Best Planning Team Ever!

Can't say enough about Priya & Hannah and every vendor they brought to us for our wedding. Living in NYC and planning a wedding in Punta Cana, DR would have been impossible if it wasn't for them! They handled EVERYTHING, we didn't have to worry at all. They are super creative, super responsive and just amazing at what they do. They introduced us to an amazing photo team, the most creative videography team, awesome DJ and they even helped me find a hair and make-up team! Best decision my husband and I ever made was to hire them!

Creative, professional and dedicated in every way

6 months after our wedding and we're still reflecting back on our wedding weekend because it was the best weekend of our life. Our guests specifically commented on the seamless execution & organization of every event. We signed the Premini team early on in our planning process because I basically wanted another Type-A person (like myself) to help me with the planning. After a few phone calls with Priya, I knew she was the person I wanted to work with. We had a difficult time nailing down a venue and when I was frustrated, Priya would still remain positive and diligent. Needless to say, Priya & Hannah were amazing to work with all throughout our planning process and their attention to detail, creativity and meticulous execution made it possible for both of us to enjoy ourselves without worrying about what could go wrong. Puneet and Quami were our on-site handlers and they were just as professional and dedicated in making our wedding events a success. I highly recommend Premini for anyone looking for a wedding planner - you won't be disappointed. As Priya said on our first phone meeting - "you can't put a price on sanity."

Priya, Hannah and team are amazing and ensured that our big day went without a hitch.

They provided recommendations on vendors and managed all of them, ensuring they were punctual on the day of the wedding. They have a ton of experience and provided great advice (e.g. decor, food, etc.). And most importantly, they managed the our demanding family and friends!

We just wanted to thank you guys so much for everything. From the initial stages of planning and saving us from picking some truly odd venues, to helping us plan this production to the end, we really couldn't have done it without you guys! Thank you for your vision and for being available at all hours of the night - I could tell that you guys cared about how it all came together. I think that is what it made it so much easier for us to trust you in those instances where we were unsure. People are still talking about the coconuts and the scotch sommelier - honestly they are still talking about the whole wedding, and we can't really believe it turned out like this either. We cannot thank you enough for all the hard work you put into our wedding! We were both blown away by how everything came together. Everything ran seamlessly and we know you were creating magic behind the scenes. From turning over that ballroom so quickly, to making sure we were properly hydrated, you guys really thought of it all. I feel so fortunate that through a series of ridiculous occurrences, we serendipitously landed Premini as our wedding event planning company. I never knew how neurotic I would feel as a bride, and you guys played such a huge role in keeping me calm, having the event run smoothly, and ensuring that everyone had an amazing time. It is impossible to put into words how much Priya and her entire Premini events team meant to us during our wedding planning. From the first meeting, through the entire planning process, she had been nothing short of amazing. It was through Priya that we found all our vendors, and each of them, from our photographer and videographer, to our DJ, decorator, and catering, was better than we could have hoped for. She is meticulous and organized, and made sure every detail of the wedding was covered (some of which we would never have thought of without her). On the day of, Priya and her staff made the day move seamlessly. Their attention to detail, attentiveness to our guests and family, and level of coordination were impeccable.

What truly sets Premini Events apart from other planners, however, is Priya's ability to turn every wedding she does into a truly unique experience. Priya brought a whole level of beauty, elegance, and energy to our wedding that could have believed possible. Out of all the decisions my husband and I made in planning our wedding, hiring Premini was by far one of the best. Priya and her staff worked together to execute an absolutely breathtaking event for us and was an extraordinary asset throughout the planning process. We started working with Premini about 1 year in advance of our wedding and Priya helped us negotiate contracts and worked to secure the best vendors in the industry for our big day. During the weeks leading up to the wedding Priya and her staff made sure every last detail was covered and I felt reassured that that the day would be perfect and that my husband and I could truly enjoy or wedding day. Choosing Premini Events as our planner was the best decision we did as a couple. To give you an understanding of how complicated the wedding planning process was - I was based in LA, my fiancé was based in NYC, his parents were based in Houston, my parents were based in St. Louis and our wedding was taking place in Mexico.

With all of the different time zones and everyone in different locations, Priya and her team were so accommodating and flexible. I will never forget her staying up till 12AM on many occasions just so that I would be able to get on conference calls due to my hectic work schedule and the time difference. I found myself exhausted working 70-80 hours a week and also trying to plan a wedding but they were there for me every step of the way.

