Getting our ceremony right was by far the most important decision for our wedding. We feel truly blessed that Hannah was our celebrant. She approached our story as a couple with an open and eager heart. After a few initial conversations—including an in-person meet-up—we signed a contract for our wedding day. The process began with Hannah sending a questionnaire for each of us to complete. It was not a burden, nor did it feel like homework; it was truly one of the best parts of our wedding planning process. The result? Hannah had stories and insight into our relationship that she could use to create our ceremony.
Hannah has a wonderful way with prose—both written and spoken—and the ceremony that she created for us honored our families, celebrated our love for each other, and created space for our guests to share in this love and community spirit on our wedding day. Hannah looked to us as collaborators in the ceremony creation—for things like a community vow—but we never felt that our ceremony was being forced into a form that was untrue to us as a couple. Our guests were left speechless upon learning that Hannah was no, not a dear friend, but rather a professional (and extremely gifted!) celebrant. We cannot recommend Hannah’s unique, wholehearted approach enough! -

Perfectly captured the essence of the day!
Hannah is an incredible soul, and my husband and I were so grateful to have her as a partner in our wedding process. When we changed our original wedding plan to include immediate family only in my husband's mom's backyard, we knew we wanted to honor the moment with more "ceremony" than just signing some paperwork together. Enter Hannah. Through a questionnaire that my partner and I both filled out, a few Zoom meetings, and one socially distance park hang, Hannah was able to craft the most beautiful, most "us" ceremony for our intimate backyard celebration. We worked with her to provide feedback on the drafts, and each time she came back to us with something even more beautiful than before! She is truly gifted.
On the day of, she fell right into place as a member of our family in the backyard; my sister-in-law was holding her newborn, and Hannah helped apply bug spray to her legs when she was getting chowed on! All while wearing a mask and respecting everyone's social distance comfort levels. During the ceremony, she commanded presence, took her time, and engaged our small but mighty crowd. Everyone was in joyful tears throughout. We can't thank Hannah enough for helping us make the day feel special and connected, and honoring the transition together. -

Best Part of our Wedding
Hannah is absolutely incredible! She was professional, personable and made our special day better than we could have imagined. We cannot recommend her enough; our ceremony was above and beyond, thanks to her. The process leading up to the big day was fun and intimate and really got us excited for our celebration of love. During the ceremony, she was able to express our love for each other through her beautiful words while capturing the essence of our relationship. 10/10 would recommend, our wedding would not have been the same without her! She's the best there is! -

Hannah created the ceremony of our dreams!
Hannah was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! From the very beginning she kindly guided us through the ceremony planning in a way that felt natural and and full of care. She was incredibly generous with her time, getting to know us, and our relationship, both in person and over the phone. The result was a ceremony that completely represented us and how we wanted to share our commitment to one another with our friends and families. Everything felt SO personal and sincere - many of our guests had a hard time believing Hannah wasn't an old friend that we'd known for years.
Right before the ceremony Hannah noticed I was a bit overwhelmed. Without making a fuss, she immediately pulled my fiance and I away to a private space and walked us through a meditation for the last few minutes before we said our vows. This was exactly what my husband and I needed and we are SO grateful to Hannah for keeping us present during such an exciting, but hectic, time. We can't say enough good things about our experience! -

We were so intentional about who married us, it was in our top 3 most important tasks! After all, this person would be speaking words into and giving energy to our special day. We also wanted to ensure that everyone at the ceremony would have an exceptional time(Spanish and English speakers alike). We interviewed a few officiants before Hannah and still had not made a decision, when we met Hannah. And we were weeks ago from the day!!! From the second we consulted, we knew she was the one! She walked us through the process and ensured we were on board and clearly laid out dates and tasks for us to think about. She communicated well with us, spoke Spanish words beautifully and also stayed in touch with our wedding planner and ensured we were all satisfied. Hannah is efficient and consistent in her follow-up.
The day of rehearsal there was timing miscommunication but she worked through the misunderstanding to bring everything together. Day of ceremony, she was dressed beautifully. She brought such peaceful energy that framed the ceremony. We felt like she was truly part of our day and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a valuable and efficient officiant. Thank you Hannah! You made our day exceptional!!! -

I cannot say enough good things about Hannah! Run, don't walk, and hire this incredible human! She made our wedding ceremony one of the most magical experiences of my life. So many guests noted that it was the most beautiful ceremony they had ever been to. Every step of the way, from our original meeting to the day of the ceremony was so magical thanks to her incredible process. We knew right away after meeting you that she were for us, and we are so grateful that we found her. The final script was gorgeous, and we are still receiving compliments to this day about the ceremony. The energy was palpable during the day of the event- something that I know Hannah helped created. I wish I could give Hannah more stars than are even available for reviews here! Her professionalism, artistry, vision, and voice SHINE through her process! -

You Wont Regret Hiring Hannah!
We got married on May 4th 2019, and worked with Hannah for over 6 months to make sure our vows and ceremonial language was perfect for who we are and for what we wanted our marriage to represent. Throughout the process Hannah was nothing short of spectacular and supportive. She provided us with guiding language and ceremonial recommendations, but also flexible enough to allow improvisation. In fact, because we knew Hannah was bilingual and could handle a Spanish reading passage, we added one. We opted to trust her abilities, and she executed flawlessly. Hannah went above and beyond what was necessary but also talking with our friends to get a wholistic understanding of who we are as people. Hannah was always available to answer any questions we had, and we never once felt that she wasn't listening to us. In fact, Hannah is an active listener and she reflects that in her work.
During our rehearsal, Hannah was able to efficiently guide our wedding party through the ceremony and answer any questions our guests had. On game day, Hannah was professional, punctual, and steady. It makes a world of difference when you believe in the abilities of your officiant to lead you through your marriage ceremony. We highly recommend Hannah for any and all marriages. -

Olga Sent on 10/31/2017We found Hannah through wedding wire as she had excellent reviews. We met her at a coffee shop and she was very welcoming and friendly. Hannah showed us the entire process and gave us tons of information and templates/examples of verbiage we could use for readings, vows, etc.
She helped us with the entire ceremony reading from top to bottom, as we made edits and revisions a few times sending them back to her to incorporate. She always made us feel at ease with our decisions whether it be the unity ceremony, vows, or arrangement of details.
The entire process was smooth and come wedding day, she was on time, professional, and did an excellent job. We would recommend Hannah to anyone that needs an officiant for their wedding day. -
