Spruce Mountain Ranch Wedding 5/2/2026
When my wife and I decided that we wanted to get married in Colorado while living out of state, we knew we would be overwhelmed with decisions and keeping everything together, so we looked for a planner and found the team at Right as Rayne. We were/are beyond blessed that we found this amazing planning team. From our first meeting with Quincy, to the day of our wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch, everything was absolutely perfect. We cannot thank Kinsey enough for listening to the ramblings of our design ideas and coming up with the most beautifully designed wedding day, and accommodating all of our little changes and tweaks that we wanted to make throughout the process. Kinsey has such an amazing eye for design and we could not have been happier with how every aspect of the design process turned out. We were fortunate enough to have Kiera work on creating the design of all of our paper goods, including our signs, programs, and even our cocktail napkins. Everything she touched turned to gold and she was wonderful to work with, and created the most stunning pieces for our wedding day that completely matched the vibe we were going for better than we ever could have hoped. Quincy was our main planner, and we cannot say enough good things about her. She was there for us from the beginning of our year-long planning process, and even took the time to check in on us when she was out for maternity leave. When we first started planning for our wedding, we were not expecting to have too many moving parts, but by the day of the wedding our vendor list had grown exponentially and we could not have kept everything in line if it was not for Quincy, who took everything in stride and gave us such a (mostly) stress free experience. Throughout the year Quincy was always just a text or zoom meeting away no matter what time of day during my wife’s spiraling stress moments, and would often just send us a text to ask how we were doing even if we did not have any decisions to make at the time or a meeting with her planned. On the day of our actual wedding, she let my wife and I enjoy a completely stress free day so that we could just enjoy the day and each other while she handled every little thing that came up with grace, and she only ever told us there were issues after the wedding had ended; otherwise we would have never known. She also made sure my wife and I always had a drink in our hand after the ceremony, and we never had to ask for one, which may be a small thing but added to our enjoyment of the night so much. Quincy made our dream wedding happen and became a huge part of our lives during the last year and became a life-long friend to my wife and I, and we will forever be grateful to her and the team at Right as Rayne. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose the team at Right as Rayne every single time. They are truly the best of the best and we miss working with them so very much.

WeddingFest
Quincy and her team did a great job capturing the vibe of our unique wedding. My husband and I met at a concert and bonded over music, so we wanted our wedding to reflect elements of a music festival. Quincy made sure each element of the wedding, from the signage to the vendors, brought that fun vibe while still remaining classy and respectful to the traditions of a wedding.
Some notable elements are the fact Quincy went above and beyond to find the perfect vendors for us, going so far as to contact my favorite bar to hire one of their face painters. Another element that blew me away was the little details their graphic designer added to our signage, such as the table place cards looked like a concert ticket and the seating part matched our wedding date. March 20, 2026 was reflected as Seat 03, Row 20, Section 2026.
The planning process went smoothly thanks to Quincy keeping us on track with the different tasks. She made the big endeavour feel less intimidating by breaking each task into a different due date. She checked in often and was always available for questions or last second meetings.
I can not imagine doing the actual Wedding day without them onsite as well! I did not have to look at the clock the entire day and instead, could enjoy my time with my family and friends. Quincy had easy to read and share schedules for photos, the ceremony, the speeches, and more. She checked in with me and my husband often the entire day, without feeling intrusive. At the end of the night, she packed all of the gifts and our personal items in my parents car so we literally did not have to work the entire day!
I would highly recommend hiring Right as Rayne for Wedding Planning support!! -

I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Quincy. She was technically hired as our *day-of coordinator*… but she jumped in and did SO much more than that.
As an out-of-town bride, her knowledge of the local area and vendors was invaluable. She helped me stay within my budget without sacrificing quality by recommending smaller, lesser-known vendors who ended up being some of our absolute favorites. She also helped me when I was feeling indecisive or overwhelmed with options, and always gave thoughtful, honest direction that never felt pushy — just supportive and experienced.
Her communication and coordination with all of our other vendors was seamless, and she kept everything on schedule in such a calm, confident way that made the entire day feel effortless. Multiple guests even came up to me during the wedding to tell me how incredible she was!!
On top of all that — she and her team went above and beyond in a way that I will truly never forget. We had a family emergency immediately after the ceremony, and her assistant personally drove a family member to the hospital and stayed with them for hours to make sure they were okay. That isn’t something you can train or teach… that is just who they ARE.
Working with Quincy made wedding planning enjoyable instead of stressful, and I honestly don’t think our day would have been nearly as perfect without her. I would recommend her 1,000 times over. If you’re on the fence… don’t hesitate. Quincy and the Right as Rayne team are the absolute BEST!!! -

