  The dream team!

  Haley and Leighann are the BEST! From our first phone call, I knew that they were the perfect match for our destination wedding! They are both so organized, detailed, kind, (and FUN!) and offered so much help and advice along the way as we were planning. I still can’t get over the amazing and detailed timeline that they created for us, our wedding party and vendors. They took the time to get to know us and what was important to us so they always had our best interests at heart. I had so many people tell me I didn’t seem stressed or nervous on the day of my wedding – and I truly have the RaeBird girls to thank for that. They had all the details taken care of and I was so confident that they had everything under control. We had the most perfect wedding day followed by an amazing & fun reception. I am so grateful for Haley and Leighann and I can’t imagine our day without them!

  Best Wedding Planners Ever

  I truly can’t put into words how incredible my experience was with RaeBirds. Leighann and Haley are exceptional wedding planners, and as the bride, I can confidently say that they were vital in making our special day absolutely perfect. Their unwavering dedication and remarkable attention to detail truly made all the difference.
  
  Despite being an out-of-town (Atlanta, GA) event for Leighann and Haley, their commitment to ensuring everything was organized and executed flawlessly was nothing short of impressive. From the very beginning, they embraced the challenge with open arms and went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. Their willingness to work with us from a distance was a testament to their professionalism and passion for their craft.
  
  What truly set Leighann and Haley apart was their joyous personalities and infectious enthusiasm. Their positive energy and genuine love for what they do brought a sense of warmth and comfort to the entire planning process… not to mention easing all anxiety on the big day. They were always approachable and a pleasure to work with and furthermore, consistently demonstrated a level of care and understanding that made us feel like we were their top priority.
  
  Their ability to seamlessly execute all of our needs and wants, including the smallest of details, was truly remarkable. It was evident that they invested a great deal of time and effort into understanding our vision, and their creativity and expertise shined through in every aspect of the event. They took our ideas and turned them into a reality that far exceeded our expectations.

  You Need These Ladies On Your Team!!

  I had zero intention of hiring a wedding planner, but holy crap I am SO happy we did!! Planning a destination wedding was fun but also difficult because I couldn't just hop on a plane and go check something out. It was so reassuring to have eyes and ears down in Florida when I couldn't be. Haley and Leighann were the absolute best through out the entire process. They helped ease my planning process and made our wedding day better than I could have ever dreamed. If you are contemplating hiring RaeBird, DO IT!! One of the best decisions I made!

  We did not have to worry about a thing!

  RaeBirds really helped us make the best decisions leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, we did not have to worry about a thing! The detailed timeline they created was also SO helpful! Great job, ladies!!

  I live in the Midwest and wanted to have a destination wedding on a beach in Destin, FL. My planning began with seeking out a wedding planner to help make our dream come true. My first experience with Haley & Leighann was spot on for my style, which was engaging in a personal conversation - not a transactional interaction. For me that sealed the deal and was so reflective of how they manage their business. TOTALLLY PERSONAL!!
  
  This team was great with helping with ideas and vendors for an entire week-end of events for our 50+ out of town guests, many of whom had never been to our destination. Our goal was to make it memorable for everyone including ourselves. I think our goal was achieved based on comments we received from our guests "wedding of century" and "I would hate to be the next one to get married in this family".
  
  If you are nervous about planning a destination wedding - don't be with this team. They held my hand all the way and provided feedback, suggestions and opinions when I needed & wanted them.

  Wonderful skills, such kind and considerate women to work with, and lots of FUN!!

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with RaeBird Weddings + Events!! I reached out to Haley and Leighann in the Spring of 2022 to inquire about day of coordination and design services for my wedding in June of 2022. Despite finding each other on a little bit of a shorter notice, they did not hesitate to come on board and help me plan my dream wedding. From the very first phone call I had with Haley and Leighann, they were so kind and accommodating. Throughout the planning process, they were responsive and always made themselves available to me. We looked at inspiration pictures together, they made several great recommendations I would have never thought of, and I could tell they were so detailed-oriented and wanted to make sure everything aligned with my vision. They are both so understanding of the stress planning a wedding can create and I am so grateful for the ways they helped to alleviate that stress and reassure me that everything would be beautiful!! Leading up to the wedding day, they communicated with all my vendors and created a detailed timeline that truly reflected what my husband and I wanted for the day. They helped us stay on track throughout the day, executed a beautiful ceremony and reception space, and also helped to make the night so much fun. The planning process and wedding day went so smoothly thanks to RaeBird and I am so grateful they were apart of our big day!!

They went above and beyond to make it the best day and really brought my vision to life at the ceremony and reception. They walked us through it all for almost 9 months and helped us overcome any obstacle. They have great vendor relationships also which is super helpful.
