    We love Carla and her team!

    Carla and her team are the best! They handled our coordinating, flowers, decor, and bartending. They were with us for every step of the planning process and made the process so easy and stress free. Lynette was our day of coordinator and her and her assistant took care of everything. Carla and her team are kind, easy to work with, and made the process and day of perfect! We are so thankful for precious times events!

    I would choose Carla and Lynnette to coordinate our wedding every single time! Carla's attention to detail and ability to bring my vision to life were both such a comfort during the wedding planning process. Lynnette was with us on wedding day and her personality kept everyone calm and gave me complete confidence that everything would happen as planned that day.     If you want a stress free wedding day, look no further!

    Precious Times Events coordinating services were recommended to us by our venue! Carla and her team were always readily available via email during the entire planning process, and became even more involved with our wedding planning around two weeks to wedding day with weekly phone calls! Dallas was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely wonderful. She made sure our day went smoothly and was ALWAYS finding me and making sure things were going the way I wanted. I am so thankful for her hard work and dedication toward executing a seamless wedding day!!!!

    Definitely Recommend!!

    Carla and her were team did an amazing job as coordinators and decorators/florists for our wedding! Carla worked with me for months leading up to the wedding making sure that the color scheme and flower selections were perfect. Unfortunately, due to a heat wave, many of the flowers I wanted were not arriving in good condition. Carla called around and very quickly found alternatives that looked great, if not better, than my original selections. The coordinators that were with us on the day of the wedding (Lynette and Marietta I believe) were so patient with us and were on the ball with everything - they really did not miss a beat! All of my bridesmaids and even several of our guests mentioned how great they were. If you're planning a wedding, I would definitely recommend Precious Times Events for both your planning and decor/floral needs. We are so glad we did!

    HIGHLY recommend

    PTE made planning my wedding while finishing grad school a breeze. They perfectly executed my visions, were open and receptive of all my ideas/requests, and had very clear communication throughout. On the day of, they did a great job checking in and quickly handling and requests or concerns that came up.

    Organized and helpful

    In need to take it slow the they off, this will be your team. They will help you organize and coordinate the wedding you want. This team were on top of everything and making sure bride and groom were taken care of. As well, help with the decorations. The weather did made us go through some changes, but it wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for them.

    10/10 would recommend!!

    PTE was recommended to us as preferred vendor and it did not disappoint! We worked with Carla, Kylie, and Lynette and these ladies were nothing but reliable and professional! Our wedding coordinators Kylie and Lynette helped ease our minds during the day of the wedding and I was not stressed at all! I am soo happy that we decided to go with PTE. I can see why they would be a preferred vendor! 10/10 would recommend to any couples looking for a wedding coordinator!

    Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!!!

    I cannot say enough great things about Carla and her team. We hired Precious Times Events for our daughter's wedding and Carla's communication with us began right away. Carla made sure we were on track with the hiring of our vendors, shared many suggestions to ensure the process was not stressful and, above all, made sure that we were feeling calm and reminded us to enjoy the journey.
    I have a type A personality, and have met my match with Carla. I had high hopes for a coordinator's assistance -- for both prior to and during the wedding -- but Carla far exceeded even my expectations. She anticipated my questions, advised me of things I hadn't foreseen, and was always one step ahead of me. Carla's team was so well trained that they were completely on top of all my unusual requests without needing a reminder. Unbeknownst to me, Carla had several "Plan B" options up her sleeve in order to alleviate any last minute scrambling for unplanned circumstances that may have arisen.
    My daughter's wedding day was made perfect because of Carla and Precious Times Events. I was able to relax and enjoy my family and our celebration because everything went so smoothly. Carla became a friend for whom I will be forever grateful.
    If I could post 20 stars for Precious Times Events, it still wouldn't be enough to do justice to the professional and expert coordinating services Carla provides.

    Carla was born to do this!!

