    We hired Heidi for our day-of coordinator- she came highly recommended by our caterer (R&R Catering). Hiring her was the absolute best decision we made during the planning process. We didn't have to worry about ANYTHING during the wedding. As a bride, you don't want to worry about the actual flow of the day, you want to finally enjoy it! She and her assistant made sure that happened for us. If we ever have another party as big, she will be the first person I call. She is perfect!

    Heidi is the best! We hired her for partial planning and she did a fabulous job! She was so organized and helpful the day of the wedding. Our day could not have been more perfect.
    She recommended the best vendors for us and made the whole planning process a breeze. She also took my vision and helped make it a reality. The room our reception was held exceeded my expectations. It was perfect!

    Heidi was the most amazing wedding planner who made my wedding day absolutely perfect. She was so energetic and enthusiastic that even during stressful times, she made the planning process fun. Not only did Heidi expertly perform the "typical" duties such as providing vendor recommendations, accompanying me to meetings, negotiating contracts, etc., but she went above and beyond by taking on several additional tasks just to reduce my work load. Heidi successfully calmed me down when I felt frazzled and efficiently took control of the many details involved. She was extremely professional and quick to respond, and always made time for me when I needed her. When the big day arrived, Heidi and her assistant executed it flawlessly, and all of her creative suggestions and hard work resulted in a beautiful event. I did not worry about a single thing that evening and had the time of my life, knowing that Heidi had it under control. Simply put, she was the best thing that ever happened to my wedding. I highly recommend Heidi and Red Paint Events!!

    Heidi, owner of Red Paint Events, is by far, the most amazing event coordinator I have ever worked with. I've traveled around the world, been to multiple events, weddings, corporate gatherings, humanitarian missions, charity fundraisers, birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, etc. Because of her reputation, I turned over my entire wedding to her. Yes, my entire wedding. The only thing I did was purchase my dress, and mail my invitations. She did everything, and I mean everything else. Ceremony, chairs, escorts, decorations, Cupcakes, music, lighting, photobooth, flowers, tents, rehearsal dinner, reception dinner, music, vendors, beverages, seating chart, meetings, colors, tables, chairs, coordination of a bridal party with 15 girls, photography, videographers, etc. She left no stone unturned and the guests were absolutely amazed. We continue to hear comments about how amazing our wedding was and that it was "the best wedding we've ever been too". Whatever events I have in the future, Red Paint Events WILL take care of all the details. Unmatched professionalism, unbelievable support, flawless attention to detail and very cost effective. I actually offered to pay more because of the amount of work they put into my dream wedding.

    Heidi was a pleasure to work with.She was always prompt to respond to questions or concerns, and was professional to work with. I would recommend Heidi to anyone who needs help planning their wedding.

    Heidi was great! I work in events, and wanted to make sure when it came to my own wedding I had someone that could take things off my hands so I could enjoy my special day. Heidi was very responsive and everything ran extremely smoothly with her help! I would highly recommend Heidi to any bride.

    Look no further than Heidi for your event. Her professionalism and vision are beyond perfect. Heidi is full of ideas to help bring your dream to reality. She goes above and beyond to make the day and event perfect, a true once in a lifetime event. As a perfectionist bride, I was completely comfortable handing the reigns over to Heidi and her team. I had no worries and felt completely at ease and still remember the feeling I got when I first saw the ballroom with all the last minute touches. Everything was more perfect and beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Our event was seamless and I would not recommend anyone else. Heidi brings a true touch of charm and elegance to an event.

    Heidi might as well have had a halo on her head throughout my planning. She not only helped make my dreams a reality, but she did it in less than 3 months. From the moment I got engaged, Heidi was right there by my side any time I needed her. Together, we created a beautiful, sassy, sexy, simple wedding day that matched my personality perfectly, not only that but we did it within a budget! Her resources are endless and I never doubted for one minute that my wedding day would be absolute perfection!
