We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel and the Pop Parties team! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, organized, and truly exceptional at what they do. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing, and we are still reliving all the fun memories and stories with our friends and family.
Rachel and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our wedding festivities was seamless, and we felt so supported throughout the entire process. From choosing colors and flowers, to mailing invitations, tracking the guest list, managing hotel blocks, handling vendors, guiding us through our tasting, packing day-of items, taking our honeymoon bags to the hotel, and cleaning up after the reception — they truly handled everything! Our rehearsal dinner and welcome party were also organized by the Pop Parties team and were beautifully executed. Their communication, dedication, and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself.
Even after the wedding, they have continued to be helpful and organized by providing all of our final paperwork and assisting us as we wrap up post-wedding details. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our day unforgettable.

Working with Molly and the entire Pop Parties team was one of the greatest decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we began planning in January all the way through our wedding day on November 22, 2025, Molly, Ashley (Event Producer), and Kayla (Director of Branding & Stationery) guided us with an unmatched level of expertise, creativity, and care.
Molly approaches wedding planning with a combination of vision, precision, and genuine warmth that is incredibly rare. Every single detail—every timeline, vendor meeting, church coordination, design choice, layout, and logistical consideration—was meticulously planned. She and her team thought through every inch of the weekend, leaving nothing overlooked and nothing to chance. Because of their leadership, we were able to truly enjoy our engagement and wedding weekend without a moment of stress.
Her relationships throughout the industry are exceptional. Every vendor we worked with spoke so highly of her, and after a year of planning alongside her, we fully understand why. She is respected for her decisiveness, her calm confidence, and her ability to bring large teams together seamlessly.
The creative arm of her company is simply phenomenal. Kayla and the design team took our taste and style and elevated it into something beyond anything we could have imagined. From the custom stationery to the architectural-level design of the reception, the aesthetic was cohesive, thoughtful, and breathtaking. The attention to detail—seen in our invitations, the color palette, the elevated table settings, the tent installation, and every design touch—was unrivaled. They took the vision we described and brought it to life with artistry and sophistication that left our guests stunned.
Molly is not only a gifted planner—she is a true visionary. Her ability to incorporate modern tools, technology, and AI into the planning and design process made everything more efficient, clear, and creatively dynamic. She leads her company with purpose and innovation, and it shows in every aspect of the experience.
Our wedding day was perfect in every way—not just for us, but for everyone who attended. We have received endless compliments from our guests, all saying it was one of the most beautiful, seamless, and memorable weddings they’ve ever experienced. That is entirely because of Molly and her team.

Excellence - a beautiful wedding weekend!
My now husband and I had the most beautiful and memorable weekend of our lives thanks to Sarah, Molly, and the FeteFetti team’s amazing ability to plan, connect, and execute.
When my husband and I got engaged, we were so excited to plan and envision what our wedding would look like. It wasn’t too long after we started planning that we realized it was going to be a bigger project than what we had initially thought, especially since it was an out of state wedding. We needed help organizing our thoughts, ideas, and excitement! Thats when Sarah, Molly, and the FeteFetti team stepped in.
From our first phone call and conversation with Molly, we were confident that we were in good hands and our excitement also had direction and organization. Sarah and Molly were so approachable and quick to make us feel supported, heard, seen, and encouraged.
They showed us that we were a team and that planning our wedding together was possible. They did a fantastic job with knowing who they were working with, especially when it came to different personalities and how each person involved needed support. They walked alongside us the entire time planning and made sure we knew that they were available. They were more than planners who took the reins. They were intentional with making us feel more like friends and family!
The FeteFetti team is very knowledgeable in terms of bringing ideas to life and making it feel special and unique to each couple. They were great with making sure each persons voice was heard and helped meet us where we were in terms of any questions, concerns, or nerves we had. They are so thoughtful in the details, such as escort cards and welcome boxes, and every detail helped our wedding weekend come together beautifully.
Sarah, Molly, and the FeteFetti team were always ahead of us in terms of steps and planning. They were communicative which never had us questioning where we were in the planning process. Sarah made planning feel smooth which helped my now husband and I enjoy our engagement season.
When I was unsure about making decisions or thinking through ideas, Sarah was there to help guide me through making choices including what jewelry went well with my dress or how to involve our sweet pup! When it came to our wedding weekend, Sarah was so quick to respond to every detail! My family and friends were very impressed by Sarah’s ability to execute. She communicated effectively and efficiently, and she did so with grace and poise.
If you just got engaged or are planning a wedding, please do yourself a favor and reach out to this team! You will thank yourself later when looking back on your special weekend.

