they were Rebekkah never let on for a second. Rebekkah truly is a wedding day lifesaver. She made sure we were properly fed, kept things moving along throughout the day and night, and even sewed me back into my dress when an overzealous guest burst a hook with a strong hug!
We would absolutely recommend working with the Runway Events team! They delivered far beyond our expectations (and our expectatins were high!) and did so with a thoughtful and positive approach that made the night one to remember!

I can’t even put into words how above and beyond Rebekkah and her team went for my wedding ceremony and reception, but I’ll try. I never wanted for anything. They anticipated my every need. I have never felt more taken care of. I also used Runway Botanical for my floral and Runway design for my venue decor and I could not have asked for more beautiful flowers and setting. We had our wedding at Club Lake Plantation and our package included a day of coordinator. Rebekkah from You Runway Events was our day of coordinator. I'm not sure how we got so lucky to get the CEO to work on our wedding, but wow we were very impressed. From the first moment I met her, I knew she was going to be the perfect fit and she was going to do everything in her power to make our wedding amazing. Her and Olivia helped me through everything and I am not sure what I would have done without them. Before our wedding day, many people tried telling me that your day will probably have some hiccups and not fret. Well, I can honestly say, our wedding went 100% perfectly. It turned out amazing. I would recommend Your Runway Events again and again, forever. I cannot thank them enough for making sure our "Best Day Ever" was just that.

They are an amazing group of ladies that are in it to make sure your special day goes as planned and without worry. Giana went through every detail with us and crated a timeline and coordinated all vendors to make sure our day went flawless and worry free. She even had our favorite cocktail waiting for us after the ceremony. They know how to make your vision happen and guide your whole day behind the scenes so you can enjoy it to the fullest. Don't hesitate! Book these girls right away! I booked Runway for day-of planning services and worked with Melissa. She was absolutely AMAZING! She always responded to emails quickly and was very professional. She made me feel so at ease through the planning process because everything was so detailed and organized. I think I would have lost my mind if it wasn't for her guidance. The day of my wedding Melissa and Savannah had everything completely under control, as far as I know there were no emergencies because they kept everything running so smoothly. They made sure we had everything we needed and were happy at all times. I couldn't have asked for a better team, even my other vendors were impressed with how much they ROCKED! Absolutely love Runway Events!! I had my first impression of them at another wedding that I attended over a year ago. They did such an amazing job at that wedding that I contacted Rebekkah a week later for a consultation. Rebekkah was fabulous at explaining what a wedding planner/coordinator actually did because I really had no clue. I didn't think I needed one in the beginning. So glad I went with my gut and went ahead and hired them. I hired them as my day of coordinator. For the last year and a half Rebekkah was my go to person for bouncing questions and ideas off of. She is amazing at what she does. I was even able to rent my cake stand and cupcake holder from their Runway Collection. Two months before my wedding, I was assigned my day of coordinator and that was Melissa. Melissa was absolutely amazing especially when we ran into a decor issue that we found out we couldn't do at our venue. No worries though because Melissa came through with our plan B and it worked out just fine. On the day of my wedding, Melissa and her assistant Sandra were there and everything went off without a hitch. If there was an issue, I didn't know about it. I was able to actually enjoy my prep time with my girls and just relax. They handled everything flawlessly and I was actually able to enjoy my wedding with no worries what so ever other than my nerves right before my walk down the aisle. I can't thank Runway Events enough for everything they did for the last year and a half and on the day of!! You are the best!!