Premini Events also helped choose all of our vendors, some of which were local and some of which were flown in. Our wedding had a lot of extra hoops to go through due to the security of our guests and the personal confidentiality of my husband's job. But Priya and her team handled it flawlessly. Also, one thing to note is that they are really creative. Our guests were so amazed by the level of detail, quality and overall experience. I cannot imagine planning our wedding without Priya and her team! She not only eased all my tension and nerves leading up to it, but take care of all the details. Her #1 goal was to make sure we enjoyed all the events, so that when we look back to our wedding weekend, we remember only happiness and love. Priya's personality allows her to become your best friend during this process. She really gets to know you, your family and your taste. She kept us on a schedule and navigated us through the almost one year process of planning. She is well known within the South Asian wedding planning circuit and was instrumental in getting us good value and quality for our vendors. I loved that she only offered us options that were within our budget and if she recommended an upgrade, we knew it was something truly worth investing in. Priya had ensured that we worked with only the top vendors. In addition to value, Priya ensured that we set realistic expectations. Being an out of state couple (we live in Boston and our events were in NY/NJ) there were a lot of moving parts. Priya and her team came up with many creative ideas to show our personalities. There are so many unpredictable things that can occur at a wedding, but Priya and her team just took care of it. When my husband’s shoe broke, her team came to the rescue with crazy glue to fix it. She even had a planner FaceTime my husband during the baraat so I could be a part of it! I am sure there are so many situations that we don’t even know about. She is a task master and truly cares about making it the best possible experience. The wedding turned out beautiful, flawless, and the venue was amazing. My skinny minnie Priya! You were my guiding light throughout this entire wedding. Only you know the challenges we faced as a couple and as a family. It's insane to think it's been a whole year of planning. And somehow - with all the craziness, it was such a flawless event. Every detail managed, every emotional outburst handled, and with such class, understanding and grace. You are so awesome! I miss the girls (and even Tyler).

For all brides... two words... BOOK PRIYA. She is so awesome and knowledgeable. We interviewed 5-6 wedding planners and we knew within minutes of talking to Priya that she was the one we had to book. I was price sensitive about a lot of things, but now I know, you definitely get what you pay for. She is definitely of a different caliber and service level then most people and I know for a fact that no other planner could have handled the amount of issues we had within our families behind the scenes. Priya and her team are amazing!!! I am a Senior Event Manager at the JW Marriott in Austin and have worked with many wedding planners in my career and can say without doubt, she is one of the best!

This wedding weekend was extremely complex - 4 days worth of events with many vendors from around the country, and tons of last minute changes. All were handled gracefully with perfect communication to all involved to pull off a great weekend of events.

Another great thing about Priya is how knowledgeable she is about all types of South Asian weddings... it helped immensely to have her as a go to during the planning process.

Priya and the rest of the Premini events team created a seamless, beautiful and incredibly fun wedding weekend for us. Priya began by helping us pick vendors who complement our personality and who worked together to make our vision happen. Priya coordinated all the vendors and worked with us to create a detailed itinerary which we were able to stick to pretty closely. Many of our guests commented that they had never been to and Indian wedding where everything actually started on time! We had a rehearsal dinner, two ceremonies, and a reception and each event was perfect. We had a large wedding with about 400 guests and the Premini staff made sure that all the guests knew what was going on and were in the right place at the right time. We are so grateful to Premini for creating a visually stunning, detailed, fun-filled, low stress wedding weekend that we will never forget.

Priya and her team were an absolute delight to work with. From our initial phone conversation to the many meetings that took place before the wedding, she really helped put our minds at ease. Planning a wedding these days can be very difficult, especially when you want a wedding that is different and isn't one of those "been there, done that scenes."

Priya & her team are the real deal - they WILL NOT google ideas, they create them! Their creative outlook really takes your individual personality into consideration when designing your wedding. This team will not make anything look like a "cookie-cutter" style.

Here's what they did for us:

From the time of signing the contract to the very end - Priya was my right arm through it all. I was having issues with my original decorator, and she got us out of that contract and over to another decorator who did a phenomenal job. I was having a difficult time finding the invitations I envisioned, and Priya pulled a phone number out of her pocket and made it happen. I forgot to book a horse for the groom's baraat and Priya made it happen with a click of a button. I didn't even have an officiant - and she found a perfect match for us. Lastly, when gearing up to send out the invites - Staples screwed up the labels, and when I called Priya panicking - she had the labels over-nighted to me the next day. She saved the day not once, not twice, but numerous times.

