  They created the perfect statement for our family!

  I felt like a priority from the moment we met. Amy helped us gather and organize our ideas, she had a great perspective on how to include special people and moments in the ceremony, and kept me on task and on budget along the way! Highly recommend Platinum Weddings & Events

  Haley and her team were awesome in helping plan our wedding. We decided to use PWE about 1 year prior to the wedding, and we felt Haley was great the entire time. She was very responsive, and even if I had a million questions she always responded to me in a timely manner. Her timeline provided to us really helped keep us on track. And for the wedding day everything was planned out to the minute, and myself being a tad OCD this was extremely helpful. The wedding day it went so smooth and I credit the PWE team for this.

  When I was first told that we would have to have a day of coordinator, I thought why we don’t need that. I was so wrong! We had the pleasure of working with Haley and Platinum Weddings and had an amazing experience. Haley is fun, kind, organized, direct and was such a blessing. She went above and beyond to keep us organized and made our day run smoothly. She kept detailed notes and really got to know us and our family and friends. She made an itenerary for the day so everyone knew what to expect. We got married at Piney River Ranch in Colorado and she already knew the venue and had relationships with several of our vendors. Leading up to the wedding she was always happy to help to answer questions or make recommendations. I appreciated how available she was, creative with ideas, and also real. Our day and time leading up to it would not have been the same without her and we feel so lucky!

  We chose platinum weddings for our wedding last fall. Haley and her team were amazing to say the least! Our wedding day and leading up to it was so smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend working with haley!

  I have never been very good at planning anything so this wedding was a task, especially since I was planning it from TX to be in CO. I reached out to the venue and asked for a recommended day of coordinator. Haley came HIGHLY recommended. The first time we spoke she was on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable and just a down to earth nice person! I knew I needed her! I booked her for the day-of but she was so sweet to help me with silly questions, timeline ideas, and vendor recommendations throughout the 8 months prior to the wedding. She even set up a Google folder to help me stay organized! We met in person twice to go through the timeline details. She setup a timeline that was down to the minute. This was more valuable than anything! Haley was at the rehearsal so she knew how everything should run. We got married at a Church so there were lots of little details that needed to be completed prior to us arriving (Church decorations, program placement etc.). On the day of Haley and Alyssa were at my house to keep us on schedule. It is SO valuable to have someone who is NOT related/a friend to be there to help keep things on schedule. The Priest ran over but Haley made sure we were in the right place at the right time. When we got to the reception it looked amazing! Haley and her team had helped organize everything and nothing was out of place! There was an unexpected hailstorm right before cocktail hour. They were quick to move everything inside so none of the guests would get wet. Haley and her team were outside sweeping the dancing area since it had flooded. I had no idea and by the time we went down to dance, it looked dry and fine. They did so many little things that I had no idea about until others guests told me how great they were. I am so thankful I hired Platinum Weddings and Events! They were worth every penny!
