    Exceptional from start to finish!

    I am beyond grateful to our wedding planner Bryce Carson and his assistant for making our special day absolutely perfect! Their professionalism and responsiveness were evident from our very first meeting through to the last moment of the celebration. They consistently anticipated every need before we even voiced it, which took so much stress off our shoulders.

    What truly impressed me was their incredible flexibility and calmness in handling last-minute requests and changes with ease and grace. They made sure every detail was flawlessly executed, adapting seamlessly without ever compromising on quality.

    Having such a dedicated and proactive team meant everything ran smoothly, and we could fully enjoy our day without worry. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding planners who truly care, listen, and deliver beyond expectations!

    Exceptional Coordination & Attention to Detail

    We were absolutely blown away by Rachel Patterson, our month-of coordinator from Roberts & Co, and we cannot recommend her enough to any newly engaged couples!

    Rachel was incredibly thoughtful and responsive throughout the entire planning process. She always answered our questions promptly, providing helpful context and insights from her experience that we never would have known on our own. She crafted meticulously detailed timelines for each group of our VIPs (bridal party, groom’s party, family, etc.) and managed communications with our vendors seamlessly. When we ran into a tricky situation with our caterer, Rachel advocated for us and listened to our concerns, guiding us through the process with ease.

    Her help during the planning process was fantastic, but the service she and her assistant Drew provided on the day of the wedding was truly exceptional. They thought of a thousand little things we never would have even considered, ensuring everything ran smoothly. From keeping track of all our items throughout the day, to gently keeping everyone on schedule, to even helping a guest replace a broken shoe, their attention to detail made our day so much more enjoyable and memorable for us and our guests.

    Rachel is a natural at what she does, as was clear to us and our families & wedding party, who were singing her praises for weeks after the wedding. If you want a truly stress-free wedding day and the joy of soaking in every moment, hiring someone from the Roberts & Co team is an absolute must!

    Roberts & Co made our wedding the best day of our lives!!

    One month after being engaged, my now husband and I tried planning the wedding ourselves. We are both type A, organized, spreadsheet enthusiasts, so we thought wedding planning would be a breeze. Boy, were we wrong. We had no idea where to start and with our crazy work schedules, we barely had time to go back and forth with vendors. We knew we needed a planner. Tabitha was recommended to us by a close friend—our friend’s wedding was actually one of the best we had ever been to, so we knew we were in good hands the moment we booked with Tabitha.

    My husband and I are from northern Virginia so we walked into our meeting with Tabitha expecting to plan a local wedding. After talking through our budget, vision, and priorities, she helped us realize that a destination wedding in Mexico was the best choice for us. Thankfully Roberts & Co also specializes in destination weddings!

    Tabitha was willing to accommodate our busy schedules, jumping on Zoom calls as late as 9 PM. Planning a destination wedding is no easy task. Between coordinating with international vendors, and dealing with the slower response times of resort coordinators, it can quickly become overwhelming. There were moments when we would wait weeks for a response from the resort, but Tabitha was always on it, following up relentlessly to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. She also helped us save so much money. She negotiated hard for us, making sure we got the best deals while still bringing our dream wedding to life. On top of that, packing for a destination wedding on your own is a nightmare—trying to figure out how to transport everything without losing or damaging important items was something we were dreading. But Tabitha and her team strategically packed and transported over 200 lbs of welcome bags and wedding materials to Mexico! When we arrived to the resort, we were able to enjoy our Margaritas with our friends and family. We really got to maximize all of our time with our guests because of them.

    Tabitha’s design plans are stunning, and her attention to detail is next level—she thought of everything, down to the exact pen our guests would use that would photograph best in our guestbook. From our welcome party to the wedding day, everything was so well-organized and seamless. Our guests kept telling us how smooth everything felt.

    One of the most special parts of our wedding was that my husband and I each planned surprises for each other—Tabitha somehow managed to keep both a secret and execute them both perfectly. One of the surprises was a Chinese lion dance… IN MEXICO!! I still have no idea how she pulled it off. If you can dream it, Tabitha will make it happen!!

    On the day of the wedding, we were able to completely shut off our brains and just soak in every single moment. Tabitha held our hand through the entire day. Her assistant, Rachel, was also incredible. The two of them were an absolute dream team.

    Looking back, hiring Tabitha was hands down the best decision we made. If you want a top rated wedding planner who is organized, creative, and truly invested in making your wedding the best day of your life, she is the one. We are forever grateful for her! We can’t wait to plan our ten year vow renewal!! 😘

    Highly recommend

    We worked with Tabitha, Rachel, and Chelsea for our month-of wedding coordination, and they did an outstanding job. With about 100 guests, two locations (a church and reception venue), and guest shuttles to manage, they made the whole process seamless.

    They put together a detailed schedule and day-of itinerary for us, followed up with vendors on logistics, and made sure everything was on track as the wedding day approached. On the big day, they managed a few challenges—like a missing bouquet, a missing neon sign plug, and even some wedding crashers—without us ever having to worry about them. Thanks to their professionalism, these issues were handled swiftly, and we didn’t even notice they had occurred.

    In addition to coordinating the wedding day, Tabitha and Rachel provided invaluable guidance on things like menu planning, transportation vendors, the reception floor plan, and other logistics. Their expertise truly helped us navigate everything with ease.

    We are incredibly grateful to their team for allowing us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day without a single worry.

    The planner we needed for the perfect wedding

    Rachel Patterson was the best planner we could have asked for. Early in the planning process, she took the time to personally meet and learn about our personalities, relationship, and what kind of wedding we wanted. Her ability to effortlessly but professionally manage our vendors and make sure every detail was managed gave us the time and peace of mind to focus on making the wedding uniquely ours. In addition to simply coordinating the vendors, she provided some brilliant ideas and solutions for tough questions that allowed us to throw the wedding we truly wanted. On the day of the wedding, Rachel went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure everything went smoothly and beautifully. Throughout the planning process, she was essentially always reachable and happy to help on any issue big or small.     My husband and I got married this past weekend and we had Bryce as our coordinator. We truly can’t say enough good things about him and how flawless he made the day.     The BEST wedding day choice we made

    I do not think I would have had a wedding had it not been for Rachel and Roberts & Co. With the Full Service package, Rachel's services were quite literally the best investment we made for our wedding. Rachel was not only an absolute joy to work with - so kind, easy to get along with, professional, the list goes on and on - but she made our dream wedding a reality. She tried to keep us on budget, giving us options to choose from and helping us to decide what was most important and what could be cut to stay within budget. She also had such an incredible eye for design and totally understood and nailed our vision! Roberts & Co has a great network of vendors and we were happy with every vendor we contracted with because of Rachel's recommendations! On wedding day, Rachel was such a calming presence and everything went so smoothly because of her organization and intricate planning. Working with Roberts & Co made wedding planning truly stress free for me, my husband and our families!

    Saved the day

    Words cannot express how much we adore Tabitha and what an excellent choice she was to plan our wedding. Our day was stunning, and we enjoyed the whole stress-free planning process. She had an amazing eye and gave great advice throughout the year+ we worked together, but it was on the wedding weekend itself that she cemented herself as the most indispensable part of the entire team. We had a semi-major crisis (no Rabbi! No legal wedding!) that threatened to derail the whole day–Through it all, Tabitha was calm, encouraging, and in control. She dealt with our crazy families and several venue issues without ever adding to our stress. We told her we loved her like a thousand times. Our entire wedding party started a Tabitha fan club. At the end of the night, my husband and I agreed we cared more deeply for Tabitha than 98% of our wedding guests. I’d take a bullet for her, honestly.

    Above and Beyond!!!!

    Working with Roberts & Co was the best team I could have asked for to plan our dream wedding. From our first week of wedding planning to the moment our wedding weekend began, Rachel was a DREAM to work with. She is so attentive, responsive, and organized. Patiently holding our hands through each step of the 15 month countdown to the wedding. She has such a calming, gentle and assuring presence that genuinely made the planning fun and upbeat. Rachel went above and beyond in EVERY way to make our dream wedding a reality. She listened attentively and was flexible as we figured out the ceremony and reception design, constantly checking in with me to ensure that the vision I had in my head was coming to fruition. Any random question that popped into my head (where should I buy Colin’s tux? When should I steam my dress? Etc etc), Rachel was always excited and willing to help. By the time the wedding weekend came around, I was incredibly relaxed and trusting that this team had my back. As a natural planner with a type A personality, I had absolutely nothing to do except to show up and be present! Absolutely everything else was taken care of. We got married the weekend of Hurricane Ophelia and I had a dream of taking our first look pictures at the Jefferson Memorial. When we arrived, the walkway leading up to the steps was flooded in 8 inches of water. Without hesitation, Rachel knew how much the shots meant to me and said that if I was okay with it, we could wade through the flooded pathway. Rachel picked up my dress, held the umbrella over me and consequently ruined her shoes as she guided me to the steps of the Jefferson memorial without a stain to my dress or a hair out of place. At some point during photos, some mud got on the dress. When we arrived at the ceremony venue, Chelsea, an associate planner, was on the ground with shout wipes 30 minutes before the ceremony, making my dress perfect again as I sipped champagne, laughing and chatting with her. This team is pure magic. Thank you to Rachel, Tabitha, and Chelsea for all that you do. Our day was perfect. I’ll never be able to put into words how grateful I am.

