Timeless, Elegant Wedding Makeup

Lauren was literally the first vendor I booked once I figured out my wedding date and location. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else to make me picture perfect for my big day and highly recommend her to any bride in the DMV! I've known Lauren for years and she was the makeup artist for all of my closest friends who got married in the area so I couldn't wait to have her do my bridal look when it was finally my turn to get hitched. Lauren is very professional and warm and she did an amazing job on my makeup as well as for my mom, MIL, and a few of my bridesmaids. She has perfected the art of elegant, timeless make up that plays up your natural beauty. Lauren did my makeup for my engagement party, bridal shower, wedding, as well as when I was a bridesmaid in my friends' weddings. For my big day, I had on the longest most dramatic lashes I've ever worn and yet Lauren was able to make my whole look so natural that I never felt overdone. I wish I could have Lauren do my makeup everyday but at least I can look back at my wedding photos and admire her flawless work :) My advice to all future brides is to hire Lauren immediately before she gets booked up!

Stunning Makeup-- Highly Recommend!

I had a wonderful experience working with Lauren of Real Doll Makeup for my wedding! I told her I wanted makeup that looked natural/glowy, and she nailed it-- and did a beautiful job for our moms and my bridesmaids as well. I appreciated the touch-up kit she provided, but hardly needed anything besides lipstick reapplication-- the makeup lasted beautifully all day. She's a warm and calm presence on your wedding day, and lovely to work with. Would hire her again without doubt and highly recommend her to others!

Fantastic Makeup Artist

Lauren did a fantastic job beautifying me and my girls for my wedding. I was encouraged by the fact that she offers trials before booking, which not many makeup artists in my area offer. At the trial, and on my actual wedding day, Lauren was friendly and upbeat, immediately putting me at ease. She perfectly captured the look I requested: elegant, soft, and natural. My girls and I had so much fun getting ready with her, chatting and swapping stories while she worked. She did a great job on my mom and mother-in-law, as well as my sisters-in-law: we all looked like us, only better! We've only gotten a few photos of the wedding back so far, but our makeup looks flawless in all of them! My eye makeup even held up the entire day, despite shedding a few happy tears. Lauren is an excellent choice if you're looking for wedding makeup on the natural side that still looks great in pictures.

Real Doll Makeup is the best Wedding Makeup!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lauren. Brides-to-be, I highly recommend Real Doll Makeup -- you can't go wrong! Lauren of Real Doll Makeup was so thoughtful, professional, precise and talented. She tailored the makeup perfectly for me and my party. She is particularly great at the enhanced, natural look and also suggested ideas that I would never have thought of that worked out so nicely. I started out with another company and did not have a great experience, then I found Real Doll and Lauren exceeded expectations. Lauren is a really calm and sweet personality which makes a difference for starting out the wedding day feeling relaxed. She also gives brides a little touch-up bag for lipstick - very thoughtful. Sending many many thanks to Lauren! I have already recommended Real Doll to friends getting married in the DC area.

The best in the business!

Lauren of Real Doll Makeup was so amazing to work with for my wedding day makeup!! My mom and I were both fortunate enough to visit Lauren's fab studio for our makeup trial together, immediately I knew that we had made the right choice with a makeup artist for my special day. Lauren is professional, kind, thorough, knowledgable, and extremely talented. When I told Lauren I wanted a 'rosey glow' as a cohesive theme for my bridal party - she didn't flinch and perfected this look for both me, my mom, and my bridesmaids. My entire bridal party is still raving about how much they loved their makeup. My mom, who is very minimalistic and not as enthusiastic about makeup as I am, especially loved working with Lauren for her "Mother of the bride" look. This speaks volumes about Lauren's talent as she can truly work with anyone and everyone to find the right balance of makeup that compliments them and makes them feel their best. Better yet, everyone's makeup lasted ALL NIGHT LONG. We were dancing and celebrating and only had to touch up lipstick a couple of times. It might be silly, but I was sad when I had to take my makeup off at the end of the night because I loved it so much. I can't wait to work with Lauren again for future events!

Wonderful Experience!

I had a great experience working with Lauren. She provided excellent value and created a look that fit me, my sister, and my mother perfectly. I worked with her for both engagement photos and wedding photos. Her fake eyelashes worked wonders and the air brushing lasts all day!

