Priscilla was absolutely amazing. From the first phone call to our wedding day, she never failed to impress. She asked about details that never crossed my mind, she was super patient when I was indecisive, and welcomed any changes that I made throughout the process. We unfortunately had to reschedule our wedding three days before due to a hurricane. During the entire process she made sure to keep vendors updated as we were trying to decided what to do and advise them of the new date. When the wedding day came, she brought my vision to life (I never thought I would cry over how our reception looked, but I surely did!). I had little surprises for my groom throughout the night and she made sure to let me know when those things were ready and pulled me aside to show him! I was amazed at how perfect the day was. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I still have no idea. She took care of EVERYTHING.I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator than Priscilla. Five stars is not enough! -

If you're lucky enough to hire Priscilla for your wedding, do it, do it, do it. She is an absolute gem and made my entire wedding planning process a breeze. With each crazy new idea, or change-of-mind that I had, Priscilla was right there next to me helping me figure them out. She is the reason I was able to pull off the wedding of my dreams, as a destination bride living across the country. She's incredibly professional and knowledgeable in all things vendors, contracting, and logistics, while also being so creative and fun. When things went wrong in the planning process (trust me, something will!) Priscilla was an absolute superhero in solving them. Once the wedding weekend rolled around, I felt so at ease knowing she had every last detail under control. I was able to fully live in the moment and enjoy every second, while Priscilla worked tirelessly to pull it all off. I've heard many times from friends and family that our wedding was unforgettable, and I have to credit that to Priscilla and all of her work before and during the weekend. I would book Priscilla a thousand times over - if she isn't available for your wedding date, change your date! 10/10 experience working with PRE. -

Working with Priscilla was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding planning process. She is not only incredible at what she does, but she is looked at so highly in the community-- everyone who knows and has worked with Priscilla, loves her.
Planning a wedding requires making so many decisions-- having her, even just to bounce things off of, was so helpful and reassuring throughout the entire experience.
The day of our wedding, she was a total rockstar. She not only showed up for me and my husband individually, but she put out fires we didn't even know were happening (even my guests noticed how incredible and professional she was). She kept us organized and right on time. My wedding day was magical and stress free and I just have nothing but amazing things to say about her.

I don’t even know where to start.
My husband and I had eight months to plan our wedding and truly thought, “We’ve got this, we can do it ourselves.” (lol) After a very quick reality check, we decided to speak with a few planners. Budget was important, of course, but the most important piece for us was connection. We needed someone who genuinely aligned with our personalities.
We both speak our minds. We’re direct. We have strong opinions. And we knew we needed someone authentic and confident enough to guide us without ego, getting defensive or making us feel like our vision was "too much".
Priscilla was the ONLY planner (out of five) that just felt real. From the very first conversation, she was honest, kind, funny but also firm and clear in her communication.
Throughout the entire process, P was collaborative, transparent, and calm! She also absolutely told me to chill and breathe when I needed it :) and lets not forget, patient! We changed a few items a few times and she just took it all head on, no questions asked!
We hired her for coordination and design, and we are still getting compliments on how perfectly everything turned out. Our wedding party absolutely loved her direction and communication. She kept everyone organized!
If a planner like Priscilla Rose Events falls within your budget, I 100% recommend choosing her and her team. I felt very little pressure and stress leading up to the wedding and even less on the actual day!
I will be recommending her to every bride in my friend group (and my sister, haha). -

Priscilla was one of the first vendors we booked during our planning process and quickly became one of the most important. From the very beginning, my husband and I would end every call saying how grateful we were to have her.
She is incredibly skilled at what she does, yet makes everything feel like you’re chatting with a friend. Priscilla helped us organize every thought, kept us on track, and made sure we never missed the small but important details throughout the planning process. She does everything with a smile and a great sense of humor, and truly put us, our wedding party, and our families at ease.
When the weather forecast took a turn the day of our wedding, Priscilla calmly guided us through last-minute pivots so we could stay present and actually enjoy the day, knowing everything was handled. That peace of mind was priceless.
We are endlessly thankful for her and couldn’t recommend her more. If you book PR Events, you will absolutely not regret it!