    Wonderful to work with!

    Roberts and Co. Events were such a joy to work with. They made the wedding day fly by as smoothly as it possibly could, in spite of being hit by a hurricane! Bryce and Caroline were extremely professional, organized, and communicative. They were both super friendly and easy to talk to as well, sending updated agendas and lists for review to ensure everything was perfect.

    Our venue limited D.O.C options to 2 vendors, and we made the mistake of going with the other vendor first. This was a nightmare! We reached out to Bryce, and he immediately responded saying they could jump in and take over which was absolutely the best vendor decision for the wedding we made.

    Even family and friends were impressed with the level of detail Roberts and Co provided. They made a separate timeline for friends and family to share, in addition to the timeline for wedding party and immediate family. They were very professional in communicating with our other vendors, and planning to a T arrival, set up, and break down times.

    I cannot recommend this team enough! They are tremendously organized, detail oriented, and most important, extremely nice and easy to work with. As soon as we met with them I could feel the weight on my shoulders melt away.

    Best experience making our dream wedding happen!

    Working with Tabitha was the best decision we made for our wedding. We used Roberts and Co's full planning services for about a year and a half. During that time, Tabitha helped us with every facet of our wedding, beginning with selecting a venue, attending venue tours with us, and helping us compare venues based on our vision for the wedding. She helped us make every major decision while keeping our budget and vision for the wedding top of mind- her creative suggestions helped us bring our wedding to life in a way I hadn't expected, while prioritizing staying within budget along the way. She was extremely honest and realistic with us throughout the entire process, and always kept a cool head. I truly appreciated how much she advocated for us when there were a few minor missteps or miscommunications along the way with our vendors. Tabitha took care of everything and completely took that stress off of our plates, which was priceless. One of the greatest sources of value in working with Tabitha and her team is their expertise- I felt completely reassured that we were working with the best vendors, both in terms of overall quality and who was the best fit for what we were looking for. Our actual wedding day came together perfectly- everything about it felt seamless, and there was not a single moment I was stressed about any part of our wedding on the day of because Tabitha and her team had it all handled. Our family and bridal party felt the same way. I can't recommend working with Tabitha and her team enough, they are WELL worth the investment and more.

    Don't know what I would've done without Bryce

    Do not know what we would’ve done without Bryce at our wedding. We used their coordinating services and several weeks out of the wedding he took over nearly everything and helped tie up loose ends that I hadn’t quite nailed down yet. Prior to the wedding he also made sure I had things figured out I would’ve never thought of without him. He was also able to offer suggestions when we asked, but never tried to force anything he made it very clear that it was our wedding and decisions were up to us. He’s super organized and helped me track all of the planning! Day of he took care of everything, again don’t know what we would have done without him. He kept track of all the important things so no one in the wedding party or in my family had to worry about much of anything except having fun. He also came prepared with absolutely everything. I heard that one of my guests broke her heel during the reception and Bryce hot glued it together and she was back on the dance floor, everyone loved him! Thank you so much Robert’s and Co!!!

    Rachel Rocks!

    We worked with Rachel Patterson for our wedding on 3-18-23z I would give Rachel 6 out of 5 stars if I could. She really took the time to understand who we are as a couple and our vision for our perfect wedding. She was flexible, creative, yet practical with weather contingency plans leading up to the big day. Rachel was incredibly thorough and organized every step of the way. With her attention to detail, we didn’t have to worry about any detail the week of and day of our wedding. Thanks to Rachel, our wedding was so much smoother and perfect than I ever imagined.     Tabitha is the best!!

    Hiring Tabitha to be our partial planner was the best decision we made regarding our wedding. She helped us throughout the whole process, from venue selection to the final day of logistics. She answered all of my questions throughout the year of planning, and brought us the best vendor options for our day. She ensured our wedding day was as seamless as could be, and handled hiccups as the pro she is. I had so much fun on my wedding day, and it’s because I knew the day was in her (and her assistant, Rachel’s!) capable hands. So many of my guests said it was one of the best weddings they’d ever been to. We already miss working with her!

    Best planner in the DMV area

    We hired Roberts & Co. for our April 2022 wedding and utilized their full planning services. We worked with Tabitha for 18 months prior to our wedding in Northern VA, and could not be more impressed by her organized process, honest and direct manner, and great attention to detail. Tabitha helped us pick out every single vendor for our wedding, and ensured that we remained within budget with all of our decisions. She went above and beyond during the planning process- for example, she accompanied me to my last alterations appointment (after several past disastrous appointments) to help advocate for me. She is the kind of person who has endless backup plans and who can handle any disasters that may ensue; this allowed us to go into our wedding day as stress-free as possible. Rachel was our day-of coordinator (Tabitha was not available for our actual wedding day which we knew when we booked our venue) and she was absolutely amazing. Several guests commented on her calm and friendly demeanor, and were so impressed by how she handled the wedding day. She is a great listener, and made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed. All in all, hiring Roberts & Co. was the best decision we made in regards to wedding planning, and we will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner!

    Just fabulous

    Planning a wedding is overwhelming…I hear. I never got overwhelmed because Bryce with Roberts and co had it under control. From the jump he outlined what we needed to do, when we needed to do it and made sure it got done. He was very responsive. There are so many decisions and options and he helped me narrow down when I needed help. I picked out everything individually, however, it was Bryce who brought it all together. Went above and beyond my expectations. The most magical and perfect night of my life! Working with Bryce was the best decision I made, other than marrying my partner :)

    Exceptional

    Our daughter’s wedding was last weekend. Without a doubt, the best decision we made in the wedding process was hiring Bryce Carson. Bryce is the ultimate professional with incredible tastes. He knows all the best vendors, kept us organized and on schedule. He was a complete joy to work with. The most important aspect of the entire process was that he met with my daughter and my son in law, one on one, to hear from them what their expectations were for a dream wedding. He totally personalized the wedding with their visions, their style and taste. At one point at the wedding reception, my daughter said that the night was magical and it far exceeded her expectations. Friends and family have called and texted this week saying the wedding was by far one of the prettiest and best weddings they have ever attended. The flowers, food and decor were exceptional. No detail was left unattended. And on top of everything, Bryce kept us on budget, actually little below. Bryce was a joy to work with and I cannot say enough great things about him.

    Unsurpassable praise for Bryce Carson and the company

    Bryce Carson is as good at what he does as it is possible for someone to be. Especially during the final weeks in advance of our daughter's Bat Mitzvah, we felt in unbelievably good hands with Bryce in pulling all of the disparate strands of planning together. He did it with grace, poise, firmness, and a smile, as well as response time that rarely exceeded 2 minutes (even late at night). He is the kind of person you want next to you in battle. He is that solid and reliable. While our interaction was almost exclusively with Bryce, this obviously speaks incredibly well for Roberts & Co. as a whole.

    Expert, Professional and Fun Coordinator

    We were somewhat nervous about hiring a planner/coordinator as they have to understand your style, personalities, and it is a tough job! When we hired Tabitha for our wedding amidst the COVID craziness, our anxiety was calmed. She is knowledgeable about management and has relationships with most if not all of the vendors in the DC area. When we reached out we had most of our vendors selected and design-wise things were in the works... she was very honest and recommended coordination services. If we could go back in time our only wish is we weren't so stubborn and hired her much earlier in the process for design!

    The month before our wedding was a flurry of email and calls- Tabitha was there to respond to each and every single one with a professional, calming, and fun response. On the day of Tabitha and her team were equally as prepared, making sure the vendors and wedding party had everything we needed. She allowed us to enjoy our wedding and on top of it she is just a really nice person. At the end of the night things were organized and we were able to jet off to our after party without a worry!

    I would 100% recommend Tabitha and would hire her/Roberts&Co again in the future!

    Amazing Experience with Tabitha & Team!

    We hired Tabitha for our June 2022 wedding. Right from the start, I knew Tabitha was the right choice for us. I loved her vibe (direct, honest, and to the point) and how she laid out her very organized process so we knew what to expect which immediately instilled confidence and trust. She was especially helpful when it came to meeting with vendors and making budget-related decisions based on what would make the most impact. We pivoted our design plans a few months before the wedding and Tabitha was super flexible in making our new vision come to life. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she truly went above and beyond, taking a lot of stress out of planning. Day of, I was surprisingly relaxed and I attribute most--if not all--of that to Tabitha. I knew I could count on her to take care of everything and I had nothing to worry about. Our wedding could not have been more perfect and we were so grateful to have Tabitha and her team there with us. We definitely could not have done it all without her. I highly recommend Tabitha and the team at Roberts & Co--they were truly one of our best decisions!

    Fun, professional, and outstanding wedding planning and coordination services!

    A dear friend of ours referred us to Roberts & Co after she had an incredible experience with their team for her 2018 wedding. I am so glad we went with her recommendation because Roberts & Co exceeded our expectations.