Beautiful Makeup for your Wedding Day Glam

I enthusiastically recommend Lauren and Real Doll Makeup. I found Lauren through a referral from my wedding planner, and it was one of his best recommendations! After my trial, I immediately knew she was the one for my wedding day. On the wedding day, Lauren was incredible, creating different looks for my bridesmaids, parents and grandmother. She took everyone's various styles and made them feel beautiful, confident and comfortable. I cannot say enough great things about Lauren, and will eagerly recommend her to everyone I know!

Lauren was PHENOMENAL! She was so sweet and she is so talented! I searched forever for a great makeup artist and I also wanted someone who was patient as I can pretty indecisive and I wanted someone who would make me not only look beautiful on my wedding day but someone who would make me feel comfortable and special. Lauren exceed every expectation and did an outstanding job. Even before booking her she was so responsive to emails and so flexible and accommodating. We scheduled a trail at her home (she has the cutest home studio!) She was so inviting and friendly and took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for, asked me questions about my skin type and took the time to talk me through step by step and explain products. Lauren did makeup for me and my bridal party, she even brought additional help because I had so many girls. Lauren took care of every detail for the timeline and scheduling so that we would finish on time which was amazing! I even booked her to stay til after pictures for a touch up ( which I barely needed because my makeup stayed perfect). Everyones makeup looked flawless and it was probably the hottest day of the year, through sweat and tears everyone still looked great! She was creative and flexible as I made some changes that morning, she has such a sweet demeanor. I am so glad I found her and I wish I could have her do my makeup everyday! If you are looking for the perfect make up artist do not hesitate to book Lauren, she will not disappoint! Thank you for everything on my day I am still in awe of how great we all looked!

Our original make up artist cancelled the week of the wedding and our planner found Lauren. I wasn’t sure what to expect since we didn’t have a trial.... I was blown away with her skills. Lauren made everyone look amazing!!! I love how easy Lauren is to work with and the results are just outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone. You will be so happy with her ability to make you look flawless! She is hands down the best make up artist I have ever used and will continue to use her for events! Lauren is amazing! She worked patiently with me during the trial and helped me find the perfect berry lip. I loved my wedding makeup, and she also did a great job with my mom and sister. Our makeup looked great all day (the airbrush foundation is incredible!). In addition to being a great makeup artist, Lauren was a fun and positive presence on my wedding day. I highly recommend her!

Lauren is truly AMAZING. She is truly such an amazing person to work with and really does a wonderful job giving you the look you want on your wedding day. I literally danced all night long, and when I look at pictures I'm amazed at how well my makeup stayed on. All the bridesmaids loved their makeup as well and Lauren really helped make everyone feel beautiful on my wedding day!

Lauren from Real Doll Makeup was such a pleasure to work with during my wedding! She is sweet, caring, calming, and INCREDIBLE at applying the perfect, most natural, but still glam wedding makeup you could want for your wedding day! I'm not the most skilled at communicating my preferences but between the trial and day off, Lauren just "got it" and I've honestly never felt more beautiful. I wish she could do my makeup for me all the time! Plus she's just such a genuine and caring person - I couldn't have imagined sharing the day and makeup touches with anyone else!

Real Doll Makeup (Lauren) was fabulous! Not only did she replicate exactly the look I was going for but she made the logistics a breeze. Lauren was an incredible asset for every member of the Bridal Party too. She was responsive and gave each girl options so they felt and looked gorgeous. Our makeup was natural yet made our best features POP. I highly recommend Lauren, she is worth every penny and literally made me feel flawless on my wedding day. Also, I am biased, but we had a blast day of! She made getting ready SO FUN (even though it does take time!)!!!

Lauren if your girl -- so many of my friends have used her (including myself) and each time she has blown everyone away!!! She will make you and you're bridesmaids gorgeous without fail! And her makeup stays all day long! Also, she is amazing during the process, so so easy to work with, and is such a calming presence on your wedding day. I really enjoyed working with Lauren of Real Doll Makeup. She did a terrific job with me and my bridal party, and made us all look fabulous on my wedding day.