Pop is like nobody else!
Our family has attended many Pop events in the past, but nothing compared to having them plan our own wedding this September. The past year of working with Molly, Emily, Kayla, and team has been nothing short of amazing. As the bride and groom, we never had to worry one bit about anything related to wedding planning, knowing this team was squared away up until the day of and the days after! SO many couples describe their year of wedding planning as stressful, overwhelming, tiff-inducing, and expensive - my husband and I did not not feel ANY of the above in the past year. (Yes, weddings are still expensive, but the Pop team is worth factoring in, as they were truly amazing at advising, negotiating, and sticking to our budget). They are organized, professional, kind, detail-oriented, uber creative, determined, FUN, unique, and so many other adjectives I could list! From Day 1, this team has had our best interest in mind, always giving us the best advice, industry knowledge, and ideas that were SO specific to us that made our event separate and unique from any others we've attended. Not only do they prioritize making each event unique to the client, but they are truly all about the guest experience and making everyone feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Their attention to detail is truly unmatched, especially the week and day of the event. We cannot recommend them enough, and on top of having the wedding weekend beyond our dreams, we now have lifelong friends in this team. HIGHLY recommend them - no one else will do it better than they will!

Pop Parties made my dream wedding a reality, and I can honestly say it was one of the best nights of my life. My step-sister had used Pop Parties for her wedding, and my dad was happy to use them again. Honestly, I was happy for any help with planning, but Molly and her team exceeded all my expectations. Your wedding day is one that you always dream of, but nothing goes as expected. At my own expense, this is my true and unfiltered story: 1) I didn't follow-up with a scripture reader, but it didn't matter because Molly's team had already printed the verses and put them on the podium, 2) my dress didn't come with a bustle, so Molly C and Molly R MADE ONE out of safety pins as I ate our private meal, 3) chocolate got all over my second look but Molly C came in with a Tide pen immediately. I sound like a mess, but things don't always go according to plan - when that happens, and it will, these are the people you want in your corner. They're worth more than you'll pay. They were so responsive and answered my every question, no matter if it was the weekend or 9pm. And because of them, my husband and our loved ones had an exceptional day--filled with syringe shots and a life-sized corgi cake, which were a few of the amazing details that Molly and Molly saw through. Forever grateful for them and cannot recommend them enough.
TL;DR - wedding days like any other, won't go according to plan, but Pop Parties will have answers for everything and make it exceptional! -

UNREAL Experience!!
I cannot even begin to state how fantastic it was to work with Pop Parties. From the initial planning to creating a visually STUNNING and FUN experience for our guests to day of execution that is simply unmatched, I couldn't imagine a better team for our wedding day. Jenna was our lead planner and handled everything with absolute grace all the time. They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process and created a day that was beyond our wildest dreams. The FOB had an unexpected health emergency, and Jenna and Molly could not have been more thoughtful about making sure he had everything he needed to be able to enjoy our wedding day. From the initial consultation to the day-of coordination, every aspect of our experience with PopParties and their exceptional team, especially our lead planners Jenna and Rachel, was nothing short of outstanding.
What impressed us the most was PopParties' unwavering honesty and transparency regarding our budget. They not only provided an accurate estimate upfront but also consistently offered alternative solutions to keep us within budget without compromising on quality. This level of integrity set the tone for the entire planning process.
The creativity and uniqueness of PopParties' ideas truly exceeded our expectations. Jenna and Rachel took the time to understand our family's vision for the wedding, and their ability to translate that vision into reality was remarkable. As someone who struggles with visualizing concepts, I greatly appreciated their enthusiasm in sharing detailed photos that precisely captured what we could expect.

