Lauren was amazing to work with! From our very first call, she made us feel so confident about how everything would go. She was super organized, easy to talk to, and helped us think through all the little details that really made the day feel like us. She totally got our whimsical ideas and brought them to life perfectly.
On the day of, Lauren was calm, friendly, and completely in control—our guests even commented on how great she was! We felt so taken care of and were able to just enjoy every moment. We’d recommend her in a heartbeat!

We love you Katie!! From the moment we met Katie at Portland Event & Design, we knew we were in the best hands. She brought so much fun, calm, and confidence to our wedding day - and truly made it everything we hoped for and more.
We had originally planned for a sunny outdoor wedding, but when the weather turned cold and rainy, Katie completely reworked the entire setup and somehow made it even more magical than what we had imagined. She handled every pivot with total grace and creativity!
Katie is so organized, but also just a joy to be around. She always made sure we had a drink in our hands and were having fun, checked in with us throughout the day, and took care of every little detail behind the scenes. She fixed broken suspenders, bustled my dress when it was a struggle, and helped unload and reload all of our wedding supplies - above and beyond doesn’t even begin to cover it!
So many of our guests came up to tell us how amazing and professional she was, and we couldn’t agree more.
Katie, we love you and we are SO grateful for everything you did to make our wedding so special. You’re truly the best!! -

Thanks so much for making our day great. We loved how everything turned out. You were a perfect planner and were able to see our vision and make it happen. You were so helpful with finding vendors for our day. It all went off without a hitch. Ok, a hitch or two as expected, but you dealt with them like a pro (what no flower petals sent for the flower girl, you made it happen) (100 degree day? You made sure our cake didn’t fall over). You are great at what you do! Thanks for helping make our day so special. -

Hire this woman, you won't regret it!
We found Katie after our catering tasting with the Phenomenal Grand Cru Catering. (Seriously- 3 months later and I still have people raving over the food).
Instantly, we both knew she was something special. Little did we know that in just a few days after the tasting, we would hire her to coordinate the wedding. Best. Decision. We. Made. Katie is on it. She knows the business, the best vendors and is great when you need someone to vent to. She's a wonderful, personable and professional woman who will make sure all of your wedding dreams come true- she busted her tail the day of and made sure everything went accordingly, and if there was a hiccup- I had no idea, because it was fixed. Her bubbly personality made an impression on not only us, but also all of our guests. I am so glad our paths crossed. Her work meant the world to me and now, after the fact, her friendship is invaluable. I would give 10 stars if I could. -
Kelly Sent on 08/30/2018Can’t explain just how amazing Katie is! From the moment we hired her, she went to bat for us immediately. All of the help she provided before the wedding took so much stress off of us. All of the help during the wedding was way above and beyond. She maintained the most professional and police mannerisms, even when faced with my crazy (and sometimes very rude) family and friends. She made every bit of our planning and day so spectacular! Would suggest her and her team to everyone!! She was even in on our surprise get away, AND made this beautiful dessert sign for our day!