Lauren is delightful to be around -- she's upbeat, complimentary, and easygoing, which are all exactly what you want to boost your confidence and help you feel comfortable about your looks on your wedding day. She's also highly professional -- she knows exactly what she's doing and makes you feel confident in her skills.

During my trial and during consultations before, Lauren did a good job of helping me arrive at the look I wanted. She incorporated the look I described and had included in the photos I showed her, but balanced it with her sense of the right feel for my dress and the vibe of my event. I wanted a more glam look than your typical everyday fresh-faced bridal look, and she was able to navigate my requests with ease. She also incorporated my input rather than acting like the "professional knows best" sort of vendor that ignores what their clients ask for, which I really appreciated.

My bridesmaids didn't come with ideas for how they wanted their makeup done, but a few were reticent about things like false lashes or camera-ready makeup. Lauren did a great job finding looks that worked for them and which made them feel comfortable. They all looked gorgeous after their makeup was done.

Lauren brought an assistant free of charge to help expedite makeup, which I also really appreciated. It was nice that she was cognizant of the timeframe and planned accordingly to ensure that we were on time. Her communications and scheduling were also prompt and professional -- she was an overall pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend Lauren. She does great work - whether you have an exact idea of what you want or are unsure of the look you are going for. All of my bridesmaids also loved how their make-up turned out (and I did too!). Her prices are reasonable, you get a great service, and she comes on site (a HUGE plus on a busy wedding day). She is very responsive - gets right back to you no matter how many questions or concerns. She is excellent to work with and also has lots of great hair stylist contacts that she works very well with.

Lauren of Real Doll Makeup is such a talented artist! She did my makeup for my bridal shower and wedding day as well did my mother and sister’s makeup for my wedding day. I could not have been more pleased with how beautiful and different all of the looks were. Lauren gives a great balance of professional and flexible while making the experience fun. She really listens to you and makes sure you look your very best. I was so impressed with how well she changed up my makeup from my wedding ceremony to reception in just a matter of an hour. She made me feel special and gorgeous throughout all of my events. We took photographs both indoor and outdoor and she did the makeup in such a way it photographed exceptionally in both settings. My mom and sister were equally as happy with their looks and it is not easy working with my mother’s blinking! I received so many compliments and really loved how I looked as a bride thanks to Lauren!! I have recommended her to many over the years and am so glad I was able to use her for my BIG Day! Lauren of Real Doll Makeup is a true artist! She did my makeup as well as my bridesmaids and my mother’s for my November 8, 2015 DC wedding. The ladies and I were so happy with our look and most importantly, our makeup lasted all day and still looked amazing by the end of the night. Our makeup photographed so professionally in both indoor and outdoor settings—we received so many compliments and felt so special! Booking Lauren as my bridal makeup artist was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. She asked all the right questions and was very organized with the booking process. Prior to the wedding, I made a trial appointment with her. I highly recommend doing a trial. It made the makeup process that much more seamless for the wedding day. The week before my wedding she provided me with a final confirmation that included all the day of details, timeline and makeup prep tips, which was extremely helpful. She was punctual and professional on the day of my wedding and she even gifted me with a pouch with products for lip touch-ups and a compact. She was extremely thoughtful and so easy to work with. I'm so glad I booked her for my wedding!

Lauren was so fantastic to work with! From the day I first contacted her months and months before the wedding up until the day of, she was incredibly responsive to all my emails and questions, offered great advice and tips, and was just generally so sweet. After my trial with Lauren, I changed my mind about the look I wanted - and Lauren was so patient and helpful when I sent her tons of pictures. On the day of my wedding, she was prompt and worked both quickly and carefully. All my bridesmaids looked phenomenal, and I was absolutely in love with my makeup look! Such a pleasure working with Lauren of Real Doll Makeup. Lauren was incredibly helpful and responsive in planning, and very professional and fun to work with the morning of our wedding. She kept a rather large bridal party to a perfect timeline and actually ended ahead of schedule. My bridal makeup and all my bridesmaids was beautiful and soft, professional without being over the top. I will absolutely recommend her to all family and friends in the future!

