When planning our wedding and thinking about vendors, photography was the one aspect of our wedding that my husband and I knew we had to "go big or go home." In the years to come the photographs will be one of the only things that we will have available to see how our day unfolded and to look back and reminisce. My husband does not prefer to be the center of attention or photographs {or even like to be photographed} and I knew I had to find someone who was going to make him feel comfortable to be himself in front of the camera. I knew a few brides who hired Renee for their weddings, and I don't think I ever heard one negative thing about their experience. Upon meeting her, I just knew she needed to be our photographer. She was so personable from the very first time I met her and we truly felt that she wanted to get to know us both as a couple and individually because that's how she was going to get us the best pictures. We hired Renee for our engagement pictures, my bridal portraits and our wedding day. She got up before sunrise for our engagement photos and was an absolute joy to be around and made my husband truly feel comfortable being in that setting. She made it all worth it and then some. Renee has a unique eye for finding the right spots with the perfect lighting. We had a pretty large wedding party so I was worried about being able to get everyone to actually focus and Renee should never be underestimated. She took charge the day of the wedding and kept our families and wedding party on track and to the schedule and did it firmly but with the utmost class. All of our interactions with Renee have been nothing but pleasant. It was amazing having a photographer who absolutely loves what she does and truly wants to provide the best possible service for each of her clients. Renee and her team are amazing! I would highly recommend her for any of your photography needs, especially wedding and engagement pictures! Both my *now* husband and I are photo shy and don't enjoy being photographed. Renee was able to make us both feel comfortable in front of the camera and was incredible with our entire wedding party and all our guests. During the cocktail hour and reception she and her assistant captured so many moments while being unnoticed. She truly did work 'behind the scenes' and let the party happen, nothing was forced or staged which I love. We can't wait to see the entire wedding album. We LOVED having Renee as our wedding photographer and will most definitely look to her for future photography needs! Renee photographed all aspects of our wedding, including engagement, bridal, and day-of. She was very organized, responsive, and great at giving us direction. My husband is quite camera shy; she was able to get him out of his comfort zone and capture some really awesome moments. She works thoroughly and efficiently and won't stop until there are plenty of options. We loved every picture from every session so much, it was hard to choose our favorites. Even though she deals with many other brides and grooms on a regular basis, Renee still made us and our wedding day feel very special! Everything about Renee, her staff, and her service was perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience!

This is a long over-due rave review of RSP. Choosing a photographer that would capture the feel of the day was extremely important to us. After seeing Renee's photos, choosing her was an absolute no-brainer. She captured exactly what we were hoping for for our own wedding and we seemed to be on the same page from our first conversation. She worked with us to customize our own package to include extended time and a photobooth. We did not only one, but two engagement sessions with her, as well as our Wedding and an impulsive bridal shoot during a trip to NYC. She had this amazing way of making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and let us be entirely ourselves. Our engagement photos and wedding photos truly exceeded our expectations and captured the joy, love and excitement from each moment. I haven't seen the NYC bridals yet, but I am sincerely looking forward to those as well! Renee has an amazing eye and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Raleigh was a destination wedding for us, and she was extremely helpful with recommending other vendors that she had experience working with. We were told we had assembled a dream team of vendors! On our Wedding day, there were a lot of photos to get through and she did so with poise and efficiency, even with our loud group, which was truly a feat. Renee is worth every single penny - I look at our wedding photos far more than I should admit and I feel like I am reliving the day every time I do so. To say you will love the end-result would be a severe understatement.