    Taylor, who we worked with for our day-of coordination, was an absolute dream to work with. She is exceptionally professional, fun, and very good at her job. She thought of things we would never think of, responded to our questions almost immediately every time (a trust me, I had a ton of questions and requests), coordinated every little detail of our day down to the minute, and was just simply so fun and a joy to work with. Taylor never once made us feel uncomfortable throughout the process. She took care of us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I also want to point out that I never felt like I was being pressured into anything or sold additional services or fees - none of that, which I think is super important to call out in this industry and especially for planning services as I have heard a few horror stories about how brides have had to pay way more $$ out-of-pocket for "additional services" or hidden fees.

    She truly took the stress and burden off of us during the month leading up to our wedding day because of her assurance, weekly meetings, attention to detail, and being so on-top of all our logistics. When she says it's her job to make sure we don't have to think about anything on our big day, she absolutely delivers on that promise. We had a very packed timeline with lots of different cultural events planned, and with her coordination the day went so smoothly. My husband and I didn't have to think about anything because Taylor and her team took care of everything. We were able to enjoy our day and spend time with celebrating with our guests, something I was very worried I would be too busy to do.

    I would highly recommend Roberts & Co to any bride out there looking for planning or coordination services in the Maryland/Virginia/DC area. They are so professional and seriously amazing at what they do. They really do offer packages that fits all kinds of needs and seem very flexible about tailoring their services and packages.

    You will need them for your Wedding!

    I hired Roberts&Co for my wedding in January 2022. Prepared and experienced is an understatement. They are well equipped for any scenario that can occur and make sure that the bride, groom, and guests are consistently comfortable, at ease, and having a great time throughout the entire wedding planning and day process! They are the reason my wedding day felt and went SEAMLESS and absolutely perfect. I had the chance to work with not only Tabitha, but also Bryce and Michelle and they were all accommodating, confident, professional, while fun to be around.     Top service - Amazing

    Bryce is a phenomenal, skilled, and competent event planner. He was invaluable in planning our parents’ surprise 40th wedding anniversary. From the first brainstorming sessions to last minute day-of changes, Bryce was calm, helpful, and encouraging. No detail was too small. I and everyone at the party could not believe how smoothly things ran. Bryce coordinated between restaurant, chef, photographer, chauffeur, bartender, printer, website, and rsvp tracking. Bryce made our small potatoes party into a lavish event for the ages.

    Bryce is the best!

    Hiring Bryce and bringing him on to lead our vendor team was the best decision we made regarding our wedding. Let’s be honest…planning a wedding may be fun but it’s hard and stressful. Then you throw in a pandemic and things get even more chaotic. Not with Bryce! He is a true expert in what he does and will help keep you calm and organized as you plan your wonderful, memorable, magical day. Bryce provides the magic you need to create your vision! He helped me postpone my big wedding, plan a backyard minimony in about 2 months, and then helped create a fabulous wedding celebration with our friends and family 6 months later. For our postponed celebration, I was also 7.5 months pregnant, and Bryce went above and beyond to help my dream come true while keeping me relaxed and on track. His knowledge, experience and professionalism make him an amazing wedding planner and a great person to work with. His number 1 goal is to make sure you’re happy and taken care of on your wedding day with as little stress as possible.

    The night before our big wedding celebration a few things happened. 1 - Our credit card was declined for the buses we had reserved and it required immediate action. I was so busy with friends and family that I missed the emails and texts from the company. Not Bryce. He got in touch with me, got a different card number, and called the company on my behalf. 2 - It was 10:00pm the night before our wedding and my husband and I realized we hadn’t printed our vows yet. I texted Bryce and he made sure they were printed and with the officiant for the ceremony. My day would’ve been a lot more stressful without him.

    Last thing, one of my bridesmaids has been in about 5 or 6 weddings at this point. When we were eating lunch before the ceremony she said “this is the most relaxed getting ready session I’ve ever been a part of.” That truly is because of Bryce.

    Hire him. You won’t regret it.

    The Absolute Best of the Best!!!

    Bryce Carson is the absolute best of the best. We would get married all over again just to work with Bryce. He is insanely good at his job. He is professional, precise, prompt, extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented, patient and calm, and has the best can-do attitude. He reviewed all the contracts for the vendors we booked, effortlessly coordinated all the logistics with the vendors and then flawlessly executed the details of our wedding day. He is also so fun to be around and I will miss working with him now that our wedding is over!

    He was always easy to get into contact with and provided honest feedback to any questions I had during the planning process. He took so much stress off our plates leading up to the wedding, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding.

    We had so many family and friends tell us how amazing it was to watch Bryce and Taylor in action on our wedding day and could not stop talking about how great they both were.

It's the best investment you can make and you will not regret it. Bryce is a true pleasure to work with. He is easy to reach and communicate with, he's responsive, he's flexible and accomodating, but most importantly he is understanding, he is supportive, he is friendly, and he is really FUN to work with.     Bryce is wedding magic

    I cannot say enough good things about the Roberts & Co. team, specifically Bryce. We hired him for month-of coordination, and he still made himself available for questions and resources before our "covered" time because he truly loves what he does - and does it SHOW. All of our vendors loved working with Bryce; he was professional, timely, and a team-player when working with the million of different people in the process. He is such a delight to work with as a bride as well. I did not have to think of anything on the day-of because he took care of everything. For example, our bubbles got lost for our exit and we still had the most perfect bubble exit - Bryce figured it out without worrying me at all and I didn't even know there was an issue with the bubbles until days after the wedding.     Bryce Carson for President!!!

    Where do I even begin with this glowing review? My husband and I are currently on our honeymoon and have had a lot of time to reflect on our wedding and everything that led up to our special day(s). I say “days” plural because we actually had TWO ceremonies and neither one could have been possible without Bryce and his team. Last year, we were forced to postpone our June wedding to Summer 2021. We still wanted to move forward with our nuptials, even if it meant it would be a limited capacity event. Bryce helped coordinate an intimate ceremony at our venue that we will NEVER forget. This year, we were able to celebrate properly with family and friends to host the party of our dreams in the form of a vow renewal ceremony and reception.

    Bryce is incredibly organized, professional, and responsive. He is well-respected amongst vendors (all of our vendors have worked with him in the past and were thrilled to hear he was our wedding planner). He made our shift to 2021 completely seamless and helped us bring our vision to life over the course of two years of planning. We cannot recommend Roberts and Co. enough.     We Love This Team!

    We were supposed to have our wedding ceremony in November of 2020, but due to COVID, we pushed our wedding to May 2021. Bryce was originally our day-of coordinator, but because of the push, we were given a new day-of coordinator, Taylor. Bryce handled everything up until the wedding day. He paid such close attention to detail and made sure we had all of our ducks in a row. He is quick to respond, friendly, and supportive. At the rehearsal, we finally met Taylor, and she was just as amazing! She knew our venue, the John Marshall Ballrooms, like the back of her hand and was prepared for anything! I realized right before the garter toss that I wasn't wearing my garter... and she just happened to have one for me to use! She communicated well with our bridal party and made sure everyone was where they needed to be and took such great care of us. Everyone had only the best things to say about her.

    Bryce is a dream!

    I decided to plan my wedding in 3 months during a pandemic. As you can imagine, I was overwhelmed. After one conversation with Bryce, I knew I found my planner. He was a calming force, super organized, and so personable and kind. He cared about me as a person and was committed to making my day special and as stress free as possible. He managed my vendor team and everyone had nothing but great things to say about him! He kept everything on track and my wedding day was smooth and relaxed. I didn’t have a care in the world, nor did my bridal party or family. I can say I truly enjoyed my wedding day! I got to be in the moment because Bryce took care of everything! Getting a planner or month of coordinator was the best wedding planning advice I received.     I’m not sure I can adequately put into words how phenomenal and invaluable Bryce is.

    Simply put, Bryce is the best at everything he does. Consider yourself the luckiest human if you get to work with him and experience his expertise and talent throughout your planning process.

    Having Bryce to lean on throughout a year full of challenges and uncertainties was the biggest blessing. He went above and beyond in every possible way to help us make our dream wedding happen.

    Above all, Bryce's eye for design, small details, and personal touches is absolutely exceptional. Not to mention he's the most organized person I've ever met.

    Truly all of our 80+ guests took notice to how remarkable Bryce was the entire day of the wedding (and whole year leading up!) Everything ran so smoothly and perfect thanks to him and the amazing team of vendors he recommended. We are SO GRATEFUL.

    Very Professional - Put me at ease

    From our initial phone conversation Tabitha put me at ease. She struck me as a down-to-earth individual who knew I would need on the day of my wedding. Plus, she was very open about recommending vendors even before we signed our contract with her. In the month leading up to the wedding she let me know exactly what to expect. And when a crisis arose, she delivered a solution right along with the news. In the end she went above and beyond what we expected of her.

    Absolutely incredible!