Lauren was AMAZING!! She was super sweet and very efficient. She has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy. My biggest fear was not looking like myself on my wedding day since I normally don't wear make up. To say Lauren did a superb job highlighting my natural features is an understatement. The make up was flawless and looked natural yet photographed very well. My now husband who normally hates me in make up even noted how great my overall look looked. My make up lasted the entire day. Even through all the tears, hugs, kisses and sweat from dancing. I would definitely recommend Lauren to all of my friends and family.

Lauren was wonderful! She did the most amazing job on my bridesmaids and my makeup for the wedding. She was flexible and always responded within an appropriate timeframe to emails. I definitely recommend doing a trial because it gives you and her a chance to find the best look. My makeup was flawless and lasted the entire day and night-dancing and all! She even gave me info for makeup to use everyday. She was super sweet and I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her in the future!

Lauren was so sweet and very accommodating with my very tight wedding day schedule. I had one trial and she made great suggestions based on that. I am not someone who wears a lot of make up and she was able to create a great look that accented the good things. She also covered up things from a botched waxing that I got a few days before the wedding - can't thank her enough!

Lauren is amazing! She was very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. She has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, and happy. She is open to your feedback/suggestions, but also willing to give you her two cents. She's very detail-oriented, and going into the wedding, I was confident that she had noted all the products, colors, etc. that we had tried and agreed upon during the trial and in emails afterwards. She comes to your location on your wedding day fully prepared with all of the products for you and your bridal party, and also with an AMAZING touch-up kit for you. Lauren did a great job on me, my sister, my mom, and my grandma. Her ability to make everyone - age 27 to age 76 - look great proved to me she really knows what she's doing! I found her prices to be very reasonable considering the quality of work. Book Lauren if you can!!

I loved my make up done by Lauren! She was attentive and duplicated the look I desired perfectly. The make up was done in a timely manner, and she was a pleasure to spend some time with. She seemed very knowledge of different make up brands, colors, application techniques, etc. I got exactly what I asked for, but better. Lauren was easy to work with and to schedule an appointment with, and her response time was fast. I would definitely want Lauren to do my make up again!

Lauren was a total pleasure to work with. She provided make up services for myself and 3 bridesmaids and everyone looked beautiful! We had so many compliments throughout the night. She was really able to highlight everyone's natural look.

I am so glad I found Lauren for my wedding day - I had been searching for makeup artists for a long time and was having the hardest time finding one who a) I thought could do a glam and pretty look that also looked natural, and b) who wasn't also going to be ridiculously expensive.

Makeup is very subjective and each bride has her own taste, and Lauren seemed to completely appreciate that - she was very open in asking me about what look I wanted for my wedding day, and we exchanged some photos even before my trial so she could get an idea of what looks she could try on me. She also did makeup for my mom and mother-in-law, as well as some of my bridesmaids, and found what worked best for each person's face while making them all look beautiful and natural. She also has a great, lovely personality and was awesome to have around while my girls and I were getting ready. I loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone!

Real Doll Make-up was the first vendor I booked for my bridal beauty services, and it was the best choice I had made! As someone who doesn't normally wear make-up, I warmed up to the pictures on the website and felt that the owner/artist, Lauren Jaber, could create a natural but beautiful pink bridal look for me, and she did. She had a gentle touch and truly made me feel like a bride, as I loved how my make-up looked, from the mink lashes to the shade of lipstick. I could not have been more pleased with her services.

The other members of my bridal party--the mothers, grandmother, and bridesmaids also loved their make-up and felt beautiful as well. I would highly recommend Real Doll Make-up for weddings and other events, and I think that Lauren is a joy to work with.

Lauren was wonderful to work with. She is friendly and easy going and a talented makeup artist. She did all 4 of my bridesmaids and myself and she managed to do our makeup quickly while not making it feel rushed or anxious. Everyone looked gorgeous - just enhanced versions of themselves. She was so easy to work with and the makeup held up nicely all night. I highly recommend Lauren!