In addition to being a wonderful person, Renee is a true professional – she’s punctual, dependable, adaptable, and an expert in her craft. When my bridal party and I spent more time in hair and make-up than anticipated, Renee didn’t bat an eyelash – she rolled-with-the-punches and amended our photography schedule to ensure we were able to capture high-quality photos within an abbreviated pre-ceremony time frame. I knew Renee was the perfect wedding photographer for my wedding the first time we met. I had seen many pictures from previous weddings Renee had photographed and loved them! When Renee and I met to discuss options for my own wedding she was so helpful beyond just the photographs. Renee was pretty much my wedding planner! She offered many great suggestions that helped create my big day. I expressed my shyness to the camera and Renee assured me that by the day of the wedding she would be another friend walking in that was going to take pictures. This was absolutely true! Renee Sprink is a wonderful photographer, I can't even count the amount of people that have approached me and complimented my wedding photos. I will say I was a little taken aback when I first showed interest, in her response back she requested me to answers some questions to see if we would be a good match to continue the relationship and possibility of her being my wedding photographer. I am so glad I moved forward and didn't let my attitude deter me. I now truly understand how important it is to be a match. So, brides, don't be offended by this even if you don't see it with other vendors. She really nurtures the relationship she has with you and wants to ensure you receive the best possible service. She is extremely responsive, organized, and truly cares about her work and how her clients feel. I feel like I was a little "high maintenance" in some of my time sensitive requests, but she ALWAYS pulls through. She took our engagement and wedding photos and we made a friend in the process. To have Renee photograph our engagement session and wedding was an absolute honor! I first met Renee when she was photographing a good friend's wedding that I was a bridesmaid in. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and personality were absolutely perfect! I knew that someday I wanted her to photograph my wedding. Well three years later…I got engaged and Renee was one of the first people I contacted to see her availability! Jonathan, my now husband, and I had thought a lot of where to have engagement pictures and no where really excited us…until Renee had THE MOST amazing idea to go to Savannah, where we got engaged! Jonathan, my now husband, and I were so very excited and LOVED the idea! She was shooting a wedding there one weekend and she was willing to stay a couple days extra to do engagement pictures. Our pictures turned out amazing and so very beautiful! Might I add that Jonathan was a little bit nervous about pictures but Renee made him (and I) feel so very comfortable in front of the camera. Jonathan recognized very quickly that she had amazing talent and understood why I wanted her to photograph the best day of our lives! Renee not only was our wedding photographer but she is a good friend that helped me with so many ideas throughout our wedding planning. I was forever emailing and contacting her on questions and ideas, and Renee always responded so quickly and gave the best advice. Renee was so very organized and contacted us a month or so prior to our wedding to fill out a wedding worksheet. Our wedding day was perfect and the pictures describe it all! I have looked through our wedding pictures probably a million times now, and we are so VERY blessed to have had Renee photograph our wedding day! Despite getting married last November, she is even willing to go to Savannah this Spring to photograph us in our wedding attire!!!! I don’t think I could put enough exclamation points on that. Renee will definitely be photographing more life events!!!

UPDATE: Renee did fabulous job with our engagement photos, bridal portraits, and day of pictures! She is so incredibly talented. My bridal portrait was a work of art. When guests walked into cocktail hour they were absolutely blown away, so was I! Renee produced such stunning photos from our wedding day. They are so worth the wait and the pictures are seriously magazine worthy! She captured every moment so beautifully and they are photos we will cherish for a lifetime. It's been proven very difficult to narrow down favorites and we can't wait to fill our home with photos from our perfect day! Thank you so much Renee! <3

