Emily came in and helped me along the way. Of course when your wedding is just weeks away it's all the little things your forget or are scrambling to organize. She took a lot of stress off of that day - also did I mention that there was a wedding the morning of and they probably had an hour or less to get everything ready for my wedding. It was amazing. I cannot thank Emily and Prisma enough! -

Prisma events could not do more in our book because they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Aimee is the sweetest person you'll meet, she is the one and only wedding planner. Had reassured us after Covid happened that she would work with us and our new vendors- we had the smoothest wedding while being in Covid. I can't thank this company enough for all of the follow through and detailed work they had provided to us! -

An Experienced Planner Makes All the Difference
Lori Williams was an amazing planner! We hired her for a partial planning package since my daughter and I were excited about doing some of the early legwork ourselves. Once it came down to the coordination of vendors and details, Lori took over and organized us all. She was always professional and gave honest advice when asked. She was able to recommend a few key partners like our florist and one of our smaller rental partners who went above and beyond our expectations. She worked well with the caterer and all of the other vendors. As the day of my daughter’s wedding approached, she made sure everything was in order and all vendors were on the same page. As far as day-of coordination, she ensured that everything went smoothly, even when behind the scenes there were a few snafus. We were none the wiser until after it was all over! It is a hard job and we were so pleased with the results. We all had the best day!! -

Lori was beyond incredible! She was caring, genuine, detail oriented, timely, and calm! All the things you need and want in a planner and coordinator. She helped with every single detail of our big day, and made sure everything went so smoothly. She went above and beyond to fix and finalize small details that may have otherwise gone awry (like a last minute broken place setting) and really made sure we had every little piece we imagined for our big day. We originally chose Prisma because we knew it was an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ friendly company, and they definitely didn't disappoint! We couldn't be happier, and hiring a planner was ABSOLUTELY worth the money, even for our tiny micro-wedding. -

We hired prisma to organize our wedding- HIGHLY recommend them! Lori made the day of and leading up to a breeze. She is incredibly well organized, positive, and knows how to execute. I honestly miss working with her after the wedding is over. She followed through on every single detail, holds brief and targeted meetings, and is also a lovely, kind person. Don't hesitate to work with this team. -

If you don't take anything else away from this review- just take this part: HIRE AIMEE TO DO YOUR WEDDING!! Having a wedding planner is so worth the investment. I live out of state and so the stress was real to find someone who would help me plan my perfect day! From the minute I met Aimee and her team over zoom, I just knew she was the one. She was kind, funny, professional, and reassured me that it was going to be amazing. I trusted her and she went above and beyond for my husband and I. Our wedding was beautiful and Aimee was there every step of the way for guidance and advice. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Aimee and Prisma Events for being awesome and putting together the most magical wedding of my dreams! -

We decided to hire a wedding planner to help us with our daughter's wedding because we are in Texas and the bride and groom are in Colorado. Adding to the challenge is the fact that we're both extremely busy with our jobs. Hiring Even Better, Inc/Prisma Events was the best decision we've made. Aimee started the process, and then our lead planner, Whitney Meader took over. She was spectacular. She was very professional, very communicative, and orchestrated the event beautifully. She thought of all the little details and executed the vision the couple had for the wedding. We didn't want to interfere with the bride and groom's wishes. We just wanted someone to help carry them out. And Whitney nailed it. Of course, no wedding comes without hiccups or challenges. You want someone you can trust to take care of the unknown. Whitney and team went above and beyond, and we were able enjoy this beautiful moment in our lives. We HIGHLY recommend Even Better, Inc/Prisma Events (and especially Whitney)! -

Olivia made the planning so incredibly easy, that I was actually able to just enjoy the wedding day and not worry about anything! Olivia kept us on track throughout the planning process and executed all of the small details that really made all the difference. She was able to keep all of the vendors organized and took away all of the stress that comes with planning a wedding! The day was absolutely magical and I had the luxury of enjoying every second! If you're reading this, you can be confident in booking Aimee and her team with Prisma Events now! She is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. I was recommended Aimee from a friend who works in the wedding industry. Everything she helped with started from the minute we booked her - she gave us checklists with timelines, scheduled meetings to check on our progress, gave vendor recommendations, and was the ultimate wonderful human to spend our day with. She was completely worth the price. She helped our day go so smoothly, with as minimal stress as possible. She will go above and beyond to make sure your wedding timeline is accurate and that your vendors are all informed. Aimee saved the day when our DJ could not make it in time for the ceremony, there's no one else I would have rather had in those moments of stress leading up to the ceremony. We also loved the ability to rent the decor items she has in her inventory. Prices were super reasonable and she had a photo catalog to choose from. She brought everything with her and decorated for us without any stress! Thank you for everything that you and the whole team did to give us the best day! -

