  Best decision we made was hiring Nicole

  Nicole and her team were fantastic. Extremely communicative leading up to the wedding and very organized on the day of. She made our dream wedding come to life and we can't thank her enough!

  Nicole knows what she is doing!

  For the planning process: I feel like she was with me step by step and offered advice while also letting me be the bride. She was very professional. For the day of: I couldn’t ask for a better coordinator. My husband and I could fully relax and she made all the best last minute decisions and was in full contact with everyone. We both could sit back and enjoy the day. What more could you ask for?!?!?!

  Polly Knows Best is THE BEST

  Nicole and her team at Polly Knows Best are incredible and everyone should hire them. Nicole provided a super helpful spreadsheet that gave me recommended deadlines and checked in with me each month prior to the wedding to answer questions that I had about vendors and process. As a very type-A bride I appreciated her attention to detail and great communication. In the month before the wedding she connected with all of my vendors and verified she understood my vision for each aspect of my wedding. At the wedding itself, Nicole and her team were aboslutely indispensible. They pitched in to fix issues that arose with individual vendors (that I didn't even know about because of their seamless help) and ensured that everything happened the way I envisioned. Nicole made me feel completely happy and supported the entire day, and her two assistants were able to be everywhere at once. Nicole was also super helpful after the wedding ensuring all loose ends were tied up. I felt very taken care of and was very glad I had Nicole and her team at my wedding. Polly Knows Best is the perfect confluence of communication, action, and kind support. Hire them!

  Nicole and her team not only made my wedding day stunning, but they also alleviated a lot of stress. Thanks to Nicole, the planning process was smooth and relatively easy. Even though she had other customers, I always felt like my wedding was high priority. The communication was thorough, genuine, informative and quick from start to finish. I never felt that I had to be organized, because she kept everything in order for me. When it was time to pull all the vendors together, Nicole communicated the plans and timeline with everyone and lead the way to put together my phenomenal wedding. Do yourself a favor and hire Polly Knows Best!

  Great service and beautiful results on a budget

  We so appreciated Nicole and her team the day of the wedding and the months leading up! I often had so many items on my to do list I didn't know where to start, but as soon as we talked with Nicole in our bi-weekly calls I knew what my next steps should be! Highly recommend!

  Nicole was my day of wedding coordinator and I'm so thankful she was! It really lifted the stress off my shoulders for our wedding day.

  throughout the whole experience. She told me I was her priority and I really felt that way. She was organized before the wedding and we had a few calls to go over details using the awesome document she created. I had no worries with Nicole as my day of coordinator.

  The coaching Nicole gave me was the best gift I could have given myself as we planned our wedding. We only had 4 months from
  engagement to wedding day, our venue had no staff, my fiance was working 70 hour weeks, and my mom was across the country. I knew it was the right decision to work with Nicole from the very first phone call, when she started asking important questions I hadn't considered yet. She empowered me to think through decisions around catering, seating, decor and more early enough that I could make the most of my budget and our limited planning time. Her kind guidance saved me so many headaches and I later found out from friends and family how much more support she and her team had offered behind the scenes on the day of the wedding, truly going above and beyond to make my wedding day blissful, seamless and memorable. Nicole is thoughtful, joyful, creative, prayerful, and hard working and will treat you like a friend through the process offering timely wisdom and honoring your vision.

I felt confident knowing the set up and execution was in good hands. My biggest advice to any bride working with a day-of coordinator is be as organized as possible when you hand everything over. There was an honest mistake made on our day, but there is usually always something that goes wrong at weddings so we just rolled with it and recovered as best we could. That said, find a coordinator that fits your personality and needs. We didn't need a lot of hand holding and organizational help. Nicole + Team would have tailored our package to our needs though!
