    Nothing but love

    We had the pleasure of working with Julie to bring our wedding vision to life. We planned the wedding from a completely different state and our communication never skipped a beat. She was always available for calls, thorough in details throughout the process and was perfect in keeping us on track day of. Our wedding was beyond perfect and we have Julie to thank for it.

    We had the amazing pleasure of working with Grey Boroff from Randi Events. How do we begin to explain how wonderful she is and what a fantastic job she did!! If you are looking for an individual to help make a big dream come true, you need to be working with Grey! She loves her role in a wedding and always has a smile. She made it a wonderful experience and we would never want to plan another event without her!!! Thank you Randi Events for having the BEST PLANNER IN TOWN!!!!!!

    The company as a whole is amazing to work with. From the beginning I felt like I was the only client my coordinator had. I was paired up with Sarah Ann Miller and after first meeting with her, I was relieved and was able to just relax until the wedding! They are definitely not amateurs but are still very reasonably priced and not once did I feel Sarah wasn't listening or going against my budget. I couldn't say enough great things about Randi Events and wish I had more things they could plan!

    Randi Events was absolutely amazing. We actually had two wedding planners during the process because of staff changes, and they were both fantastic - there was no lack in communication or dropping the ball on any level during the process. Sarah Miller was absolutely fantastic, and her laid back attitude makes her very approachable. Their suggestions were lifesavers, especially since we honestly had no idea what we wanted. We were so laid back, I felt bad at times that we were not giving them any information; however, between the suggestions for lights, the wonderful menu we did not even have to adjust and all of the information on hotels/transportation, if we get remarried to each other, the process was so easy. I would definitely use them again if we decide to remarry each other. :)

    I used RandiEvents to plan my wedding & reception in Nashville.I was planning from out of town & had a very demanding work schedule that prevented me from making planning the forefront of my agenda.After doing research on venues in the area, aVenue (operated by RandiEvents) really stood out.The venue was stunning & extremely versatile.My first interactions with them were very professional, honest & prompt.Further, everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable.The cost of the venue was by far the most fair pricing I had seen. Randi Events is really flexible & can help you make realistic choices to stick with your budget.SarahAnn was my reception coordinator.I can say this with the most certainty, I could not have planned my wedding without her.She took care of all the details & kept me informed throughout the process.We only met in person 1 or 2 times.I was able to focus on work & three moves from out of town while still getting all the details finalized.SarahAnn has exceptional taste & design.I loosely described what I envisioned the reception to look like & she literally made it happen better than I could have ever dreamt.I started calling myself "bridechilla" because my wedding planning process was so stress free.I would highly, highly recommend using RandiEvents to plan your wedding.They are so connected, resourceful & experienced.You will enjoy your wedding planning process but more importantly have the most stunning, unbelievably beautiful & memorable wedding.All of our guests had such a great time & are still raving about the food, music, details, decorations, drinks & fun they had at our reception.If you are lucky enough to work with SarahAnn, your big day will be the best day you've ever had.I can't say enough about this company.They're a one-stop shop for wedding planning.Rentals, food, music, decor, lighting, photography, florists, bakery, transportation, you name-it, they can coordinate it for you.Do yourselves a favor fellow-brides, & book them too!

    Sarah Miller and Julia Page were the planners in charge of my son's rehearsal dinner on the 21st and the wedding on the 22nd. (August 2015) Randi Events has handled our holiday party for the past several years and it is always a great event so I knew that their professionalism and eye for detail would make our wedding weekend over the top, and it was. Sarah and Julia not only planned our two days but they were with us during the entire time of the rehearsal dinner and wedding. Two long days for these ladies and we are so grateful and thankful because we will have such great memories about this fabulous weekend.