I locked in getting Aimee as my wedding planner pre-Covid and I couldn't be luckier that I did! Aimee made the ENTIRE process pre-Covid easy and organized and then Covid started up and Aimee kept me informed the entire time. When we decided to postpone our wedding, Aimee took charge with helping get all of the other vendor contracts adjusted and updated. Then, I was introduced to Whitney and once again, how lucky could we have been to have Whitney on our team. Whitney and Aimee are a dynamic duo. They had an answer to everything and guided me to make decisions that I was unsure about. They both came to my final walk-thru at the Sonnenalp in Vail one week before the wedding and they made sure that everything was communicated to the Sonnenalp team thoroughly. I felt like I had known them for years even though it was my first time meeting them in person. They are the sweetest and most organized team. They were early to the rehearsal and made sure that the spaces were ready for us to rehearse in them. Whitney really took charge at the rehearsal by getting everyone lined up and telling us when to walk and where to stand. My dad said "Wow! Whitney is really buttoned up! She knows what she is doing".
On the wedding day, I felt like I didn't have a worry in the world, other than the typical nerves. I knew that I was taken care of and Whitney and Aimee and their team did the best on the wedding day to take all stress off of mine and my families plate.
I would 10/10 recommend Prisma Events to coordinate your wedding. What an incredible team! -

My husband and I interviewed three wedding planners and we couldn’t be more happy we chose Prisma! Aimee and Whitney cared about our goals just as much as we did and they made them happen. Even though we just about finished planning our August wedding before COVID hit in March, these two ladies were so professional and flexible when we were forced to adapt to the ever-changing city restrictions. We decided to keep our date but downscale from 300 to 30 guests. Because of that decision, we changed almost everything within the last 60 days. They didn’t pressure us in any way and adjusted to every decision we made, like choosing last minute to host the reception in our backyard, with a smile on their faces. We are SO SO happy with how our day turned out (truly a dream!) and so much of that was because of these two ladies and their excellent planning and coordinating day of! Look no further! -

Aimee was great to work with
We used Prisma Events Wedding Management service. Even though we had done most of the pre-planning ourselves, Aimee was great in taking over and managing the details through the last month. She had great suggestions for things we hadn't thought of and turned us on to some good vendors. Best of all, the wedding day went flawlessly, everything went exactly as we asked and Aimee and her team were on every detail. It couldn't have been better. Lastly, as a same-sex couple we wanted to make sure that we had someone who was fully open to embracing our special day. We would highly recommend Aimee and team. -

If I could give Aimee and Prisma 10 stars, I would! Not only did she keep me sane all 11(?) months leading up to our wedding, but knowing we were in hands as mindful, experienced, and genuinely caring as Aimee's made ALL of the difference. Her vendor contacts were amazing (seriously, she works w some of the best) and every ball I/we dropped, she picked up and ran with. And don't even get me started on the day of. Our bridesmaids and moms were all SO thankful they really didnt have to do anything but get their dresses and the Prisma team being mic'd up, walkie talkies and all, made everything seamless and way too easy. The Prisma team is so easy to work with and one thing that really stood out was the fact that none of my stupid questions felt stupid... they were, but not to Aimee. So happy to say that we came out of the experience with a new friend in Aimee and I would HIGHLY suggest Prisma for any upcoming event. You will be so happy you hired them! -

Prisma is simply amazing. There is so much that goes into a wedding - and as a meeting planner myself - I can say that there were so many things I didn't even think of. I can't stop looking at the pictures and remembering how great the day was. One friend said the weekend was 'life-affirming'. Another said it was the best wedding she's attended. Yet another said, "this is a very exclusive wedding, thank you for having us." It was just fabulous all the way around, and Aimee is 100% responsible for creating such an amazing setting, finding a DJ and the best caterer. Since our wedding, two friends have asked for Aimee and Prisma's contact information to help them plan events of their own. Thank you!

Aimee was our wedding planner before COVID 19 hit. She was incredible to work with from the beginning, but really showed her heart when the pandemic hit. All things were thrown in the air, and she still handled it all with confidence and grace. She made our day perfect from beginning to end. The only problems I know of on that day were with my wedding dress, and she sewed and pinned me up - No one could ever tell anything happened. If there were any other issues on that day, I don't even know of them because she just handles it. Overall, Aimee guides you with confidence that puts you at ease and handles literally anything this world can throw at her. Thank you Aimee for it all!
