Where do I even begin with Nicole… she was truly one of the greatest gifts of our entire wedding, and I don’t say that lightly.
From the very beginning, she made everything feel so much more manageable. She thought of things I never would have, caught details I didn’t even realize mattered, and always had a calm, thoughtful solution ready.
She is incredibly kind and easy to talk to, and just has this way of making you feel comfortable right away. She’s also unbelievably responsive. I’m not exaggerating when I say she would respond to my texts within minutes, every single time, which made such a difference for me, especially planning everything from Florida.
Nicole really understood what I wanted the day to feel like, not just how I wanted it to look, and she brought it all together in such a seamless and thoughtful way. One small example— I had my heart set on creating a wedding welcome mirror sign but didn't know how to, and at one point she literally said, “just send me the mirror and I’ll take care of the rest.” And she did.. and it turned out even better than I had imagined. Moments like that were constant with her. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND in so many ways.
The week of the wedding, when little things started popping up, she handled everything so calmly that nothing ever felt like a big issue. And on the wedding day, I felt such a sense of ease knowing she was there—coordinating vendors as they arrived, overseeing the entire setup, and making sure every detail was exactly how I had envisioned it. She also helped map out the flow of the entire evening, from our speeches to our first dance and parent dances, and made sure everything felt well-timed and not rushed. I didn’t have to check on a single thing.
At one point, I remember thinking she felt like a “mom” in the best way, just quietly handling everything behind the scenes so I didn’t have to think about anything at all.
Nicole is incredibly good at what she does, but what really makes her special is how much she truly cares. You can feel it in every interaction and in the way she treats your day like it matters just as much to her as it does to you.
If you’re even slightly considering hiring a coordinator or full-time planner, I can’t recommend Nicole enough. She is truly special!!

Our wedding in October 2025 was perfect thanks to Nicole. She was our day of coordinator and we started working together about a month in advance making sure we ironed out all the details and were all on the same page. On the wedding day, she was well prepared for any mishap and ready to improvise when needed. A real pro! She set up our ceremony area beautifully, put some final touches on our reception area, set up our dessert table, and even helped out at the bar. She really took care of my husband and I. Because of her, I was able to relax and truly enjoy my wedding. She’s so sweet and kind and speaks Spanish which was a huge plus for us. Nicole was amazing and I think at this point she’s even an honorary member of our family because she’s been my cousins coordinator, mine, and she’ll be my brothers coordinator next year. Best planner!
We can't thank them enough. Nicole and her team created our dream wedding. A month before our wedding, the florist we hired ended up canceling on us. I was feeling stressed and anxious until we spoke with Nicole and she said they could also do our wedding florals. They saved the day and we will forever be grateful. We originally hired Nicole to be our day of coordinator but 6 months into our planning we upgraded to partial planning. It was the best decision because planning a backyard wedding was more stressful than we anticipated, specially during rainy/windy season. We were struggling with logistics and contingency plans but once Nicole came on board and started getting involved in our planning, it was an instant relieve. My husband and I hired Nicole to be our day of coordinator for our DIY wedding. Down to earth, kind, and professional
My now wife and I interviewed so many planners and Nicole was by far the best of all. Our main concern was to find someone reliable and trustworthy since we planned our LA wedding out of state. I contacted Pro Details Events last minute. (We had to find a new coordinator asap). I reached out to Nicole and she honestly talked me down from the wedding stress-spiral in our first phone call. From there on out our wedding planning and the event itself went SO SMOOTHLY. It was so incredible considering I contacted her about 6 weeks away from the wedding.
Nicole and Sanya are grace under pressure personified. They are incredibly professional and prompt making sure things leading up to the wedding were completed, whether it be by me or the vendors. Like truly, I can't recommend Pro Details Events enough. I don't think my wedding would have been as gorgeous or as smooth as it was without them. They pay attention to the details (obviously!) and they are able to connect with guests and vendors alike in a genuine easy-going way.

I have no idea how this wedding would have been pulled off without Nicole. She was so instrumental in planning because she was always efficient at communicating. Whether it was through email or text I could rely on a speed reply. She also reached out to all my vendors before the wedding and I didn’t have to worry about it. Nicole did so much to help out with set-up and managing the staff that we hired for the wedding. She and her assistant were so helpful in making my vision come to my life. Rehearsal dinner was a breeze even when I had some of the bridal party missing. She truly helped make the day extra special! Thanks so much, Nicole!

