Our wedding experience in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico was a dream come true, and we owe a significant part of that to our fantastic wedding coordinator and friend, Priscilla. Being from the United States, planning a wedding in a country where we were unfamiliar seemed daunting at first. But from our initial conversation, Priscilla made us feel right at home, promptly sweeping away any concerns.
Priscilla turned out to be a treasure trove of local knowledge, offering a plethora of excellent recommendations. From local makeup artists and photographers to videographers and floral decor experts, every suggestion she made added a unique touch to our events. She not only helped organize our ideas and visions into a cohesive plan, but also executed it flawlessly, from our kick off festivities on the beach during sunset, a beautiful wedding ceremony with tropical backgrounds, finishing with an enchanting and magical reception.
Priscilla's exceptional organizational skills were evident in her ability to coordinate and negotiate with staff, local hotels and vendors. It was never a problem for Priscilla to schedule a Zoom call with us individually or with vendors to answer any questions. I don’t think there are enough words to describe how wonderful Prisar Weddings and Events was to work with. Planning a destination wedding requires a great deal of trust, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found Priscilla, Araceli, Hector Erica, and the entire Prisar team.
From the beginning, Priscilla listened to our daughter’s vision and helped turn it into a reality. Priscilla’s experience, creativity, and knowledge of the area made the planning process so much easier, especially from afar.
Prisar Events handled much more than just the wedding day. They were part of every family moment, from arrival to departure. The team planned our welcome party, rehearsal dinner, coordinated welcome bags, and all of the details that made the entire wedding weekend run smoothly. No detail was overlooked, and every event was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.
The vendors they recommended were outstanding. From the venue and florist to the caterer, DJ, musicians, HAMU, photographers, and videographers, every recommendation was exactly right for us and contributed to an amazing experience for our family and guests.
Throughout the process, the team was professional, organized, responsive, and patient. They were always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure everything stayed on track. We even had on site meetings in Mexico with Priscilla, Hector and Araceli and had so much fun planning in person.
The wedding weekend exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautiful, seamless, and truly reflected our daughter’s vision. We are so grateful for the hard work, dedication, and care that the entire Prisar Events team put into making it all happen.

Truly the Wedding of Our Dreams – Nitza is AMAZING!
If you're planning a wedding in Mexico, hire Prisar and Nitza — you won’t regret it. She made the entire experience completely stress-free and absolutely unforgettable.
From the very beginning, Nitza understood our vision and made everything feel easy. Everything was extremely organized and seamless. Our rehearsal dinner was stunning - the florals, decor, food, mariachi, photography, & transportation was amazing.
The wedding was incredible. I had several guests say that our wedding (and rehearsal) was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. The decor, florals, ceremony set up, etc was extremely beautiful. I was blown away. The vendors are out of this world. The caterers (people said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had), saxophonist, DJ, fire dancers, and fire workers are so talented. The service was so good. My guests said they’d take 1 sip of wine and there would already be someone there refilling their glass. My guests didn’t have to leave the dance floor as there was staff ready to get them a new drink before their glasses were empty.
As far as the wedding day from a bride’s perspective, the day could not have gone smoother. I’ve been in several weddings (and so have my bridesmaids) and we were so impressed. Everything stayed right on schedule, I didn’t feel stressed for even a second. I had a coordinator with me at all times, making sure I was taken care of and that everything was running smoothly. Everyone knew when/where they should be. The event was extremely well staffed and the service was impeccable. Even when our rehearsal dinner restaurant informed us there would be a charge to exchange the chairs (which they didn’t disclose until last minute), Nitza argued it for us and got it removed! She vouches for her clients. She communicated with videographer that was not familiar with the city. Ensuring they knew how to navigate the city and venues.
Nitza is extremely talented and a true professional. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend her. I can’t say enough good things about her and Prisar! -

Prisar was great! My wife and I got married in February at the Villa and we had a big guest list of a lot of changes and they were very responsive and the team was excellent. We had a dance floor over the pool, fireworks, a bonfire on the beach, amazing food, and service and a great ceremony. Everything was ready and on time and she got us the best price for all the vendors. Highly recommended! -