Lauren was an absolute delight- she is so talented and personable. My concerns were my uneven skin tone and acne scars. During our makeup trial run, it amazed me how to eased my concerns and perfectly blended my makeup. I had terrible experiences with other makeup companies, so it was such a relief to find Lauren! Lauren from Real Doll Makeup was amazing! She did my bridal makeup, 5 bridesmaids and my mom and mother in law. She really knew how to make everyone look their best! The moms were nervous because they don't usually wear a lot of make up but Lauren was very calming and made them feel at ease. She is great at spicing up a natural look without it looking over done. She also uses the best products and my make up lasted all night, even after all the dancing. I would highly recommend her for you make up needs and hope to use her services again!

Lauren was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so pleased I took her suggestion. Lauren is really talented as a makeup artist and was able to make me look my very best on my wedding day. I wanted a natural look and she was able to achieve that and was very open to my ideas and feedback. Her style is the perfect balance of glamorous but not overdone. I live out of town, and she was very flexible scheduling multiple trials with me in off hours/days. She is a friendly face and has a calming demeanor and was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Every girl and especially every bride loves to feel pretty and Lauren does just that!! I was referred to Lauren from a good friend of mine and absolutely loved working with her. Prior to working with Lauren, I can't say that I had ever been completely satisfied or happy with any makeup services I had received in the past. However, Lauren changed all of that ~ she really listened to what I wanted and the look that I was hoping for, and then...she surpassed it...truly blew me away...and my hubby on our wedding day :) !! I am actually the mother-of-the bride. This is the second time Lauren has been used for a wedding in my family. She truly is exceptional. At both weddings where Lauren did the makeup, everyone commented on how beautiful the girls looked, not made up, as some do at some weddings. It was a natural, yet beautiful look. She also did my makeup and I loved it. It looked so natural. The more natural look was what we were going for. Yet I can tell by seeing her work she can do anything someone would like for their makeup. She was truly professional . Lauren was unbelievable to work with. Between 2 trials and day of makeup for myself and 9 others, she did such an amazing job. I have never felt more beautiful than when she did my make up - it was natural, elegant, comfortable, and (most importantly) extremely long lasting. Being a recent bride herself, Lauren really understands the stresses and priorities during the wedding day and the planning process. She made our getting ready party so fun - I can't wait for another occasion so I can go to her to get my make up done!

Lauren is the real deal...as well as the "real doll"! Lauren does great work. I am not a makeup person, and she made the process simple and was able to make sure I looked natural (with exceptionally full lashes - courtesy of fake additions) on my wedding day. I watched her work for hours straight for my sister-in-law's wedding, as well.

Lauren provided makeup services for me as well as three of my bridesmaids. From the start, she was extremely flexible and patient. I did a trial run with her beforehand and it turned out great- exactly as I pictured. I went to Bloomingdales afterwards and had no less than 5 different people stop me and compliment me and ask me who had done my makeup.

On the day of, Lauren was on time and ready to go. She was flexible with schedule as we tried to accommodate makeup and/or hair for 8 people. She was professional and knowledgeable and made all of my bridesmaids look great. I felt she charged a fair price for the Washington, D.C. area. As part of my package, she included a lipstick, gloss, and a few other things for an added fee which was completely worth it. I hesitated buying it at first, wondering if I really needed it, but am glad I did as I was able to maintain my look throughout the day with my little bag of stuff (7am-10pm!)

I would definitely recommend Lauren for your wedding and would absolutely use her again.

Lauren did an amazing job on the makeup for my wedding. We had a wide range in ages and makeup preferences and everyone loved their makeup, from my 60 year old mother in law to my fashion forward 24 year old sister to my 28 year old friend who never wears makeup. The makeup looked extremely natural; everyone looked good in the photos, but no one looked overdone inreal life. A lot of makeup artists I have seen put a ton of makeup on, thinking it will make the pidtures look great, but then the people look ridiculous in real life. Lauren did a great job listening to what each person wanted and adapted her style to meet everyone's request. For example, my mother wanted to look extremely natural, while one of my bridesmaids wanted a subtle cat eye and another wanted a smoky eye. Even with tqhese different looks, we all looked good together and all looked like we were going to the same event. I wish Lauren could do my makeup every day!

