I worked with Tara recently, as an officiant. She made the whole event run smoothly. Her tips and cues helped the rehearsal go well, and on the day of the wedding, she made it look easy, covering the many, many details necessary to make the ceremony run flawlessly. I would highly recommend Tara and Premeir Party Planners. -

Our Wedding Experience
Premier Party Planners was one of the most valuable team we had the pleasure to work with for our wedding. Tara was literally our backbone throughout this process of wedding planning. We chose to do day of coordination, but from the moment we booked with her 6 months before the wedding, she was hands on since then. She is kind, patient, supportive and her main focus was us as the couple. She wanted to see us happy on our special day, so she did whatever she could to make that happen. Any time we felt stressed, she had a way of calming us down and helping us feel confident in our decisions.
She is very organized and responds super quick. As a bride, this was so helpful because there were times I needed reassurance about something in the moment and she was always available. Sometimes even at 7am. There were times that she knew what was going on with other vendors before I had a chance of telling her, she is that on top of her game! We were so impressed and grateful we had her as our coordinator. We could not recommend a wedding planner team more than Premier Party Planners. They are a strong team with so much knowledge.
Our wedding day was perfect. We have no complaints. Even with having to do our plan B rain plan, somehow it became our plan A choice the more we spoke to Tara about it. She is wonderful!We are so happy with how the day went and we didn’t have to worry about anything else, except getting married. Thank you so much Tara ❤️ -

Tara with Premier was the absolute best day-of coordinator we could have asked for. Throughout the entire planning process, she was quick to reply to texts and emails with any questions we had. We truly would not have been able to have as enjoyable a wedding day as we did without her! -

Tara was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the moment we started working together, she was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. Her coordination with the vendors was flawless, ensuring everyone was on the same page, which really helped alleviate a lot of the stress I was feeling.
One of the things I appreciated most about Tara was how she managed to make me feel more at ease. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Tara’s calm and organized approach made the experience so much more enjoyable. She also went above and beyond in helping with my family, showing incredible attention to detail and addressing any concerns with patience and care.
If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is not only professional but also genuinely cares about making your day perfect, I highly recommend Tara. She truly made our wedding day everything we hoped it would be. -

When looking for a wedding planner, I was not sure who I was going to go with. I spoke with quite a few planners before I met Nicole. Nicole immediately made me feel comfortable and excited. I was truly blown away after sitting down to talk through our special day with Nicole. She is beyond knowledgable in all aspects of weddings. From beginning to end she helped make the stressful process a breeze. I will never forget going to our rental appointment with my Mom feeling so overwhelmed at what needed to be done. Nicole kindly volunteered to come with us and helped SO much throughout the process. She thought of things that never would have crossed my mind. During the wedding day, she was everything we could have asked for and more. She is kind, confident, and prepared. Even with impending rain, she helped us to make all of our ceremony dreams come true (as well as helped pin up a broken dress). She was so kind to our family and helped wherever needed. There are nowhere near enough kind words to say and we will be forever grateful to her and Premier for everything that was done to make our day the best day possible! -

The best wedding day ever! Our daughter just got married and we were able to actually sit back and enjoy the whole experience. Premier Party Planners made things easy. They were organized, communicative, and very professional. They were also available for questions and advice. This was our 4th wedding for our 4 kids, and PPP did the last two! From the time we found them, we definitely wouldn't use anyone else!! -

We hired Premier Party Planners to help plan our wedding, and they were hands down the best investment we made for the event! From our first call with Tara, we knew we couldn't have our wedding without her. She is so organized from day one of planning all the way through the day of. As the bride, I was able to rely on Tara for all the details to ensure the planning process went smoothly and I didn't have to overstress about the little things. Tara listened to all our ideas and helped us select vendors that aligned to our vision and stayed within our budget - that was a huge plus for my husband! On our wedding day everything went smoothly to my knowledge because Tara was the point person for everyone. We told everyone who would listen to us that Tara is the reason we had the BEST DAY EVER on our wedding! As a type A gal, I knew it would take just the right person to make me feel comfortable letting go on the big day. Within a few minutes of meeting Tara, I knew we were in capable hands. Tara is extra detail-oriented and phenomenally prepared. She keeps the day moving like clockwork because she's always prepping for what's next. We also appreciated her guidance regarding vendors throughout the process! And vendors really seem to love working with her on wedding day, we heard rave reviews every time someone found out we were working with her. Plus, Premier has an awesome supply of decor and other items you can use on the big day to avoid some of those one-use purchases (we used things like the arbor, cake stand, cutting utensils, card box, etc). We're grateful we went with Premier! -

If there is one thing I learned throughout the planning process, it would be to HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER! I cannot stress enough how amazing Premier Party Planners were for my big day and throughout the process. We were paired with Elizabeth, who was the kindest, most organized person on the planet. She had great open communication throughout the entire planning process and really stepped in to save the day multiple times the month of. If anything went wrong on the day of, I wouldn’t have known because Elizabeth was so on top of everything. As someone who is not in the event planning industry, it is vital to have someone looking out for you in the way a planner can. Elizabeth saved me from almost making a very costly mistake and jumped in so quickly to help me resolve the issue right away! She not only made sure we were well taken care of on the day of but also always knew where to go and what was next. I had many guests tell me it was the most organized and seamless wedding they had attended, and that is really attributed to our fantastic planner. Not only was she professional and great to work with, but she is genuinely a kind person and fun to chat with. The Premier Party Planning team made us feel so special on our wedding day, and we look back with such fond memories of how amazing our vendor team was. I would recommend their services to my closest friends and family and cannot express my gratitude enough for this amazing team! -

Our experience with Tara and Premier Party Planners was amazing from start to finish! From the detailed description of the full service planning package on the website to our first meeting with Tara, we knew we were in good hands. Tara took care of all the behind the scenes details and paperwork, and kept us on track when she needed our input. She found great vendors within our budget, and was extremely thorough throughout the planning process. The amount of stress she relieved was well worth the investment. We will miss working with her, but we cannot recommend her and the Premier team to potential clients enough! -

Tara Ruffier from Premier Party Planners is the absolute best! From the first day I met Tara at Premier Party Planners, she has been helpful, accommodating, and kind. She helped me plan and organize my wedding while I was living out of state for an internship. Tara helped keep all my details straight even when I would change something last minute or change my mind. Tara did a great job of listening to both me and my mom as we dreamed about the day together! She is incredibly responsive via email, text, and phone call. She also has a great eye for design and helped me craft my "timeless romance" wedding reception even though I knew nothing about flowers or decor. Tara also did a wonderful job working with our church to make sure everything was taken care of for the wedding ceremony which was off-site. If you need a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, do not hesitate to hire premier party planners and Tara! I can't thank Tara enough for the excellent job that she did for my wedding and reception. -