I had the absolute privilege of working with Right as Rayne Events for my wedding at the T Lazy 7 Ranch in Aspen, Colorado, and I can honestly say they were one of the best decisions I made for my entire wedding.
From the very beginning, they were incredibly detail oriented, organized, and on top of everything, which meant I didn’t have to be. Their 30 to 60 minute wedding planning meetings were shockingly productive. Every time I got off a call with them, I felt calmer and more prepared. They kept me on track without ever making me feel overwhelmed. I wasn’t a “bridezilla” and honestly, I had zero wedding anxiety, which I credit entirely to this incredible team.
I especially want to shout out my day-of coordinator, Lindsey. The term “day-of coordinator” doesn’t do her justice. She was there for me in the weeks leading up to the big day, always ready to help me through the little (and big) things, including some things I never imagined needing help with. She was calm, collected, and a true professional, but also warm and thoughtful, like a friend who just happens to be amazing at running weddings.
These women are next-level capable, competent, and attentive to even the smallest details. Truly, they should be running the country. I can’t recommend them enough. Every bride deserves a team like this so she can actually enjoy the process of planning and, most importantly, be fully present on the wedding day.
If you're considering hiring Right as Rayne Events, do it. You'll be so glad you did. -

If you are looking for a wedding planner and reading this review, look no further! Your search is over because you won’t find anyone more amazing to work with to plan your special day than Kinsey and the Right As Rayne crew! Kinsey was such an integral part of our wedding and journey “to the altar”. I have never met someone who is so kind, organized, helpful, and a perfect fit for what is a very difficult job. My husband and I hired Kinsey as a full service wedding planner and that was the BEST decision we ever made. She helped guide us through what would normally be a stressful and hectic planning time and made sure it was easy and enjoyable for us! Her attention to detail and design style made our wedding more beautiful than I could have imagined or accomplished myself. If you’re like me and don’t know where to start with vendors, your design vision, or what all even needs to be considered for planning a wedding - Kinsey will come to your rescue! She has an innate ability to work well with people to tease out their likes and dislikes and design the most beautiful wedding! Her planning and organization and coordination skills are even better than her design skills. She handled EVERYTHING so that we didn’t have to stress. She is a wealth of experience and knowledge and helped us find unique things for our wedding - like a telephone guestbook, that we would not have otherwise considered. I will forever be grateful for everything Kinsey did for us. She never made us feel like “just a client” or that she was “just doing her job”. She truly cares about the people she works with and even though I got married on the busiest weekend Right As Rayne Events had, I never felt for one second like anything else was more important than us. We had no idea there was so much exciting coordination happening in many locations on our wedding weekend. Kinsey and Quincy were fully present for us and our special day! If you haven’t decided to hire Right As Rayne for your event yet, let me leave you with one more amazing detail about how wonderful Kinsey and her team are: my husband and I asked Kinsey to be our witness and sign our marriage license with us! She was that integral and special in our journey! If I could leave a 20-star review, I would!! -

We hired Right as Rayne and had Qunicy as our wedding planner and couldn't speak enough praise of her and the company! My husband and I were initially reluctant to hire a wedding planner. However, we quickly realized how hard wedding planning was going to be. We reached out to Right as Rayne and immediately knew Qunicy was the right choice for us! She was available for every question we had, provided honest insight and pointers, and gave us lots of resources to help along the way. Her help in communicating with vendors and contracts was so vital to helping make our day perfect. She seriously made the planning a breeze! The day of the wedding she was a total superstar! She and her assistant coordinated with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, she handled anything you could think of and fronted the setup and tear down allowing our friends and family to truly enjoy the day. I couldn't recommend Right as Ranye and Quincy as wedding planners more! -

Right as Rayne Events is incredible! I worked with both Quincy and Kinsey and cannot say enough kind words about both of them. Kinsey helped me with the overall design of my wedding and truly helped me bring my dream day to life. She assisted me with booking a florist and organize every aspect of the design for my special day. Quincy helped me with the wedding planning process starting from 2 months before my wedding to my wedding day. She reached out to all of my vendors and was extremely detail-oriented and organized. She helped answer any questions my parents had and helped relieve a lot of stress from me throughout the wedding planning process and the day of. I would not have changed a single thing about my wedding day and everything went seamlessly. This was all thanks to Quincy and Kinsey. Thank you both so much for all of your help! I highly recommend working with them! -