Lauren did such a great job on my bridesmaid's and I's makeup for my wedding day. She was able to create what I envisioned and more. Lauren did my make-up for my wedding day on 2/5/11, along with a few members of my bridal party. She was very responsive when making the arrangements for the trial and day-of. Lauren was absolutely amazing. She made me look like myself, but a beautiful glamorous me. Just what I wanted. My make-up was fantastic and lasted all night, and she even provided some touch up products so I could keep rocking all night. :) She was so easy to work with and was always quick to respond to my emails and questions. Lauren did my makeup for both my wedding shower in July 2012 and for my wedding on September 1, 2012. Since I don’t wear makeup, I was concerned I couldn’t properly explain the wedding day look I wanted. Lauren got me 100%! She worked with me for the shower make up as the trial for the wedding day and I loved it AND received so many compliments. I was still myself and natural just more polished. The makeup lasted for me all day and photographed really well. It was great that with the wedding package you get touch up for lips and blush – she even instructed one of my bridesmaids on how to do the touch up later in the day! On the big day: Lauren arrived early, got set up and started – she stayed right on schedule and everyone loved their polished wedding ready looks! She was able to do the scheduled 5 people and myself in the allotted time and went above and beyond to stay later than planned to do another bridesmaid that was so impressed with the other girls’ looks she had to get fabulous too! I look forward to having the opportunity to work with Lauren again and have already referred her to a friend who booked her for their October 2012 wedding!

I had the most amazing experience with Real Doll Makeup! Although I already knew I wanted Lauren as a makeup artist after seeing what she's done for other brides in the past, I did a makeup trial because she makes it so fun, and so that we could try out different shades of shadows and lip colors. Real Doll Makeup is a great balance of professional and flexible, fun and great at making brides feel special and gorgeous. Lauren also makes you look like yourself, at your best. The lashes are a great added touch to the look!!!

I have only had my trial with Lauren, as my wedding is not until September. She has been so professional and accommodating! My mom even got her make up done at the trial and was so pleased with her look. I recommend Lauren to anyone, her work was amazing and just what I wanted! I can't wait for her to make us glamorous again for the big day.

I loved working with Lauren. She was so sweet and did out make up perfectly. I cannot recommend her enough!!!! She worked quickly without rushing---the make up was flawless. I highly recommend getting the fake lashes--they look amazing in pictures.

Lauren did a great trial in which she added a little bit more and a little bit more makeup so that I could tell her exactly how much I wanted. She did a perfect re-creation on the day of my wedding! I was told over and over again that my skin looked perfect!

Lauren at Real Doll Makeup did such an incredible job on my make-up, I would recommend her to anyone. She did an exceptional job on my bridal party and even was able to accomodate a few extra requests at the last minute without any issue. She is a pleasure to work with, did a beautiful job on everyone's make-up, uses great products (MAC), and is extremely professional (on time, efficient, and able to work within the time frame we had). Lauren was able to give me the simple yet stunning look I was hoping for, without making me feel like I was covered in layers of makeup. I felt like myself, and I had just enough on to stand up to all the lights etc. of our wedding pictures. I even got the lipstick and gloss and a cute little make-up bag from Lauren so I could do touch ups throughout the day. You won't be disappointed!

I had a traditional hindu wedding. Lauren came home bright and early on Sunday to get me ready. She has a lloooot of experience and it showed during my trial with her. She came very highly recommended to me and I loved my trial.

Lauren also did my make up in the evening for my reception, where we did a smoky eye/glam look. I LUVVVED it! She pays great attention to detail and is very diligent. She also gave me lipstick/gloss and other items to touch up my make up (which wasnt even needed), however it all made her prices very very reasonable!

You have to check out Lauren for your special events!

Lauren is fantastic! I would definitely recommend her for any bride. She did a great job on my makeup as well as my bridesmaids, mom, and mother of the groom. She was punctual, professional, and very talented. She loves what she does, and it shows in her work.

I knew Lauren (owner of Reall Doll Makeup) from another source and the found out about her spectacular makeup skills. The first time that she did my makeup was for New Years Eve (makeovers for her charity!) and I was sold there! I hired her as my wedding makeup artist. The trial went perfectly. She has a serious makeup skillset for all women (regardless of race or skin type) and executes her work flawlessly and with ease. My wedding was no exception! Lauren was punctual as well as very professional and friendly. She makes anyone in her chair feel like he most imporant person in the world, including my 7-year old neice who worshipped her (rightfully so!). Each of the ladies in my bridal party looked and felt beautiful after Lauren worked her magic. Even more amazing though, it was more like an extra girlfriend was there rather than some random, stuffy 'vendor'. I would hire Lauren again any day of the week. Her rates are fantastic and her services are exceptional. She has a gift!