Priscilla is the best
Our coordinator, Priscilla, quite literally saved our wedding day — countless times. With many ups and downs from vendors, Priscilla was truly our rock throughout the entire process. As a fairly high-maintenance bride with a very strong vision, she was there for us every single step of the way. She is incredibly thorough, exceptionally organized, and made everything feel so much more seamless and manageable.
Priscilla was a critical part of our wedding not just on the day of, but throughout the entire planning process. I vividly remember crying on Zoom calls, and she was always there for me through the stress and overwhelm of wedding planning. To all future brides — wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, and Priscilla made me feel like I was never alone. She consistently had my back and supported both me and my husband the entire way, not only emotionally but also in a very “let’s get things done” logistical sense.
I even remember on a zoom call when our venue was originally not going to use the chairs that were on our contract. Priscilla went as far as to say I will go down in the basement and get those myself for you guys. She truly cares and will get things done for her couples
Multiple family members even commented starting at the rehearsal dinner, saying how happy they were that we had her on our team — and they were absolutely right.
On the wedding day itself, Priscilla was amazing. Not only was she incredible, but her entire team was as well. Throughout the day, she constantly checked on us, asked what we needed, and even went as far as hand-feeding me water through a straw. She made sure we were eating, staying hydrated, and feeling taken care of at all times.
Her communication with our other vendors was absolutely stellar. Everything ran smoothly and seamlessly, and I am confident there were multiple issues that my husband and I never even knew about because Priscilla and her team handled them so effortlessly. As a bride who tends to be on the anxious side, I cannot express how grateful I am for her calm, capable presence.
At one point, due to a noise ordinance issue, a police officer showed up and there was a chance we would have to move the reception inside. Thanks to Priscilla, she quite literally saved the day — she handled the situation, fed him dinner and cake, and made sure our wedding continued exactly as we had envisioned. I truly don’t believe the day would have gone the way we dreamed if it weren’t for her.
On top of everything, Priscilla was fantastic with keeping us on timeline while still allowing my husband and me to do whatever made us feel comfortable. She let us live in the moment, kept things stress-free, and never made us feel rushed.
My husband said multiple times, “Priscilla is such a badass.” She made so many things happen behind the scenes, and we truly cannot express our gratitude enough for her and her team.

We engaged Priscilla Rose Events coordination services for our November 2025 wedding. After my initial meeting with her, I knew I found the right fit. Her promise to be there every step of the way from day 1 really stood out to me. And she truly was there to answer every late night email, passing thought, plea for advice, and all decisions, big and small. One of my bridesmaids referred me to Priscilla, since she was her wedding planner, and it was easily the best decision we made in our wedding planning journey. Her experience, insightfulness, and friendliness was invaluable and kept us grounded during the whole process. She meets with you along the way and prepares lists of things that still need to be done and has time sensitive agendas highlighted to ensure they are knocked out. I don’t know where to start. When looking for a wedding coordinator I thought it would be hard to pick because someone could tell you all the things you want to hear. I was talking with 4 wedding coordinators. Priscilla was the last coordinator I spoke with and she was so personable, professional, and detailed with her explanation to questions I had. Meeting her over a zoom call was something that stood out to me just because I felt like it was more personable. I was very last minute when looking for a coordinator but Priscilla made me feel like I was always on schedule. She knew so much about the venue I chose and familiar with almost all my vendors I was under contract with. She would check in with me to see how I was feeling. Responded back to any questions I had right away! Always a text and phone call away. I didn’t have to worry about one thing on my wedding day. She coordinated everything so smoothly which was my biggest concern when finding the right person. I can’t thank Priscilla enough for everything to make my day so special! -

Priscilla was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire wedding planning process and on our big day! We had so many questions in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding and she saved us an incredible amount of time and stress by guiding us every step of the way. She helped us find vendors—like an amazing gluten-free cake baker—created a detailed timeline, and coordinated with all the other vendors to ensure everyone knew their roles and responsibilities. For anything that involved multiple vendors, like having florals placed on the cake, Priscilla made sure everything was handled seamlessly.
Priscilla's essentially everything for us on the day of the wedding. She made sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on time, tackling any hiccups that came up so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She even made sure that every single item from the multiple storage containers was returned to us by the end of the wedding night.
There’s so much more she did that we don’t even have space to list here—and we’re certain there were many other things she handled behind the scenes that she didn’t tell us to make the day perfect. Thanks to Priscilla, our wedding day went off without a hitch, and we can’t imagine doing it without her.