Priya really is the PERFECT wedding planner and with her team she is FLAWLESS!!!! Priya has an amazing personality, a great sense of humor, she's inspiring, reasonable, intelligent, a trusted friend, and SO MUCH MORE!!!

Our wedding was surreal; just like a fairytale wedding - and this was all because of Priya and her fabulous team. Trust us when we say, you WILL NOT by any means be disappointed. Not only did we get the wedding of our dreams, compliments to last us a lifetime but, we have made a lifelong friend in the process.

After "interviewing" numerous wedding planners, my husband and I knew after meeting Priya for the first time she was the perfect person to help plan our 400+ indian wedding. At our first meeting her bubbly enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism stood out compared to other planners we had met. She took the time to get know us both individually and as a couple to figure out how to best navigate the wedding planning process.
Over the course of the next 6 months Priya always made sure we were on track with our timeline so we never had to worry about if things were going to get done. She also introduced us to AMAZING vendors, including our band (which guests still talk about almost a year later.) Whenever we had a question or needed help with even little things, Priya was never more than a phone call away. Her prompt responsiveness is rarity in this business and we felt lucky & comforted to know she was always there.
Every time we met Priya she always helped to relieve some of the stress that comes along with the wedding planning process. Sooner than later we came to see Priya not just as our wedding planner, but as our dear friend.
You should consider yourselves lucky if you have the chance to snatch her up to be your wedding planner. She made our wedding exactly what we hoped it would be. We even overheard one of our guests remark at the end of the night, "That was the best wedding I've ever been to...and I've been to a LOT of indian weddings." To me, that says it all.

Priya,the CEO of Premini Events, was a major help for our wedding reception.
Our wedding was overseas, with the reception 20 days later at the Palace at Somerset Park,in New Jersey.
We had picked out our venue on our own, then Priya had helped coordinate to the last minute, with
the other services and vendors.
She provided vendors names, and then helped negotiate contracts through her for each vendor.
These vendors included:
Makeup, hair
Photography
Videography
Drummer
MC&DJ
Food tasting and menu selection for catering, through the venue/Food tasting
Printing services for the place cards, menu cards, drink cards.

The night of the reception she was there the entire time with her team, and helped make sure
the night went smoothly to the very end.

Very personable, easy to communicate, and the vendors she helped negotiate were very good.

Would definitely recommend working with her and her team.

So you may be thinking that you don’t need a day-of wedding person. Having gone to many of my friends' weddings and planning my own as well, you have no idea how stressful it can be and how easily things can go wrong. After all, it’s a very special day. Coordinating 250+ people and making sure everything runs smoothly without hiccups is extremely challenging.

And that’s just the bare minimum of what you need. Priya goes well above and beyond that. It’s not just about making sure everything runs smoothly, but making sure the bride and groom are always looking sharp, and that everyone is having a spectacular time.

The little details matter to them. When we first met with Priya, she walked us through the entire wedding day, minute by minute. Not only did she help get all of us on the same page, she offered great suggestions, drawing on her experience of having planned and coordinated hundreds of weddings. If you have any worries at all on the day-of, she’ll take care of you and do whatever it takes to make sure its amazing. I remember waiting in my room in between the cocktail and reception and a member of her team had called to make sure I was doing alright, whether I needed water or food brought up to my room. Very thoughtful.

So rather than pull your hair out, deal with difficult relatives and stress out the whole day of your wedding, I suggest you go with Priya. You’ll actually enjoy your wedding and it will be a memorable experience for everyone!

My wife and I are not big planners and hate getting involved in the details of certain things. However we know exactly what we want and recognize it when we see it. With Premini we were able to express what we wanted and they were able to connect with us and what we envisioned for our wedding; their creativity truly is one of their main selling points. The experience through the entire process was professional, courteous, and overall simply amazing!

And as a result we had a beautiful wedding!

Hiring Priya from Premini events as our event planner was the best decision that we made to plan our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a very difficult to think baout the planning for 25th as we did not know how extravagant we wanted to be or how to balance between a suave anniversary cocktail party and a reception. We contacted Priya and It was definitely the best decision that we made as Priya proved to be very much a true partner in understanding our needs, expectations and goals. We had the best time from the moment we started planning back in October 2012 for the August '13 event. It was just a pleasure working with Premini events as they anticipated every need and worked with us as we moved along in our planning.