Amy from Runway Events was able to provide that feeling I strive for in my every day life events. The peace of mind knowing that EVERYTHING is going to be okay. That EVERYTHING is taken care of and that no, you're NOT missing anything. We were fortunate to have Amy as our Month-of Coordinator, and I am so happy we did. I was pretty much a 100% DIY bride, and I, with the help of my now husband, took it upon ourselves to plan every little decor and detail for our wedding day. Fast forward to the month where we meet with Amy, when she comes to the rescue, and ensures us everything is going to be OKAY. Pretty sure she almost had to yank my spreadsheets and layout maps out of my hands! She took on our vision and our plans and communicated with all vendors and created a very detailed timeline of our big day. Words can not describe how perfect our day was, thanks to Amy and the Runway Events team. Amy is like a superhero, a very pretty one! Everything flowed so smoothly. My stomach was feeling empty, and here comes Amy with a pack of mini Oreo's. I was feeling cold, and here comes Amy with my jacket. Right after our ceremony, Amy was waiting for us at the end of the aisle with our beer of choice. Pretty sure I heard the angels singing at this point. She checked up on us the ENTIRE night. She remembered my feet were cold and grabbed some foot warmers our Photo Booth vendor had handy, and she placed them on the bottom of my feet. I mean come on! She's perfect! At the end of the the day, Armando and I decided to go to the bridal suite to help gather our items - nothing was left! Everything had already been packed by Amy and her team! I was shocked. She comes by like a ninja and said everything was already in the car and we were good to go! Seriously one of the best decisions we made. If you're on the fence about hiring a Wedding Coordinator, or a month-of Coordinator, stop thinking about it and go for it! Runway Events is like the cure of all things stress! Thank you!

Melissa was our planner, and oh my goodness; she was beyond spectacular. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted in some aspects, and had no idea what to do for others. Melissa helped us walk through each step of the planning process, and the timeline for the day of. When we reached items of uncertainty she would explain what she recommends and has seen before, or helped lead us to a happy compromise. I'm sure we asked way too many questions, but she was always pleasant, and thrilled to help us in any way she could.
Melissa was always available for anything we needed, and truly made it seem like we were her only Bride and Groom for the 2 months out before our wedding. I can honestly say that the entirety of our wedding would not have been nearly as seamless or relaxing had Melissa and Runway Events not been there.
We are truly beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Runway Events and Melissa, in particular. They did a phenomenal job, and I can’t stop thanking them for the thought and effort they gave to our wedding.

I cannot say how amazing the Runway Team is. Rebekkah was highly recommended by our photographers and I am so happy that we went with her. She was always quick to respond to my questions and never made me feel ridiculous (which I mean looking back some were a little crazy). I have told everyone that I know who is planning to get married to go with these ladies. Being an anxious lady, the Runway ladies helped me stay calm all weekend and I knew I didn’t have to worry. Bekkah and Olivia even handled my request to have my dogs there and helped coach our officiant. I am just over the moon with how amazing these ladies are and I hope you decide to go with them! ❤️

Runway Events is so amazing even my guests and other vendors are raving about them! After my wedding, two of my engaged friends decided to book planners for their weddings because they saw how much the Runway team did for us. None of our friends or family had to lift a finger the day of the wedding and everything ran perfectly because of the Runway team! I had a team of 2 planners and an assistant planner for my day: Giana was my main planner and I can’t fully express how hard she worked to make my day amazing and ensure I felt no stress the entire time. She kept everything running so smoothly despite a tight timeline, an early sunset, a first look in an area where guests could have seen me (but didn’t!), a couple wardrobe malfunctions, and a venue that only allowed 2 hours total for setup and breakdown. Despite all those challenges, Runway Events (& particularly Giana!) had everything running perfectly AND had time to make me and my other vendors laugh and smile the entire time with their awesome personalities.
If you are thinking of booking Runway Events my advice would be to do it immediately – when I told any vendor (even my venue) we booked runway they all said “Then your day is going to be perfect” and they were right. I don’t know how Runway does everything they do with such great attitudes and organized teams, but I can’t thank them enough for helping to make such a perfect day full of happy memories for me.

From the beginning stages of planning to the last tiny detail, Rebekkah was there for us every step of the way with our best interest in mind. I had absolutely no hesitations handing over the reigns to her when the time came, as I knew she cared just as much as I did about everything we had worked hard for, if not more. She took the time to understand and perfect, every single aspect of our day from floral, to decor, to exactly how I wanted to come down the aisle. Rebekkah's calm, cool, and collected personality/attitude kept me level-headed and at ease for my 2+ years of planning.
I have no doubt that our day was so seamless and flawless because of Rebekkah and her team. Which we were not the only ones to notice, since our guests were sure to tell us how blown away by how amazing everything looked, smoothly everything went and how on top of it she was all night long, after hours of set up and get ready before hand.