Lauren from RealDoll make up was amazing!!! she did my make up for my bridal shower and wedding.

My experience with Lauren was great, she arrived on time, listened to what I wanted, and suggested looks based on my personality and style. Lauren walks you through the process before hand, and seems knowledgeable when it comes to skin care and the most current make-up trends.

Lauren was absolutely amazing! Myself and my bridal party have NEVER looked so good! Lauren is extremely responsible and very talented in applying make up. I absolutely loved Lauren. I am not a person who regularly wears make-up but I loved the fact that she took that into consideration. My make-up was light and looked very natural. I did not have a lot of time being part of a bridal party but she had everyone in and out. Everyone was beautiful!! She was knowledgeable, efficient, and not overbearing. I will definitely call her when my husband and I renew our vows. : )

Lauren was great!!!!! She was on time and very professional. She did everyone's makeup just the way they wanted it without any issues or problems. After the trial I changed the colors of my eye makeup and she came in with the new colors the day of the wedding and did everything perfectly. She was amazing and without question I would recommend her to anyone. When everything was finished my mom had wished she had had her makeup done for the wedding as well beacuse it all looked great!

Real Doll Makeup is the BEST!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better make up artist for my big day. I had a large party, and lots of in laws that wanted to participate in the "getting ready" session so the task was daunting, but Lauren was the absolute best. She was able to attend to everyone and give them what they wanted. Several of my family members were to pleased, they are still talking about it! I also had the pleasure of having to ceremonies and wanted two different looks. Lauren stayed to make my wish come true and it looked amazing. She is affordable and flexible which was awesome for me. I would HIGHLY recommend that you go for a trial and see what you think...but take your checkbook so you can leave a deposit, becuase you will be AMAZED at how BEAUTIFUL you look! PS....GET THE LASHES....they are uncomfortable at first, but totally worth it...your photos will look amazing!

Lauren was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the beginning she was very responsive and easy to schedule a trial with. She had great recommendations of skin care products to use specifically for my skin after doing my trial with her. I absolutely loved my makeup and so did all of my bridesmaids. She is very professional, but also super friendly and personable, which is a wonderful thing to have to help calm a nervous bride on her wedding day! I would highly recommend Lauren for your wedding makeup, you will not be disappointed!

Overall we were extremely happy with Real Doll Make-Up, which we found through browsing other WeddingWire photos.

Lauren Jaber was extremely professional, has a very warm personality, is great at doing make-up, and a pleasure to work with. She was one of our favorite vendors based on how easy it was to communicate with her and how friendly she was. She made the process carefree.

In general to all brides out there, we found through wedding research that Hair + Make-up tends to be more expensive than expected. That said, we really were looking for a calm day where the make-up artist could come to us and someone we could trust as there are no do-overs. Lauren was the gal to ensure that happened.

I definitely recommend a trial so that you can get to know the make-up artist as well as work through any nuances, as makeup is so personal and preferences can vary so significantly. Also, most make-up and hair artists require a trial for brides. The feedback that was provided was minimal, and Lauren was quick to adjust to my personal liking.

On the day of, she arrived on time and kept us ahead of schedule while still ensuring each girl was happy with their make-up. Lauren was also quick to ensure that everyone was happy including me and really cares about her clients. As part of the Bride package, you receive your lipstick, gloss, and liner to go. This was really great and worth the value as I still use this today (4 months later).

We would recommend using Lauren to any bride & bridal party who can afford to use her.

Lauren was supposed to my makeup for my wedding. she was supposed to arrive at my house at 1145. At 1142 she called the other makeup artist who was here (could not even call us herself) to say that she had gotten into an accident by her apartment and was not able to make it. her apartment is a half hour from my house so even if she had not gotten in an accident, she would be at least a half hour late. The new makeup artist did not know what I wanted and did a terrible job.
Thanks Lauren...for nothing.