With 109 guests, multiple events over several days—including a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, beach club parties, and the wedding itself at Casa Velas—we needed someone with both expertise and heart. Nitza delivered on every level.
From our first meeting, Nitza made us feel heard, supported, and inspired. She worked within our budget without ever sacrificing quality or compromising our vision. Her design sense is exceptional, and her taste elevated every space and moment. One of the most valuable things about working with her is how much trust you can place in her—because she gets it. If you are looking for an unforgettable wedding in Mexico, look no further than Nitza and the Prisar team! My husband and I got married on 12/24/2024 in Puerto Vallarta and we are still swooning over our wedding. Nitza was our lead planner and she consistently demonstrated nothing short of professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness. From our first meeting, Nitza listened to our wildly vague description of what we wanted and from there helped us narrow down our vision to something that met our budget yet still exceeded our expectations. We got married at Garza Blanca/Mousai Hotel and while it was helpful to have an on-site coordinator at the resort, having Nitza as our main planner was exceptional. Nitza did so much work behind the scenes like price negotiations, contract reviewing, and curating vendor options. We were so impressed with her recommendations of vendors (hair/makeup, DJ, rentals, florist, etc.) Nitza’s communication through email/videochat/messaging was consistent and she responded quickly when we had questions. We had such a fun time traveling to Puerto Vallarta for our site tour and our menu tasting/trial. Best of all, the day of the wedding felt as stress-free as possible because Nitza and the team had set such a manageable timeline and someone from the team was always with us to guide us along the day. Talk about a dream!! They even included special touches, like making sure we had moments to ourselves after the ceremony to eat and drink something before the reception. It truly is the little things that made our day so special. When we saw our reception space, I’m not kidding when I say that our mouths dropped when we saw how the florals/decoration turned out! -

Beyond Expectations: A Planner who gave us an unforgettable wedding weekend
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Priscilla and her incredible team. From start to finish, they made our entire wedding weekend and experience absolutely perfect. With years of experience under her belt, Priscilla truly knows the ins and outs of every detail. Her extensive network of local vendors was invaluable, and she made sure we were connected with the best of the best, while being mindful of our budget and our preferences.
What truly stood out, though, was how deeply she understood our vision and how personable Priscilla and the team is. She listened intently to our ideas, taking the time to understand what we wanted for our big day, and then brought it all to life in a way we could never have imagined on our own. Her attention to detail was impeccable — every little element was carefully planned, and all the details, big or small, made all the difference. Many of our guests during that weekend, up until this day (10 months later), continue to tell us about the amazing time they had at our wedding weekend and that it was “the best wedding they have ever been to.”
Throughout the entire process, we always felt heard and supported. Whether we had a question or a last-minute change, she was there with solutions and a calm demeanor. She made us feel confident and at ease, which allowed us to truly enjoy the planning process and, most importantly, the wedding day itself. Priscilla truly brought a calm presence when only days before our wedding, the weather took a turn and it rained on our wedding day, which was not typical for Puerto Vallarta in almost 20 years. Without hesitation, Priscilla worked magic and ensured our outdoor events still carried on without disruption and still maintained our vision.
If you’re looking for a planner who is not only experienced but also genuinely cares about making your day as special as possible, I highly recommend Priscilla and her team. Our wedding weekend (literally) would not have happened without them. Family members who were at our wedding continue to work with Priscilla for their own events and we look forward to the next time we see her and attend any other party she and the team plans! -

I could not recommend a wedding planner more than Priscilla with PrisarEvents. She and her team truly went above and beyond with every single detail. They were professional, flexible and there for us with everything and anything we needed throughout the planning process. We planned a majority of our wedding through zoom meetings as it was a destination and my husband and I have very busy schedules. The entire wedding weekend surpassed our expectations tremendously! Nitza was our wedding planner, and it was a wonderful experience. She has excellent communication, and whenever we had a question she was on it immediately. She kept us on track in the middle of all the chaos, and we couldn’t have done it without her. She is kind, supportive, and it was very fun planning our wedding with her.
Prisar enabled us to enjoy the year of planning our wedding. Visiting PV to tour our venue, taste the menu, pick floral arrangements, and take our engagement photos was one of the highlights of our engagement. We had so much fun meeting all of the vendors for the wedding, and we are so grateful for Prisar and their connections to these outstanding businesses. The week visiting PV (8 months before our wedding) was organized and efficient because of Nitza.

