her work is fabulous. I (the bride) did all the planning but once my groom walked in his mouth dropped! he thought the room was put together spectacularly! All my guests were in awe of how the room transformed. Jennifer made my wedding dreams into reality. very professional and quickly responsive.her work is fabulous. I met Jennifer and her team while working at a country club in Oldsmar. For 2 years, I watched her set up the most beautiful, intricate and impressive weddings. This team works harder than any team I've ever seen, and I've seen a number of them come through these country club doors. My favorite thing about QuickCare though, beyond the magical wedding decor, is their personality. The personality of this team is consistently friendly, always nice and always fun to work with! (and in my opinion, the ability to turn covering hundereds of chairs into something fun is something only the truly talented can do) :)
Any who, when it finally came time for MY event, I knew exactly who I wanted to talk to about it and Jennifer has put it all together SO quickly. Not only has she planned and provided the decor for my nonprofit's gala, but she also bought tickets and invited others to come. She's selfless; she's a giver. Jennifer and her crew did an amazing job on my wedding, she made it so simple and stress free, I always had someone checking in helping out I never worried about anything. She’s a one stop shop and I wouldn’t have had the wedding of my dreams without her. She always responds right back you never have to wait for anything. She’s a fantastic person who had amazing patience with my crazy bridal party. Thank you Jennifer for helping me create amazing memories.

Jennifer did such a great job on our florals and décor. We were very happy with the way everything turned out. It was very windy outside on the day of our wedding so we did not end up having the tall centerpieces we ordered, Jennifer tried to set them out, but the venue would not allow her to. The added touches she included really set her and her company apart! Jennifer was always there to answer the MANY questions I had and she was so supportive leading up to the days before the wedding. Jennifer from QuickCare did a FABULOUS job decorating our sweetheart table, arch, cocktail tables, plate settings and chairs and putting a final touch to everything! We were very happy with how beautiful she made the venue! We are just sorry we didn’t meet her during the early planning of our wedding! Jen is very pleasant to work with. Her hard work and creativity showed, we received many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue looked! Our daughter's wedding was this past weekend and we are still talking about how perfect the flowers and table designs were. Diane had a tropical theme in mind with lots of blue flowers (they very rarely occur naturally in nature) and orchids are her favorite. Jennifer cautioned Diane that orchids are very fragile and not really recommend for bouquets that must last all day in the Florida heat. So we were all amazed to see the beautiful arrangements and bouquets featuring BLUE ORCIDS!! The ceremony flowers were perfect and transitioned beautifully to the family tables at the reception. The feasting table for 30 guests and the sweetheart table both looked just amazing! Everyone commented on how beautiful the room looked. Then with only two weeks to go before the big day, we decided we really needed day of coordination. Although our venue provided on site coordinators, there were some details they could not manage, along with their other duties. So, even with only two weeks prior notice, Jennifer was able to provide us with two coordinators, Angelica and her assistant, who managed every detail perfectly. That single decision was the best one we made of all the planning, allowing us to really focus on enjoying this special day. Reliable, perfectionist, easy to work with and time saver. Great availability and very responsive. She was very much in control of the behind the scenes operations during the event. She also practiced great communication skills and invited stress-free attitudes to our environment. Jennifer also did the decoration and flower arrangements for the wedding. The arrangements looked absolutely incredible. Not only did she decorate the ball room for the reception, but also the ceremony site and the cocktail hour site. To this day we still get compliments. Jennifer also helped communicate with the other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Very professional. Overall a very good experience. When deciding upon a vendor to create my vision, Jennifer by far stood out to me during the vetting process. Going into this process I approached it as I do with my business, and interviewed several vendors, narrowing it down to 3 and then allowing each vendor to present what they believe my vision is. When Jennifer sent over her proposal along with story board - it was clear she listened to my vision. We chose her to be our event designer and wedding planner - from that point forward her approach and process was simply top-notch.
She was very organized, detail oriented, and extremely professional. Jennifer handled everything, all of our "day of" coordination and orchestrated it perfectly. She coordinated not only her team but worked with the other vendors we hired to ensure everything ran smoothly. When I walked into the church I was floored with how she decorated it for me, then coming back to the hotel I was simply blown away. My fear was that creating what I wanted in a hotel ballroom would be difficult, but she created a space that was simply enchanting. She exceeded my expectations and for those that know me that is difficult to do as I hold very high standards and expectations - Jennifer is a TEN+ and I am so grateful and overjoyed with how everything turned out. I would recommend Jennifer in a heartbeat, she is by far the very BEST event planner, executor and designer that I have ever met. She made my wedding an event that our guests will remember forever....it truly was a dream come true for me and my husband. Thank you, Jennifer, for making our wedding day a dream come true...you truly are the BEST!