    When my daughter announced her engagement last year, my challenge was to find an event planner that I "clicked" with as I live in Texas and the event would be in Tennessee. Randi Events was the perfect fit!
    Sarah and Julia took our ideas from the initial meeting and turned them into an AWESOME day that all attending will long remember! I was connected with talented vendors ( cake, invitations ) that otherwise I would have never found. It was amazing to watch Sarah seamlessly build the vision we had planned on wedding day ! It simply validated that I had made a great choice.

    Sarah and Grey at Randi Events helped make our wedding the best day ever! From the second we met, they listened and took the time to understand our style, personalities, and hopes for our big day. The end result was more beautiful than I ever dreamed of! They thought of every detail throughout the months of planning and connected us with the best vendors in Nashville. And they made everything fun!

    We were impressed by Randi Events during the months of planning but even more impressed during the week of and day of the wedding. They kept us informed and calm. During what could've been a stressful moment during the reception, Sarah told me "don't worry. I'll take care of it" and "no problem. We've already planned for that." Music to a bride's ears!

    We are thrilled that we chose Randi Events to plan our wedding! We'd recommend them to anyone!

    I cannot say enough great things about Aerial and Hospitality Consultants. Sarah and Grey were our planners for our destination wedding in Nashville. They took care of everything. The whole process was easy and the day turndd out more beautiful than we ever expected. They were professional, responsive, and very industry knowledgeable.

    If I lived in the area I would have them plan every event I could!!!

    Sarah Ann Miller (of Randi Events) was the coordinator and designer of our wedding and rehearsal dinner/welcome reception and she and her team did the MOST amazing job I could have imagined. I came in with a few ideas of how I wanted everything to look and she took it all, added her own ideas, and came up with the most beautiful and thoughtful designs and decor. It was all just stunning, our guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful and magical everything looked on both nights. Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty so many times, anything that we wanted, she would make it happen, and things that I thought I might need to do myself she always responded with a "Don't worry, we've got it covered". The day of both events ran incredibly smoothly, everything was planned out down to the minute, and we didn't have to think about anything, we just let Sarah, Grey, and Ellen handle it all. The three of them are so delightful, sweet, and caring, and I was so happy and felt so lucky to have them coordinating our wedding!

    Amazing! Grey did literally everything- we didn't have to lift a finger, only tell her which choices we liked better! Super, super helpful and our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined!

    SUMMER JONES is the BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER! We didn't pick her, Randi Events assigned her to our wedding- which can be a bit nerve racking- but we are so glad they did. She made our wedding everything we imagined. So beautiful, so us, so perfect. Randi Events is the full planning service: Summer answered every email in detail, met me in person several, several times to go over details; made changes, more changes, and sometimes went back to the original plan as I changed my mind, and was always made me feel like our wedding was her most important event. Our day was more than I could have ever imagined- and if anything went wrong, Summer made sure I didn't know unless I absolutely needed to know (which was nothing major at all!). Randi Events will coordinate the timing of all your vendors and take care of those details that a bride should not be stressing over weeks before the wedding. They also don't try and continuously up-sell you- when we had budget restraints, Summer worked with us to cut costs while not taking away from our overall vision. Sadly Summer is no longer with Randi Events and my only complaint comes after she left- unfortunately our cake knife, which was the same knife my parents used at their wedding, never made it to us after the wedding. When I reached out to Randi Events about the lost knife, while they did email back there was no real concern or apology about this- our event was over, so they no longer had to worry about us (which is why I took away a star for professionalism). We never got our knife back which is very sad since it was the only family piece that was passed down to our wedding and we had planned to pass down as well.

    Working with Randi Events to plan my wedding made the process much less stressful and easy! It was so nice to have someone to recommend vendors and call to secure hotel blocks for us. the planners were very on top of things, making sure all the little details were handled which meant I didn't have to worry about anything! We actually had 2 planners due to our first planner leaving 2 weeks before our wedding but our wedding was immediately handed over to the most amazing planner, Sarah Miller. She was the absolute best. She jumped right in like she had been with us all along. Using randi events to help with my wedding was the best decision I made!! Thanks for all of your help.