Magicians and Miracle Workers
If you didn't catch on by the consecutive years of awards Nicole & her team are a godsend. We hired Pro Details Events on their Month of Coordination option. What we knew if nothing else about a wedding is that it can be stressful & there are more details then you can keep up with. We wanted to enjoy or wedding and Nicole made that happen. She took over everything we had done so far and made sure our vision came to life. She handled the contracts & insurance paperwork from our vendors, our rehearsal, our timeline for the day of the wedding, the set up with the help of her team, and the closing of our event. We are a relaxed sort of couple so all we did was give some details of our vision with some pictures and the team worked their magic. We did deviate from our timeline and Nicole made sure to keep us focus so we could do everything we wanted. We couldn't have had the wedding of our dreams without her!Pro Details Events's reply:

Amid planning our June 27, 2021 wedding, one of the vendors we were contemplating getting was a day of coordinator. Many think this is not a "must" for their big day, but going through the entire process from start to finish, if I could do it again, I would get a coordinator over and over. This was the best decision we made and one of the most important vendors to get for your wedding. Having a coordinator will save you the extra worrying and stressing, especially for the day of. Finding a coordinator was the hard part, thankfully my husband and I were given Nicole's information from our venue (Middle Ranch). From that point, we scheduled to talk to Nicole and since day 1 we knew it was simply meant to be. She was quick at responding to all of our questions. She even helped answer questions we had before reserving her services, which shows her kindness in helping a couple during one of the most stressful (& joyful) times of their life. Nicole jumped right into the planning mix and made contact with all of our vendors. I would definitely recommend getting the month of coordination because it allows Nicole to really get to know your vendors before the big day which avoids a lot of miscommunication and just being able to give Nicole an idea of the many personalities she will be working with the day of. As the couple, you will still be responsible for some key items that she requests but it is nothing compared to what you would have to do if you had no coordinator at all. As for the day of, Nicole and her assistant Nika were amazing. Nicole fixed the problems that occurred and the day went seamless. If there were any big hiccups, we did not know about them and that's exactly how it should be. During the event, Nicole was awesome and did exactly what we envisioned. I think I got asked 3 questions throughout the entire event which was such a stress relief. That day you just want to enjoy all of your planning and hard work, thanks to the extra help from Nicole and Nika, that's exactly what both my husband and I got. As for the clean-up, Nika stayed till the very end and made sure everything was loaded in the assigned cars. She even dropped picked up the additional items we left at the venue and dropped them off at our home - I mean, that is just going over and beyond for our convenience. When you are having a good time and it's that late, having that additional help is so amazing. Overall, the service from Nicole and Nika was outstanding. If you want to have a less stressful wedding day, we definitely recommend getting Nicole and her amazing team. You will not be disappointed and you will get a friend by the end of it all. It is such a nice friendly reminder that there are kind people like Nicole out there. NOTE: She is a working mother with her own business - talk about juggling multiple successes! Everything turned out SPECTACULAR!
I used Pro Details Events for coordination and flower services at my circus themed wedding. I started working with Nicole Dwyer when I had only 4 months to plan. Though I only needed her as my month of coordinator, Nicole helped guide me from the start. She's organized, was easily accessible when I had random questions and she was instrumental in making my wedding day turn out even BETTER than I imagined. Now for the flowers...they were glorious!! Nicole perfectly captured my vision. She took my high end tastes and made them work with my budget. According to my guests, it was "the best", "most exciting" and "most unique" wedding and I can't thank Pro Details Events enough! -