To say that Jennifer and her team made our wedding a dream come true is an understatement. She was always attentive and if there was a problem she addressed it and had solutions for it right away. On the day of the wedding the decorations, the flowers, the lighting and all the candles were just breathtaking. We got so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was. Her team was also just as amazing as she was. I'm a girl who tends to sweat easily and because of that one her teammates, Wendy, stayed with me and was making sure I was being fanned at all times. She kept me hydrated with bottles of water and helped me with my dress whenever I had to walk or sit down. I highly recommend this company to any bride who has a busy life. My fiancé and I both work and go to school, we just bought s new house and was in the process of remodeling it while planning our wedding, so I put my complete wedding and trust in Jennifer's hands. Every single thing I requested and wanted she made happen. My husband and I work full time and didn't have a lot of time to do the small details. Jennifer and her husband are an amazing team, she made all of our wedding day dreams come true and even took away all the stress. From the décor to the flowers to all the little details it was superb! We will be using her again for any future events that we have, my mom even wants to use her on her 50th anniversary celebration. Jennifer and her team were in charge of my florals and venue decor at Kapok Soecial Events.
Jennifer is incredible! There aren't enough words to describe her level of professionalism and knowledge of the industry. She went above and beyond on my wedding day and was extremely flexible when it came to our tight budget.
I had a vision and she made it happen.
Throughout the whole planning process she was very involved and made sure we met accordingly so that we didn't miss any details.
Two weeks before our wedding we had a meeting to discuss final details, and she went as far as contacting our vendors to make sure they all were there when needed in order to make sure she could do her job right. She thinks of the tiniest details that you wouldn't imagine are important.
We are extremely happy with her service and can't thank her and her team enough.

We only needed seat covers and sashes, but Jennifer and her team did an excellent job. They were installed on time and looked amazing. Not only that but she surprised us and threw in additional seat covers and sashes for the room where we held the cocktail hour! She didn't tell us or bill us for them but just threw them in as a surprise. It was a pleasant surprise and really classed up the cocktail hour! Thanks, Jennifer and team! Desmond and I were planning a wedding in Tampa, Florida when we lived in Orlando, Florida. Orlando isn't too far from Tampa, however we knew that we still needed someone who was organized, detail-oriented, and diligent. We knew Jennifer fit that criteria and more when we interviewed her! From her diligence in scheduling appointments with all the vendors, to her flexibility in meeting us on the weekends, Jennifer made it all happen with such ease. Jennifer is also remarkable when it comes to working with last minute changes. We unfortunately had a few last minutes changes to our wedding due to unforeseen circumstances and Jennifer made sure to take care of every detail so we did not have to worry. We absolutely loved every minute of working with Jennifer! We opted to use Jennifer’s “full planning” package. She made the entire planning process a breeze from choosing our vendors to negotiating contracts. There is no way that we would have been able to get the deals we did without her! Jennifer has a very professional and take-charge approach to wedding planning, which was so helpful. She promptly answered all of my phone calls and emails, and coordinated our vendor meetings. In addition to her planning services, Jennifer handled our entire wedding design. I really loved that she took the time to really listen to our vision for what we wanted for our wedding and was able to bring those ideas to life. Jennifer came up with a visual design proposal and worked with us to create the look we wanted and keep the expenses within our budget. All of our guests have been raving that ours was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to, and even if I am biased, I totally agree! When planning, it is hard to picture how everything will come together, but on the day of our wedding I was so delighted with how everything looked. MOST IMPORTANTLY- my husband and I (and our families) were able to arrive at the venue on the day of our wedding, completely carefree, and just enjoy the day. To me, that is priceless. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Jennifer and her team and I wish I was able to better articulate just how much we appreciate everything that Jennifer did for us. Jennifer was absolutely superb! She exceeded our expectations and created a grand event venue for my mother's 70th birthday party. I cannot say enough great things about Jennifer! My husband and I were planning a Florida wedding from Washington DC and the event design for our wedding was very important to us as our wedding was cross-cultural. Jennifer was extremely responsive from the very first email I sent her until the end. She was always very professional and really listened to what we wanted. As any bride planning a wedding has probably figured out, you encounter a lot of vendors trying to sell you things you don't need. Jennifer never once pressured us into anything. In fact, even when I suggested getting extra items for our centerpieces, she told me it wasn't necessary even though she could have easily made more money if she agreed with me. Finding an event designer with integrity, professionalism, and her level of talent is extremely rare. Every single one of our guests could not stop complimenting our event design and we owe a huge thank you to Jennifer! If you're looking for an event designer, go with her. Jennifer and her staff were life savers during my big day! I loved working with Jennifer from the time I met her, she made me feel very comfortable and confident that she could give me the day of my dreams. I worked with Jennifer many different times leading up to the big day to figure out all the little details. My stress the day of the wedding was at an all time high, but Jennifer was able to help me relax and enjoy the day as I wanted to. Our experience with Jennifer and her staff was unbelievable! She took care of us from day one and made sure that our wedding was not only beautiful but also stress free! She was very professional and detail oriented. She also made sure that we had everything we wanted both before and during our wedding. I could not have asked for a better decorator or planner!