I was recommended to use priscilla from my sister and i knew when i got engaged that was the first vendor i wanted to hire! Not only did i watch her deliver a dream wedding for my sister, she also did the same for me!. Priscilla is very professional and organized. She is truly a pro at what she does. Priscilla and her assistant Stephanie did an amazing job as my month of coordinator! Everything was just perfect. It made my day so much more relaxed knowing I had her behind the scenes taking care of everything. She did just the right amount of gentle steering to make sure everything ran smoothly without being obtrusive. It was also great to turn everything over to her more than a week before the wedding, so I didn’t have to deal at all with vendors while my family was in town visiting for the wedding. I was able to spend my time with them, not attending to last minute details. Plus I had sooo much decor that I made and they managed to get it all set up in the short amount of time the venue gives us. I’m very picky about details and they followed all of my instructions to a T! Do not go without a coordinator! My wedding day was stress free!

My husband and I just got married at the Mulberry a few weeks ago and we were SO BLESSED to have Priscilla and team onboard to help us prepare for our day. Not only was Priscilla responsive and on top of things prior to the big day, she was always open to helping with any questions I had during the planning process. ON the actual day, she was a godsend. Nothing but compliments from my wedding party/family on how she wrangled everything and everyone together. Priscilla played a huge part in our day going PERFECTLY - truly without a hitch. Because of her organization and complete calmness in the face of any potential alteration of the day's plan, it was the most magical day and I would recommend her and her team to anyone who is planning a wedding. She was prepared for anything and everything; she even brewed me a warm latte when I was visibly FREEZING during our outdoor photos. My (now husband) and I had a vision of what we wanted our wedding to look like and Priscilla helped us bring that to life! The whole day was perfect.
A lot of people recommended we didn't hire a planner but we both knew we wanted ourselves - and our family and bridal parties - to be able to relax the day of and not have to worry about setting up or keeping things on schedule. This is exactly what happened! My mother in law (who was the main one who wanted to DIY) kept saying how grateful she was to have been able to sit back and enjoy it!
Throughout the whole process, Priscilla was ahead of the game, helping us to think of things we never would have considered. She kept us on track during the whole planning process and then the weekend of she handled everything seamlessly. If anything went wrong, I don't know about it because she took care of it before it became an issue. She kept our vendors on track and also set everything up beautifully. The best part was she made sure we ate and that our drinks were always full :)
We had the most amazing weekend and the most perfect wedding and none of it would have been possible without Priscilla. THANK YOU! 10/10 you need her! :) -

Priscilla is amazing. She was able to reduce stress and take care of so much for my bride and myself. She effectively communicated with each of our vendors to ensure the utmost wedding day efficiency so my wife and I could relax on the day. She immediately took care of any small inconvenience or deviation from our dream wedding without a hesitation. Personally, I was blown away by how she handled the ceremony rehearsal; it is clear she is a professional who knows how to manage large amounts of people and questions without being encumbered. A little extra bit too... on our wedding day my boutonniere was crushed while taking pictures and Priscilla grabbed a random rose off of a table and fashioned me a new one without a second thought. We met Priscilla at a wedding expo and I knew right off the bat I needed her to help me plan and envision our big day. I hired her to primarily help with design/aesthetics of the big day (my mother and bridesmaids all live far away). As a very organized and detail-oriented person myself, I appreciate that she knew exactly what I wanted/needed without me even needing to say it! I still wanted to do a lot of the planning myself so during the beginning I would pretty much just run ideas by her and she would give recommendations/suggestions and provided me with super helpful lists to make sure I had everything covered. I had always envisioned planning my wedding by myself but as I got further in the process, I realized very quickly that I needed help and Priscilla was the absolute best person for me!
As we got closer to the wedding day, Priscilla was my rock! Any worry/concern that crossed my mind for a split second, she already had under control. She is so sweet and caring; she even took the time to bring Starbucks to my Air BnB before getting ready and decorated my Starbucks cup before arriving! It’s the small, considerate details that she has mastered that EVERY bride needs on their wedding day.
Our wedding day ran FLAWLESSLY because of Priscilla. Everyone who encountered her at the wedding LOVED her and only had amazing things to say about how she did her job. She is an amazing listener and communicator and PERFECTLY executed our vision of our big day! I can’t imagine our wedding day without her. -

