Expert Guidance Every Step of the Way
Choosing Nicole Conder as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in her clients. She helped us find amazing vendors, guided us through every decision, answered countless questions, and kept everything moving smoothly while still giving us the time we needed to make important choices. Tara did an incredible job coordinating our big day! She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything unfolded exactly as we had envisioned. From managing all the vendors to keeping everything on track, she made the entire day feel seamless and as stress-free as possible.
Although Tara had limited experience with Indian-Catholic weddings, she gave us complete confidence from our very first consultation that she would handle everything with care and dedication. As detail-oriented (and admittedly Type-A) as we are, she still managed to highlight important elements we hadn’t considered, and her experience really shone through.
On the day itself, Tara and her team were by our side for over 16 hours, even going the extra mile to grab energy drinks for the wedding party before the reception. Thank you, Tara, for keeping everything running so smoothly! ❤️ -

My fiance (now husband) and I worked with Tara for partial planning from March 2024-June 2025.
We spoke with Tara early in the planning process and immediately knew she was the perfect planner for us! For starters, Tara is possibly the friendliest person you will ever meet. We could tell from our initial conversation that she knows her stuff - stuff we definitely would not have thought of or been prepared for. She answered every question we had throughout the planning process and helped us understand not only what would be the best decision for our guests, but what would help us keep our wedding authentic to us as a couple. When it looked like we would need to pivot on several things (umbrellas, rain plan, etc.) the week/day of our wedding, Tara kept us informed and kept us calm. From the first phone call we had with her to our grand exit, Tara handled everything with grace and ease.
To put it plainly, Tara was the perfect fit for our wedding in every way. Working with Tara was by far the best decision we made throughout wedding planning. My husband and I are wedding photographers and videographers based in eastern NC. We've had the absolute privilege of working with the Premier Party team about 10 times over the last 5 or 6 years. They are always our number one recommendation when our clients ask for planning/coordination referrals. Always. Every single Premier lead planner is kind, organized, pleasant, open to suggestions, thoughtful, prompt with e-mail communications, and simply amazing at what they do. Their assistants have an amazing way of blending in seamlessly to the day but also being present as an extra set of friendly, helpful hands for whatever is needed. The team is always professional with the guests. They think on their toes and take the lead whenever anything isn't going exactly to plan. If you are on the fence about working with Premier or hiring a planning team in general, DO IT. I can almost guarantee it will be the best decision you make in the wedding planning process. -

Premier Party Planners was a fantastic and affordable company to work with when planning our wedding. We had the privilege of working with Summer Gilliam. Summer was assigned to us as our Day of Coordinator where she came on about 6-8 weeks out from our wedding day and took over all communication with vendors and venues. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and my favorite part, gave her expert opinion when asked instead of always responding with "whatever you want". I really appreciated having an expert who would tell me whether she thought an idea or extra cost would really be worth it in the end. Summer and her assistant helped in the setup and breakdown at all of our venues throughout the night which allowed my husband and I and our families to relax and truly enjoy the evening.
There were so many things I didn't know that I didn't know until I started working with Summer. She saved us from countless issues with her detailed questions and timelines. I'm not sure how I thought I could get married without a coordinator, but I learned quickly during our first meeting that I never would have been able to do it without the support of Summer. Couldn't recommend Premier Party Planners enough!

Our Wedding Experience
Premier Party Planners was one of the most valuable team we had the pleasure to work with for our wedding. Tara was literally our backbone throughout this process of wedding planning. We chose to do day of coordination, but from the moment we booked with her 6 months before the wedding, she was hands on since then. She is kind, patient, supportive and her main focus was us as the couple. She wanted to see us happy on our special day, so she did whatever she could to make that happen. Any time we felt stressed, she had a way of calming us down and helping us feel confident in our decisions.
She is very organized and responds super quick. As a bride, this was so helpful because there were times I needed reassurance about something in the moment and she was always available. Sometimes even at 7am. There were times that she knew what was going on with other vendors before I had a chance of telling her, she is that on top of her game! We were so impressed and grateful we had her as our coordinator. We could not recommend a wedding planner team more than Premier Party Planners. They are a strong team with so much knowledge.
Our wedding day was perfect. We have no complaints. Even with having to do our plan B rain plan, somehow it became our plan A choice the more we spoke to Tara about it. She is wonderful!We are so happy with how the day went and we didn’t have to worry about anything else, except getting married. Thank you so much Tara ❤️ -

