  Marica was so amazing to work with. She is so talented, put us at ease, and led the pace of the day is a natural but assertive way. We were so happy with our photos and how she was able to capture us and our day in a way that felt authentic and true to us. Her positive energy and down to earth nature was exactly what we needed for our engagement photos and wedding day to keep us calm and laughing and moving in the right direction. She was flexible during all the changes during the pandemic and always worked her hardest to accomodate us. I could not recommend her more, you will love your photos and walk away with such a positive experience that I feel may be hard to come by. So thankful to have worked with her and hope others can experience the same thing!

  Wedding & Engagement

  Is there a score higher than 5 stars!? I couldn’t recommend Marica more. She whole heartedly captured our love, our story and our authenticity in ever single image. The sweetest soul & an eye like no one else- grateful!!!

  Elite Wedding Photographer

  There are not enough good things we can say about our experience with Marica. We had to move the wedding venue from Utah to RI because of a family illness just 6 weeks before the date. Marica was able to travel east with not much notice to photograph our wedding as well as engagement pictures. The quality of her work is very impressive! She was able to capture what we had envisioned for our special day, as well as spectacular pictures overlooking the ocean for our engagement photos. Marica was thorough, professional, kind and attentive. We are so glad she photographed our wedding and have amazing pictures that we can look back at for the rest of our lives.

  I cried happy tears looking at my beautiful pics

  I was so impressed with Rivers and Roads Photography! They came all the way to my small home town for the wedding and then did the bridal shoot the next morning at my favorite campground. The quality of the pictures and the attention to detail was incredible! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

  Working with Marica of Rivers and Roads Photography was an absolute blast! She was very professional, but she knew what to say to make people feel comfortable and not so stiff for the pictures. I love the pictures she took of my special day. She was able to capture the happiness and festiveness of the occasion. I have never had so much fun taking posed pictures. The candid ones were perfect too. These pictures are now hanging all over my home and I constantly get compliments on the quality of the photos. I would not hesitate to book Rivers and Roads for any other major events. Thank you Marica!

  Marica was great to work with for our wedding. She met with me prior to the wedding, discussed the best areas for the best pictures at the venue, and helped set up a itinerary for our big day. I would recommend Rivers and Roads hands down.

She offered plenty of great fresh ideas as well as took mine to heart. Marica, from our first interaction at the inquiry to first session she not only helped us to feel at ease but actually made the whole experience fun! On our big day she exceeded our expectations with gorgeous photographs that we will forever cherish while somehow staying fully engaged yet available barely noticed by guests, throughout the entire day getting amazing photographs. We are beyond happy with our decision to work with Marica, we will use her again in the future for all our photography needs.

After I had spoken to Marica, we were able to come up with a price and services offered that worked within our budget and satisfied our needs. With that being said, Marica and her second shooter, Jake, went above and beyond for us.
