My husband and I just got married in Cabo last week at the Hard Rock Hotel and began working with Illeana's team about a year ago after realizing that our all-inclusive resort wedding team could not provide us with the early help we needed. This was Illeana's first wedding at the Hard Rock and honestly hiring her was the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. Illeana was organized, kept us on track, provided us with the planning guidance we needed, and coordinated our wedding events flawlessly. She even communicated our plans to the on-site coordinator once they were available to help us, making everything much easier. She brought my very specific vision to life and I am so grateful that we had her help through all of this. Her whole team was fantastic and worked really hard to make our wedding seamless. Jessy was my right-hand woman through the whole week and was extremely professional and prepared. She helped to keep us on time and was always there for me any time I had any questions or needed something while getting ready and during the events. She worked extremely hard during our wedding and we are so grateful and appreciate her so much! We could not have pulled this off without Illeana's team. They were so loving and personable and we are proud to say that we now have forever friends in Cabo! -

Illeana and her team are amazing! first of all we planned this wedding in 6 months. I always felt like we had so much to do, but Illeana always reassured me we were in a good position. Towards the last two weeks before my wedding I was still making changes and Illeana did everything she could to make the changes and she did them all :) Illeana and the team were so welcoming they make you feel like family. They truly care about making your wedding your dream come true. Would recommend 100 times! -

Romantic Cabo Weddings
Illeana and her team at Romantic Cabo Weddings were fantastic. We had our wedding in Todos Santos. Originally we interviewed 3 different wedding planners and they were all quick to provide input and suggestions about what we needed to do and how we needed to do it. Once it came down to discussing a budget Illeana was the only one that listed. The other wedding planners made up proposals that were totally out of alignment with what we discussed and items that were important to us. This is a big day and cost is big to go along with it. It was important for us to have a wedding planner that understood every aspect of this and what was important to us. The other wedding planners honestly had egos and their own agendas. Illeana kept it simple. Her communication is not perfect and this could be my only constructive comment. At the end of the day this did not affect the outcome of what turned out to be a perfect wedding! I forgot to mention we had an incoming hurricane with 60 of our closest friends and family in town and we seemlessly adjusted out wedding date by 1 day with all the vendors and everything went off perfectly. A big thanks to Illeana and her team. -

The best wedding planner out there, but also the sweetest and most kind people. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
My husband and I got married in Cabo in May 2023, Illeana and Jessy helped us plan our wedding for a year and we’re the absolute best team to work with. They are so knowledgeable about the wedding industry, extremely responsive (& quick), so patient and just made the planning process so easy. Not only are they so helpful and knowledge but they are also the KINDEST people and truly care about you. My dad and I came in January to see the resort and try the food, Illeana and Jessy took so much time to help us and were so organized ensuring to not miss any details. I couldn’t imagine getting married in Cabo without them. Our wedding was everything and more that we could have dreamed of and we owe it to Illeana!! Illeana, Jessica and their team were perfection. You don't need to look any further - hire them!!!
We started planning our wedding during COVID where she was able to reassure me that everything would be taken care of regardless of the constantly changing regulations. We had our small intimate wedding of 25 people a few weeks ago and everything was PERFECT.
The team was very good with communication and understanding our wants for the wedding. She would always give me suggestions for vendors and quotes. One of the most valuable aspects of this company is that they know the trusted and good vendors in the area. When I brought vendors to Illeana - she would tell me whether or not they were trustworthy and professional and whether or not I should be spending extra money on certain things to have a quality wedding. ALL of the vendors we hired were AMAZING and SO professional. Our guests gave them many compliments!
On the day of our wedding - they both had everything we needed inside their purses (Advil/bandaids etc) You name it- they were prepared! They made sure the day went so smoothly and solved all the problems that came up. lleana and her team were so caring and patient with everyone.
On top of this, they use this website where your whole wedding day/week is scheduled by the hour on it so that everyone is on the same page. This was SO useful in relieving my stress because we were able to plan EVERY little detail including the timing for fireworks, fire dancers, cold sparklers during the reception.
100% no regrets hiring Romantic Cabo Weddings! If we have any other events - I would not hesitate to call them up again!

A dream come true! 10/10 would recommend
Illeana and Jessi helped made our wedding an unbelievable experience for us and our guests. From planning, helping with vendors, recommendations, to our big day. Communication was excellent, service was excellent, and all of the staff were absolutely stellar. Planning a destination wedding can be very stressful but Illeana and her team made it seamless. I think they were just as excited as we were! If you are planning a destination wedding in Cabo, reach out to Illeana you will not be disappointed. Thank you a million times ❤️ We now have a forever friend in Cabo.

Ileana was wonderful!! We were referred to her through the event coordinator at The Viceroy, where we had our wedding. She was very organized and had wonderful referrals for all of the venders we needed. We live in Arizona and she met with us via Google meetings several times to cover details of our wedding, we also made a couple trips in to Cabo to meet with her and meet our venders we chose. She was very good at communicating and staying on top of every detail for us. We had 4 days of events planned at The Viceroy and she made sure everything went absolutely perfect! Especially our Wedding Day, it was truly spectacular in every way. We developed a lovely friendship along the way and our forever grateful we had her as our wedding planner! You don’t need to look any further, Ileana is your absolute top pick ! -

Our wedding was our dream come true; and it couldn’t have happened without the amazing work by Illeana. My wife and I planned a 4-day celebration at the Esperanza Resort in Cabo, we knew we would need assistance given our distance from the venue. We began working with Illeana last year, planning several events over the course of 4 days. From our welcome beach reception, a rehearsal boat dinner, an incredible wedding, and a private pool party to end our trip, Illeana never failed to amaze us with her ability to manage it all. She did not miss one detail for any of the events, ensuring our time was spent enjoying our family and friends instead of worrying and planning.
Not living in the area and having to do a lot of things over the phone or Zoom, we were initially nervous to take on such a huge event. Working with Illeana quickly put our mind at ease, with her incredible communication and organization skills. Her diligence and care made her feel like much more than a wedding planner¬¬–we now consider her our family!

Eren and her team went above and beyond our expectations. She made planning a wedding during Covid easy and fun. Every detail from start to finish was well thoughtout and taken care of by Eren so I never had to worry. Her relationships with the local vendors allowed us to make changes easy even though we lived outside the country. She made the whole wedding planning experience truly magical. Eren will make you feel like family and treats you like family. I cannot recommend Romantic Cabo Weddings enough.