If there is one thing I learned throughout the planning process, it would be to HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER! I cannot stress enough how amazing Premier Party Planners were for my big day and throughout the process. We were paired with Elizabeth, who was the kindest, most organized person on the planet. She had great open communication throughout the entire planning process and really stepped in to save the day multiple times the month of. If anything went wrong on the day of, I wouldn’t have known because Elizabeth was so on top of everything. As someone who is not in the event planning industry, it is vital to have someone looking out for you in the way a planner can. Elizabeth saved me from almost making a very costly mistake and jumped in so quickly to help me resolve the issue right away! I had many guests tell me it was the most organized and seamless wedding they had attended, and that is really attributed to our fantastic planner. Not only was she professional and great to work with, but she is genuinely a kind person and fun to chat with. I told my husband many times that working with Tara was worth at least double what we paid for her services. We had so many guests tell us that our wedding day was seamless. Even in the very few moments that it wasn’t, Tara handled everything with grace, patience and a calm demeanor. Our wedding day was a dream come true. I could not recommend PPP more! We worked with Tara for our wedding at The Bradford, and from the beginning of our planning journey she was always extremely accessible and enthusiastic about our vision. Whenever we had a concern or question, she answered immediately and gave us her pro-tips which helped the actual wedding day run extremely smoothly. She is extremely organized, thoughtful, and communicative. When our original plan was literally rained on and we had to deal with both the cold and the heavy rain, she supported us emotionally and helped us tweak the rain plan so we could still have a beautiful aesthetic and experience. My bridal party who didn't even meet Tara until the rehearsal day were immediately impressed with her upon meeting her, and she made them feel prepared to tackle their duties on the wedding day. We were able to get connected with Melanie through Premier Party Planners and we are SO THANKFUL that we did. She was a great help from the very start. During the planning process, Melanie offered great suggestions and helped to make the whole wedding weekend run efficiently and smoothly. We didn’t realize how important all the tiny details would be, and Melanie helped us to not miss a single one. She even joined and helped us at important meetings with the rental company and venue. On the wedding weekend, Melanie helped to run an excellent rehearsal and on the big day, she helped make our ceremony flawless and our reception so enjoyable for us and our guests. If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, you're wrong. You can PLAN the wedding and get all the stuff, but for the day of, nothing beats having someone direct the entire production. I am a constantly stressed person - I was not a stressed a single moment on my wedding day thanks to Melanie.
Melanie was a professional from beginning to end, from consultation to delivering a forgotten decoration to my house after the festivities were over. She was insightful, thinking of all the details I never could; she was a director on my wedding day and the day before, but I never saw her lose temper or her cool; she was always solution-finding and cheerful. She made my vision of my wedding better than I ever thought it could be. If I ever got married again (and I won't, hahaha), I would have Melanie as my wedding coordinator again in a heartbeat. Amazingly Detailed and Organized Wedding Coordination
I can't say enough good things about Tara from Premier Party Planners, she's amazing, relatable, and fun to work with! She stayed on top of things and managed timelines extremely well from the initial meeting and through the planning process - I have high standards with this and she exceeded mine (she's gooood)! She pulled together and managed the information needed to keep vendors aligned and was very efficient/effective at communicating with them. I appreciated how detailed and knowledgeable Tara was - she offered different recommendations for vendors she knew of that could provide what we wanted to incorporate into our reception. Ultimately, things were not going as planned with our venue and Tara stepped in to manage the situation and venue staff to ensure everything came together in time and executed according to how we envisioned and planned. Without Tara's leadership in that situation, we would not have had the reception we were expecting and I think that's a real testament to her professionalism! Instead, we were able to enjoy the night and address the misses with the venue after the fact.