I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole during my visit to a bridal expo. I will admit I was a little hesitant to work with a vendor that wasn't personally recommended by people I know, but Nicole made me feel comfortable from our very first phone conversation. Her attention to detail was exceptional and she understood my vision right away. We ended up hiring her as our wedding coordinator and our florist and I am forever grateful for all she did to make our day not only run smoothly but magical in every possible way. Walking into my venue and seeing my vision come alive was a feeling I’ll never forget. Nicole was flexible with my schedule and always ready to answer my thousand and one questions, she knew exactly what to do in every situation and i would recommend her to anyone looking for a florist and coordinator (best idea to have it all in 1 person) She was absolutely amazing. I hired PDE for month-of coordination and floral design, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I truly can't thank Nicole enough for everything she did for us. She saw my vision and executed it exactly as I had imagined it, and then some. From day one she guided me through the stressful process of planning, organizing, and creating timelines. She was always willing to meet in person, and she communicated with me promptly and thoroughly, answering every question I had, and reassuring me that everything would turn out beautifully. But what really blew me away was her floral design capabilities. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted and she not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Everyone complimented my floral arrangements and bouquets and I have never seen anything so beautiful. I am still getting compliments a month later from people who were there, and people who have only seen pictures. Nicole is amazing! The moment I contacted her she made me feel as ease planning a wedding. We were in great communication from the start to the end. She made sure she communicated with all the vendors and we were all on the same page. She was my coordinator and florist and did everything as I dreamed everything to be! Month of coordinator
When planning my wedding I wasn’t sure about how many vendors I wanted to hire since I didn’t want to spend too much money. I really thought about it and decided to hire a coordinator Since I did not want family running around helping set up everything up the wedding day. I came across Nicole online and upon speaking with her over the phone I got a really great vibe She is super sweet and very knowledgeable about her business it was clear after our convo there was a lot I didn’t know about planning a wedding.deciding to book her was the best choice I could have ever made. I cannot picture having had such a great wedding if she wasn’t there to organize it all. By the end of the wedding planning my husband and I were super overwhelmed and stressed. Nicole told me from our first call that I would not have to worry about anything the day of and she was right. The day of the wedding from the moment she showed up she took over everything she made sure that all of my little details were perfect. All of the Thankyou cards were placed at every seat at the reception, all of my signs were placed where I wanted through out the venue. She helped with organizing my desert/candy table. We also had several rentals like linens and flower vases that needed to be accounted for by the end of the night and she made sure that everything was accounted for before she left. She stayed the entire day did not leave until the entire venue was clean and everything was cleared out. She made sure there was a designated person in charge of taking all of my pictures,signs and gifts. As well as insuring that our wedding cake top tier was saved for us to take home. I received so many compliments from family telling me how organized and beautifully the day flowed. I hired her as my month of coordinator so she made sure to contact all of my vendors. she knew exactly at what time each vendor would be arriving to the venue to set up and of the info was provided to me on an extremely detailed timeline. I felt extremely comfortable knowing that she had everything handled. If you are debating on if you should hire her, I 100% recommend Nicole. she will give you the peace of mind you want on your wedding day.Pro Details Events's reply:

Hiring Nicole for month of coordination and floral design was the best decision We made!!
Nicole was very personable and easy to work with. She answered all our questions and worked with us through every detail. Once I explained what I wanted as far as design, She gave is her creative input and ran with it. Our rustic/elegant themed wedding was so beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. My bouquet was gorgeous and unique. The hanging mason jars with roses and babies breath was so romantic.
The day of the wedding she took charge of all the details. My husband and I truly enjoyed or wedding and partied all night without any worry.
Nicole was very flexible and worked with us to meet our needs and stay within our budget.

Nicole is incredible. We live in Australia and got married in LA. We arrived a week before our wedding. Honestly, no stress, no drama. She has everything under control. She coordinated our wedding and also every flower arrangements including church and reception.

Janice Sent on 08/31/2018Found our gem Nicole through Thumbtack and we were so lucky we did! Right off the bat she was able to provide us all the information we needed, and instilled our confidence in hiring her. She was also very flexible with working with our budget.
We hired her on as a day-of/month-of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made! Of course with the stress of hiring all the vendors and putting together all the details in the beginning, she stepped it at my most frazzled. But she was very patient and reassuring- constantly reminding me to not stress out as we were on track. She’s the sweestest girl and very professional.
The day of our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her. I believe as a client, if you were to give her either the most detailed instructions, or even the most basic, she would’ve been able to pull it off flawlessly. I was very specific on where I wanted certain decorations placed and made last minute requests and changes to our timeline, and again, she was very accommodating and it was DONE. On the flip side, little things that didn’t even cross my mind to prepare like reserved seating signs for readers in the ceremony and safety pins for the money dance, Nicole saved the day and provided!
The biggest impact was her ability to keep the day moving along according to the timeline. As a bride, your sense of time is completely off and everything just rushes by so fast! She was stern, but she was keeping everything going so everyone was able to have a good time, so I’m very appreciative of that! I have also heard nothing but the kindest words about Nicole from the other vendors we hired!