The personalized touch extended to our venue, where PopParties accompanied us on a site tour. This attention to detail and commitment to understanding our vision further solidified our trust in their capabilities. Additionally, for a destination wedding, PopParties went above and beyond by personally meeting and vetting each vendor. Their extensive connections and expertise in contract negotiations reassured us that our expectations would be met.
Throughout the planning journey, PopParties demonstrated phenomenal organizational skills, providing us with valuable tools and, on the day of the event, ensuring that everyone, including the groom and groomsmen, was precisely where they needed to be.
One notable aspect, PopParties transcended their role as planners; often serving as the stylist for the wedding, adding an extra layer of finesse to the overall design.
If there's one critique, it would be our uncertainty regarding tipping. A suggested tipping page on their website. Or preferably, an all-inclusive fee that covers their tip as well as vendor tips would have been beneficial so we didn’t have to concern ourselves with this aspect after the wedding.
In conclusion, choosing PopParties was a decision we will never regret. To those considering event planners, I wholeheartedly recommend PopParties. You'd be making a mistake not to consider them for your special occasion. We sincerely hope to collaborate with them again in the future, perhaps for a smaller event. However, you did so much more for us: a beautiful shower in New Orleans representing my home; a football watch party to start of an eventful weekend; an intimate rehearsal dinner with beautiful decor; a Texas theme Welcome party ; and a Sunday brunch to highlight Chris’s Guatemalan home. Pop Parties is a dream team! I chose their Champagne package, which means they helped me with all of the wedding plan on the front end, as well as wedding coordination the day of. I seriously couldn't have done it all without Pop Parties!
I was an out of town bride getting married in DFW and they made the process seamless from start to finish. I always knew what was next on my To Do list and the entire process/timeline was spread out in a way that made every task extremely manageable.
And don't even get me started about the actual wedding day. They handled literally EVERYTHING and I almost felt like a guest at my own wedding!! I could genuinely sit back and relax knowing that Jenna and her team had everything handled. I was able to focus on our big day and truly take every moment in instead of worrying about the details.
I can't recommend them enough!! Hire a professional to make your wedding planning process and wedding day FUN instead of stressful. -

Pop Parties and our lead planner, Molly Rasmussen, are nothing short of amazing. We are parents of four beautiful daughters with the two oldest married for several years and the two youngest recently walking down the aisle. So, this was not our first rodeo in planning a wedding. But for reasons we will explain shortly, having Pop Parties, Molly and their Champagne Package working for us was a godsend. Their hard work, guidance, and creative talent put together two weddings and three incredible receptions for our two youngest daughters. We know, three receptions for two daughters! Let us explain. Starting in early 2020, yes, the year of the “Virus”, we were challenged with planning a wedding. The July 2020 wedding was pre-vaccine with lots of local mandates and restrictions. Planning a wedding is normally very stressful but doing so in a pandemic is especially challenging. Just seven days before the wedding, we had to postpone the original plan of a 280+ wedding and downsize to a 28-person wedding due to extraneous “Covid” circumstances. Pop Parties worked tirelessly using their experience and most importantly, their incredibly good relationship with vendors to downsize the July 2020 wedding and reception. In just two short days, everything was set with a new venue and all the fixings that gave our daughter a beautiful wedding and reception she will never forget. Despite having to change plans on a moment’s notice, we never lost one cent of our many deposits. Every vendor was incredibly gracious to extend the deposit to the new date for the reception, and we credit Molly and her reputation with making that happen. Their strong relationship with vendors is another testament to the value Molly and Pop Parties brought to our wedding experience. Twelve months later, just days before their one-year anniversary, our daughter and her husband celebrated with their 280+ guests at the reception of their dreams in the original venue that included the band and all the formality they planned. Molly and her team went above and beyond to navigate us through this wedding and for that, we are forever grateful.
But we weren’t done with wedding planning. In December 2021, just five months later, we celebrated our fourth daughter’s wedding and reception with the help of Pop Parties, Molly and her amazing team handling all the details. Again, we chose the Champagne Package because, the level of service it offers, takes a huge amount of stress from the planning process and most importantly, provides an anxiety-free wedding day. Molly was meticulous about all the details, large and small, relieving us of the worry we might have missed an important item. She worked closely with our daughters to understand each girl’s vision for their special day, then created a budget and a theme to express those dreams within our limits. Molly’s keen ability to think outside the box and to develop innovative designs was truly amazing. Early on, we learned to trust Molly’s judgement and vision, and are so glad we did. The result was two spectacular wedding receptions that left our guests in awe, not to mention both brides and grooms. The look of amazement on the faces of the newlyweds was priceless when they got a sneak peak of their venue prior to opening the room for the guests. We truly cannot say enough good things about Pop Parties, Molly, and her team of professionals. We have all the confidence in the world they can do for you what they did for my two daughters. We “almost” wish we had a fifth daughter. 😊

