Hiring Bianca was the best decision I made when preparing for my daughter’s wedding. Bianca allowed me to fully enjoy my daughter’s special day by instilling confidence that any and all issues that came up would be handled in a professional manner consistent with our shared goals. She made me feel that I was never alone in managing the numerous details involved in the planning and executing our event.
Bianca isn’t just a hired professional but a true partner and trusted confidant who goes out of her way to get to know you and your family. My daughter and I had a very definite vision for what we wanted visually and thematically. Bianca took the time to fully understand that vision and instilled a sense of confidence and calmness that the event would be executed as we dreamed it would be. From the very beginning, I felt as if I had known Bianca for years. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, no matter what question or issue arose, Bianca was able to provide answers, helpful suggestions or contacts in a prompt manner. Her communication was crisp, solution oriented and always with her calm and reassuring manner.
When we found out two weeks before the wedding that the hotel where our family and guests were staying could not properly execute our post wedding breakfast, Bianca quickly offered an even better solution, and even showed up the morning after to wedding to make sure that everything went smoothly!
Bianca started as a hired professional but became a trusted friend by the wedding. I have never experienced such professionalism, service and dedication. Bianca truly went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything that we dreamed of. Her guidance with things like timeline, vendor recommendations, food/beverage, etc. helped us greatly during the planning process. On the day of our event, she kept everything running smoothly. If Bianca and her team did coordination for other events, we would hire her in a second! -

Bianca and her team were fantastic to work with. We met every few months to go over my ideas and vision and when the day of came everything was perfect. She helped with the timeline of events, fam helping gather specific people for photos. They went above and beyond and made the day so perfect. -

Bianca and her team were truly amazing. Throughout the entire process, I was consistently relieved knowing Bianca was there to make it all happen. I am a Type A person, so this was hard for me to do. Bianca's straight forward and easy going approach was exactly what I needed. She stayed on top of all the vendors and paperwork, while helping to execute my vision for the overall design of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, I don’t think I took 2 steps without one of her amazing assistants being there to hand me a napkin, a drink, my shoes, etc. Our family and our guests keep telling us how great it all was, and any interaction they had with Bianca and her team was lovely. -

First and foremost Bianca made me feel as if I was her only client through out the entire experience. She listened to what my vision was and made sure it was exactly that the day of! I have to say her staff are nothing short of amazing, they all worked until late Friday evening and continued to work early Saturday morning. We were completely blown away when we walked into the winery, then went outside to the ceremony site and they went above and beyond our expectations. Through out the day Bianca came in to make sure we didn’t need anything and she kept everyone on track in the most elegant way, we never felt rushed. I look back on that day and without a realize it would never have been as unforgettable with out the entire staff at RSVP by B. -

Bianca is the best! As a stressed, disorganized, and pregnant bride I needed all the help I could get and boy was I given it! Thanx to Bianca I had the wedding of my dreams and got some much needed planning stress off my shoulders. When you’re planning you’ll know what I mean. Having people like this on your side make your experience and wedding day pure happiness. -

We hired RSVP By B as our DOC + help leading up to the event and would highly recommend them for this service or full wedding coordination! Bianca was so laid back and easy to work with. We were two producers planning an event together so while we were basically organized, she had so much knowledge and expertise to let us know things we missed or needed to do. She kept us on track leading up to our wedding day and frankly kept us sane. We knew she was always a text away, she was super flexible meeting us or setting up times to meet. On the day of our wedding her and Janet were total rockstars. She was so kind to everyone and all our guests raved about how friendly and organized they were. Jane even helped calm down my nephew and went above and beyond to make our day seamless and most importantly, FUN! We can't thank them enough. I wish we had another event to plan just so we could use them again :) Thank you both for being such kind people and awesome at what you do! -

Bianca was AMAZING from start to finish! I could have not have done our wedding without her. Every question I had, Bianca was only a text away ready to help! She was super flexible with setting up meetings and always making us feel at ease with our planning process. Having Bianca there for the day of our wedding was the biggest help! We felt totally at ease knowing everything was flowing as planned and going perfectly! Bianca was truly the best and I could not have asked for a better coordinator! Bianca helped us every step of the way with all the details that goes into a wedding. What really stood out to me and is critical in my opinion was how responsive she was. She would immediately response to emails, texts, etc. she made everything super easy and calmed our nerves! The day of the wedding I was nervous but when I saw how beautiful everything was, I was so happy. Bianca is amazing at what she does! Our wedding wouldn’t have been as great as it was without her! Loved working with Bianca at RSVP by B for our wedding celebration! I’m a project manager by day and love to plan, so I was looking for someone who would cover my blind spots during the planning stage and step in more fully on the day to execute on my vision. Bianca and her team did just that! She asked all the right questions leading up to the event and helped make sure things were organized so that the festivities would run smoothly. For the reception, I left her a room full of (organized) decorations and a rough layout for the tables, then came back after the ceremony to a beautiful dining hall and reception! She made sure I was taken care of all day while still giving me plenty of space to just be with my friends and family and husband. From cocktails after the ceremony to a coordinator to help with family photos ... everything went so smoothly! She even helped coordinate local baby sitters to look after the small children during the reception! Once the party ended, her team helped consolidate all decorations and gifts so it was easy to pack up. Bianca was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Thank you Bianca! The day wouldn’t have been flawless without you and your team! -