I simply could NOT wait to write a review for Renee. My fiancé and I will be married in June 2016. From the beginning Renee has gone above and beyond to help us through out this wedding planning process. She is always there when we need advice or a recommendation. We had our engagement session on my Grandaddy's land in Virginia and she was more than willing to jump in the car and drive an hour north for a sunrise shoot. As we have never had our photos professionally taken before she made us feel extremely comfortable and the results were just breathtaking. She captured the romance and love my fiancé and I share in every single photo. Picking 'Save the Date' photos became nearly impossible (in a good way). To know Renee Sprink is to love her...and I most certainly do. From the first moment I met Renee at Sugarland in Cameron Village I instantly knew she would be the one to capture our special day and our engagement photos. She is talented, professional, flexible, attentive, and most importantly became a wonderful lifelong friend. Our engagement session was spur of the moment because we wanted a snow session and boy we got it!! From our hour by hour text/phone conversations we made it happen in Raleigh at Fled Fletcher Park in January of 2014 in the snow!! It was truly perfection!! Now we all were cold and freezing but Renee went above and beyond during our 2 hour session. I couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful than our engagement pictures. It captured our love and how my Husband and I feel about each other. Renee was able to get to know us both as a couple together and Wayne my husband really liked her too!! Renee also shot my wedding portraits which was a beautiful and fun day with her! She has an eye we had so much fun laughing and taking the moments all in. Then comes our wedding day and there really are no words to describe how easy going the picture taking process was with Renee. Everyone of the bridal party felt so comfortable with her taking pictures and she was just one of the family! A few weeks ago I was able to view the photos of my husband Wayne and I and I am sure most brides like myself always have that thought I sure hope my pictures turn out ok. The pictures brought tears to my eyes. There was not a picture out of the both of us that I wouldn't consider hanging on my wall as portrait. I used Renee for both our engagement pictures and our wedding photography and I couldn't be happier that we chose her! Working with her was an absolute pleasure, she was incredibly flexible, made everyone feel extremely comfortable, was proactive about solving issues, and the pictures she captured of our wedding day and our engagement pics were AMAZING!!!! Renee went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Her packages included so many "extras" that other photographers did not offer, she had a very thorough and organized approach to preparing for our big day, she made herself available to answer all of our questions, and she executed that plan perfectly and with great professionalism on April 12, 2014. I could go on and on about the amazing experience and quality of photographs we received (among other goodies included in our package)... but Renee is more than that! Before the wedding, Renee helped a number of times when we asked for her advice on things even though she didn't have to. She never steered us in the wrong direction. Renee has a fun and flexible attitude. She showed up on the wedding day before she needed to be there, which is a breath of fresh air when you are stressed about so many other things. We wanted to accomplish a lot of shots in a short amount of time before the wedding, and it was knocked out so efficiently even with a large wedding party. She never seemed worn out, even though I know she had to be! I can't wait to see my pictures!

Do not have enough good words to say about Renee and her photography! From the very beginning, I knew that she was the person for me and we hit it off right away! I knew that I could not have my wedding without her photographing it! I think that every bride is nervous when it comes to choosing a photographer because you want someone who makes you feel comfortable, otherwise, you will never look good in any of your pictures. I definitely realized that she was the person for us during our engagment shoot when my husband and I were so relaxed and ourselves. And in return, our pictures were wonderful! Renee Sprink Photography was, without a doubt, the best money we spent on our entire wedding. I could tell from the very first email I sent Renee that she was SO friendly, personable, excited and passionate. Even after briefly speaking with her I was confident that she understood our style and I felt comfortable that she would take matters into her own hands on our wedding day. Renee is amazing! Working with her was wonderful...she went above and beyond to make our wedding photographs perfect.

From the beginning, Renee was punctual and approachable. She immediately grasped onto the vision I had for the wedding and was so helpful throughout the entire process. She was very intentional about asking questions to make sure she understood what I was looking for in a photographer, as well as what I wanted my photographs to capture. In my opinion, Renee went above and beyond the expected duties of photographer. She was available for advice on vendors, guidance for what I should be working on in the months before the wedding, or even just support!

I am so so happy with our pictures! Renee did a wonderful job of capturing moments, candid and posed, during our special day with style and professionalism. Although, they are professional photographs they look natural. She did a great job of capturing the traditional parts of a wedding (cutting the cake, exchanging rings, first dance, etc) but she also captured the emotion behind the action. When I look at our wedding photographs, they take me back to that day.

Renee is not only amazing in her photgraphy skills but her people skills are unparalleled as well! My husband and I do not enjoy being in front of the camera, but she was able to make us feel at ease. In doing so, she captured some of the best photos of us during our engagement photo session and on our wedding day. Renee made the whole process from our initial contact through receiving our wedding photo album as painless and easy as possible. Everyone who sees our photos comments on how she captured every aspect of our wedding day with phenominal skill. Renee is more than just a wonderful photographer. She becomes a friend, a wedding planner, a therapist, and photographer all in one! What struck me about Renee's work at the beginning was how honest and true her photographs looked. Now that I have had the pleasure of working with her, I can see why. She takes the time to get to know the couple's comfort zone, boundaries, and individual personalities. Working with her is not only fun and a pure joy, but she is such a professional and her talent is so apparent. I really could not say enough good things about Renee! She has a true system that she follows to ensure that things will go smoothly, and I appreciated (and needed) that so much on wedding day. We feel like the luckiest people on earth to have been able to work with Renee, and our home has been made 100 times more beautiful with her photos. First of all let me say Renee is awesome and I would highly recommend her and here is why...As the groom not every detail was as important to me as to my wife, however the photographer was very important. I have been to weddings in the past with great photographers and ones with terrible photographers and it makes such a huge difference. No one wants to be held up missing the fun because the photographer missed the shot and no one wants to feel like they are working when they are supposed to be having fun. I am not sure how Renee did it but she was seemingly everywhere without even being noticed and the quality of the pictures has been what you would hope for for your wedding. I cannot say enough about how enjoyable Renee has been to work with, obviously it is more important to like your pictures than it is to like your photographer but its best if you like both. We certainly love our pictures and even better we do not consider Renee our photographer, we consider her our friend.