    I can't even begin to describe how amazing Bryce was, but I will do my best. Firstly, we gave him the challenge of having our wedding in Kentucky and working with multiple vendors in the Kentucky area - Bryce was so well organized and seamlessly coordinated with everyone that it blew even my OCD mind. He truly thinks of every single thing. The day of the wedding he made sure we and our wedding party stayed blissfully unaware of any snags that might have come up and dealt with them swiftly (from missing champagne glasses, loss of power in the tent during set up, and cars being stuck in the mud at 2 am!). He also managed to pull off a last minute change of ceremony site due to the rain holding off - which allowed us to get married the location I had dreamed of being married since I was little! Our reception was absolutely breathtaking as he worked with our vendors to transform my parent's backyard in to a southern wedding oasis! We truly cannot thank him enough and would work with him again and again without hesitation.

    Bryce truly exceeds all expectations!

    My fiance and I were totally clueless coming into the wedding planning process. Going into this we knew we needed help and came across some rave reviews of Bryce. He has made what my fiance and I thought would be a grueling process into one that we have been thrilled to be a part of.

    We've also, unfortunately, had to postpone our wedding due to the coronavirus and he has contacted all of our vendors to coordinate everyone for a new date, gathered and shared new contracts and basically re-planned everything for us as part of his original fee. Not only do his actions speak for themselves but he does everything with a smile and truly cares about the couples he works with. We would be lost without him!

    Without a doubt, our wedding day wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of Bryce Carson! From our initial conversation over the phone to even after our wedding day, Bryce has gone absolutely above and beyond in everything.     Bryce is our hero.

    We've been working with Bryce since summer 2019 after two couples/good friends of ours recommended hiring him. This was the single best piece of wedding planning advice we have received. When we say, "Our wedding wouldn't be happening without him," we truly mean it. In the past 48 hours, Bryce has rescheduled our entire May 2020 wedding to May 2021 without penalties from any of our vendors and with a crazy amount of understanding and support.     Five Star Service

    Bryce Carson of Roberts and Co. was an absolute dream to work with. I've been a bridesmaid in multiple weddings and been a guest at many more, but I had no idea how many moving parts needed to come together to make my wedding a success until I started working with Bryce. He knows all the best vendors in the industry, and was able to connect me with the best companies to create the wedding of my dreams.

    Bryce is unbelievably organized, and has perfected his planning process. He allowed me to be as involved or hands off in the planning process as I wanted, and he had a solution for every problem. I've never been at an event that went so smoothly. He is extremely detailed and absolutely planned for every possible contingency (but of course due to his diligence and planning the wedding went off without a hitch). I was able to fully relax and enjoy my day because I had 100% confidence that Bryce would handle everything on my wedding day.

    Hands down best investment

    I hired a day-of-coordinator to take care of logistics on my wedding day. But I had no idea the level of service and absolutely incredible experience they would provide. Bryce became not only my favorite wedding vendor, but a true friend. He was happy and attentive to my emails in the entire year leading up to the wedding, and went far beyond anything I expected. He did ALL of the work and then some.

    Tabitha and her team are amazing!

    I hired Tabitha to plan our 200+ person home wedding and reception in August 2019. She helped me manage EVERYTHING - from vendor selection to picking a date and finalizing designs. I most appreciated Tabitha's willingness to give thoughtful advice when I needed it, while also supporting any decision I felt strongly about. My friends commented that our wedding was the 'most calm and well organized' wedding they had ever been to, and I attribute all of that to Tabitha and her team managing the details.     Tabitha was key to making our day seamless and perfect!

    We do not know what we would have done without Tabitha on our wedding day. She was the perfect “month-of” wedding coordinator -- pleasant while also being very serious, organized, and down-to-business -- which is definitely what you need!

    Prior to the wedding day, she helped us create a detailed schedule of the day, which she made sure to execute on the day of the wedding. What we appreciated most was that we didn’t have to worry about any of the timing, cueing up vendors, etc., on our wedding day -- she handled all that, so our wedding party and family and we could all relax. Seriously, if we didn’t have Tabitha, I don’t know how we would have seamlessly pulled off all the transitions from the ceremony to cocktail hour and reception. Even when we got a little bit behind schedule (due to things outside her control), it seemed that Tabitha already had some wiggle room in the schedule and made sure everything got back on track and running smoothly. At the end of night, she made sure all the vendors got everything packed up, and she and her assistant also helped pack up some of our personal effects, so no one else in the wedding had to do any clean-up.

    Other members of our wedding party and family noted how on top of things she was - Tabitha seemed to have a plan for every contingency.

    We also appreciated her guidance prior to the wedding month -- helping with some wedding planning checklists, vendor recommendations, etc. She has a wealth of knowledge!

    Bryce at Roberts & Co was my hero!

    I absolutely could not have done this without Bryce at Roberts & Co. We gave it a go for maybe three weeks on our own before realizing scheduling brunch may be the extent of our event planning capabilities. We interviewed and met with quite a few different planners to find the right fit (highly recommend you do this... you will talk to this person and entrust them with guidance and decisions for your biggest day - so you want to make sure you click with them) and I was immediately at ease with Bryce. He clearly knew what he was doing, was professional and incredibly organized, but most importantly, he was the most calming influence for us. We originally signed a contract for the limited package, but upgraded shortly thereafter - best decision ever. My wedding was the best day - my only worry was trying not to cry during my vows (fail) and we were able to enjoy every second of it, and I 100% have Bryce to thank for that. I really do miss talking to him every day...

    Tabitha is phenomenal

    We hired Tabitha to do design planning and coordination for our 4/6/19 wedding at the NMWA and she was absolutely a godsend for us. From the beginning, I loved her personality and approach to the planning process -- she has a wonderful, laidback, grounded, no-BS attitude that I really appreciated (and seems rare in the wedding industry).

    My husband and I are both attorneys, and throughout the process we felt like Tabitha was our advocate -- with each vendor, she explained to us where it was worth it to spend a bit more and where it was OK to spend a bit less. We always felt like she was on our side with everything. She was even able to get my dad - who was totally opposed to hiring a planner from the beginning - singing her praises.

    Tabitha was also a really good value. We spoke with a few other planners before deciding on Tabitha, all of them were more expensive and clearly less interested in their partial planning/coordination clients. Throughout the process, Tabitha went so far above and beyond what was outlined in our contract. She attended every vendor meeting, quickly responded to my (many) emails, and took care of all the little "odds and ends" that go into planning a wedding. She was completely understanding when my job made it tough for me to respond to her emails quickly or to deal with nitty gritty decisions.

    The week of our wedding, I started a new job, which meant I was working up until 5 p.m. the Thursday before our wedding. Tabitha took all of the stress out of the situation and our faith in her absolutely paid off. She made sure that I had nothing to worry about that week and made a tough situation painless.

    Ultimately, she took all of our ideas and made them into our dream wedding. If anything went wrong that day, we had no idea -- she attended to every detail. My only regret was not hiring her earlier in the process and for full planning. I'd recommend her to anyone.

    Bryce is the best!

    Hiring Bryce as our day-of coordinator was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. Even though he was only officially supposed to start helping out the month before the wedding, Bryce would check in periodically to ask how things were going and offer to help out with anything we needed. Throughout the process, he kept us calm, organized and on track.

    On the day of the wedding, Bryce was a complete pro. He must have been on his feet for something like 18 hours, but he was on his game the entire time. He navigated several surprises seamlessly, which allowed my husband and I to actually relax and enjoy our wedding! I can't say enough nice things about him, so I'll just say this: Hire Bryce, you'll be SO glad you did!

    Bryce was our MVP!

    I have to be honest, I wasn’t totally sure we needed to hire a coordinator. I am fairly organized and thought I could manage everything myself. I could not have been more wrong. He was truly the MVP of the wedding. Bryce was amazing from the day we met until the day of wedding. He anticipated all the tasks that needed to be done and took care of everything seamlessly and professionally. I literally did not worry about a thing the day of the wedding.

    At one point prior to the wedding, I enlisted my niece and nephews to help with the favor bags and some other odds and ends, and Bryce said he had it all covered. And, he did. Everything went off without a hitch. He kept us on time and made sure all the vendors were organized and knew what to do when.

    I can’t say enough good things about Bryce, from his professionalism to his easy manner. He was a joy to work with, I just wish I had another big event coming up so we could work together again!

    We love Bryce!!!

    Without a doubt, hiring Bryce was the best decision we made when we began our wedding planning journey. We met with several different coordinators and Bryce was the only one who started the process by getting to know us and making sure he understood the vision for our wedding. As soon as we hired him he involved himself in every aspect of the planning process, took over communication with vendors, came up with amazing recommendations that met both our vision and budget, and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. He is very well connected in the area and could easily make recommendations we never would have found from just googling on our own. With his help, we actually came in under our original budget. Even though he was working with other clients, we always felt like we were a priority and his only customer. I can't imagine finding someone more organized, more professional, and more personable than Bryce. He kept us on schedule and when the day finally arrived, we didn't have a single worry. Everything was perfect and our wedding was even more beautiful than I had imagined it would be. I cannot thank Bryce enough for all he did for us. Hire him! You won't regret it.

    Bryce and Liz were outstanding

    We were married on 10-27-18 and Bryce & Liz were invaluable. They were on top of every little thing. They were able to function without multiple direction and took care of every little detail. We did not have to worry for a moment about anything. When we needed something we just asked and they took care of it.     Bryce is the best!