    I can’t stay enough wonderful things about Carla - she was seriously born to do this job. She knows her stuff!! She’s friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Great communication. The best part was on my wedding day, I knew it would all go smoothly because Carla was in charge.

    Professional and Thoughtful

    Carla and her team were wonderful! From the start she ensured I was organized with my planning, meeting deadlines, and remembering every detail of my big day. She is kind, thoughtful, organized, professional, and so talented! She and her assistant Anna had a plan A, B, and C for anything that came up during the wedding day to make sure it went exactly how I had planned it. It was a dream wedding and Carla made it happen!

    Highly Recommend!

    Carla & her team were amazing for our Day Of coordination. The day went by without a hitch. She picked up our wedding about 6 weeks before the event and was incredibly helpful with reaching out to our vendors and helping things go smoothly. I highly recommend hiring them for wedding planning in the Charlotte region.

    Precious Times Events was nothing more than amazing

    Precious Times Events coordinated an event on Aug 28th at the Magnolia Room in Rock Hill, Carla and her staff did a wonderful job. They kept us updated during the entire planning process and answered any questions we had on event day. You won't find many event planners this dedicated.

    Patient and prodessional

    I have nothing but positive words for Carla and her team. Taylor, Amber, and Brad were AMAZING! The family made it to the venue around 9:45am to decorate for the wedding and Precious Times Events was there waiting to help us unload, unwrap, set up and take directions. The bride had SEVERAL details for her special day which included, large centerpieces with water in vases and pearls to fill them, flower petals on the tables, sashes for the chairs, bells with bow ties , hanging flowers outside for the Pergola , and backdrop with lights and hanging flowers, all of the flatware topped with signature chocolates… and so much more!!! Taylor, Amber and Brad worked their butts off to help us get the venue decorated for 130 guests (hired for day of Coordinators and to HELP with decor). We were all extremely tired but, Carla, your staff did not QUIT!!! The ceremony went super smooth and several guests told me how beautiful the wedding was! PTE didn’t stop there. We, the family and PTE also cleaned the venue, mostly PTE because we were pooped!!! We would not have had a successful event without PTE!!! I would, without hesitation, recommend Carla and her staff!!!!! THANK YOU again for everything!!

    Awesome Team!

    Amber, Taylor, and Brad assisted my family with my sister’s wedding day. They assisted with decorating in addition to coordinating. The team was extremely flexible and supportive as we did not have a clear direction of how the bride wanted the venue setup, just a general idea. The team was so patient and diligent to help as we worked from 10am to 2pm to unpack and setup all of the decor we had in boxes and packaging. We worked out the decor as we unpacked it, and the team was very patient with my family. Brad worked with my dad in 90 degree heat for hours to overlay florals over the archway for the ceremony, which was no easy feat. Amber and Taylor were communicative as a team to get done what was needed for the ceremony and reception. There was not as much structure and direction given from the bride but the team handled it really, really well. They were so kind, patient and helpful from start to finish. Thank you Precious Times! Carla has an amazing team.

    Amazing vendor

    Carla is worth every penny of her contract, and about 1000 times more. Carla took the reins of my wedding about 6 weeks before my wedding and was absolutely amazing in ensuring all the details were accounted for and actualized. Carla and her assistant Amber were an amazing, directive presence during the wedding weekend and made sure all events happened smoothly, even as last minute hiccups came up. I cannot recommend Precious Times Events enough!

    Best investment for our special day

    Carla and her team made our day easy and stress free. Carla took the time to hear us about our decor, communicated quickly and clearly and her team made our day amazing. Everyone commented on how relaxed and fun it was, and I truly believe it is because of Precious Times Events' services. The decor was exactly what we wanted and they all went above and beyond our expectations.

    Efficiency at it's best!

    Carla was amazing to work with - she responded very quickly to emails and calls and would follow up promptly to make sure we were happy. She is very organized and efficient and it was wonderful to have her to rely upon to make sure the day was perfect - which it was thanks to Carla and her team!