My wife and I really wanted to be married in Mexico, and knowing how much time, effort, and money goes into any wedding, we were both excited and nervous about planning a destination wedding in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. But as soon as we met Nitza, we knew if we could work with her that it was all possible and we’d be in great hands.
There’s so much to say about her because she feels like family now but throughout the whole planning process you want a professional that can calmly handle any situation, knows the location and best vendors (everybody knows her too), has great taste in design, and in the end truly wants you to enjoy yourself and make that special day the best one possible. Nitza is all that and way more.
She managed everything perfectly, from accommodations, venue, and logistics to personally sourcing wedding favors from artisans in Guadalajara (and even surprise fireworks… thank you Nitza!). But more importantly she’s just an amazing person and if you can work with her you’ll not only have an incredible, stress-free wedding but will have gone through it all with friend by your side.

The best planner/person/attention to detail/Crew ever
To say hiring, Priscilla was the best decision we ever made, would be an understatement. She did my cousins wedding, and then she did our wedding, and by the way, I’m in Interior Designer, so I understand the level of detail that is needed for coordinating a large project like this. Priscilla and her team handled and executed every single detail beyond imaginable and I truly Cannot impress upon you how great of a vendor she was and person she is to be with and have for this type of event. -

It has taken such a long time for me to get the time to post my review but here we go 🥰
Wedding Planner : Prisar Puerto Vallarta Weddings and Events we really enjoyed working with Priscilla and her team. Priscilla was so great to get in contact with. She worked with our budget. We visited PV twice before our wddding. She was so hospitable the entire time. I have to add is that both my husband and I work for a very large hospitality industry company in HTX. We absolutely loved working with Priscilla. WE GENUINELY haven’t met someone that was so engaged in our planning. The only suggestion I would have is if you are getting ready on site and it’s a hot day, I’d request a private car for your bridesmaids. There’s also always a 5 minute of chaos that happens at every wedding and I believe her second in command (Nitza?) could have delivered delays a little better. The day is already stressful and I wasn’t able to get the photos I wanted with my mom because there was a little bit of chaos. We know we are running 10 min behind but I also know that my guests are never on time and I didn’t get to have photos with my mom like I’d like to have. One of the appetizers that I really wanted was not served but in the grand scheme of things of these are the only 2 flaws about our wedding I just cracked it up to nothing is perfect. Priscilla’s team did an outstanding job and I have sent every person in every group that I can to her. She recommended all the vendors below and I trusted her and will forever trust her with future events. If I ever move to PV, I want to work for Priscilla ❤️ There was another planner who was with me all day and I absolutely love her too. I forgot to eat during hair and makeup and she went to the restaurant to get me bread and then I had to use the restroom and she snuck me into the steakhouse and I walked through the main room to get to the bathroom. I kid you not i hope you are booking Priscilla right now while you read my review lol her team is just remarkable.
Graciela Saldivar Make up & Hair : Gracie and her team were fabulous 🥰 I felt so gorgeous! We booked Gracie for rehersal dinner makeup and day of. I have zero complaints. She was an absolute gem to work with! This was a referral through Priscilla.
Christie Graham Photography : Christie was and is the best. We will hire her for anniversary photos and for baby photos and for whatever moments we have in PV or Canada. Her editing work is amazing. There was a photo of my husbands suit and she was able to edit any wrinkles out of the photos. She was an amazing vendor to work with. Priscilla found her and she could not have found a more perfect photographer for us.
3R Memories : our videographer (picked by Priscilla again) WAS AMAZING!!!!! I have zero regrets. Get the videographer….just do it. I literally watch our video on random days and it makes me so happy. Just do it. They are amazing and it’s just the best thing ever!