I hired Runway Events after being referred to them by our photographers and it was hands-down, the best decision we ever made for our day. My meetings with the owner, Rebekkah, were not only organized and super efficient, but she made me feel comfortable and at ease, no matter what crazy anxiety I was feeling. On the day of our wedding, Rebekkah and her team were essential to the success of our day. Our day went SO smooth and they were so on top of their game, even our bridal party and parents were raving about them! They were running around all day making sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be, all while still somehow staying in the background. They were like little invisible fairy godmothers! When we first started planning our wedding, I knew I would probably need a day of coordinator but I had never planned on signing up for any kind of other planning package.
Then we started the planning- Ah! I began to feel like more help was going to be necessary. My husband and I both have demanding jobs with unpredictable hours, and we were feeling so overwhelmed. Multiple people had recommended Runway Events, so I ended up having a phone call consultation with Rebekkah and immediately knew I wanted this girl's help through the preparations and on the day of our wedding. She was awesome!
Sure enough, I can honestly say the partial planning package was the best money we spent on our wedding. The Runway Events team and Rebekkah were AMAZING. Rebekkah really spent the time to get to know me and understand the vision I had for our wedding day. She sent me to awesome vendors, gave constant advice, kept me on track with monthly calls and to-do lists, helped create the vision during styling meetings, went to vendor meetings with me, made sure I did not have one worry on my big day... I could go on and on. My wedding day was the best day of my life, and I truly was NOT stressed and that is because I had the help of Runway Events. I actually got to just relax and have fun on our big day- everything went perfectly thanks to Runway. Not only are Rebekkah and her team pro's in their event realm, they are also just fun, kind, great people. Rebekkah really just radiates joy, and it's contagious.

After planning with Rebekkah for 1 ½ years, I feel like we’ve created such a bond and I’m sad that our time together has come to an end! With a destination wedding, a fiancé in the military, and my family living in another state, I knew a planner was a MUST. I researched several wedding planners when I first got engaged and as soon as I had my first call with Rebekkah, I knew Runway Events was it and she was the gal to help me keep it together. Rebekkah understood that attention to detail was extremely important to me from the get-go and helped guide my vision throughout the planning process. I’ll be the first person to admit that I’m a little OCD and a firm believer that if you want something done right, do it yourself. But I never felt that way with Rebekkah and always trusted her 100% with my sacred day. If I ever felt overwhelmed or doubted anything, she was always reassuring and there to help me make the best decisions. I hired her for full planning so she was there from helping me to pick out the venue, to putting on my garter the day of. I was so impressed with how she and her assistant Anna ran the wedding day, there wasn’t one detail missed. You have a vision in your head but you never really know how it’s all going to come together and I can say without a doubt that my day was better than I ever pictured.
I’m so grateful to Runway and how I could be completely relaxed the entire day of my wedding. You don’t realize how chaotic the day can be with everyone looking for direction and all the vendors to manage, but I can honestly say I never had to worry about it and the day was seamless. If there were any snags or mishaps, I didn’t know about it which is how it should be for any bride! It truly allowed me to enjoy the day and savor every moment with the love of my life, which was the most important thing of all.

What started as a very apprehensive decision to hire a moth-of wedding coordinator, turned out to be the BEST investment that we made for our wedding, by far! We worked with Giana who was extremely helpful from the start. Any questions or concerns that we had were answered and left us feeling confident that our wedding day would go on without a hitch!
Going into our wedding week, I felt so at-ease (probably more so than any time during the planning process)! Giana made sure that our vendors were all on the same page, no effort was required on our part. On the big day, Giana and the Runway team took care of everything. The decor was set up beautifully and the flow of the evening was seamless! Being able to enjoy every moment of our special day was worth every penny. Thank you so much!!!