    Everything was perfect!

    I had a small wedding so I initially thought I didn’t need a day of coordinator... I couldn’t have been more wrong. I am SO glad I hired Carla to help, our day was perfect and it was all thanks to her. She helped create a timeline for the day, dealt with vendors the day of, and set up/tore down decorations. All of this allowed everyone at the wedding to enjoy being guests and not have to worry about doing anything!

    small wedding

    it was a small wedding that was rescheduled due to covid. Precious Times Events was very flexible with all the changes and helped to pull it off without any problems…. would definitely recommend Precious Times Events for a wedding planner.

    Carla and her team are absolutely incredible!! Carla was always responsive to any emails or texts sent her way throughout the whole planning process!     Omg Carla and her team are absolutely amazing! I don’t know how we could have gotten through our day without precious time events. We had to move our wedding date back 6 months due to covid and she helped us navigate everything. Not only did she help pull our day all together to make it perfect, but she also navigated all of our vendors together so make everyone be on the same page weeks before I wedding. I would reach out to vendors to make sure they knew our time line and they all responded back with “we’ve talked to your coordinator and have it all under control” thank god because you really don’t understand how many different directions your mind goes to weeks before the wedding.. and Carla had it all under control! We ended up renting all of our wedding decor through Carla as well and holy cow, our wedding just the most beautiful I’ve even seen. She set everything up and took it all down.. made every table look completely stunning, and even made all of our bridal bouquets. For everything Carla and her team did for us, they were very affordable in my book. It was hands down THE BEST money that we spent throughout our entire planning process. Thank you again Carla and team. I will recommend you every single chance I get!

    Carla and her team are your wedding day best friends! They were on the ball, right there to help and made our day so fun!     Precious time events

    Carla was absolutely amazing!!! With having the change our time etc due to restrictions, I could not have done it without her! The timeline and vendors worked out so well as well as the decorating and everything was absolutely beautiful. They set up everything and pack your car at the end of the night so moms and family can get ready and enjoy the night with you. I couldn’t be happier!!

    Fantastic!!

    I literally got married yesterday, and one of the first things I wanted to do was write a review about Carla and her team. During the year of 2020, Carla went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and did everything in her power to make my wedding day the best day of my life. She did EVERYTHING. There wasn’t a single thing I would change about my wedding day because it was perfect. I could write forever about how wonderful of an experience I had working with Carla, and every guest I spoke to had nothing but compliments to give to her and her team. I was on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, but I am SO glad I did and am so glad it was Carla!!

    Highly recommend Carla and her team

    My daughter got married October 2020 and planning a wedding is stressful enough but during a global pandemic just adds a whole new level of stress. Carla and her team were great! Carla was so quick to respond to my "many" emails and always helped to put my mind at ease when I was I showing signs of my stress. She also gave me great recommendations on vendors. The day of the wedding turned out great. Carla couldn't make it the day of the wedding so I was a little concerned but I had no need to be. Carla's team was great and I didn't have to worry about anything. If you are looking for a team that really cares about your day, Precious Times is the way to go. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Carla and your team!

    Wedding Planner Review

    I can not say enough about Carla and her assistant Amber. We brought the two of them in with a little over a month until our wedding date. Carla took the lead by contacting all of our vendors and making sure everything was in order for our big day. Amber was able to keep things flowing smoothly during rehearsal Friday evening. The day of went flawless, with each Carla and Amber keeping myself and fiance at ease and without a worry in the world. Both were very personable and easy to communicate with. They took our ideas and executed everything perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with our planner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a day of coordinator or full planner.

    Day of Coordination

    Hiring a Day of Coordinator was a last minute decision for me, but one of the best ones I made in planning my wedding. Carla and her team more than exceeded my expectations I had for a Day of Coordinator service.

