Trabajé con el equipo de Red Velvet en el 2015 para que me ayudaran con los toques finales de mi boda. Las amé! Me ayudaron a marcar las botellas, coordinar con los proveedores que había contratado, el día de mi boda me acompañaron en todo momento, pude disfrutar cada segundo sin preocuparme mucho del cotillón, de si había algún problema con la comida o la bebida.
Son un equipo súper profesional y con gusto lo que recomendaría a cualquiera de mis amigos y familiares para la coordinación de eventos. -

Working with them was really great, they were very nice, they had an excellent attitude and they made me feel super relaxed, I didn`t feel stressed at all. The only thing was that some items I took to the church are missing, I am not saying it was their fault but I think there was a missmanagement of the responsibilities. Overall I loved working with them, I highly recommend their services. -

Don’t fall for their pitch
I had a wedding where I paid more than $5000 to them and I did not have any real help in planning the wedding. They actually ended up making my wedding experience worse. They did not become responsive until a month before the wedding even though I had not paid for “day of” services. I paid for a partial planning package (the second tier). After barely helping me at all, they tried to dictate things on the day of the wedding when they had no idea what they were doing. I had asked them to give the event schedule to the people and vendors on my team and they failed to do so. No one was on the same page and this caused chaos. Every time I asked for something during the planning it was like pulling teeth. Another thing that really bothered me was that I was told (by Grace herself and her team) that Grace would be there the day of my wedding. Instead she was at a more high paying clients wedding that day. And she did not participate at all in the planning. I only saw her at our first initial meeting and every time I would contact her, she would have someone else on her team contact me with a reply. I realized that this company only really cares about what wedding will make them more money and give them more exposure, meaning that the higher wedding budget the more likely they are to give you good services, even though their services are offered at a fixed price.
I would suggest to go with someone who does not have a ton of people under them where it’s a more personal service. I really regret falling for Grace’s sales pitch. I ended up working with a totally different person on her team and as I said, the interest in helping me only came about a month before. Please take my advice and go with a different Wedding Planner. Your wedding is too important. -