Molly and her team at Pop Parties are pure magic! Some brides have a very specific dream for their wedding day, but I really just knew how I wanted to feel and how I wanted our guests to feel. Molly is unbelievably creative and has the best taste in the world, and she took my dreamy romantic vibe and transformed that into reality with color, textures, space, flowers, light, and music, creating a ceremony and reception that was utterly enchanting. She is the best wedding planner out there, able to create a vision and also execute every last detail to perfection. The Pop Parties team is the most UNREAL group ever. From start to finish, Molly & her team made the wedding planning process so much fun and truly unforgettable. What a blessing to have been referred to Pop Parties! Molly helped us with it all, such a professional and fun team - they skillfully guided us through the entire wedding planning process. Always open and honest about cost, do’s / don’ts, and oh the ideas! She is an expert in all things wedding planning and was focused on making the wedding so personal to us – we had a blast. Not all heroes wear capes, but Molly and the Pop Parties team certainly earned them when they saved our wedding weekend.
Where to begin… before the craziness of our weekend, we already knew Molly and her team were truly godsends: from floral ideas and invitation management, securing us amazing vendors, to checklists and deadlines to keep us on track, they thought of everything. And not only did they help with our wedding ceremony and reception, but they planned our rehearsal dinner for Friday and a Beatles themed send-off brunch on Sunday - 3 events in 3 days!
If that wasn’t enough on its own (and we haven’t even mentioned the groom’s party full of musicians…) they also did all this while moving two of our events to indoor venues due to historic levels of rain and flooding in West Texas, all within 48 hours. How they managed to find two venues to fit hundreds of people in a small town during wedding season in less than two days is beyond me. Our wedding may not have been at my parents’ residence under the stars like we had dreamed, nor our rehearsal dinner at Perini Ranch, but you would have never known walking into our reception at the Abilene Country Club it was our “plan B”- it was stunning, beautiful, so creative, and SO FUN!
Molly made what could have easily been an incredibly stressful process so easy and exciting. She was with us every step of the way, and my husband and I and both of our families are so incredibly grateful to her and entire team! -

Hiring Molly and her fabulous team is without a doubt the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. With so many great planners in the Dallas area, I really just went with my gut and Molly was everything I knew I needed and then so much more! I can't say enough good things about Pop Parties!! They made the wedding planning process so easy and STRESS FREE. From the begining, Molly and her team were on top of everything. They have amazing connections and relationships with some of the best vendors, which is incredibly helpful. They were a wealth of knowledge any time I had questions.
Their team is incredibly organized. Since day 1, they had a very detailed timeline of things to be working on. I was never once worried about if I was on schedule. They promptly and clearly communicated with me every step of the way.
I am not someone who has had their wedding planned out in their head for years. Molly was amazing at helping guide me in my choices, and she was great at making suggestions after getting to know me and my style. I truly could not have done it without her!
Our wedding day was perfect! Everything came together seamlessly and I didn't have to worry about anything. And to this day I continually get compliments about how beautiful and amazing everything was.

I originally hired a different planner for my September 2020 wedding. I was very unhappy with who I had hired so when my wedding was postponed to July 2021 I decided to change my planner. I hired Jenna for month of coordination as my wedding was already pretty much planned at this point. She made me feel at ease right away!! Very pleasant, responsive, calm, professional, and I would refer her to anyone! She executed the wedding flawlessly. The bridal party and my family were very impressed with her as well. There were also several Pop Parties team members on the wedding day who were all great!! I even had an issue with my rehearsal dinner decor that was not her responsibility at all. I texted her asking her for a phone number related to the issue, not requesting her help with said issue, but she ended up getting it resolved and professionaly left me out of the details haha I just know it was resolved! We hired Molly for month of for our March 2020 wedding and the only regret I have is that I wish I found her SOONER! Weddings are stressful enough, planning a wedding during the pandemic made it even more stressful but Molly was always a few steps ahead of the game! Although we had to schedule twice, Molly was so helpful throughout the process. She and Nataly were always so organized, understanding, and very responsive to our concerns as well as coming up with the most creative ideas! Truly above and beyond
We were in a unique situation not only because of covid, but also a curfew put on the city of Dallas the week of our wedding.
The original wedding we had intended (that Molly designed) was beautiful, but the wedding she planned in 3 days (due to above circumstances) truly took my breath away.
When I felt like I was in the absolute worst situation possible, Molly worked so incredibly hard to give me the wedding I always dreamed of.