Absolute Magic!
Working with Priscilla and her team was better than we could have imagined. Exceeded Every Expectation
From the moment we met Priscilla and her team at Prisar, we knew we were going to have a 5 star wedding. From choosing a venue all the way to wedding day, everything was extremely organized and done well. We hired Prisar Vallarta and Nitza as our wedding planner after already choosing a venue in PV and feeling like we needed some help pulling it all together, being from the states. Hiring PrisarVallarta and getting to have Nitza as our planner was the biggest gift and best decision we made surrounding our wedding! She was kind, prompt, professional, well-connected, on top of it, and so respectful of and in tune with our vision for the wedding. At first I was nervous about planning a wedding from Texas without the possibility of visiting Puerto Vallarta. With that said, I had to plan everything virtually. From the initial conference call Nitza was understanding, patient and, kind. Nitza was able to take the pictures and ideas I sent over and EXCEEDED my expectations. I could not have dreamed for a more beautiful wedding day.
From the flowers and makeup artist (which was also phenomenal) to running to catch my veil after it fell off RIGHT as I was about to walk down the isle! Nitza was AMAZING from start to end! Prisar events and Nitza went above and beyond to make my daughters wedding amazing. The amount of detail and time spent was really impressive. This wedding was so well planned, all the details were accomplished with perfection. So many surprises for us, tailored to my daughter and her personality. Nitza got to know my daughter so well, was so patient and made the entire process enjoyable. I had such a great time at the wedding and events before leading up to the big day. Fairytale wedding!
My husband and I cannot be more happy with the most perfect beautiful wedding thanks to Nitza at Prisar Weddings! She went above and beyond for our wedding! We live in Los Angeles and the process was so easy and seamless to have our wedding in beautiful Puerto Vallarta.
Our special day felt like a real life fairytale! Everything from the weekend including the flowers to decor, music, our welcome party and rehearsal dinner just everything was beyond perfect!

My husband Roberto first hired Prisar to help plan his proposal to me. Priscilla, Nitza and Jorge (the photographer) did such an amazing job keeping the proposal a secret from me and created such a special and magical moment on the beach where Roberto proposed that neither of us could imagine working with anyone else for our wedding.
Once we started planning the wedding, we were always so pleased with Prisar's professionalism, how fun they were to talk to and how creative their ideas were. Priscilla and Nitza communicated with us regularly and were always ready to jump on a Zoom call whenever we felt we needed to talk with them. Every single vendor they referred us to was just as professional, skilled and genuinely kind as they are. The quality of service we received from every single person we encountered was top notch!
Seeing how expertly they set up the proposal, we were not stressed a bit when the day of our wedding came. We met with Prisar several times in advance of the wedding to go over everything and they asked great questions of us about things that we wouldn't have thought of for example, "At what point in your first dance song do you want the fireworks to be set off? When I didn't know how to respond, Nitza suggested timing the fireworks to a crescendo in the song, which was the perfect recommendation!
Prisar paid attention to all the details and made sure they understood exactly what we wanted. When we were unsure, they expertly guided us in a direction that felt right.