    Hiring Bryce to be our wedding planner was the best decision we made during the entire planning process. From our first meeting up until the big day (about a year and a half planning process) he was incredibly organized, responsive and had so many creative ideas to make our day unique. When it came to choosing our vendors Bryce did all of the initial research and presented us with a simplified list of available options complete with pricing, reviews and contact info which saved us hours, if not days, of time had we done it ourselves. Bryce is very well connected in the wedding industry in Richmond and was always working his connections to get us discounts or added services. He was very budget conscious and had many ideas for simple ways we could cut costs that we never would have thought of ourselves. His enthusiasm is unmatched and he was always the first to assure me that everything would come together and the day would be great when I was bogged down by the stress of making decisions. I know he had many other events that he was planning at the same time as ours, but he made me feel like I was his number one priority the entire time. We cannot thank Bryce enough for all he did for us and the amazing day that he pulled together. I will recommend him to everyone and anyone I know!

    Bryce was fantastic as my daughter's wedding planner. He was exceptional in finding and dealing with vendors, listening to us, helping us make decisions, and the wedding and reception were flawless. The wedding was in Wisconsin, and he handled this "destination" wedding with ease. We were pretty demanding , and he was patient and gave us the guidance we needed.     My husband and I have never been convinced that wedding planners were necessary for a successful wedding. But when our daughter hired Bryce to coordinate things, we immediately saw what he brought to the party! Bryce started working his magic during the initial planning at the venue, where he asked all the right questions, to ensure, for example, that there were multiple bars, and pre-pouring of drinks on our daughter's wedding day. When there was a mix-up about the bridal suite on the day of the wedding, Bryce jumped right in and corresponded directly with the venue, respectfully arbitrating a good compromise, that resulted in a perfect day-of-wedding bridal suite, at a reasonable price. He is absolutely delightful, and fun to work with. On the day of the wedding, Bryce brought an assistant, Ocelia,, to make sure that every possible need was met. They were wonderful. Bryce made the planning seem effortless, and our daughter's wedding was one of the best days of all our lives. The decision to hire this young man is one of the best wedding investments you can make!

    The single best wedding planning decision we made was hiring Bryce (Roberts & Co.) to plan and coordinate our wedding. From the very beginning, Bryce made it clear that he was there for us and prepared to work with us and within our budget to make our vision a reality. He gave us detailed lists of vendors and coordinated meetings and phone calls with each one so that we could make informed decisions. I had this crazy idea of collecting as many blue and white china vases as possible to use as vases for the flowers/centerpieces, and told Bryce about it, thinking he would think it was crazy- instead, he found vases himself at flea markets and antique stores and helped me find and coordinate with a florist who was able to use them. He accompanied us to every walk-through, and provided us with a detailed timeline for the day-of- and then edited it with each one of the crazy last-minute revisions I gave him. Our officiant said that our rehearsal took half the time that a typical good rehearsal takes because Bryce was so on top of everything that everyone knew right away where they were supposed to be/what they were supposed to do.
    Our vendors only had about 90 minutes to set up on our wedding day, which could have been a nightmare- but when I walked down the aisle (and then afterwards, at the reception), everything looked perfect and better than I could have imagined. Throughout the reception and afterwards, I had each one of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law all tell me separately how they don't know what we would have done without Bryce and Ocelia (who assisted Bryce on the day-of, and was just as wonderful!)
    I sincerely cannot thank Bryce, Ocelia, and Roberts & Co. enough for everything that they did for us, and for making September 1st an actual fairytale. Planning a wedding can be an extremely stressful time, but if you are working with this team, you have seriously nothing to worry about!

    My daughter's wedding was in Milwaukee WI, a 15-hour drive from where Bryce lives. Bryce did an amazing job organizing this destination event in a market that was new to him. He researched several options for the florist, caterer, rehearsal venue, etc. He is extremely organized, cost-conscious, professional, tasteful and passionate about making certain every small detail is addressed. The wedding would not have been such a beautiful, memorable experience without Bryce's guidance and advice. The vendors he contracted for the wedding went out of their way to share with us how wonderful it was to work with him. One of his most enduring qualities is his ability to be a trusted consultant and confidant who we turned to frequently for advice. There are many aspects that go into making the hundreds of decisions that need to be made when planning a wedding. Bryce’s knowledge coupled with his ability to understand the bride and groom's vision for their wedding day enabled Bryce to help us make choices without causing conflict. I made him laugh when I asked him how many classes in human behavior he took in college. I can't tell you the number of times I heard my daughter say, 'let's ask Bryce' and he promptly responded with wit and understanding. There are many organized, smart people able to help you plan your perfect event, but the ability to listen and give tasteful advice quickly made us feel like Bryce is the best friend a bride and groom can have. If you hire Bryce you'll be in expert hands.

    I hired Tabitha as my day of coordinator and i am so thankful that I decided to. Leading up to the wedding she was organized, quick to respond to emails & calls, and very receptive to any changes I needed made to the schedule or whatnot. I was so calm the day of the wedding in part due to the fact that I knew that she was in charge and would have everything taken care of. I got multiple remarks from guests and bridal party members of how much they liked her and how she really helped everything flow smoothly and allowed my now husband and i to have the best day of our lives with no stress!     Bryce Carson is amazing. Three other words to describe Bryce: responsive, available, caring. Dave and I had an outdoor wedding on June 9, 2018 in southern Maryland. We had weather challenges with lots of rain, and Bryce provided great advice, support...even putting on his rain jacket and running to chase down an umbrella that blew away at the last minute. He was the best! Knowing Bryce was taking care of details allowed us to be fully present with our friends and family. My Mom specifically commented that she loved that Bryce would give her heads up like "they will cut the cake in 3 mins" so she wouldn't miss anything. When asked for wedding advice from newly engaged couples our go-to response is "hire Bryce!" We are still in awe of everything he did before, during and after the event. Without his help, there would have been a lot more worries and to-dos, and he handled everything with thoughtful attention to detail. His responses were always prompt, and allowed us to focus on what really mattered to us and being in the moment on the big day.     A friend recommended calling Bryce Carson of Robert & Co. and I have never been happier about a decision in my life. I can honestly say our wedding would not have been even a fraction as amazing as it was without Bryce. He was so much fun to work with and truly understood our vision for our wedding and helped us keep things local and affordable. Bryce recommended nearly all of our vendors, and they were truly all incredible in price, service, and accommodations. I should note he went to bat for us on several occasions as well, which we deeply appreciated. Bryce took care of every detail (including all of the things I really was supposed to do) and was the reason we could enjoy our day to the fullest. We interviewed several wedding planners, and she blew all of them out of the water with her type-A personality, attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and straightforward, no-BS attitude. It’s mind-boggling how many details go into planning a wedding, especially ours, which had two ceremonies, a lunch, and a reception, all in one day. It’s hard to imagine anyone who isn’t as hyper-organized and detail oriented as Tabitha being able to pull it off. She works exceptionally hard and cares deeply about making her clients happy. She has great taste and a sharp eye for design. Her great sense of humor matched ours and she always had a way to put us at ease, especially during the last few stressful weeks before the wedding. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes the weekend of our wedding to pull everything off, and she barely broke a sweat or appeared stressed. Our wedding was perfect: it was just the aesthetic we wanted, and it was a reflection of us as individuals and as a couple.     I was just recommending Roberts & Co. to a friend (again!) and realized that I never posted a review after our wedding a few years ago. I am clearly not one who typically writes reviews :) Below is the email I sent to Tabitha thanking her right after our wedding. My husband and I still feel this way years later:

    On the day of our wedding and for several days after (and still now) we found ourselves saying out loud so many times, "BEST DAY EVER!!!" We had such an amazing time with everyone and each other and that is in large part because of you. I honestly didn't feel stressed at all the day of, even with the rain, because you were so good at setting expectations and making sure we knew what was going to happen and when (like when we would make the call about whether or not to have the ceremony inside). You made everything that day -- getting set up, staying on schedule, and even picking things up the next day -- easy. I knew you had everything under control and I didn't need to worry about a thing. This was definitely one of the greatest gifts we could get from anyone for our wedding because you allowed us (and our family) to truly be in the moment. THANK YOU.

    We are so appreciative of all your advice and help leading up to the wedding as well. You are wonderful and fun to work with and we appreciated how real and candid you were every step of the way. And everything turned out absolutely beautiful and felt like "us." And the huppah you guys made and lights you set up both came out AWESOME!

    Working with Bryce Carson of Roberts & Co. Events plan our wedding was a dream. I had no idea how desperately I needed someone with his knowledge, sense of style and assertiveness until he began working with us. He's an expert at working with whatever budget you have and negotiating the contracts for other vendors to keep you well within your range. He embraced my style wholeheartedly while helping make it more beautiful that I imagined. Bryce was always a text away when i wanted his opinion on tossing out one tradition or how to deal with tricky family members!

    I've been to many weddings where I felt that the weddings did not move along at a good pace to keep the guests entertained.     Bryce Carson of Roberts & Co Events was the best investment I could have ever made for my wedding. He was worth every penny and transformed my day into the wedding of my dreams!