    For both the rehearsal and the wedding day, they were so organized and professional. On the day of the wedding, all I had to do was show them where the decorations were and relax! They set up everything- all the decorations and floral arrangements- they even created additional decorations with leftover flowers which just enhanced the look of the overall day. It was absolutely beautiful. I walked out in my dress ready for the first look and was just blown away by what the team had put together.

    During the wedding, they helped other vendors and the wedding party stay organized and on schedule. We apparently even had wedding crashers but I wasn’t even aware because that’s how quickly Carla and her team took care of things! If I could give any bride advice it would be consider hiring Carla for wedding planning or day of services!

    Stress Free

    I could write pages of rave reviews for this company. Planning a wedding is stressful.. planning a wedding during a pandemic is a nightmare but Carla & her team made it the day & all days leading up to it as stress-free as possible. If something went wrong on my wedding day, I dont know about it because they handled everything. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    Amazing, amazing, amazing!

    Carla and her team were absolutely phenomenal. I can't get over how helpful and caring they were during the whole wedding planning process. It was difficult for us to move our wedding date last minute in the middle of a pandemic, but that didn't stop Precious Times from making our day happen beautifully and exactly how we wanted it to be. Weddings can become overwhelming, but Carla was on the ball with making sure our day ran smoothly and worry free. I was able to enjoy every second of our wedding day because of their help.     Amazing Wedding Planner

    Carla helped plan my wedding and she truly went above and beyond the entire time! She was sweet yet totally in charge the entire time, dealt with my absolutely insane family with grace and made the entire venue sparkle with her beautiful decor. She was such a pleasure to work with and so responsive in the months leading up to the wedding! She absolutely made the day a joy! I would recommend her 1000% to anyone that is planning an event!     Carla was great in helping to coordinate my wedding. She managed to coordinate with all of the vendors and get them on the same page for the timeline, even when small pieces shifted to accommodate. Her team was instrumental in assisting to setup decorations and get everything look great! There were plenty of things she took care of, that never even got back to me, taking much of the stress off me that day. I am very grateful for her involvement!

    Hire Carla as your month-of-coordinator!

    Precious Time Events (Carla) are so great to work with! I was feeling so stressed out about the millions of things that I needed to do and Carla stepped in as my day and month of coordinator to take care of everything. Carla communicated with all of my vendors to ensure all details and timelines were met. She was even a great, neutral person to vent all of my wedding stress to. :-) I could'nt have done it without her. Highly recommend and such a great resource!

    Carla overdelivered! So happy with our decision to hire her over anyone else!

    Carla and her team are top-notch! Carla is creative, professional, detail-oriented and answers her phone! That last thing is extremely important when there are a million details to tend to and as a MOB I need assurance that things are getting done. Carla was more than I could have hoped. Our event last weekend was so very special largely because of the atmosphere Carla helped to create. She followed my daughter’s vision to a tee and created a memorable day that will forever be etched in all our minds. I’ve received tons of compliments on the wedding and we give Carla and her team the lions share of the credit! Do not hesitate to hire her! She will work within every budget. And other vendors love working with her and that’s important! She never makes you feel stupid or inept in any way. She exudes confidence because this woman knows what she is doing.     Carla is amazing

    I don’t even know where to begin. Carla was absolutely wonderful. We hired her for the month leading up to our wedding. She created a timeline and made sure all of our vendors had it. The day of Carla went above and beyond to make sure everything went off without a hitch! She had wonderful ideas along the way as well. She did whatever she had to do to make sure I wasn't nervous/anxious. She helped calm me when needed. I would hire her again and again.

    Beautiful Wedding by PTE @ the Quarry of Carrigan Farms!