Our wedding weekend was by far the most special day of our lives, and we owe it all to PrisarWeddingandEvents. Priscilla and her team literally made our dreams come true and then some. After researching various wedding planners and agencies in Puerto Vallarta, we decided to meet a few when we were in town. After we met Priscilla and Nitza, we cancelled all our other appointments because we just knew we wouldn’t find anyone better. Having a destination wedding is supposed to be somewhat stressful but from start to finish we could not have asked for a more dedicated, genuine, passionate, detail-oriented wedding planner. From her suggestions, and her organization and the extra little touches and recommendations, she truly got us. We trusted her whole heartedly in the process and we are so glad we did because she was a true visionary. Our family and friends could not stop talking about the amazing weekend they had in Puerto Vallarta and the beautiful details of the wedding. We could honestly not have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever! Our big day was perfect because of Priscilla and her team. From start to finish, Priscilla was dedicated and hard-working. What really blew us away was the relationships she had cultivated over the years with her vendors, and it really showed the day of. She shares all the important details she knows and makes life easy on you which also made it very easy to trust her throughout the process. I don't even know where to begin to describe the magic that Priscilla, Nitza and the whole Prisar team brought to our wedding. My husband and I had a three day Hindu-Jewish wedding with five events and they made each one special. Planning a wedding from another country can be extremely stressful but Priscilla managed to put our minds to ease throughout (this is coming from someone who is extremely Type A).
We're from NYC so we had zoom calls with a few wedding planners in and decided to go with Priscilla because she was the most detail oriented about options as well as upfront on expectations and budget. She was also extremely responsive and got back to us immediately or let us know when we can hear from her if she was at another event. This continued through the whole process.
We decided on mid-Nov 2021 as our wedding date and had a little over a year of planning. We picked the important items early on with her help over zoom (venue, videographer, photographer, and caterer) and also did a trip in Feb 2021 to finalize the finer details like the wedding itinerary, decor, and flowers. She picked us up from the airport and took us all around so we had nothing to worry about. While we decided a lot early on, as we got closer to the wedding, there were changes that we wanted to make and she adapted to each one without hesitation. Some of those include changing the layout of our reception (seating & dancing), requesting a saxophonist two months before, wanting to change our DJ, as well as keeping up with many other changes requested for our events.
During our wedding weekend, seeing all of the planning come to life was truly incredible. Her design aesthetic exceeded what our expectations were for each event -- mehndi (henna party), welcome party, sangeet (pre-wedding event), ceremony (hindu + jewish in one), and reception. It was also clear during the weekend that she built her business on relationships with her vendors as they all went above and beyond.
Because of her, every single guest that attended our wedding said it was by far the best wedding they've ever been to. If you're looking for a wedding planner that's organized with an incredible design aesthetic, look no further than Priscilla and her Prisar team!Prisar Weddings and Events's reply:

Our friends joke that no one will ever be able to top our wedding. And it may be the truth. Our wedding event blew us and all of our guests away thanks to the creative vision, experienced planning and flawless execution of Prisar Wedding & Events. Priscilla and her team exceeded my expectations in so many ways, and being in the events industry myself, I have HIGH expectations!
Going into venue search, I thought I already had my short list picked out. But Priscilla, who was very thoughtful in discovering my dream day vision, ended up introducing me to other hidden gems (like Rancho Huracan, where we ultimately picked!). She lined up 12+ venue visits, picked us up from the airport and took us on a two-day tour of potential venues. The entire search process was so seamless and enjoyable!
Throughout the planning process, Priscilla was attentive, easygoing, flexible, and always readily available to chat on Whatsapp or hop on a Zoom. Her team uses an online collaborative tool that makes planning simple, organized, and visual (read: turn your Pinterest boards into reality).
I wanted all the things - dance floor fireworks, private beach covered in candles, reception in the jungle, live music throughout, the best chef in town, giant cut outs of our cat - Priscilla's team was scrappy and had all the connections to make things happen. At the same time, they were also realistic about what was possible and helped source alternatives within our budget when needed.
All around I would highly recommend Priscilla and her team. Professional, knowledgeable, warm, fun and a delight to work with. Most importantly, I fully trusted them because I knew they were the best in the biz (most experienced, partnered with top-of-the-line vendors) and truly cared about creating the best experience possible for us.

We didn’t plan to get married in a pandemic. In fact, 70% of our wedding was already planned when we found out we were going to need to postpone. Prisar Weddings & Events stuck by us through the ups and downs and made our special day one for the record books.
I’m not an easy person. I’m a high strung professional with limited time and a quick temper. I also wanted all the things, fire dancers, acrobats, live music and a feast.
Nitza, the planner I worked with most closely, was a gift from God. When she told me something couldn’t happen (which was rare), I knew she had moved mountains trying to make it work. And really, I can’t think of anything that didn’t happen that I cared about. It was all flawlessly executed.
When it came to pandemic protocol, Prisar Weddings & Events went above and beyond to help me figure out things that none of us had ever dealt with, like Covid testing the entire group and creating custom masks for our guests.
By the end of it, I felt like I had not only gained a husband and new family, but friends for life at Prisar Wedding & Events. We can’t wait for anniversary celebrations to come!