    Since Bryce lives in Richmond, it was so incredibly easy and convenient to plan our Richmond wedding. I had a vision in mind to have a Southern traditional fall wedding but wasn't really sure where to even begin, nevermind finding vendors and developing a budget. Instead of researching for hours online for wedding vendors, Bryce narrowed down 2-3 vendors per area that he thought was right for us and within our budget. It saved me literally hours and hours of time, research and stress!! Bryce then set up a few hours at a cafe close to our house and organized time slots that allowed us to meet with several of the vendors to make sure they were the right fit. I cannot emphasize how easy and convenient he made this process for us.

    Once we had selected the vendors, Bryce negotiated the contracts for us and saved us a LOT of money in the process. After booking vendors, he updated the budget for us and made sure we were on track for our total budget. He was very transparent and honest with us.

    For the rehearsal dinner and the wedding, Bryce was the contact for all the vendors and the venues. It allowed my husband and me to focus on our day. Bryce also brought an assistant Sydney for the weekend and that was an added bonus! Both Bryce and Sydney were so organized and so sweet to everyone during the weekend.

    After the wedding day, Bryce submitted our wedding to Southern Living magazine and the piece was published! Again, I did not have to lift a finger.

    I cannot say enough good things about Bryce at Roberts & Co Events. I highly recommend his services for your dream wedding!

She is very good at what she does and we will forever be thankful to her as the glue that kept all the pieces together on our big day! Check out her website - because she has varying levels of involvement of wedding planning! For example, we found all our own vendors but we needed help wrangling them as the wedding day approached so she started helping us about a month out from the wedding but she can help you find vendors or help just with your timeline the week of your wedding etc. She also helped us with some words of wisdom and wedding do's and dont's. I just think that's so awesome! She's the best!

    Originally we were a bit on the fence around hiring a full planner, but Tabitha was worth every penny and then some. She is single handily responsible for taking pieces of our likes, personalities, and relationship and putting those insights together in an entire vision from amazing vendors through the tiniest details. Tabitha was thoughtful, responsive, supportive and most importantly, helped us put everything in perspective (and stay on budget). We knew that there was no doubt that our big day was going to be perfect and she definitely made sure it was.     Tabitha and her team made our wedding day amazing! Hiring her for her partial planning package was the best decision of the whole wedding planning process, and we found ourselves wishing we had hired her for the full planning service many times for our May 2017 wedding.

    We were planning our wedding from across the country, and Tabitha was able to work with us to ensure we were always updated on any decisions that needed to be made. She communicated very well, and was able to schedule any in person meetings within our personal travel window back to the East coast.

    Our friends and family continue to rave about the wedding, and that is 100% due to Tabitha and her team's work.

He is organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable, and has experience with all types of weddings, so he can come up with great solutions for you -regardless of whether you're looking to save money on aspects of your wedding, or you're trying to plan a huge, expensive affair. He helped me select awesome vendors and made sure that everything went unbelievably smoothly during my rehearsal and wedding day. Everything went off without a hitch and literally nothing went wrong.     I could not have asked for a more helpful, professional, organized or insightful coordinator than Tabitha! She was absolutely phenomenal. From the very first conversation we had I knew she would be. I hired her for month-of coordination but she provided us with so much more than that. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot) so truthfully and in a timely fashion which was extremely helpful during the planning process. When it came to our final walk through at the venue and pre-wedding meeting, she had all the information I would have expected and more! Her questions and thoughts were so on point, we could all tell she was pulling from many years of incredible experience. Our actual wedding day felt flawless from start to finish and I that would have never happened without her! She made sure all of our family and friends knew exactly where to be and what do be doing. She informed everyone every step of the way which alleviated SO much stress on my part. There was no situation she didn't handle with professionalism and class. Our entire wedding party fell in love with her and her assistant Drew, who was equally amazing! Both of them were on top of every last detail which gave us such peace of mind.     We hired Tabitha to help bring together all the elements I'd had running around in my head, but didn't know where to start or who to call.

    She was able to pick up on what I was picturing immediately, and had wonderful ideas and vendors to suggest to help blend together my and my husband's two different cultural traditions. Her taste is wonderful and she was able to take my vague ideas and preferences and turn them into concrete, beautiful reality.

    On top of it, she handled a bona fide wedding disaster (massive snowstorm cancelling the whole thing) like a total champ, keeping us calm and collected in the process. The rescheduling was flawless-- I had thought it would be impossible but she made it feel like nothing at all. I can't say enough how helpful and on point she was through the whole thing. Highly recommended!

    You'll see a lot of 5 star reviews for wedding vendors, but nobody deserves that more than Tabitha. She went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that my wedding day was beautiful, perfectly executed and stress-free for everyone involved. I hired Roberts and Co for partial planning (specifically design and decor) and Tabitha helped turn all of my ideas into a seriously gorgeous event. She offered suggestions for unique details that helped personalize our wedding and tie everything together (using macaroons instead of place cards was a huge hit with our guests!).

    Not only does she have impeccable taste and great vendor recommendations, Tabitha is also a total pro when it comes to day-of coordinating. She had an answer to every question and a solution to every problem (emergency dress steaming and bouquet fixing included), and she managed to keep our massive wedding party in line and having fun all day -- our rather unruly group of groomsmen all loved her despite the fact that she (stealthily) prevented their impromptu attempt to make a "tunnel" for us when we entered the reception:) Tabitha also took care of all of the vendor contacts leading up to the wedding so that, on our wedding day, I could relax and enjoy spending time with my new husband, family and friends, knowing that Tabitha had it covered.

    I cannot recommend Roberts and Co enough, especially considering how reasonable their rates are compared to other vendors in the area. Tabitha was a pleasure to work with and my wedding would not have been nearly as perfect without her help.

    Hiring Tabitha was the best decision I made. She took all of the stress off of my shoulders. I can't even imagine what it would have been like had I decided to try and save that money, she is worth every penny. I also adored her assistant Kristen, both women made me feel so comfortable. They kept the groomsmen in line during the rehearsal and pictures, tidied up my hotel suite---made sure everything was perfect with my vendors. I will hire them again in a heartbeat if I ever have another big fabulous party--- here's hoping!

    We hired Tabitha for the full wedding planning package and she was worth every penny! At first I was not looking forward to wedding planning because it made me too anxious. However, with Tabitha at my side I was able to enjoy the process(and enjoy my own wedding!) because she took out all of the guesswork: she narrowed down vendor choices and helped us choose vendors that were within our budget, provided great service, and were reliable. The best part was that she scheduled all of the meetings with our vendors and came to all of the meetings so I didn't have to deal with that.
    As for decor, I didn't want a wedding "theme"- I just wanted the event to reflect my husband and I, so my thoughts were all over the place. Thankfully Tabitha took my ideas and she created a cohesive & colorful design plan that was gorgeous while still incorporating personal details. Prior to the wedding day, she created a very detailed timeline and scheduled a walk through with all of our vendors so everyone knew the game plan, this helped relieve a lot of my anxiety! She even came to one of my dress fittings and learned how to bustle my dress so she could do it on the wedding day.
    At the rehearsal and throughout the big day she was so organized and put everyone in the right place at the right time, allowing my parents to enjoy themselves without worrying about a thing. She was like a magician, solving problems that I never even knew occurred because she just took care of it (like one of our vendors breaking the freight elevator). After the event her team took all of the decor items and leftover cake etc back to our hotel suite so I could go straight to my after party, literally I never had to lift a finger the entire day.
    Months later, guests still tell me that my wedding was the most beautiful and most fun wedding they'd ever attended. Recently my sister got married out of state and after the wedding my whole family agreed, we should have hired Tabitha again!

    Tabitha was a life saver when it came to planning, managing, and just keeping the wedding day on schedule. We hired Tabitha for 'Month of' services. She handled all the vendor contracts, schedules, communications, and everything else between. She is incredibly organized, very honest and true pleasure to work with. From the moment we sat down, she simply let us vent and dump any and all wedding stress related activities on her and she handled everything with such professionalism. This was our third time working with her (my fiance, now wife) had worked with her in two other weddings when she was a maid of honor and we knew we had to hire her. We had an event coordinator that came with the venue but we knew we needed Tabitha to handle all vendor related questions/communications, PLUS, she handled our family and friends so we could fully relax and enjoy the day. It was such an incredible event and we know Tabitha helped make it run so smooth!

    I had a hard time deciding whether to hire a wedding planner for my wedding. I knew that I could do all of the planning myself and my venue had a wedding planner that I could use; however, I was concerned that the hotel wedding planner would not take care of everything that I would need. So, I decided to hire someone for day of planning. I spoke with a few planners and then Tabitha was recommended to me by a friend who was getting married about a month after me. She was AWESOME!!! I cannot thank her enough for everything that she did. I recommend her to every person that I know who is getting married. I had so many things to stress about so it was great to have someone there that day to take care of everything including making sure my vendors were on time, knew where to go, finding wedding party people who had wandered off, etc. There was a chance that it was going to rain and Tabitha was able to convince the hotel wedding planner to extend the rain call - So we ended up having the ceremony outdoors which I was convinced wouldn't happen. I cannot say enough great things about Tabitha and her team - worth every penny!