I can not say enough about Molly and Pop Parties. She and her team are unbelievably talented. We hired Molly a little over a year before our November 2020 wedding date. We got the ball rolling very quickly and booked the big items right away (venue, photographer, band etc.). I was not a bride who had my whole wedding planned out in my mind since I was 5. I had a couple of ideas and that was about it. Molly truly guided me through the whole process with recommendations and honesty. We had complete trust in her and never had to worry. Even while planning a wedding in a pandemic, Molly made it look easy, although I know it wasn't. There were many changes and unknowns but Molly pulled off the most epic wedding. Not to mention, a very big change one month before the wedding. After realizing the wedding dress I chose was not the dress for me, I texted Molly and she got to work. I had an appointment set up two days later at a bridal salon with the owner who worked for hours with me to help find my dream dress just 4 weeks before the big day. There is no way I could have done that without the help of a planner and her relationships in the industry. Molly went above and beyond to make sure I felt my best on my wedding day and I am forever grateful. When I woke up not feeling well on my wedding day she helped find a paramedic to come give me an IV of vitamins while I was getting ready. Not even kidding. She can truly get anything done. Molly cares about her clients beyond the job. There is no question the wedding was absolutely flawless and everything I could dream of but I think her attention to her clients is what sets her apart. She's an absolute blast to work with and I miss our planning meetings. The fact that a bride who didn't have a plan actually misses planning should tell you everything about Molly and Pop Parties. Hiring Pop Parties was the best decision we made for our wedding! Living in West Texas and planning a wedding in Dallas, my husband & I knew we would need a local full service wedding planner. We had interviewed a few other wedding planners before our first meeting with Molly & walking away from that meeting my mom and I knew without a doubt that we wanted Molly to be our wedding planner. My mom is great but it takes A LOT to impress her, she’s stubborn and has ridiculously high standards. We knew that Molly was someone who would be able to handle my mom and her nitpicky ways LOL! Mollys confidence, knowledge and professionalism was everything we were looking for, not to mention how reassured I felt in planning from a distance.
Molly made the entire planning process stress free & so enjoyable. The weekends that we could make it to Dallas, Molly would have an itinerary ready for us so that we could get as much done as we could! She did a perfect job of making sure we got a lot accomplished but also made sure we still had a wonderful time doing it. The weekend my bridesmaids came for wedding dress shopping, Mollys itinerary for us included time for lunch breaks & ended the long day in time for happy hour. When we weren’t in Dallas, Molly was so easy to communicate with & did an awesome job responding to everything in a timely manner. The computer program she uses to keep everything organized and in one place for her and her clients was easy to use and so efficient!
Molly was everything we hoped and needed a full service planner to be!!! I am not very creative but I had an idea of what I wanted for the design and Molly took my small idea and made it into everything that I could have dreamed it would be and so so much more. Every vendor Molly recommended was just as amazing and professional as she was and she really helped make sure they all stayed in budget. We also had a welcome party the night before the wedding and Molly took care of everything needed to keep the welcome party location & menu perfectly in our price range. I can not say this enough but Molly took care of EVERYTHING and was so absolutely amazing to work with!!! From all the normal planning needs, to my random requests such as multiple hotels needed for our diverse group of guests or my veryyy last minute custom koozie request, to the welcome party and of course the day of, she had it covered. Molly & her assistant for the day of made my wedding day COMPLETELY stress free. I knew if anything out of the ordinary were to happen, Molly would handle it & I doubt I would have even known about it. My experience with Molly at Pop Parties was honestly perfect. She is an expert in all things wedding planning. When I chose my venue, they required a wedding planner. I knew I wanted one, but I had to convince my parents. They initially thought of a planner as an unnecessary expense. However, I got my mom to meet with Pop Parties, and they completely opened her eyes to how much help we actually needed.
Once we chose Pop Parties, my parents were instantly sold. Using Pop Parties actually ended up SAVING them money!! When my mom and I were looking for vendors ourselves, we had no idea who would fit my budget/style, how much things should actually cost or what services the vendor should be providing. After speaking with Molly, she immediately pin pointed which florist, DJ, etc. would work best for us. It saved us SO much time, and we felt confident knowing Molly trusted our vendors. Each vendor knocked it out of the park.
We were also particularly grateful for Molly the day of. Because of Molly and her assistant, my family, my husband and I were able to relax, spend time with our loved ones and completely enjoy the day with no worries. My wedding meant so much to me, and I am a total control freak, so to relinquish all control to Molly means I totally trust her! Her assistant even made sure my parents and my drinks were fresh all night - we were blown away by the level of service.
I can honestly say my wedding day was perfect. My family and I will hold Molly and Pop Parties in a special place in our hearts forever! -