    Carla was the best decision I made when it came to my wedding! She was available to me for literally anything I needed; any concern, question or smallest worry I had leading up to my wedding. She was also an advocate for me as the bride and made sure everything was what I wanted and not anyone else! Her creativity is amazing. We planned out my main decor together and then she surprised me with so many other details that were beyond anything I could have imagined. Her calm demeanor brought my stress down every time I talked to her over the course of my nine months of planning. The wedding day ran so smoothly and I knew I could finally breathe and just trust her and there wasn’t one thing I would change. THANK YOU Carla and your crew!     Everything You're Looking For!

    Carla was our secret weapon throughout the whole wedding planning process. She constantly went above and beyond what we expected, and truly made my wife and I feel like our wedding day was as important to her as it was to us. Carla has a rare blend of toughness, levity, and strong communication that makes her absolutely invaluable. We never once felt concerned that all bases weren't being covered, and could always count on her for a quick reminder to take the day in and enjoy as much as possible.     Magnificent

    Carla was fantastic from the first time we talked. Even before the "month of coordination" started she would check in on me to see if I needed anything. On day of the wedding she brought an assistant that was equally as awesome. Whenever I couldn't make a decision she made one for me and everything turned out perfectly!

    Happy Bride!

    I can't say enough about how happy my husband and I are that we hired Carla! Wedding planning proved to be a huge commitment, and I'm not sure the day would have gone anywhere near as smoothly as it did, had it not been for Carla.
    She helped with the walk-through at our venue, and thought of details that never occurred to us. Leading up to the wedding day, Carla handled the communication & coordination with our vendors, and made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time for the rehearsal & the wedding, which was a huge burden off our shoulders! On the wedding day, Carla was even there to help us with a last-minute emergency - a torn veil!

    We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator, and I can't recommend Precious Times Events enough for any event planning & coordinating needs.

    Great Experience

    I hired Carla as a day-of planner for my wedding this past November. She was a huge help not only on the day-of but in the days leading up to the wedding. She offered to help with centerpieces, place settings, seating charts, and wrangling my vendors together to make sure my venue had everything they needed from them. On the big day she was there from sun up to sun down helping. With everything from decorations to making sure everyone was on schedule and where they needed to be at all times. Overall, I’m happy that we went with Carla. Without her the day would not have gone as seamlessly as it did. Thank you Carla!

    Grateful Mother of the Bride

    My daughter hired Carla Ballard as a day-of wedding coordinator and met with her months in advance of her November 10, 2018 wedding. I did not meet Carla until the walk-through at the venue a few weeks before the wedding. Carla immediately impressed me as someone who was knowledgeable of all details that needed to be worked out and who could make things happen in a stress-free way. We were so fortunate to have her guidance in making some decisions on things that were still up in the air. She saw that we were planning to do some things ourselves that were going to be more work than we had realized and helped relieve us of some of the unrealistic tasks. She went above and beyond, not only in those weeks ahead of the wedding but also on my daughter's wedding day. She kept everyone on schedule and made sure the vendors were coordinated on the timeline of events. Most of all, it was good to know there was someone in charge of all the details without my daughter or myself having to direct anything. The wedding went beautifully and Carla was available behind the scenes for anything that needed attention, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free day. I am so grateful for Carla's guidance in making my daughter's vision of her wedding come to life. I wholeheartedly recommend Carla as a wedding coordinator, without any reservation. She is fantastic!

    Carla was a dream to work with ! We were on a budget and she worked with us. We gave her our vision and fairytale like wedding on a budget and she helped make sure we got our dream wedding. When I would stress beyond belief over things related to the wedding she was there to calm me down and ensure everything would be fine. Her husband and partner was also a dream to work with. When I was nervous about walking down the aisle ( not a big fan or crowds and attention all on me) he told me the hard part was over and it was time to party. Both Carla and her husband were amazing ! They really love what they do and it shows ! She also runs a decor rental business as well and saved us literally $100+ on decorations for the wedding ! When you hire Carla you are literally hiring a dream deal !