Renee was outstanding. I was a bit nervous about hiring someone for something as important as our wedding photos, but once I met with Renee, I never looked back. She was super-helpful in helping us to plan our event so that the flow worked out well and no photos were missed. There are not enough words to describe what an amazing photographer Renee was for our wedding. As a bride, every decision for your big day seems like a very important one, but choosing the right photographer is ESPECIALLY important. After all, this is the person who is going to be there with you the entire day, from hair & makeup, to your exit from the reception; the person you are relying on to capture every detail that you've poured over and planned to a tee; the person who you trust to photograph each moment in a way that you will be proud to look back on for the rest of your lives. And Renee exceeded every one of our expectations. From the first time we met her, we knew she was a sweet, fun, and warm person. And having known another bride who had used her services for her wedding, we knew the pictures would be great...but they were better than great - they were stunning. We loved our engagement pictures so much that we had Renee turn them into a guest book for the wedding. And that was just the beginning. The wedding shots taken by Renee and her assistant were breathtaking. She not only captured all of the things we had planned and talked about, but she also got the sweet, funny, and special details - things we never would have known even happened, but am so glad we now get to look back on - for example, when our flower girl shyly hid her face during our first kiss. Or the look on the groom's face when he first saw me walk out. Or the exact moment when every teary-eyed guest raised their glasses after my day's toast. These are the details that separate a good photographer from a GREAT photographer. Renee will make one major part of your day not only easy, but fun; she will make you look gorgeous; and she will make you feel like you are re-living the happiest day of your life again and again for years to come as you look back on her pictures and feel like you are there.

Renee Sprinks is absolutely fabulous to work with! She was not only my photographer but also became my friend. It was an added bonus that she provided us with much valuable advice from wedding vendors to hot honeymoon destinations. We are so thankful that we picked Renee for our photography, she was absolutely wonderful! I recently reviewed Renee and saw that after I submitted my review, there was a 4.5 star for "professionalism." Clearly this was an error on my part. Renee prides herself in her professionalism, and she has a way with making the couples she's working with feel so comfortable. I want to preface this review by saying that I researched and met with quite a few photographers before choosing Renee Sprink and I am so glad I picked her!! Renee is such a an amazing photographer! She captured all the moments we wanted/asked for on our wedding day and was so nice and easy to work with!! She really took time to find great spots for our engagement shoot, my bridal portrait and our first look shoot (right before the wedding ceremony). I could not have asked for a better experience and better pictures! I would recommend Renee to anyone who is looking for a great lifestyle photographer :)

There are so many choices for photographers in the Triangle Region, but as soon as we met Renee, we knew she was going to be great! She is so creative and has a great point of view. After selecting Renee, we had our engagement photos, and wow, were they special! We knew we had picked a winner to photograph our wedding.

Working with Renee on our wedding day was fantastic!! We had such a great time with her! She made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera and got some of the coolest shots I have ever seen. Everything was so stress free with her. She knew exactly what to do at the exact right times. There wasn’t a part of the evening that went un-photographed; which was great because we were busy!!

The best part about working with Renee is the stress-free experience. Her punctuality and organization with her work is incredible! She made the experience so fun and gave us the comfort in knowing that every little detail would be captured. Also, she is great at transitioning smoothly from one thing to another, even in torrential downpours, like at our wedding!

I would for sure recommend Renee for all my friends! She really makes the experience something to remember! She is a blast to work with and captures every little detail and moment of your special day!