My mother in law gifted Priscillas services to me during the planning process for “day of coordination.” It was the best gift I could have received!
Her services are far from just “day of coordination” as she worked with me everyday from when she was hired 2-3 months out until the day of our wedding! We had a VERY problematic wedding venue and there were several days where we thought we’d have to find a new location. Priscilla was ready to start the planning process with us just 21 days out! She was available WHENEVER we needed her, and offered excellent professional opinions and advise.
Unfortunately she was already booked for the actually night of our wedding, but her assistants, Rebecca and Brooke, took over seamlessly. -

The BEST Wedding Planner Ever!
I highly recommend Priscilla and PR Events. We had a rather large wedding that included lots of details and non-traditional pieces, and Priscilla made sure everything was executed perfectly on the day of our wedding. She was someone I could text at ANY time of day to talk about wedding plans and was with us from day one to the day of. She took all the stress out of wedding planning for us and our families, and on our wedding day, she made sure everything was taken care of, especially my husband and I. Priscilla gave us an affordable, reliable services for month of coordination. She met with me several times leading up to our wedding day to create a timeline that worked for our day. The day was planned extensively and it translated into our wedding day. The ceremony ran smoothly and rehearsal as well. She set up all of our decor exactly how we pictured and let us take a look before our reception which was great. Our favorite part of the night was our private last dance together, which was a great touch to the timeline. Thanks again to Priscilla!

We had a November wedding and after much debate and speaking with other wedding professionals I have decided to write a review. First of all, Priscilla sub contracted my wedding out to an “assistant” who I later found out does not actually work for her. This assistant was the only one at my wedding, Priscilla let us know that she could not be there but assured me that the assistant could handle it. It was a very small and simple wedding, only 38 people. Priscilla did join for a walk through at the estate with her assistant. However, this was rather pointless. The owner of the estate actually planned, mapped out, and helped with everything that day. Day of- the assistant did not get to the property until Noon, my wedding was at 4pm. All of the signage and decor was set up by my florist and my mom. There was SUCH a lack of attention to detail. Prior to the wedding, Priscilla herself was not able to get in touch with a few of my vendors for their certificate of insurance so she asked if I could just reach out to them- which I did (1-2 weeks before the wedding).
Furthermore, my wedding was on November 25th and she did not send out an email advising my vendors that she is the Month of and taking over communication until NOVEMBER 16th! Lastly and probably the most hurtful mistake was my rings were forgotten at the ceremony. The assistant did not make sure the best man had them or even our 9yr old ring bearer who would have been better off carrying them. Instead, I stood at the altar while I saw my mom shoot out of her seat, into the estate house and get the rings that were right in a basket inside. The caterer’s reaction was “she forgot the rings??”. It was not until Priscilla kept pushing us for photos of the wedding that this became more of a problem. I was going to let the whole thing go. Months went by and Priscilla’s assistant never told her about forgetting the rings at the ceremony. I have screenshots of her and my mother’s correspondence. So, Priscilla also did not communicate with the assistant at all after the wedding to even see how it went. To top it all off, we never received a written apology or any apology. Instead, she blocked all of us on Instagram. Please beware of some of these “month of” planners. Ask around about their reputations to double check. We needed one and were convinced by her professional phone and FaceTime presence that she would take note of every detail. My mom and I thought it was going to be fine since the majority of the heavy planning was done by us. Take note, Priscilla is not on google reviews, the Knot, etc. This is the only website we could find to leave a review. She treated our beautiful day as an afterthought, not a priority. I cannot recommend her or her services