    Carla ensured that our day went according to plan without a hitch. Anything I tried to remind her of was already taken care of and we had back up plans just Incase. She reiterated for me not to worry, spoke up for me and reminded me to eat. She calmed me when she saw I got anxious. She was there for my calls and texts. Made sure she was familiar with the venue.     Carla was our wedding coordinator pretty much from the time we got engaged to the day we said "I Do" on May 6, 2017. We could not have asked for a better experience! She was on top of all our needs and keeping up with all our vendors. When we had a question, she answered right away and met with us as much as we wanted/needed. When we were unsure about something, Carla gave us options and helped us brainstorm according to our budget. We definitely made the best decision hiring Carla to be our wedding coordinator and we gained a wonderful friend.
    The day of our wedding went so smoothly that I couldn't have imagined trying to make the whole day flow on my own. Carla stayed calm when a situation came up (like our cake being delivered extremely late) and moved on to 'plan B' without skipping a beat.

    Hiring Carla as our coordinator was some of the best money we spent on our wedding. She was professional, kind, and on top of everything. She offered decor to us out of her stock and helped it all come together. I can be a control freak, but Carla made it so easy to let go on the wedding day. I completely trusted her, and everything went well. She helped with set up and break down, coordinated the processional, made sure the other vendors ate, made sure we ate, kept us on time, and made sure everything went smoothly. She also coordinated communications with our venue and other vendors. She is good at making things happen and good at working with people. I highly recommend her to anyone hoping to relieve wedding day stress.

    We planned our own wedding (vendors, venue, etc.), and had initially decided to use friends or willing family members as our coordinators. About a month before the event, we decided that a professional day-of coordinator may be worth looking into. It was one of our best wedding decisions! Carla (Precious Times Events) was amazing and absolutely a crucial piece as to why our wedding was so wonderful. She handled organizing decor, guests, vendors, and more. I (the bride) had absolutely no stress on that day. Carla took care of everything that I or my bridal party needed. In addition to coordinating our wedding, she made several design recommendations and made private rentals available to us at undeniable values. We cannot thank her enough!! We highly recommend Precious Times Events for your wedding or event; they are professional, responsive, family-owned, and have extensive experience.

    Carla's organization, decorating skills and management of my wedding day was impeccable. Not only did she keep my vendors on track with planning and when to where but she lent me beautiful table numbers, guest place cards and a few centerpiece vases. For someone travelling out of town/very busy, she handles everything with ease. She constantly will check in on you to ask how she can help.     There are not enough words to express the dedication, excellence, timeliness, integrity, and honesty that Carla provided me on my big day, as well as leading up to that day. Having previously been burned by a former wedding planner (who had actually been banned from my wedding venue and having no Idea until the venue ask who my "wedding planner" was!), I was very hesitant in choosing another. I am not a wedding person, nor do I have the time to be. Pushing average 10-12 hour shifts at work, I had no choice but to have a wedding planner if I ever was going to have a planned event. I took a leap of faith and came across Carla. Carla became my dream and without her, I never would have had my one big day. From finding all the vendors to setting up appointments and creating a table chart to my arrangements and the breakfast rehearsal and everything in between.... I couldn't have done it without Carla. Her price point is very competitive. She is knowledgeable, takes the time to truly know and understand your dreams for your big day. Yet at the same time, she is realistic and will always give you an honest answer. I turned into a princess I never imagined I would be July 7, 2016 because of you.

    Neither I nor my fiancé were very organized in preparation for our wedding. Both of us had ideas but no complete plan. Mrs. Ballard was very direct and professional and helped us put our thoughts together making for a beautiful ceremony that was flawlessly. She was very knowledgeable and spoke with authority to keep things running smoothly. Mrs. Ballard was very kind to us and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our special day.     Amazing staff and experience!