I could literally write a novel about how amazing Runway is. I had hired this team because I met Rebekkah at a bridal show and I immediately knew she understood my vision for my wedding day. When I pushed my wedding date back a year, she wasn't sure she could be my planner, but assigned my wedding to Amy, and let me tell you, I not only had an amazing planner, I gained a friend for life. Amy was everything you could want and need in a wedding planner and she is like wonder woman in my eyes, balancing school, and a wedding planning career throughout my time working with her. I am really grateful that she appreciated my obsessive lists, organization, and off beat sense of humor which I admit would have overwhelmed anyone. We both worked together to make each other's lives easier given the typical challenges of wedding planning, and a "destination" wedding at that, and she was a joy to talk to throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding, if it could go wrong, it did, (not Runway's fault) causing Rebekkah to have to make a surprise appearance and cover for another Runway staff member who unfortunately got into an accident on the way to our wedding while transporting our cake and other crucial items. We were thrilled to see Rebekkah, who is a Goddess among planners. She fixed my face more times than I care to count with her personal makeup when my professional makeup unexpectedly melted off, she sewed my bustle when it broke, fixed the cake that had also been in the accident, and she kept me totally distracted while Amy slayed every other detail of the wedding so that it was perfect and my guests were so in awe of it all that they were none the wiser to the insanity happening in the background. Runway Events cannot be beat at the wedding planning game, and I would hands down bet on them every time to make wedding dreams come true, even when the odds are stacked against you on a Friday the 13th.

I knew we needed a wedding planner for our wedding but I didn't know just how much we needed Rebekkah as our wedding planner. She made the day absolutely perfect. Everyone says that you'll be stressed out on the big day, they say something will go wrong, and that you won't end up eating because you'll be so busy. With Rebekkah none of that happened. We could truly enjoy ourselves at our wedding because of Rebekkah. She made sure everyone was in the correct spots at the correct times, that we ate, and even prepared us a to go box of food and desserts! She also made the pre-planning process a dream with monthly calls and checklists which made everything so much less overwhelming. It made wedding planning fun! I never felt behind. And all of her vendor recommendations were spot on and catered to us. We felt like Rebekkah really truly cared and felt like we were so special to her. We could not have thrown the perfect wedding without Runway Events. You will not be disappointed by booking!!! Our only sadness is that now that the wedding is over we don't have an excuse for monthly meetings!

Rebekkah and her team were such a huge asset to our wedding! Leading up to the day, she kept us organized and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We thought we'd be able to handle it ourselves with our family, but planning a wedding with 200+ people and a dozen vendors is no joke. Rebekkah makes it look easy. We live in New York, so we did a lot of Skype/FaceTime sessions and the day of the wedding it felt like we were old friends even though we'd technically never "met"! The day of our wedding, Rebekkah was on top of almost everything - keeping everyone on schedule, coordinating with vendors, keeping me hydrated lol. She was there for me personally and went above and beyond in so many ways that I never imagined I would need, but did! Rebekkah is truly a sweetheart, a real gem of a person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a full on planner or even just a day of coordinator to help you keep it together!

Rebekkah and her Runway Events team were absolutely AMAZING! A friend of mine asked me if there was anything we could cut from the wedding budget, what would it be. My answer was, not sure because we ran it so slim it was tough cutting anything. However, one investment I would highly recommend making was hiring Rebekkah and her team. I don't know how we would've run our wedding without them. She literally was way ahead of us. She thought of of everything before we could. On the day of the wedding, she ran everything like an A-List production manager. My wife and I completely enjoyed the wedding and only focused on having fun and taking in the moment. Rebekkah made sure we got to eat, drink, enjoy our favorite deserts, and be there for our families. Absolutely AMAZING!! Please do yourself the favor, and hire Runway Events for your wedding. You'll be thankful you did, and didn't cut this expense out.

If it wasn't for Rebekkah and her team my wedding wouldn't have been possible, so first of all I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH GIRLS! I wasn't only an "out of town" bride, I was planning from South America and with only 6 months before the wedding, I'm just so glad that I found Rebbekah! We got the full package and they took care of EVERYTHING, they adjusted to our situation without any problem doing all the planning through emails and many video calls. Not knowing any vendors in Orlando we trusted fully in their suggestions and we got the best team, we arrived a week before the wedding and we didn't have anything to worry about.
I have many more good things to say about Runway Events but the most important is that I fully recommend them to all the future Brides, it will be the best decision for you and your wedding!

Rebekkah at Runway Events is AMAZING!! If you’re to book any vendor first, it should be Rebekkah at Runway! I was going back and forth as to whether I would need a wedding coordinator, however it was the best decision I made. Being from Chicago and having our wedding in Orlando made for vendor meetings a little difficult as we got closer to the date so it was great to have a coordinator handle all these small details. We had Rebekkah for our month of coordinator and she made everything run so smoothly. Our wedding was everything I wanted and more and I have no doubt that it was because of Rebekkah and her team at Runway coordinating everything behind the scenes. Every vendor I met with raved about Rebekkah and all the girls at Runway and how they were so excited to be working with her again. I have no hesitations in recommending Runway Events to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!!