Quincy, Kinsey and whole Right as Rayne Events team were incredible. Their attention to detail, professionalism and organization made our wedding weekend everything we hoped it would be and more. My husband and I were hands-on in the planning process and the RARE team took all of our ideas (good and bad) and made them into the perfect weekend for all of our 200+ guests. We live in Chicago, so it was incredibly helpful to have boots on the ground in Colorado to help us source options, pick vendors and provide guidance on logistics. They were patient, thoughtful and detail oriented which was exactly what we needed for all of the personal touches we added to the weekend. They kept us organized with robust timelines, helpful budgeting trackers and continuous status updates. We are forever grateful for Quincy, Kinsey and the team for making our dreams a reality. -

Kinsey & Heli were hands down the most fabulous gals to work with to make our wedding dreams come true! From big picture visions to even the smallest of details, Right as Rayne was there to help us plan it all. Their services went beyond planning too. The day of would not have been as seamless without their coordination talents, kind communication, and even their ability to sew! Having this team present at my wedding was comforting and made my day stress free! They even managed to create some last minute magic by displaying my grandfather's photo above the bar for the evening, a gesture that my entire family will never forget! Thank you Kins and Heli, we are forever grateful for the experience you cultivated for us -

Incredible!!
Quincy and her team were PHENOMENAL. I cannot thank Right as Rayne enough for the help and support for our wedding. I did quite a lot of decor on my own, which in turn required a lot of set up and tear down from Quincy and her team.... they were awesome! The support leading up to and during our wedding was incredible. I felt like I had a guardian angel on my shoulder for every single moment. I highly recommend Quincy and Right as Rayne for any big day! -

Kinsey and the Right As Rayne Events ladies are hands down the BEST design and coordination team in Colorado and a MUST HIRE for your wedding! Kinsey is professional, friendly, attentive, organized, has a positive and creative problem solving mindset, and is able to take your vision and make it come to life perfectly! She will provide you with an incredibly comprehensive wedding day document with all relevant details, to ensure you haven't missed a single thing on your special day, as well as a full vendor contact information sheet and step-by-step timeline for you and your vendors on your wedding day. I loved the organization and attention to detail she brought to the table and couldn't have asked for more support.
On the day of our wedding, Aubrey was our onsite coordinator and she was WONDERFUL! She was professional, kind, responsive, and dealt with all of my family drama with grace. She stepped in quickly to problem solve things that I never even knew had come up (the dream coordinator skill), made sure we stuck to our timeline, and had all of our special extras ready for us at the exact right moment (vow books, giant balloons, etc.). She even texted us after the wedding to wish us congratulations and let us know where all of our personal items and decorations had been stored after the wedding. I truly felt that she had our best interests at heart and would do anything she could to ensure we had a stress-free, fantastic, love-filled wedding day.
A HUGE thank you to R.A.R.E for being such an incredible wedding vendor! I would highly recommend Kinsey and her team to any bride in need of a strong and capable support system on her wedding day. : ) -

Jamie from Right as Rayne was our month-of wedding coordinator and I couldn’t recommend her more! She started by sending monthly check ins as soon as we began working together. These were extremely helpful to put my mind at ease and help me stay on track with planning. She also gave excellent recommendations for our vendor selections, all of which turned out to be perfect for us. We had a destination wedding, so having a local expert was a lifesaver. Once it came to our wedding day, Jamie executed my wedding vision perfectly. She made sure everything and everyone was where I wanted them to be and ensured a smooth flow and fun night. I could not recommend her and the Right as Rayne team more!! -

Ruth Sent on 08/01/2018I cannot thank Right as Rayne enough for their kindness, patience, and professionalism when it came to my wedding. Kinsey and Amanda have a gift for taking what seems like a giant mess and making it into a truly magical event. Every guest I spoke with told me how this was the best wedding they have ever been to, and I take ZERO credit for that. It was all thanks to Right as Rayne Events.
We had a DIY wedding at AA Barn in Grand Lake, CO. We had quite a few restrictions with the barn as it was in Arapaho Nat'l Forest, and boarded the Colorado River, where Rocky Mt Nat'l Park was located on the other bank. This meant we had to abide by state park regulations, and federal park regulations. RARE was able to accommodate all of this, plus a VERY full wedding. We tried to keep our guest count under 75, but that quickly blew out of proportion.
We definitely had some hiccups, but you would never have known it. They were able to save our very ugly and disheveled cake, help a bridesmaid who's 'girls' did not fit into her dress, take care of a musician we had to fire mid-reception. and deal with a 15 minute apocalyptic down pour. But none of it mattered because my wedding was truly the best day of my life. Other than my husband, the two most important people at my wedding was Kinsey and Amanda from Right as Rayne Events. I HIGHLY recommend them if you want to have a hassle free and magical wedding day.