Wow, I cannot explain in words fully how absolutely incredible Molly and her team are. Molly made my absolute DREAM wedding come to life and I will forever be thankful for her incredible talent. Molly, my mother, and I had SO much fun planning my wedding. She was there every step of the way making the job of planning a wedding simple, easy, fun, & STRESS FREE- which is extremely rare when trying to plan a wedding for 400 people. Planning a successful and stress-free wedding is impossible by yourself. Save yourself the stress (& your relationships) and hire Molly and her team! You will NOT be disappointed. There is SO much that goes into a wedding that you have no idea exists until you throw yourself in the middle of it- Molly will have everything laid out for you, step by step, deadline by deadline so you will NEVER feel overwhelmed. Everything will always be very transparent with you which we loved- she watched our budget closely and helped us make business decisions according to our budget & our personal priorities. She is very honest and open with her opinions but she also honors and appreciates yours- she is great with finding a happy middle ground to make the best decisions for you. She has personal relationships with the BEST vendors in Dallas- so when it comes to vendors she is your #1 go to gal. Molly is a creative genius & will make your wedding YOURS which is what I loved most about Molly. I wanted people to walk away from my wedding and say "wow, that was so Tara & Gaines" and that's exactly what she did. My wedding had an Oliver themed cocktail hour based on our dog, Oliver (this was complete with Oliver themed cocktails, Oliver drink stirrer sticks, and a giant floral Oliver centerpiece with Oliver shaped place cards). We had performers complete with instruments as our dinner table "centerpieces" performing music live our entire dinner. We had a surprise "reveal behind the curtains" Margaritaville themed after party because Gaines and I met at a Jimmy Buffett concert (this included a tropical floral halo, a "Gibson-ritaville" vintage postcard photoshoot, margaritaville hats, and tropical shaped jello shots). That's not all- because myself and my family are in the McDonald's business we had Hamburglar surprise our guests at midnight with Happy Meals! It was the little unique touches that meant the most to me when planning the wedding and Molly executed x a million. She was the brain behind all of the ideas and helped craft our day/ night into one we will NEVER forget. Monogrammed flip flops placed in the bathrooms at 11pm, a personalized cigar lounge in honor of my dad outside, monogrammed water bottles placed on all the buses, welcome bags included all of Gaines and I's "favorite things", every detail came together perfectly and I have Molly to thank. The best part of the entire day/ night - myself, my husband, and my parents had the GREATEST time without a single bit of stress. I was a bridesmaid in another wedding that Molly planned and saw how stress-free and happy my friend and her family was on her wedding day and that was the ultimate selling factor for me with Molly. Yes, of course things will happen because you are planning a massive event but with Molly as your planner you will NEVER know and everything will run flawlessly. I cannot praise her enough and am so excited to continue to be a bridesmaid/ guest at weddings she plans (because you know they are always the best). It is privilege to recommend Molly Rasmussen of Pop Parties as one of the very best wedding planners in the state of Texas. I hired Molly at the recommendation of a friend. I was frankly skeptical of all wedding planners. However because I was planning the wedding of my daughter-in-law, I felt that having an independent voice was important for me and my son’s fiancée. Molly was that and so much more! She was knowledgeable about everything from florists to DJ’s. She was never curt; always understanding, as we planned a wedding in Dallas when the bride and groom were in Michigan. She always made the bride and I feel our opinions were important, even if we were wrong.
Of course all weddings are expensive. What a shame it would be to spend that much money and be disappointed with the result. Molly helped us direct funds to the areas that made the most difference. The wedding was incredible, and it was largely due to Molly Rasmussen. Never before have I been the host of any party at which I actually enjoyed myself. I didn’t have to do anything at this wedding except enjoy myself. I found that Molly took care of EVERYTHING including things of which I hadn’t even thought. I give Molly my highest recommendation. She is organized, knowledgeable, responsible, and accountable. She anticipates problems. We had people cancelling the day of the wedding due to the Corona Virus. She remained unflappable. We had rain when the wedding was scheduled to be outside, but she took it in stride. The bride got a nervous stomach and Molly calmed her. Family members were late for their pictures, but she seemed to expect it. I wasn’t sure I could dance with my son due to MS, but she encouraged me. It was the dance of a lifetime! My husband said the wedding was the second best day of his life (the first being the day our son was born). Molly made this happen. She is amazing and your wedding will be too if she is involved!