The party finally arrived and the entire event from the begining to end was run very smoothly and not one thing went amiss. it was enjoyed by all and helped us create indelible ever lasting memories. Thanks very much Priya and the staff at Premini. We really loved working with you and look forward to other events that we can work with you in the future. We defnitely and wholeheartedly recommend you to all our friends and anyone who is planning a wedding or anniversary event.

Premini Events exceeded all of our expectations. When my then future-wife and I had decided to pre-pone our wedding to a date less than 3 months away, we knew we needed help.

Within minutes of speaking with Priya, we knew that we were in good hands. The whole Premini Events staff was professional throughout the process; knowledgeable of our traditions; respectful of our budget and priorities; and was an overall joy to work with. In spite of my busy travel schedule, Priya kept us engaged and informed at all times- via email, phone, or text.

Our wedding ceremony and reception went exactly as we had imagined. Priya and her team effortlessly managed all of the weekend's activities, allowing us to focus on what was most important- starting our lives together. We (and our guests) could go on and on about how much of a pleasure it was to work with Premini Events; we look forward to working with them on all of our celebrations.

You don’t usually realize how much work and planning is involved with creating and executing a wedding until you get thrown into it. The best decision we made with the process was hiring Priya and Premini Events. She not only is extremely organized and thoughtful but able to execute as well with both expected and unexpected issues. Working with Priya was a pleasure. She is easy to get along with and extremely creative. It was her unique eye that gave our wedding a one-in-a-million look and experience for our family and friends. She was able to incorporate our personalities into a love story to celebrate during the wedding events. She truly spent her time getting to learn about us and then was able to creatively manifest that in all details of the wedding. Her skill at this is out-of-this-world. She loves what she does and her passion shows through her work. Her vision and energy made all of our wedding events memorable, and we are so grateful to have worked with her.

Priya & Premini Events are hands down the best wedding planners!!! Initially both our families thought "oh what do we need a wedding planner for?" Then once the wedding was over that same question turned into "Wow it was great that we had Priya, we didn't have to worry about anything & got to enjoy every bit of the wedding." Every couple wants their wedding to run on time & smoothly. We were running a little behind schedule, but no one noticed because everything was handled flawlessly by Priya & her team. Priya's detailed itinerary has enough buffer time built in that she knows where time can be made up & she handles it so well that no will realize it's running late. A few of our friends have asked us "how did you get everything to run on time?" When we told them that we were actually running a little late, they were shocked. That's when you know everything was planned properly & executed just as well. The best thing about Priya is her attention to detail & her ability to make sure things get done no matter what. She is very energetic, enthusiastic & she loves what she does. Priya & her team are very easy to work with & we felt very comfortable working with them. For example, at the reception, Priya held on to my lip gloss and she came up to me to reapply it. With everything going on, that is not something I would remember to do. To give you a taste of Priya's creativity, my husband had 2 handkerchiefs that matched my wedding dress & he couldn't decide which one to use. So Priya came up with an idea of using both. She didn't know how to arrange it, but knew exactly who to go to. This shows that even if Priya can't do something herself she always knows a way to get it done. Our wedding definitely would not have been as great as it was without her help & more importantly we would not have been able to enjoy it as much as we did. We would recommend Priya to anyone looking for a true wedding planner. She'll make your wedding day perfect and make sure you enjoy it too!!

Priya was amazing throughout my entire experience. The TEAM of Premini Events went above and beyond and executed EVERYTHING that was promised to my wife and I. If you are in the need of a wedding planner, Priya is the BEST in the business. Priya is honest, fair, kept her word and I was not ripped off. I felt totally comfortable throughout our entire year of planning. Our event was flawless. The Oheka Castle was amazing. Everything was executed in a top notch fashion. Hats off to Premini Events!!!

Premini events did such a wonderful job with our wedding. I can't even begin to describe how much we appreciated their help making our day so special. The staff did an amazing job making sure the wedding events all occurred seamlessly. Premini events turned our wedding dreams into a reality and we couldn't be happier with our fairytale wedding weekend. We still cannot get over how amazing the wedding weekend was and constantly talk about how we want to relive the experience! Thanks to Priya and her team we had a stress free and organized experience. We loved having Priya and her team guide us throughout the wedding and being with us through every step of the way. Premini events had every aspect of the wedding taken care of and we cannot be anymore thankful for their talent and attention to detail.

To be honest I was a little hesitant in hiring an event planner. I am extremely OCD about how things should go and what I want. Priya was extremely helpful in giving us ideas and making sure that I got everything I wanted on the day of my wedding. My wedding day went exactly the way I wanted, and it wouldn't have gone that way without the help of Priya.