Priscilla is one of the best in the industry if not THE absolute best. She planned and flawlessly executed the wedding of our dreams that we honestly didn't even know we had.
My husband and I are both from Chicago and we have been to some outstanding weddings in our lifetime. Priscilla blew us, and all of our 140 guests out of the water with her flawless execution, attention to detail, and the most sincere thoughtfulness throughout the process. We flew to PV early in the planning process and Priscilla picked us up at the airport, made sure we had our entire day planned with vendor meetings so we could be as efficient as possible during our trip to town.
When it came time for our wedding week, Priscilla arranged for one of her teammates to take my husband, mom and I to Costco to grab stuff for our welcome bags, and around town to grab a few last-minute items we were hoping to find.
Our guests can't stop raving about every detail from the beautiful venue to the band, the spectacular food + incredible servers, and so so much more! Priscilla went above and beyond for every little detail throughout the entire process. She listened to our requests, added her input and most importantly, always kept our budget top of mind. She encouraged us to use certain vendors who would better align with our budget, without cutting any corners. She has the most professional team and is so incredibly respected in the industry- bringing together the best of the best. We hosted 3 nights of events from rehearsal dinner (thurs), to a welcome party (fri) and finally the wedding (sat), all planned and flawlessly executed by Priscilla + team. Every night exceeded any expectation we could have had. I will miss my daily texting with Priscilla, her sincerity, and her thoughtfulness.
We are forever grateful for the wonderful pictures and the lifetime of memories we have made with everyone so special to us, all thanks to Priscilla's countless hours of hard work, answering my every question, and going above and beyond with absolutely everything. This did not feel like one size fits all approach, I genuinely felt as though Priscilla did everything she could to make our wedding so unique to my husband and me, and for that- we are forever grateful. There is not one single thing we would change about our wedding If you are considering a destination wedding- you've found the best of the best with Priscilla, don't think twice! Best planner anywhere
Priscilla is the most incredible wedding planner. She was 100% by our side, the entire time from planning to party.
We flew in from LA several times to pick flowers, pick a venue, see hotels, etc and every time, Priscilla picked us up from the airport, arranged hotel rooms for us, scheduled our entire days and made sure we fulfilled the schedule. She picked the best vendors and got us the best prices. She worked diligently to ensure the snags were patched quickly and efficiently. And she was the best person to do all of this with. She’s incredibly bright, fun, and an altogether good person.
If we did it again, we would choose Priscilla 100% of the time. Thank you again ❤️ -

I married 13 years ago and my wedding was the first for Prisar...
I can definitely say that Prisar really understood all my ideas for the wedding and even created a better scene for that beautiful day...
Anything that I could imagine was found and they overachieve my expectations. All my guests were talking about the beautiful day for my wedding since the catholic ceremony, the civil at the beach and the reception also at the beach.

Fun, beautiful, worry-free wedding weekend!
Priscilla and her team came recommended to me, and as someone who has high expectations for service, I was blown away by her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients' happiness! Our wedding weekend was perfect. We got married in Sayulita, planning a weekend of activities for our guests-- Priscilla gave suggestions and took our ideas and orchestrated every detail beautifully-- everything turned out even better than I could have imagined. She struck the perfect balance of asking for our opinions and wishes (and delivering perfectly) and also offering suggestions and expert opinion when asked-- it was just what I needed, and made the planning process seamless and took away a lot of stress! She's great at what she does: she has great taste, lots of contacts and connections, and is very organized, efficient, and professional. She didn't miss a detail. She's also a warm and wonderful person, and very easy to work with. All we had to do was enjoy our time with our guests and have an unforgettable, amazing weekend. Let me start off by saying Priscilla and her crew created our DREAM WEDDING WEEKEND!!!! From every small detail to large hurdle Priscilla made everything happen and in a seamless way. By the end our our experience I feel we even became friends.
Having 5 events and Priscilla and her team planning all of them I thought something was bound to not go as planned...instead she and her team made every step effortlessly perfect! (And even better then I could have imagined)
I know they worked very hard behind the scenes but made us feel like it was a piece of cake.
If I was to do it all over again I would definitely call prisar events! Hoping we can do a vow renewal or anniversary party with them in the future! -