    I used Precious Times Events for my April 13th, 2024 wedding as part of the all-inclusive package from the venue Spinning Leaf at the Vineyard. The whole planning process was amazing! Carla and her team were always professional, helpful, kind and personable! I was able to have an in person meeting to choose every detail of my decor such as florals, table settings, curtains, and more! Carla's shop offered so many options and she was super flexible to any changes I made up until the month before my wedding! I also had many phone calls to go over timeline details as well as decor details and felt very comfortable in their ability to serve my wedding! There was one hick-up on the day of my wedding- when I walked through the reception hall as they were setting up the tables I noticed that my guest tables were set up incorrectly. They were being set up in a previous option that I had since changed (I went from having a wooden stump centerpiece holding 3 floating candle holders and florals around it to eliminating the wooden stump due to fear that the candle holders would fall off if the table was shaken, an adding a few more floating candle holders to it, totaling about 5). Although this was strange to me as I had many conversations about the centerpiece design previously and definitely landed on my final set up, Lynette was able to adapt quickly and thankfully brought extra candle holders with her so that it could be adjusted. One other small issue I had was I had indicated and paid extra to have 3 sets of white drapes around my sweetheart table and the 2 tables next to mine but on my wedding day, there was only the 1 drape around my table. My main issue with this is that I paid extra for it and it was not there.
    Other than these issues, Precious Times Events was amazing and the whole staff went above and beyond to make my day smooth and special! Some of the girls there to help even got me food and drinks while I was taking photos which was so kind and thoughtful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing wedding planning services!

    Our experience with Carla was very good. She helped up navigate some last minute issues with our venue which alone was worth having hired her.

    Wonderful!

    I can’t imagine having someone do a better job than Carla on our wedding day. Carla gave great attention to every detail that was involved. Our ceremony and reception were decorated beautifully! Carla listened to what we wanted and completely followed through. Carla also knows the appropriate timeline for weddings, and did a great job executing everything on the day of. Our wedding went flawlessly and I have to say that Carla was the big factor in all that! We were able to get our decor and silk flower bouquets through her and her partner Patty,and they were GORGEOUS! I’m extremely glad that I had Carla there to guide me through the process. We hired her as a day of/month of coordinator, but she was there for us the entire way!!

    Great day of coordination and decorations

    Carla and Anna were amazing with handling everything day of. If there was an issue my husband and I never heard of it. They had everything setup in a a beautiful way and helped make sure the day of scheduled stayed as close to on schedule as possible!!

    Horrible!!!!

    Carla’s daughter Taylor and an assistant named Amber were the coordinators for my event though I thought I was getting Carla. HORRIBLE!!!!
    I am so upset!
    As the bride, I was going from reception table to reception table prior to the wedding to retie and/or adjust sloppily ties chair bows. I asked Taylor and Amber for help and Taylor responded, “We will get to it later.” An hour later, still no bows corrected. I had to call Carla to get Taylor and Amber to get some urgency and even then it was futile. Bows never got corrected so I asked that they be removed and Taylor challenged me and said “I need to speak to your Mom before I remove the bows to get her direction.” I told Taylor that I paid her and if I said to remove the bows, remove the bows! Taylor called me instead of my Mom…smh…and the bows were eventually removed.
    The aisle runner was bunched up and all the ceremony photos reflect this…smh…despite my meeting with Carla weeks earlier where we discussed the aisle runner. The money is in the details!!!! I am so livid!
    Taylor and Amber were no where to be found during the reception. I had to ask someone to find Amber so that she would place the air purifier back in the place it was prior to the reception and she did indeed put it back, but didn’t plug it in!!!
    Oh, and guess where Amber and Taylor were during the reception? Sitting down in a corner doing nothing! No checking in with the bride to make sure everything is ok. The lights were supposed to be dimmed for the reception. They weren’t. People left 2 hours before the reception ended because the ambiance wasn’t there!!!
    Taylor lacks the urgency, attention to detail, and customer service to work in this business!
    Amber as well. Amber got an attitude when I asked about the reception chair bows being corrected.
    Horrible experience!