I worked with Pop Parties for my wedding this summer and cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Jenna was our primary partner for the full service planning and I don't know what we would have done without her. From the start, she listened to my vision and understood it right away. I asked a lot of questions and she was awesome in being honest about selecting vendors who she knew were dependable and could give a 5-star execution. I wanted a colorful wedding with unique details and Jenna's insight and guidance was invaluable! My wedding truly was a dream wedding! Jenna is amazing! She is who you want on your side on your big day. We chose to do the Confetti package as I had a long engagement and was able to do a lot on my own in advance. Worth. Every. Penny. 1) Weddings can sometimes feel like your herding cats. Between the rehearsal and family photos- you need someone who can take charge and be direct. Jenna's your girl for this. She knew exactly what she was doing at our rehearsal and got all twenty some odd people to pay attention and got the rehearsal done to my comfort level and quickly. 2) I had two "issues" that Jenna rescued me from. First, my hair and makeup practice run was also the day I did my bridal portraits. I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone- right? Well unfortunately, the woman who was suppose to do my hair and makeup did not show.. and the photographer was going to be shooting me in 2 hours. One call to Jenna and she recommend BAM. I called BAM immediately and they were able to squeeze me in for an updo and makeup. They did the most amazing job and really saved the day. I honestly have no idea what I would have done if Jenna hadn't recommended them. Second, the day of the wedding was very smooth, the slightest hiccup was when I first entered the ballroom set up for the ceremony the lanterns were these industrial, steel. My entire wedding was gold and white. My mom noticed immediately too and asked me what I thought. I was trying to be chill but I was like- those looks nothing like the picture. My mother and I are not subtle people and Jenna could tell something wasn't right so she asked what was wrong and I was like well the lanterns aren't the gold lanterns from the finalized order. She quickly pulls up the finalized event order and goes, you're right, they're not. I'll fix it. I go put on my dress and go back to the ballroom 30 minutes later it was fixed. So basically Jenna is magic. MAGIC. 3) Like weddings do, we fell a bit behind schedule. During our reception she let my husband, Ty and I know we were about 45 minutes behind so we bumped up the cake cutting to before toasts which was actually genius because everyone was quiet and eating the delicious cake while the MOH, BM, MOB, and FOB gave their toasts. Genius. I appreciated that she stayed on top of everything . I really couldn't imagine our day without Jenna. She just made everything perfect and cared about every detail. She even found the most beautiful little gold table in the hotel where we got married to go under our arch for the ceremony (we did a unity candle) Just the fact that she looked at the space and thought- we could make this better and went out of her way to do that instead of just and table with a table cloth meant so much to me. It just looked amazing. Those little things are the things that matter and are what make your wedding day unique to you. Jenna, thank you. I don't know what I would have done without you. -

Molly and Pop Parties is THE WAY TO GO. From our first meeting, she wanted to know what my husband and I were looking for but also straight forward with my mom and me in what was realistic for our budget, which we greatly appreciated!