Bianca - our saviour!
Bianca and her team are amazing!!! We met Bianca through the Crested Hen, our wedding venue, and knew immediately that we found our wedding coordinator. Being an anxious person in general, and incorporating the additional stress of wedding planning, I don't know what I would have done without Bianca!
Bianca made our dreams become a reality, especially with our short time frame. Due to a cancellation with our original wedding venue, and a *lucky* cancellation at the Crested Hen, we met Bianca. Bianca worked extra hard in a few short weeks to make sure that we got everything we wanted and more. While I thought I had a good handle on the planning, I can truly say I have no idea what I would have done without Bianca. Bianca thought of things I would have totally overlooked. Walking into our wedding venue was surreal and magical - speaking with Bianca for so many hours about decor truly paid off.
Even on the evening of the rehearsal (the night before our wedding), Bianca made sure everything was in place. When we realized we didn't have music or a musician for the church ceremony, Bianca jumped right on it and we secured a musician for our ceremony before the end of the rehearsal!
We are truly thankful for meeting Bianca and having her as a part our big day! -

Have bianca help me every step of the way was amazing and if it wasnt for her my wedding would of never happened! All the way up to the day she was on top of everything she was efficiant and she snapped me back into reality when I would start to get crazy! On my wedding day I had not one worry in the world and it went off without a hitch all because of the amazing work by bianca. I would truly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding she is realistic, professional, helpful, and amazing! Thanks for everything you did to give me the wedding of my dreams!! -

We can’t say enough good things about Bianca‘s work as our day of Wedding Coordinator. We had a beautiful campground wedding on a picture-perfect day, and all of the vendors we brought in were spectacular, except one. The one who dropped the ball did so in such a big way that we are not overstating it to say that it could’ve ruined the wedding reception. Bianca handled the challenging situation as the true professional she is. Not only solving it completely but making it entirely invisible to the guests and us. Bianca was a joy to work with and is truly an exceptional professional. We had a perfect wedding weekend, and Bianca made sure that happened. We strongly recommend her. -
Naomi Sent on 11/02/2017I know all brides are super anxious but I feel like I was even more of a Bridezilla-control freak- maniac! I am an artist and a teacher and I had a VERY specific vision for our VERY "Non-Traditional" wedding. I felt like I was the only one who could really execute this vision until I met Bianca!!!
Bianca and her assistant Jane were awesome! From the very beginning Bianca was super flexible and always available to chat or meet with us about anything and everything. She listened to what we wanted, worked within our budget, added so much of her own creativity, and made sure that my husband and I had the most perfectly unique, beautiful, flawless and smooth running wedding day ever and just the way we wanted!
She helped me to "breathe" and stay calm leading up to the wedding when I was completely overwhelmed and at the melting point. She helped to diffuse so many situations while dealing with all of our outsourced vendors, and when little bumps in the road were thrown our way, all without us even knowing or having to stress!!! We can't thank Bianca enough for all the little extras she helped us with. Her and Jane were a GREAT team! They were kind, efficient and covered all the bases plus some! We will never forget this experience, or all of their creative and genuine help! We can't Thank them enough for being such a great part of our most special day ever! -

I hired Bianca from a recommendation of my florist, she sent two team members to my wedding who honestly did more harm than good, like telling me about an unsolvable problem 2 minutes before we made our grand entrance, stressing me out visibly for the first hour of my reception. Not clearing people out of where we were hiding with the wedding party before the ceremony so 20 people saw me in my dress before the wedding. Not telling me my hair had fallen out before our first dance or reminding me to touch up makeup. Arriving after 75% of my vendors then mostly staying with me instead of checking to make sure things were set up properly.
Bianca refunded me a little bit of my money but honestly I would have been better off checking everything myself and hiring a taskrabbit.