    Tabitha and her assistant Alexandra were INCREDIBLE!! I know for a fact our day would not of been nearly as amazing as it was without them. Tabitha consistently went above and beyond for us while we planned even though we hired her for day of planning. We had a couple of vendor issues (dishonest vendor) and she helped us through the process of ending our agreement with that vendor and finding an even better person to be part of our day. She made the month leading up to the big day a breeze and when things didn't go quiet as planned - she stepped in and made things great. I really can't imagine not having Tabitha with us…. she is knowledgable, even keeled (super important!) funny, resourceful and full of ideas. I can't recommend Tabitha enough - no matter the wedding day task (details, family dynamics, a broken zipper!) she is the one you want in your corner.

    Words can't justify how happy and grateful we are to have had Tabitha and staff be part of our wedding day. She was amazing. She kept everything running smoothly and honestly we had no idea if anything happen the day or, which we know did. Tabitha is wonderful to work with an incredibly responsive. She advised but didn't overstep her boundaries on the crazy ideas we may have had. I know our day wouldn't have been this smooth if we didn't have Tabitha and her team there to help us.

    We signed up for Tabitha's services with the Ultimate Planning package. This meant that Tabitha was fully involved and in charge of all aspects of our wedding planning. Without a doubt, this was the most critical and best decision we made.

    My husband and I both live out of the country but wanted a wedding near my hometown. I made one trip back to the States during the entire 9 months we had to plan the wedding. Tabitha arranged venue visits with my family, did independent meetings/research and presented us with options, and scheduled like crazy to get everything possible in the one week I was able to be physically present. Even though we were literally an entire ocean away, we never felt stressed or worried about any aspect of the planning process.

    Tabitha designed and styled our entire wedding based on a few basic ideas from us and my extremely limited Pinterest page. Her ideas were amazing and she made sure to find the best vendors in order to bring our shared vision to life. The wedding itself was literally everything we could have imagined, and all of our guests had the most fantastic time.

    On the day of, Tabitha and the team she brought made it so that everyone involved (my husband and me, our families, our friends) could relax and truly enjoy the day itself. I had the usual wedding jitters, but I had zero concern about what was happening behind the scenes because Tabitha literally took care of everything. I just showed up!

    Honestly, I would recommend a full service wedding planner to everyone that can manage to fit it into their budget. And, clearly, I would recommend hiring Tabitha in particular. She has amazing design ideas, is responsible and professional, makes you feel like you have a friend in this crazy process, connects you to the best vendors for your personality and budget, and will ensure that the day itself goes off flawlessly.

    One of the greatest decisions we made was hiring a “day of” coordinator, and Tabitha Roberts specifically. We were impressed with Tabitha from the moment we met her -- she is a perfect combination of professional and fun. She is very straight up, and she gave excellent advice and recommendations. If you hire her as a “day of” coordinator, what you’re really hiring is a “month of” coordinator and more. Well before our wedding, she was happy to give us advice and recommendations on vendors. She also helped to keep us on track in terms of hiring vendors. In the weeks before, Tabitha took over everything. She became the point of contact for our vendors, coordinated all the details with them, and came up with a timeline for the day.

    On the day of our wedding, Tabitha was wonderful. She and her staff assisted with everything they possibly could have. They kept a tight schedule in line, coordinated delivery/pick-ups with all of our vendors, and made sure we had nothing to worry about. The transition between our ceremony and reception went smoothly, despite a very heavy downpour. Tabitha was also great about personally checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We received so many compliments from guests about how our wedding day went perfectly or “without a hitch.” In all honesty, we have no idea if there were any real issues that day--if any problems arose, neither us or our guests knew it, and that’s the way it should be. We also think it’s important to note that all of our vendors gave us very positive feedback about working with Tabitha.

    Tabitha Roberts and her crew made our day such a pleasure for us and allowed us to really enjoy our wedding. If there is one thing we could recommend to other couples getting married, it would be to hire a “day of” coordinator, and Tabitha specifically--she is a true gem.

    If you want your wedding day to be stress-free with no detail left to chance, hire Tabitha and her team! Hands down, our partial-planning package was the best investment we made for our big day.

    Tabitha makes you feel at ease and I loved her enthusiasm for my ideas. Tabitha saved me countless hours of research and recommended the best vendors over the course of the year we worked together. She pulled together all of my ideas for decor to create a succinct vision and went above and beyond on many of the craft/DIY projects.

    On the day of, I had nothing to worry about because I knew Tabitha had everything under control!     Tabitha was THE single best investment/hire we made for our wedding (both my parents and my in-laws agree)! She answered many emails for six months leading up to the wedding, offering recommendations and advice. The month of the wedding she was incredible - creating our timeline and confirming vendors. She corralled some of our more "active" wedding party members and kept the trains running on time (we were on schedule all day). I literally could not have had such a perfect and stress free day without her.
    I know it is hard to imagine spending more money on a day-of coordinator, when a friend or family member could handle it for you. Hire one anyways. It was so great to have someone "in charge" that our family and friends automatically respected (and listened to) to remind us to "go here", "stand here", etc., not to mention all the little errands (picking up our wedding cake) and details (having my flat shoes ready for me on my chair) that were handled seamlessly. It is so worth it and an investment necessary to guarantee your own enjoyment at your wedding.

    1. VALUE: I wish I could give Tabitha six stars for value. Tabitha understood that we were on a budget and quoted us accordingly, but never compromised her work.
    2. PERSONALITY: Tabitha made my groom and I feel so taken care of. Her enthusiasm was unyielding and her sweet personality contagious.
    3. AUTHORITY: Tabitha was always professional, but also unafraid to stand up to our micromanaging families and some under-performing vendors on our behalf.

    Do yourself a favor and hire Tabitha Roberts with Roberts and Co. Events. My husband and I can’t thank Tabitha (and her assistant, Kristen) enough for everything they did on our wedding day. From our first meeting, we knew that Tabitha was the right choice for our month of coordinator. She was no-nonsense, funny, had great taste, and seemed to get us and what we wanted for our wedding day. We had many different vendors to coordinate and Tabitha took care of organizing and confirming everything that week and the day of. She even folded our programs and met us early in the week to collect a car full of decorations to set up at the reception. The day of, she kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, and handled every ounce of pressure with ease. She bustled my dress at the reception, fixed my hair, brought us our specialty cocktails to make sure we got the chance to taste them, made a cake appear out of nowhere, and packed everything up at the end of the night so it got home safely. There were some issues that happened behind the scenes (our cake never showed up and we had a lot of problems with our transportation company), but the guests never even knew. In fact, they commented on how smoothly everything went. Tabitha handled everything, so that my husband and I and our parents could fully enjoy the night stress-free. Come cake-cutting time, there was even a cake there decorated with flowers from our florist, that we could cut into and feed each other. I can’t imagine how everything would have come together without Tabitha. Even after the wedding, Tabitha was on top of things, contacting our problem vendors and guiding us through the process to get our money back. A wedding coordinator is worth every penny, but Tabitha is worth so much more. We had such an amazing night and everyone had so much fun-thank you Tabitha!

    Tabitha was awesome! Once we agreed to work with her, she got down to the nitty-gritty and "felt us out" as clients, figuring out what our style was and what we wanted to incorporate in our wedding. All of our vendors, including Tabitha, would describe us as the most "non-wedding" couple, meaning we didn't know what we wanted but knew we wanted something that would reflect us as a couple not what was "in style" at the moment.

    All of Tabitha's referrals for vendors were spot on. When my then fiance and I met with Tabitha, she explored where we wanted to spend the majority of our budget. For other couples the focus was the dress, or the flowers or the pictures. We wanted good food, my husband and I are definite "foodies". With that, she referred us to a great venue and a great baker. Tabitha was really conscious of the budget throughout the process and we honestly spent more than we intended, but it was by choice.

    The decor was the part I was dreading the most just because we really had no idea what we wanted. Tabitha figured out how to weed through our tastes and create a cohesive wedding. She and I would email back and forth probably 1-3x/week for major things and 1x/mo early in the planning stages. She would always respond with recommendations and was very calming when things started to get nerve-wrecking.

    Tabitha is a complete sweetheart, very straightforward without being mean or condescending. We never felt that Tabitha "took over" our wedding, she was always there to make sure that we got what we wanted. Also, the day of, she packed up decor items for us and put them in our room. She helped bustle my dress for dancing. She brought me cocktails when I was running out. She placed wedding favors on our pillows of our honeymoon suite. All these extra touches really were not expected and made the whole event even more special.

    I'm sooo glad that I hired Tabitha as our day-of and decor planner for our Indian//dutch//DC wedding! Not only was our event full of unusual wedding day events, but our venue had never done a wedding before. Tabitha and her assistant helped make sure the events went along smoothly.

    They have great taste in decor, so I knew that I could just give them my "stuff" and they would make the place look great! I was blown away while walking down the aisle, and it seemed like my guests were blows away also!

    With them on the scene, I was able to COMPLETELY enjoy my wedding day, which is all that I wanted.