About one year ago I reached out to Rebekkah to be my wedding planner. I just had a feeling that she would be great. I was clueless about wedding, after the first phone call she put me at ease. In the one year of planning, she guided me through every step and kept me on track. I never had to worry about finding Vendors or missing deadlines. On the wedding day she went beyond my expectations. She remembered every little detail and again guided me through the whole processes. I was a happy and stress free bride. She is very passionate about her work and so good at what she does.

WOW! Where do I even begin?! Rebekkah and her team were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! My husband and I live in Boston, so we were very nervous about planning from so far away. Rebekkah was SUCH a huge help, and although we only booked Runway Events for the "Month Of" package, Rebekkah went above and beyond throughout the planning process. If we had any questions, needed suggestions/recommendation's, or simply wanted to pick her brain, she was responsive and eager to help! Time got away from me and my bridesmaids (like always) and there were still a few finishing touches that needed to be done before pre-wedding photos. Rebekkah stepped right in and helped me and a few of my girls with our eye lashes. She truly goes above and beyond. Rebekkah is SO genuine, she really does care about each and every person who makes this day special. I can honestly say we were absolutely in the moment each and every minute! I was brought to tears by just how seamless she made our special day!! Everyone had SUCH great things to say about Runway Events and were also blown away by how organized, professional, and easy-going Rebekkah was. We didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator, but hiring Rebekkah from Runway Events was the best decision we made of our wedding. Rebekkah was wonderful from the start. She was very dedicated and understood our needs exactly. After getting some information about our style and personalities, her suggestions for wedding vendors (dessert, photography, DJ, florist, etc.) fit us perfectly. Because she understood us so well, we went with her first recommendation on most ideas and vendors, and we were not one bit disappointed. Rebekkah was even instrumental in smoothing over opposing views between ourselves and our parents. We met with her frequently, and she was often available to run ideas by, which made us feel much less nervous about our decisions. She was a constant and calming presence. Heather was with us for the day-of wedding, and she was amazing. She understood the flow of the wedding perfectly and attended to all our needs – even ones we didn’t realize we needed! She did a fantastic job of working with the vendors throughout the night to make sure everything was flawless.

I found Runway Events super randomly. I asked if anyone knew good wedding planners on the Avalon Park Chat facebook. I had A LOT of people recommend Rebekkah. I am so glad I contacted her, she called me and chatted on the phone about wedding details and what I envisioned. She is super positive and makes you feel like everything will be perfect the day of. And that's exactly what happened!! We had the perfect wedding day (minus it being freezing). If anything went wrong I wouldn't even of noticed because Rebekkah and her team were on top of everything. She worked with all my vendors and made my vision come true, and made it very easy to do with checklists and help whenever I needed it. She was even going through very hard times right before my wedding and never let that affect her job. She is the sweetest person ever and you would be lucky to have her and her Runway team be apart of your big day! I can't thank her enough, I knew nothing about weddings when I got engaged and she made it easy.

There aren't enough words to describe Rebekkah and her team at Runway. She was more than I could have ever asked for, the sweetest thing, and my savior on my wedding day more times than I could count. We even BOTH lost our vows less than an hour till ceremony time and she got them back to us, fixed every mishap.. she truly is the best planner ever. Not only did my husband and I notice her hard work, but so many people at the wedding told me how she helped them, how amazing the team was & that I had done the right thing choosing them. My wedding would not have been the same without runway events. Best wedding decision I ever made. Will recommend to every person I know! We love you guys

The team at Runway Events were absolutely amazing!!! Melissa Becker and Heather Keyes were so easy to work with and made sure everything ran like clock work. There were no surprises, nothing missed and no compromises. They genuinely cared about all of our daughters wishes and dreams and made them come true. We could not have asked for two, more sweet and helpful ladies and we feel so lucky to have had them with us through the day. Our guests said the day was magical and like a fairy tale! We can't thank you enough. We will be calling you in the future for any events!