From the moment I became I engaged, I was thrilled to start planning my DREAM wedding! This is the moment I get to celebrate one of the greatest accomplishments of my life. However, as my big day approached quicker and quicker, I soon realized how unprepared I had felt. I was the first of my friends and family to get married, so I had no clue in what I was doing. What even was a wedding timeline and how long does a processional take? Would 15 minutes be too long to cut the cake? I tried relying on websites like theknot.com and others that claim to help plan, but it left me with so many more questions than answers. I was very reluctant to hire a coordinator as I was trying to save as much money as I could, but I cannot emphasize enough after this experience how much I implore any bride-to-be to hire one, and specifically Pop Parties. I started searching for a wedding coordinator 6 months from the wedding day. After reviewing Pop Parties’ website portfolio and testimonials, I knew I had to reach out. Their website alone should exemplify their spectacular style and taste. I was fortunate enough to have THE Molly Rasmussen assist in planning my special day! Her name carries quite a tremendous reputation within the industry. When notifying the vendors I had contracted prior that I would be working with Molly, they each sang high praises of her. It was very reassuring as a clueless bride-to-be that I was in the right hands. As soon as I began working with Molly, it was like these huge weights had been lifted off my shoulders. Molly was very accommodating to my needs, conserving costs, and always ensured I was happy with what I was signing up for. She even offered recommendations and advice on topics I was lost on. If anything went wrong on my day, I did not notice, and I guarantee that had everything to do with Molly’s professionalism and expertise. I am so glad I was fortunate enough to work with Pop Parties and their vendor recommendations were perfect for what I was looking for on my big day. It was very complex and I know had to be so very difficult to manage all of the details-It was Fantastic! We opted for a full-service wedding with so many details that needed to be completed multiple times-Molly was the BEST! She handled everything and when we had concerns about anything she addressed very quickly. Her connections and vendors were off the charts-they were all top of the line and delivered everything as promised!
My daughter and her now husband had both a Hindu Wedding Ceremony including Baraat with reception as well as a full Christian Ceremony and then a full reception all in one day! Our ceremonies started in the early morning of July 14th with the Hindu service with the Baraat and the Groom riding in on the horse! Our Venue was completely ready and beautiful. The service was amazing from the live Baraat music and then live quartet for the ceremony-thanks to Molly and the wonderful vendors she has relationships with. We then had a mid-day reception for this service. As we were off to get ready for the evening Christian Service-Molly and her team completely flipped the venue for the evening reception. It was amazing! Our evening Christian Service at our church was beautiful and then back to our Venue for the reception! It was absolutely amazing at how beautiful and how different the venue looked for the evening. The reception had multiple moving parts and the evening went smoothly and was gorgeous!
We could not have had this amazing wedding without Molly and her team at Pop Parties! We thank them for all of their support, work, and delivering everything we requested! It was a BEAUTIFUL DAY for TWO WEDDINGS! Thank You!

With our busy schedules, Molly set all our vendor interviews up, referred us to great vendors, helped with the contracts and had wonderful ideas on saving money and making the most of what we wanted to spend. She was able to answer every question we had thanks to her experience. She listened to our ideas and turned them into reality. Her project management software made keeping track of everything in one place easy and great for reference during the planning. My favorite part, of course, was the finished product--the wedding day. Guests are still complimenting me on how beautiful and and fun the wedding was. For me, as MOB, thanks to Molly and her staff handling everything, the whole day was fun and I was able to enjoy it! There is no reason to stress out about a wedding--use Pop Parties and you will have the most amazing special memories you can imagine!

Not only was she at all of our vendor meetings, but her knowledge of the industry made it such an easy and painless process for us. She’ll guide you through linens, floral, overall design, plate sizes (who knew there were even different sizes?!) and so. much. more!
Molly and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding pure perfection. We had so many people come up to us and say “something will inevitably go wrong on the wedding day, so don’t sweat the small stuff and enjoy every minute” and my response was always “why would something go wrong?” The entire day went off without a hitch. Abigail Sent on 03/15/2018Jenna was my month-of coordinator and she did so well! She also made quite an impression on my parents and in-laws. Not only did the wedding day run very smoothly, but she was also there to make sure the bride, groom, and parents were all happy, fed, and taken care of. When my dress wasn't bustling, Jenna found a way to bustle it herself. When we exited the venue in very cold weather, our car was already on and the windows defrosted. She was so attentive to even the smallest details! During the planning process, she asked me so many questions that I didn't even consider thinking about! Her assistant was also fabulous. They truly went above and beyond to make our day special!