    Worth her weight in gold. I knew I wanted a DOC because I didn't want to worry the day of my wedding and let me say after interviewing a handful of people, there was no doubt Tabitha was the one. She was a delight to meet with and I knew right away she was the one I wanted. She came to my house to go over the details and collect my carful of DIY stuff. The day of, seriously I couldn't imagine how all my little personal details I wanted would of come together without her. Things just happened and looked exactly the way I wanted them to. She made everything run smoothly and on time. I think I confessed to her at the end of the night how much I loved her and other embarrassing professions of love after one too many jack and diets. Seriously if you go with Tabitha you won't regret it!

    Tabitha did the work of 10 people on our wedding day! Whether you are a bride with zero idea how you want your big day to go or a bride with every detailed planned since you were five, Tabitha is the right planner for you. I thought I had every detail planned, but she saved me from missing very important details by asking the right questions at the right time. Tabitha will not let anything fall through the cracks, and she will be on top of your vendors! By the end of our wedding night, I was drunkenly asking Tabitha to be my friend… I think every bride should experience this level of appreciativeness with their planner. I also think she should put her picture on her website because her hip, creativeness definitely shows on her face! Thank you, Tabitha!

    Hiring Tabitha for month-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our venue was not very responsive and was difficult to deal with, but Tabitha handled everything and we didn't notice any issues at all. We were able to have a great time at our wedding and she even made sure we ate dinner! We would definitely recommend Tabitha.

    Tabitha was amazing and I don't even know where to start in describing everything she did. We hired her for day-of coordination (which is actually more like month-of) and she took care of every little detail on our wedding day. We had a ton of decor items and she even put together florals for 20 TABLES FOR US, which was a huge amount of work. It saved us a ton of money to have her help us and our wedding wouldn't have happened without her. There were a lot of last minute issues in the few days before the wedding and she helped solve everything. If there were problems the day of I didn't know about it! She even put the kibosh on a number of 'surprises' people were planning that I would have HATED. Tabitha was no-nonsense, got everything done without forgetting a single detail, and kept all the guests and family under control. We could not have done it without her and I can't recommend her enough!

    I cant say enough positive things about Tabitha! Throughout the night, we remarked to each other “how do people manage all this without Tabitha?” My best man had one piece of advice for us at his wedding: “Hire a day of coordinator!” Was the best decision we made. We were the points of contact for the rehearsal dinner, and it was stressful trying to get everything moving correctly and still keeping all the guests happy and doing our rounds. At wedding was anther matter, and so much of that was because of Tabitha. Anytime we had a concern or a problem, we could just talk with Tabitha and she would take care of it. Made everything about the wedding day more relaxed and controlled. Tabitha was amazing. Took care of everything, and even brought up issues that we hadn’t thought of. Our wedding day would not have been as calm and enjoyable with Tabitha’s skill and personal touch.

    Tabitha Roberts did an amzing job! I hired her for month-of wedding planning and day-of coordination. She was always very responsive and helped me out with anything I asked. She and her team made sure the rehearsal and wedding ran completely smoothly. I wasn't stressed at all because I knew she had everything under control. Her prices are very reasonable and hiring her was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Being able to focus on enjoying your wedding day as opposed to coordinating vendors, and answering questions, and worrying about who will take car of the gifts etc at the end of the night is amazing. I highly recommend her!

    Tabitha Roberts is an amazing wedding planner. She takes the time to understand your vision and makes it a reality. My wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was without the help of her and Andrew on my big day. She was calm but extremely organized and seemed to be in 15 places at once! I received many compliments from my guests about my wedding and I owe the day of coordination and putting it all together to her! I am extremely happy with my choice to go with Roberts and Company Events and wouldn't change one thing about my amazing wedding.

    Tabitha and her assistant Andrew were great! I hired them as our DOC for our outdoor wedding in September. They were prepared for everything that could go wrong. Unfortunately, we had some very rude guest but they were both great and took care of everything. I highly recommend Tabitha!

    I feel that my wedding was just perfect and I can only say that because of Tabitha. The services that Tabitha and the Roberts and Company team provided were outstanding. Above and beyond anything that I could have imagined and would have expected. Tabiitha served as my DOC and this may have been the best money spent on the wedding. Once I came to my senses and realized that I would not be able to handle everything on my own, I sent out three emails based on reviews I'd read online. Tabitha was the first to respond and after our initial meeting, I knew I wanted to hire her and had to pinch myself that she was available and her prices were so reasonable. Tabitha is responsive, organized, detail oriented, flexible, creative, calm, and knowledgeable. She was even generous enough to let us borrow several items for both the wedding ceremony and reception. I didn't even realize all of the outstanding things that Tabitha and her team did until I looked at the photos and the video. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    I think the one thing that made Tabitha such a wonderful DOC is that she treated my wedding like her own in terms of the attention and focus that she gave it without losing sight of the fact that it was my wedding. She was 100% committed to my wedding vision being realized. I am so glad she was my DOC--do not miss the chance to have Tabitha and her assistant(s) in your corner. I couldn't have done it without her and would have been exhausted trying to do so. If you can get Tabiitha, sign her up and do a little happy dance to celebrate your good luck!

    I just realized I never submitted a review for our planner - sorry Tabitha!

    Tabitha did an absolutely amazing job, and I cannot possibly say enough good things to convey how amazing she really was. In my first meeting with her, she just seemed to get the idea/feel we wanted. (My then fiance was also deployed, so she was a HUGE help throughout the whole process - she came to venue visits with me, came dress shopping, bridesmaids dress shopping, tastings, florist visits, etc.) She answered tons (probably hundreds) of my emails with many, many random questions. I sent her loads and loads (and I mean a ton) of pictures from wedding blogs, of ideas I really liked/colors I liked/the feel we wanted..and I had no idea how to turn those into reality. But she did. We received SO many compliments on how amazing our decorations were, and about the attention to detail. Everything fit together so perfectly.

    Tabitha also helped us save some money by designing our save the dates (we had balloon save the dates) and a bunch of other things. And her husband handmade these cool tree bark candles that we wanted, along with (a surprise to us) a tree stump with our initials and the date carved into it. Tabitha also found items that I had seen from pictures - like wedding panes, etc. - that I would have never been able to find. And she was open to my (sometimes crazy) idea, but helped us think of logistics too (like how a moon bounce would be fun but hard to do at our venue). She also helped a ton with suggesting other vendors..I had no idea where to start, but she helped us create an amazing team for our wedding. By the end of the process, she seemed like more of a (really) trusted friend than just a planner hired just to plan an event.

    The day of our wedding, if anything went wrong or there were any little issues, I had absolutely no idea. Everyone still raves about how everything was put together so perfectly and how it just fit us. We had a smores bar (amazing) that Tabitha helped plan and set up - with way more fun options (Reese's, cookies n cream bars) than I could have thought of. We also had a cigar bar that Tabitha really helped with..I had no idea how to choose cigars but it was going to be a surprise for the guests and the groom.

    Anyway, Tabitha was fantastic, and if I went back in time to plan a wedding again, she would be my only choice for wedding planner. Her prices were actually affordable compared to other planners in this area (especially planners who would have been as good as her). If I had the money, I would have "tipped" her the total amount we paid her for planning services.

    I miss wedding planning and I still read her blog sometimes :)

    Responsiveness 4 out 5?? She's out doing your work..how can she respond with your constant pestering??!!!

    Our 04/23/11 wedding could not have happen so perfectly without Tabitha Roberts.

    We can't put in this little space - enough details on what she contributed to our wedding. In short,Tabitha basically finished up what we couldn't do & carried us past the finish line & she even started what we didn't even dream of!

    Things like decorating our venue (with some of her stuff too!) & dessert bar, doing our place cards, finding us an officiant, helping deal with horrible chair vendors(see our other reviews)...there is more.
    Just PM us & we can tell you in more details what TR did to save our bacon.
    She kept us calm when things were on fire around us.
    And she fixed things quickly & effortlessly & transparently.

    We got sooo many Face Book comments & emails from our 170 guests about how our wedding was the classiest, most well run & fun of the decade all in the couple days following the wedding! You know people had a good time when they provide feedback that quickly.

    & this was a mixed crowd of fickle tradition oriented Asians & westernized professional Anglos...so not an easy crowd to please!

    Tabitha went above & beyond our expectations - all as a DOC.
    Can't imagine how fabulous she would have been to work with on the full planning. We regret not knowing about her sooner. She was worth every penny & like I said very reasonable.

    Don't cheat yourselves, she is worth the weight of gold.

    Please do yourselves a favor & talk to TR. She's reasonable, personable, professional, & above all - she will make your event the dream you've always had & effectively turn your complicated wedding into a finely executed show!

    We love Tabitha Roberts. You will too!

    Tabitha went above and beyond throughout my entire wedding process. She was extremely helpful and full of creative ideas for the special day I'd been dreaming about my whole life! She made sure I had the best wedding possible while keeping within my budget. She also guided me throughout the planning process to be sure all aspects of the ceremony and reception were included and taken care of. My wedding day ran without a hitch thanks to her professionalism, flexibility and expertise. I couldn't imagine not having used her full planning services, and feel she was well worth the investment. I whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding planner, be it full scale or simply day of. She was fabulous!!!
